TravellerTravellerThe property is decent, but it shows signs of deferred maintenance. The condo had some issues such as slow-draining sinks, uneven flooring, and loose or disconnected laminate planks. Additionally, the closet doors were broken or not functioning properly.

The unit where we stayed ( 108 ) needs a good amount of repairs to be done, the cleaning needs a lot of improvement, there was a good amount of sand below the living room mat and you can tell the floors were not clean properly , restrooms and kitchen were not clean either. There were some cockroaches in the kitchen also, my main issue is that they charge a property fee with which a good cleaning service and maintenance should be done. Overall we were ok since we didn’t spend a lot of time there but we definitely won’t be coming back nor can recommend.
TravellerThere were quite a bit of roaches, floors were swept but haven’t been mopped in a long time, most cooking utensils looked like they were previously used then just put back in drawers without being washed.
