Second time staying at this excellent hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable and the three swimming pools are all very clean and lovely to use. The staff really go the extra mile to make your stay memorable. Always smiling and friendly and happy to take time to chat with the guests. The food is wonderful and the head chef takes great pride in his work. He is also very accommodating and happy to take on any challenges if you want something that’s not on the menu. The owner takes the time to meet the guests - thank you for the chocolate cake which was amazing! I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and we will definitely return.

Hospitality is too good and all staffs are very supportive Also property owner personally come and ask the convenience and aving food with guests. All in all its good and safe place to stay.

Very good hotel. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The Owner and his son greeted you at breakfast each day which was a nice touch. I could not fine any faults with the hotel and it lived up to all the other 5 star reviews that had been posted.

Excellent service and staff. Clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

A difficult review to write. The property, the room, the pools, the restaurant, all excellent. The staff try really hard, but management needs to focus a little more on core issues; less on the flattering touches. Instead of sending me a cake, ensure the public are toilet tap is working. Ensure the reception staff are awake and ready for work at 0645 hours, and are not still 'resting'. Stop the staff from asking for good reviews. The hotel is really a four-star hotel, which tries hard and delivers on almost everything. A word about the clientele - many British retirees are at the hotel - this is the key market. If I had known this, I would not have booked. It's a bit like a luxury old folks' home. But this is all nit-picking - the hotel is very very good.

Great location abt 5mins walk from beach. Rooms and resort are immaculate as is the food in the restaurant. Staff are wonderful. Highly recommend

Very pleasant and polite staf

Fantastic Hotel

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. We booked a villa and it was really large and cleaned daily. All of the members of staff were friendly and really helpful and we would definitely come back here again. It is also situated in a very good position for the beach, shops and restaurants so we didn’t need to get any taxis anywhere apart from the airport. The food was also very good too.

We stayed in a 3-bedroom villa, located next to a pool on the property. The villa was set back from the busy road, so it was very quiet and relaxing. We saw many lovely birds just outside our villa. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the service was excellent. We ate a sumptuous breakfast one day, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The beach is about a quarter mile from the hotel, we went for walks a couple of times. It does get crowded so we preferred to hang out at the hotel pool.

The staff is excellent. Everyone was very helpful and made sure we enjoyed our stay.

Very well kept property and very friendly staff

Everything about the hotel was fantastic, all the staff were absolutely brilliant, the room was do spacious, Located close to the beach and local buses plus taxis.

All staff at Seashell suites and villas makes this hotel a very special & comfortable stay, from check-in to leaving it was great! Breakfast had a selection of Indian and European foods plus made to order on a menu. Standard rooms are very spacious with 2 sofas and 2 televisions. A lovely roof top bar and restaurant too. Big thanks to Kim and Somnath for going the extra mile.

Gem of Candolim

Absolutely amazing stay. The hotel is modern and rooms are spacious. The staff always went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The owner Shelly is a lovely man who greeted us over breakfast and check if we needed anything. Everything from the room, pools, gym and food is great.

Really great stay at the Seashell suites. Staff were excellent and property is in a perfect position in centre of Candolim.

Lovely big spotless rooms. A beautiful pool set in stunning grounds. This resort is owned and run by amazing people. Owner goes round everybody at breakfast for a chat and asks if you have any requirements. All staff were attentive with warm and friendly smiles. The best Ever 🙏

Seashell Goa was simply amazing. The property is clean , comfortable and rooms are very spacious. The service is great and staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. We also received a complimentary cake which was so delicious. Buffet breakfast has a good spread and is very yummy. We will definitely go back as we loved our stay .

One of the more expensive options in Goa but definitely worth every penny. From the time of booking to checkout the hotel had no faults. Staff were always polite, helpful and accomodating - nothing was too much to ask. Owners/managers checked in with us regularly to ensure we were okay which made us feel very welcome. The cleanliness of the hotel was spot on, inc the bathrooms and kitchen area which were spotless. Thank you so much for a memorable experience, I will definitely recommend this accomodation to others.

Excellent property, large guest rooms and great amenities including 3 swimming pools, poolside bar and lounging areas. Extensive buffet and live food station in breakfast options included with the room plan we had booked. The food in the restaurant was also very good and meals we had in the hotel felt almost like home cooked. The owner took personal interest in our comfort and the staff too were extremely attentive, responsive and courteous. Overall a great hotel experience to compensate for the 2 very rainy days we spent in goa.

Beautiful Hotel with great Staff. Location is perfect for easy access to the beach, bars and shops. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to book again when back in the area.

Enjoyed my entire stay at this property , very lovely .

We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 older teenagers) we had the most amazing time here. We can't fault anything about our stay. Everything was perfect and a big thank you for my lovely birthday cake! Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful holiday

Lovely hotel with fabulous staff. Clean and comfortable, very spacious rooms and very close to all the restaurants bars and the beach. My only reservations are that the restaurant is a bit soulless for lunch or dinner and the rooftop bar really needs to decide whether it’s a bar or an extension of the the restaurant - it could be a great little bar area but it’s really lacking in the way it’s set out. However, these minor reservations can’t detract from the whole experience which is brilliant.

One of the best stays in Candolim area

I was recommended this property by a couple of friends, and I have to stay that I was absolutely impressed by the property! super-friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms with all basic amenities. Great location nearby beach and for all that, great pricing!

Everything about this hotel is excellent, it's rated 4 star because there is no Spa area,but everything about this hotel is five star and more, the rooms are huge and very comfortable, the pool areas are fantastic, the food and breakfast are great, the staff are excellent, the cleanliness of the hotel is faultless,do yourself a favour,and book a treat

Probably the best property in Candolim and the area. Super clean, fantastic attentive service from the moment you approach the property all the way through breakfast/dinner where the chef personally asks how you liked the food or you have any preferences. In fact you can request something specific for dinner in the morning any they will make it happen. The owner walks through the dining hall talking to guests. Great rooms, comfortable and functional, kept in immaculate cleanliness. No street (or any other) noise. Taxi always ready for you. Great advice on where to go and what to do. Beach is 3 minutes away. Big Newtown's supermarket next door. I would be happy to stay there again and highly recommend to others!

I highly recommend the Seashell Suites and Villas in Candolim, Goa. We enjoyed everything about our stay. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and immaculate. We had a very comfortable bed and the shower was amazing. During our stay we enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning and appreciated the owner, Shelly Gonsalves, personally stopping by our table to welcome us. The pools and outside dining are lovely. It is in a convenient location for walking to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Overall, this is a wonderful resort.

Fantastic hotel

Excellent hotel, large clean rooms with a balcony and nice poolsGood breakfast for both western and Indian tastes. Very quiet at night but good location close to the main Candolim beach road, about a 10. walk to the beach along the quiter beach road. Its my second visit to this hotel. Friendly staff. Highly Recommend

Great place to stay!

Everything about this hotel is great. The price us good, the rooms are large, service is excellent and the location convenient. Lovely staff frim the porter, reception, room service and the owner met even visit you at the restaurant during breakfast. I could live here. 👍😁

Wow. A beautiful place to stay in Goa. Everyone goes above and beyond to treat you like kings and queens. We never had to open a door, ask for a drink refill, or stress about anything. All staff are so eager to help you, whatever your need. Amazing place, truly.

Found a good one in Goa

Considering the price and the fact, it’s four star rather than five star. I was particularly impressed with this Hotel. Situated on a main road with lots of bars and things to do. It is a tranquil place as soon as you step inside the property boundaries. The front of house staff are super friendly and open every door for you. I hope your taxis and directions of where to go. Check in is manned by at least two people and often for busy times. They’re all friendly and respectful. The rooms are particularly large, I think 52 m² if not mistaken, so there is room for two sofas and a table as well as two televisions and a balcony. The decor isn’t very top ended, but it’s pleasant enough to feel comfortable to hang around in the room. there are two swimming pools, one well shaded and one in the warm sun of the midday. There’s a nice atmosphere around the pool with guests sharing stories left in peace and there’s always someone to come and collect an order for a drink. Breakfast was quite typical of an Indian hotel, it was relatively good just lacking good orange juice and would be nice to have more of a choice for people that don’t want gluten, for example, muesli and yoghurt, and a larger selection of fruit. At breakfast, the end of the Hotel walks around and greets everyone of his guests, very charming, and he clearly leads an excellent hotel, where all the staff seem happy and motivated. Would I return to this hotel? absolutely yes.

Property is located at edge of restaurants / busy places and at the same time it is walkable distance to some of the nice beaches. We loved our stay and will return back with entire family to Seashells Villas. ves: Service was amazing - Chef Nitin customized Ros Omelette for us and it was delicious, Omkar / Sandesh and other breakfast staff were incredible. House keeping / Room service very quick. Replenished the water bottles multiple times. They even gave a thermometer to check our daughter's fever and got a Doctor when needed. Rooms were cleaned thoughly and the property is kept green and very clean. Even though it is a big property, the best touch was the owner Shelly Gonzales personally inquiring about our experience. Overall experience - better than the US brands that I've always preferred. -ve The front desk refused to extend late check-out by 1 more hour. Our daughter was sick and we would have preferred to stay in our room instead of in the lobby. But I would not hold that against them.

Amazing experience at Seashell

An absolutely amazing hotel with top class service from every single member of staff. So friendly and courteous - just can’t do enough for you. Lovely large room, great bathroom and comfy bed. Best hotel of our India trip - by a huge length (and we’re staying in a Marriot now - nowhere near as good). Well done to all at the Seashell Suites.

What a gorgeous hotel and absolutely spotless. Everything from the room to the pool to the gardens to the location really was amazing. I have never stayed in a room that was so immaculate and the staff were incredibly attentive. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for Maintaining the hotel so beautifully

The room was really big and was very comfortable for 5 days. The rooms were cleaned every day. Hospitality and staffs were awesome. The pool was amazing. It was clean and had less chlorine. Food was average though. Overall it is an amazing property. It totally satisfied us and worth the money spent. Will definitely recommend people to check the property.

Very good hotel with great service.

Great property specially if you are traveling with multiple families. We stayed in 3 bedroom villa, it was spacious with nice layout. One bedroom was downstairs along with living area and two bedroom upstairs. We had booked 3 rooms in Taj , Panjim and cancelled and booked 3 bedroom villa here and glad we did. Service and hospitality was better than Taj and we have stayed in several Taj properties. Overall we had very good time.

The staff was very nice and the suite itself was very spacious and comfortable. However there was no hot water for 2-3 showers. Had to call the staff twice. Staff came quick but needed to be called again for fixing the issue. The property itself was safe, however the adjacent suite had adult males who were smoking in the front of the villa and were playing loud music. For a family of four, that did not seem like a very inviting setting. Other than that, the pool timings were such that we couldn’t use the pool at all as it closed at 7. But the location is great. Very close to the beach and shopping.

Early checkin & Late checkout was OK. Food was very good as compared to local restaurants. The suite was very spacious and clean. All staff including the owner of the place were warm and extremely helpful. Very importantly every staff communicated with guests as if they owned the resort, always trying their best to provide comfort to every guest. Very close to Candolim beach, great place for a family holiday.

This hotel is stunning. The owner has created a peaceful beautiful property. Although only yards from the busy Candolim road it’s quiet and relaxing. The food is lovely but the outstanding thing about this place is the staff. The friendliest superb staff I have ever experienced in a hotel. From the owner and his deputies who walk around at breakfast every day and ask everyone how they are to the lovely waiting staff and friendly reception team and marvellous room cleaners. This hotel is an absolute delight.

Seashell Suites and Villas is one of the hidden gems in Goa that I found when browsing for a place to stay. Our arrival was marked by a stream of helpful front office staff who promptly, eased our check-in process and escorted us to our rooms, The room itself – a Junior King Suite was huge with ample space capable of seating 4-6 people comfortably, a nice bed and the bathroom was well stacked with amenities. It was not till the following morning I realized how refreshing the rain shower was. I’ve never been to Goa during the rainy season, but the water force from the shower seemed as if I was being drenched by the famed Deccan monsoon. The breakfast was big spread of both western and Indian dishes with made to order omelets and dosas/uttappams. Sanjay, the director of the place and the owners constantly were present every day introducing themselves to the guests and ensuring that each was satisfied with the spread and had plenty to eat. Nitin, the head chef and his team of sous chefs ensured that we were satisfied. Lunch and dinner are also served (a la carte). The food was excellent, and Nitish smilingly catered to our needs. If you have any dietary restrictions, this is the place to eat, as Nitin will dly oblige to meet your needs. The food was so sumptuous that I regretted eating dinner outside the first two days we were there, Finally, no review of this place would be complete without acknowledging the charming and vivacious nature of Asha as a well accomplished hostess.

The junior suite was very spacious , accommodating myself and 2 kids comfortably. The staff were pleasant and extremely polite and friendly- we ordered some takeaway Chinese and they brought us plates and silverware without even asking for. The laundry service was prompt, the same day. Amazing breakfast buffet, lobster and crab dinner was delightful. Overall not very expensive and the location was priceless- very close to the beach. Will definitely stay at the same place again

North Goa's Best for Space & Hospitality

Space, Kindness, Warmth and Luxury.. Some few words to describe the Property. Check In : Paperless Check in. I received the WhatsApp msg from the Hotel, shared ID by WhatsApp. reached at 1.30 pm and they had rooms ready with all printout of ID. Just sign and check in. Courtesy & Kindness of few people need a mention. Feona, Teresa, Arjun and Anjana. Lobby : Nice, Big & Bright and Comfortable Lobby Room: It was HUGE for a Hotel in Candolim. King size bed with Sitting area have 2 Sofa and Table. 2 TV sets Fridge, Coffee Maker, 3 Bottles of water every day. Big nice Balcony with Coffee table and chairs. Wet Clothes' handing area in corner, so not clothes on in the railing an Bed : Very comfortable and have good quality linen. Breakfast : Fresh Cut Fruits, Great Variety of Indian as well as Continental Options. Live station for Omelettes. Person at Live Station prepared Egg dishes with smile. Staff are well attentive and caring. Foods was Delicious. Good Quality oil as Poori did not have oil coming out of your hands. Pasta and bakes dish need a special mention. Every date the menu changes. Pool : 2 big Pools and 1 small Pool Location: One of the best Location for a tourist. The hotel location 5 mins walk from Candolim beach. Newtons Super market is 2 mins walk, Best Restaurant like Fisherman Coves, Tomato's and many more are 1 to 3 mins walking. Everything was close by. Spacious, relaxing accomodations with pleasant attentive staff. Covered pato/balcony was wonderful for the off and on rains during our monsoon season stay!

A great new find!

Initially it was a random choice, hoping we made the right one. Right from booking to checking out their staff was amazing. Raina handles the bookings and is very hands on and responsive on whatsapp for any assistance. Abhishek was also very helpful. The owner Mr. Shelley came around to meet all the guests and that was very nice, his great personality and appreciation for his dedicated staff. Very rare to see in today's times. The food was nice, room service was tasty and portions were quite sufficient. Cleanliness was fabulous, the rooms, pool area, dining area, lobby, corridors, etc all very well kept. Masks and sanitizer are also required, so they are following current norms. Definitely would go back and try to make a trip with different groups of friends, as they also have 3bhk villas and 3 pools for the different areas. Just on the main road but close enough to walk to the beach and the multiple eateries around.

Owner is very nice and so is the MD and the entire front office staff and entire restaurant staff. They made us feel relaxed and at home! 5 star all the way!!

Best hotel in Candolim

Whilst not the cheapest I always like to stay somewhere nice in Candolim and it certainly doesn’t get any better than Seashells . The hotel is only 12 months old and is in beautiful condition . Never have I seen such a clean hotel and the staff work tirelessly to maintain these high standards. The showers in the rooms are by far the best I have seen in a hotel ( anywhere). Staff extremely friendly and attentive and a credit to the hotel. Would not hesitate to fully recommend this hotel.

Out of the world stay!!!

One of the best resort in North Goa. The resort is lavish, excellent, spacious and absolutely clean lavish and comfortable rooms. The rooms are very spacious with each room having great view. The breakfast was awesome with excellent spread of food. The swimming pools, gym all facilities are awesome. Each staff was very polite and the hospitality was out of the world. The owner, his son and daughter were so down to earth, they personally ensured to talk to each guest and ensured our stay was perfect! Highly recommended stay and we look forward to revisit soon!!!

I didn't like the room service, it was far below expectations, after meal despite calling thrice on continued 2 days, the plates & utensils were not cleared from room. 2ndly, The restaurant guys reception were not very clear in understanding the needs.

Great rooms with modern ameneties, very comfortble, nice surroundings including 3 pools, very good food at the restaurant and above all a very motivated staff that was always wanting to be of service. We did not need to leave the Hotel for our entire stay. Will def come back again

Nice stay, friendly staff, good food, excellent location, pretty close to candolim beach.

This location has many good features and some weaknesses, especially for Americans. Good: service, effort to fix issues, clean, safe, nice pools, breakfast (especially the omelets!). Weak: internet speed was slow and disconnects were common, intermittent power outages, small TVs in Villas, strange "rules" about how many water bottles to allow and how to charge when going over, beer too warm, no glasses or bottle openers in villas and none delivered with beer (why deliver bottled beer with room service with no opener and no glass?), limits on towels, extra pillows with no pillow cases included, uncomfortable couches in Villas sitting area, construction around pool but not cordoned off, etc. You get the point: nothing bad, but every chance for a little extra amenity to make you feel like you are at a resort and not a cheap hotel was dropped. To be fair, the staff hurried to supply what was missing when asked (and worked hard to try to get us internet). But to print boarding passes, we were forced to take our computer to hotel lobby because internet would not work well enough in room.
