Nested very close to communication areas, it’s the perfect base to explore the island of Palma. Literally walking distance to the railway, you can reach Palma city without the hazard of parking. If the option is just Inca, this property is located a short stroll away from Camper, Lotusse and Heitorn where you can do your Inca leather shopping and combine it with a visit to the Thursday market or any of the local restaurants along the central avenue. We were driving an electric rental car and we found specially convenient that there is a charging station literally outside the property. From this place every destination in the island was no further to 45mi, and after a busy day exploring, a very well appointed extra large room with a private courtyard was waiting for us. Next to it, the stunning swimming pool. Please note that this is not the typical hotel. This is agrotourisim, so you will miss the impersonal touch of a multilevel building and you will get a friendly and ready to help wonderful team who will make your day extra nice. I specially celebrated the all-local breakfast selection with local cheeses, charcuterie and delectable pastries and fruits. Just what you need to feel extra happy and relaxed.

Great location just outside Inca. Very tranquil and serene despite close proximity to town center. Owners were very friendly and helpful, clean sizable room, great breakfast, very lush and well maintained grounds.

We loved our stay at Sa Vinya! It was located in such a great place to see the island while staying in the comfort of one place for the week. Breakfast was incredible, there was such a great variety of things to eat. The property is amazing, it is located in a city but it really doesn’t feel like it, it truly feels like a rural property. It would be nicer if the pool was a little warmer, but we went in September and it had been a little cooler so we understand, also it’s a massive pool so it would be hard to heat. Our only small complaint would be that they sometimes cleaned our room while we were at breakfast before we put the “please clean” sign on the door while we were out for the day, but it was not a big deal. I would definitely recommend Sa Vinya as an excellent place to stay while in Mallorca

Hidden gem

Loved every second of our stay here this is truly a hidden gem. Located on the outshirts of Inca but feels like the middle of the coutryside as soon as you enter the gates. Staff are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble.we will definitely be back.

The grounds are as beautiful as then pictures and the check-in process is quite easy thanks to some helpful videos they will send your way on the day of your checkin. The surrounding location isn’t particularly nice but there is a bus stop right outside the property and the property is gated for extra security. We only stayed one of the 3 nights we paid for because the farm house itself wasn’t great. The room is small and facilities feel a bit out dated. When we got to our room there was a sewage smell that I think was coming from the shower that we learned was backed up when we tried showering that evening. The smell did improve after showering. The bed was overall comfortable. We had a balcony… and I was so disappointed. I thought we would be staying in the country surrounded by beautiful vineyards. The grounds have some beautiful gardens with vines but this property is located in the city of Inca. From our balcony we saw the KFC and Public parking signs. It was not the beautiful and relaxing country getaway I thought it was. If you’re looking for a finca style lodging around Inca but insist on having your lodging in the country (like me) the Virey Finca Hotel might be more to your liking. We stayed as sa vinya des convent only one night and actually moved ourselves into lodging up in the olive groves and hills of Selva (only a 10 minute drive away!). It was beautiful and relaxing!! I will say, if you are wanting a country get away you will need a car.

An incredible place to stay. Tucker away very near Inca, Sa Vinya has everything, great room, comfortable bed and brilliant outdoor pool to relax. The team were amazing too, thank you!!

A beautiful surprise!

This hotel is stunning. I had a room with a balcony so could see the beautiful surrounding gardens. The decor is exquisite and the breakfast buffet is amazing! Only downfall is there’s no lunch or dinner option in the hotel so you need to head out. It’s only a short walk into town and the restaurants there are also excellent, but it can be nice to have simple in house dinner option if you’re really tired or weather is bad.

Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Comfortable and quiet room. Very nice pool and grounds. Excellent breakfast. Oasis in an otherwise not terribly interesting town but excellent location to start day trips around the beautiful island of Mallorca. Highly recommended.

Our favourite

Another fabulous week at Sa Vinya des Convent. It is the only place that my wife and I have returned to for a holiday - we love it. Location is great - off the usual tourist routes, ideal base for cycling, good connectivity by train & Inca has lots to offer. It is a lovely, homely place to stay (we book the bungalow, which offers a small kitchen & lounge in addition to a bedroom & bathroom). Breakfast is excellent & well worth the 10 Euros per person.

Oasis of tranquility on the edge of Inca

A perfect base for our mini break. We traveled around the island on both days and returning to the tranquility of Sa Vinya des Convent each day was so good. Numerous places to recline and relax. Pool was really nice to swim in even in late October. Breakfast was really good. Would recommend the Ensaimada.

Authentic finca near amenities

Lovely converted finca just on outskirts of Inca. At times we could hear the odd car. Bursting with artwork and curiosities inside. We stayed in a junior suite which was very comfortable, large with double sink bathroom and walk in wardrobe. Lovely pool too. Owners lovely - the only issue lacking would be breakfast - they served the buffet and eggs were charged extra which really should have been included in B&B rate. Also they could have made more of their associated vineyard - we didn’t realise we could have had a wine tasting so we missed out on that.

A tranquil hotel within the busy town of Inca.

Entering through the gates I wasn't sure what to expect. The hotel was lovely, uniquely decorated, excellent service, tranquil pool and grounds. The bed was huge, the room had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and the covid protocols were excellent.

A mixed bag - so nearly 5 stars.

The hotel is ideally situated for visiting the island by car and on arrival it is very impressive, being set in extensive gardens behind locked gates. It is very secure and all Covid precautions were taken. However, our room was less impressive - it was small and dark. The window looked straight out onto a stone wall and let in little natural light. The lighting in the bathroom was particularly poor. The “shabby chic” furniture was cheap and flimsy, as well as being badly arranged - better use could have been made of the space, so that the television didn’t have to be perched high on the wardrobe, and such a small room hardly needed 3 large mirrors. The ceiling fan only worked when the light was on, which meant we had to use the A/C on warm nights. It was possible to turn off the light and leave the fan on, but we would have had to stand on the bed to reach it, which we considered unsafe. We were disappointed not be given the opportunity to upgrade, given the low occupancy rate at the time of our visit. We would willingly have paid a little more for more light and space. When we did have neighbours, we found that the soundproofing was not very good. On the positive side, breakfast was very good with a lot of good quality fruit. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was attractive, though the peace and quiet were rather spoiled by the jazz music which played from dawn till dusk, not loud, but audible enough to be irritating. The hotel is also close to shops

Perfect, perfect base for Mallorca stay

We had the most amazing few nights here. Quiet, peaceful, beautifully decorated. We were in Mallorca to hike some of the surrounding summits and this was the perfect base to come back to each evening to relax. Maria was a lovely host. We're sure we'll be returning

Had a lovely time. Beautiful family run hotel. Lots of covid safety precautions taken. Nice swimming pool, good sized room. Convenient location close to Inca town. Highly recommended

An idyllic hideaway on the outskirts of Inca

A lovely hotel in beautiful and peaceful surroundings within a 15 minute walk of most of facilities in Inca, including shops, bars, restaurants and the rail station. The latter links Inca with Palma; a train journey of around 30 minutes. A superb location for cycling, providing easy access to both the mountains and the flatter southern areas of the island of Mallorca. The breakfast provided by the hotel is excellent offering a wide range of meats, cheeses, fruits, breads, pastries, etc. The Dayla tapas and wine bar in the centre of Inca is also very highly recommended.

Amazingly well furnished and decorated, very high attention to detail, great conceptually, charming and relaxing. The rooms vary a great deal and the website gives a slightly over egged impression of the natural light in some of the rooms. Breakfast was lovely, slight surprise that there was no bar, but actually totally understand why having spent a couple of days there. (Beer and soft drinks, tea and coffee is available well into the evening.) I really think there should be drinking water put in the rooms daily - in a glass bottle as I'm not keen on single use plastic. Wonderful gardens, friendly staff, very relaxing atmosphere.

We loved this hotel!!!. A few steps outside Inca, it is comfortable placed. The hotel is very quiet and beautiful and staff very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there and we will come back next time we go to Majorca.

This is a beautiful oasis in Inca. Highly recommended.

It was a lovely stay at this hotel. Our room was clean, tidy and well presented. The staff were friendly and they welcomed us quite late on our arrival day. The breakfast and swimming pool were great. Overall a great place in a central location to move around the island but around the hotel there is not much to do. We would repeat it!

A Boutique Oasis in the heart of Mallorca

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Sa Vigna. This is a very good boutique hotel situated in an ‘oasis’ on the outskirts of Inca. A friendly welcome, helpful staff, quiet and comfortable room, an extensive breakfast buffet and a large refreshing pool with good sunbathing facilities. Good restaurants close by - we particularly enjoyed Anthony’s as an unpretentious good value and good food quality place - and only a short walk from the hotel. Centrally located, there are plenty of places to visit within an hour’s drive - a car is essential for staying at Sa Vigna. We would certainly recommend Sa Bigna to travellers to Mallorca.

Find the real Mallorca

Hotel very clean inside and out. Staff very friendly. Breakfast plentiful,and easy walking into the town for reasonably priced food.This is a good base to travel around the Island.

A must if visiting Inca

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Grounds are stunning, pool is amazing, room is quaint and the decor is fabulous. The host made us feel like it was her home, not a hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.

We have difficulty getting entry and leaving the complex due to the lack of good signage, however once inside the hotel itself was amazing, high ceiling and beautiful presented.

Quiet and tucked-away surprise

Sa Vinya des Convent is a surprise tucked away on the edge of the town of Inca, in the middle of the island. The location is great for access to any part of the island, though the town of Inca itself is a bit nondescript, as is the double-gated entrance to the hotel grounds which begins from a parking lot next to a small mall. The weather wasn't warm enough to use the pool, but they had plenty of space around it to lounge around. The wifi could have also been stronger (at least strong enough to stream Netflix, for instance) but the warm and friendly service made up for it. Lovely setting amongst the vineyards and lemon groves.

The epicentre of relaxation

Situated on the edge of Inca - just beside Antiny's Restaurant at the roundabout beside the Repsol filling station. Part of a working vineyard. The reception desk is in the main lounge of what was the property's finca and the greeting and check-in was warm and helpful. Our ground floor room was smallish but very comfortable - effective air conditioning. Self service breakfast with good choice of fruit, bread, cold meats and cheeses - and omelettes can be ordered. But the star of the show is the magnificent pool area. A great hotel for relaxation.

A delightful and serene oasis

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean and very much loved and looked after by the staff. It was full of charm and character. The pool are was just delightful and plenty of sun beds and seating areas for everyone. We just loved it.

LOVELY HOTEL

Hotel was lovely, was like staying in an old Spanish home much nicer than the usual hotels, staff really nice, everywhere really clean, breakfast very nice, area a bit quite but that's what we wanted. Hotel area very secure and parking available.

War sehr schön und sauber und ruhig

Das Hotel ist wie eine kleine grüne Oase. Das Anwesen ist super gepflegt, der Pool ist großzügig und insgesamt hat man nie den Eindruck in einem vollen Hotel zu sein. Das Personal und insgesamt die Stimmung ist sehr familiär. Das Frühstück war üppig und viele der Speisen werden auf dem Gelände des Agriturismo angebaut. Das Bett war bequem und der Balkon war so groß wie eine Terrasse. Wir waren eine Woche im Hotel und insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wahl. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Ne surtout pas se fier aux alentours, car une fois le portail franchi, vous rentrez dans un espace verdoyant et rafraîchissant. La piscine et le jardin sont dingues, la décoration rare et l’accueil génial. Je recommande cet établissement

Eine wunderschöne Finca mit einer tollen und freundlichen Hotelführung, sehr nettes Servicepersonal, einer tollen Umgebung, schöner Pool und einer riesigen Auswahl an Frühstück. Neben dem Hotel ist ein Supermarkt und die eigentlich nicht weit entfernte Autobahn hört man kaum. Optimaler Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden. Einfach empfehlenswert. Danke für wunderbare zwei Wochen bei euch.
