The unit where we stayed ( 108 ) needs a good amount of repairs to be done, the cleaning needs a lot of improvement, there was a good amount of sand below the living room mat and you can tell the floors were not clean properly , restrooms and kitchen were not clean either. There were some cockroaches in the kitchen also, my main issue is that they charge a property fee with which a good cleaning service and maintenance should be done. Overall we were ok since we didn’t spend a lot of time there but we definitely won’t be coming back nor can recommend.
There were quite a bit of roaches, floors were swept but haven’t been mopped in a long time, most cooking utensils looked like they were previously used then just put back in drawers without being washed.

The property is decent, but it shows signs of deferred maintenance. The condo had some issues such as slow-draining sinks, uneven flooring, and loose or disconnected laminate planks. Additionally, the closet doors were broken or not functioning properly.
