We really enjoyed the resort. The food was great, and our beachfront enclave room offered one of the best views we’ve ever had. My only suggestion for improvement, as adults traveling with two teenagers, is that age requirements should be better enforced. Our kids didn’t want to hang out in the teenage area because it was overrun with younger children (and sometimes their parents). Similarly, when my wife and I tried to relax in adult-only areas, such as the pool or the swim-up bar, we found them occupied by young kids as well. I’m not sure whether the nighttime dance party was meant to be adults only, but it felt more like a family wedding, with lots of young kids running around while some older guests danced. Anyway, we really loved the resort, and if you want a family-friendly place, this would definitely be a great choice.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding my recent stay at the Hilton. I had anticipated a memorable experience, given the hotel's esteemed reputation; regrettably, my experience fell far short of expectations. The buffet area lacked vegetarian options, offering only plain white rice and salad for lunch and dinner, which was quite disappointing. I was also dismayed by the unhelpful response when I asked a server to prepare pasta for my son. His reply, indicating a lack of alternatives and unwillingness to assist, was disheartening. Furthermore, housekeeping neglected to clean my room or replenish the shower gel, despite my repeated requests for soap. The pool service was similarly inadequate; a request for water took an hour to fulfill, ultimately requiring me to retrieve it myself. I would like to commend the manager and servers at Noriku and La Luce, who went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary needs with specially prepared vegetarian dishes. Their exceptional service was a stark contrast to the overall experience. In light of these issues, I must express that this was the worst hotel experience of my life. Consequently, I do not plan to return. I will continue to stay at Dreams Sapphire, which has consistently provided an outstanding experience.

The property itself was amazing beach access great kids area and even better entertainment staff. Are over all is experience was great but the food was just okay.
Not a huge ferry
This hotel offers great amenities, and service from some of the people is just awesome. Drinks wouldn’t stop coming. Rooms are ok, the best part are the restrooms. Be ready to make reservations for restaurants because it can be hard to find availability, but if you get space, the experience will be great!

It’s a beautiful family friendly resort.
I was impressed with the facilities. Loved our room and the views were spectacular. The pools were awesome. The activities for my 16 year old kept him busy and content. The activities at night were just right and the event coordinators and personnel were energetic and friendly without being pushy. I wanted to go back there with friends for my 60th birthday HOWEVER, the service at the buffet dining were basically nonexistent. We went there a total of 8 times. My son and I would go through a whole meal without water and in the mornings I would have to get up and ask for coffee. I did witness the waiters attend to people who came in after us, maybe it was because it was only two of us, I don’t know? At one point I considered asking one of the guests to ask for a beverage for us since we were not getting any service or attention. The last morning we were there, we had great service, unfortunately I did not get the waiters name, but I did leave him a generous tip for giving us attention. I must say, Wilfredo (I think that’s his name) was one of the servers who actually offered service to us. I must give a huge thanks to Magdalena for helping us with transportation, she was patient and kind. I do think they need a better place for the coffee cafe and ice cream counter. They seemed to always run out of ice cream and the pastries seemed leftover and stale. Maybe provide smoothies or fruit Parfait bowls.

On our last night there, no one came to clean our room. We only randomly received turn down service on one night.
Overall staff is very friendly, hotel is in a great location beach wise. However, cleanliness can be improved at the buffet and hotel facilities and buffet experience can be improved by being more organized.
Food is above average, but u have to wait. U have to wait for essentially everything except getting inside the pool
My daughter wanted to go on a family vacation and Mexico is her favorite place... (She's only 5). We loved the property, everyone was friendly and attentive. She loves the kids pool area and even more the kids activity space. We traveled during the week off, which we never do to avoid crowds but even when the space was full they she couldn't attend, they managed to figure out a way to include her in activities. Which she loved. That's all that mattered to me!! Food was great. There are amazing options. Personally, if I had the choice I would have skipped out on the steak house and just gone to the Brazilian Steak house that needed no reservation. The food was much MUCH BETTER.

So incredibly beautiful and the staff was so wonderful. We loved the activities and the hotel is beautiful and we couldn’t get enough of the view and the pools. We loved having access to food all the time as it was our first time at an all inclusive resort and the restaurants were so lovely. We had a great week!

We loved this property and everyone that worked here. The people were so joyful and friendly. No bad vibes and the property was wonderful. Only thing missing is jacuzzi’s. Other than that perfect.

I was unable to get a upgrade that I was more than willing to pay for. Somebody from the hotel even dared to tell me it might have had something to do with having booked my reservation through Expedia I'm very unhappy about that. At one point one receptionist told me it was possible and had the room ready, then management came out and blocked us from getting the beacfront suite in Enclave after we had agreed on price and everything. Ruined my vacation at that point.

Everything about this place was beautiful! The staff welcomed us with cold wash cloths for our face! We had quite a large group and the check-in process was fairly easy! The buffet was much better than the last place we stayed at! The dinner buffet, especially exceeded our expectations with them bringing around me constantly And that wonderful pineapple! Top for me was the entertainment! I tried to partake and everything I could! The salsa dance instructor was amazing, Kax! The dance parties were the best I’ve been to! Steakhouse and Japanese restaurant or tops! Having the beach at our back door was very cool, but unfortunately it closed early and I like a late walk on the beach! I would’ve liked karaoke as part of the entertainment! Playing blackjack in the pool was especially fun and my grandson got to play next to me which was exciting! I would definitely stay at this place again and would recommend a friends
The room wasn’t clean enough and old. The food was bad quality, the service was good. No enough space for kids, limited space. All dining restaurants wanted to sell something with extra money. Don’t buy anything at the hotel store. The price was too high,3-4 times higher. Ah Make sure to get some 1$ bills because your next drink will come tomorrow without tips.
This hotel was great! Their staff were excellent. They definitely gave us royalty treatment. The restaurants were very nice. The Enclave option met all of our expectations. The room was very clean, I am very picky person when it comes to hotel restrooms and the restroom was in perfect condition, clean and very modern to my liking. We will definitely come back.

Fantastic hotel, clean & great food. I recommend this hotel however we received poor service from some of the hotel staff. Without going into details some of the staff appear to have issues and won’t even make eye contact with you when answering queries we had. Very awkward and unprofessional. Majority of the staff were great though

The property was great with great food options for a all-inclusive resort. Kids loved the kids facility with the activities they have in the resort. You could keep your kids there all day and they will enjoy their time. We went to during charismas time so the facility was very full and you will need to wait in the queue for a while to get seated in most of the restaurants. The agent in the reception were very overloaded and we didn't get great service from there and they asked for additional money for hotel provided bag when we were checking out thinking of this bag was complementary. They have some shows in the evening which were great. Overall, it was great experience except a few odd moments.
We have stayed at both resorts for Hilton in Cancun. This Hilton resort was not similar to the other resort when compared to service and cleanliness. We also had difficulties getting into any of the dinner restaurants that required reservations. When we initially got to the resort it looks aesthetically pleasing but looking closer trash lying my around. We checked in as a family of four. We didn’t do enclave and not sure if that was why we weren’t offered drinks as we were checking in but others were. Went to our room and was dirty, floor looked like it had not been swept prior to our arrival. Our refrigerator was not stocked. We had to call down four times to ask to get beverages. Then they finally came around 8:30pm that night to restock. As we were looking closer into the room there was a cockroach by the sliding glass door in the track in the inside of the room. We were pretty dissatisfied especially since the other Hilton in Cancun was nothing like this. We spent several hours by the pool. The service was extremely poor. We tipped every time we received drinks but staff seemed not satisfied or would not come back by for another 1-1.5 hr. We received one staff member, Joanna who took great care of us even when we weren’t in her section. She gave us a nice mini cooler with drinks for our family. Overall, disappointing. We will not be back to this resort or possibly the other Hiltons due to service we received here.
Foods is salty and short staffs. Overall poor foods quality. I’ve stayed here in past when it was Uno. When Hilton take over is not good any more.

Sub par service and all inclusiveness. The food was ok but nothing special. No service at pool and have to track down servers for drinks and food. Kids pool area is a plus there but overall everything else was subpar and below what we expected out of an all-inclusive Hilton property. Servers were on phone looking at Tik tok while you were looking for drinks/food. Not worth the hype. We would not stay there again and neither will be recommend.
Worst resort I ever been to in Mexico before coming to the resort I called everybody was telling me something different. food and drinks are terrible if you want diabetes and high blood pressure come here. they must be paying for the reviews! They look at you weird if you ask for something make sure you have money for tip if not the lady by the pool won’t bring you , your drinks! Wayyy to many people at the resort a line for everything

This was a wonderful experience. This property has so much for the kids to do. I loved that my babies were never without something to do. We loved the pools, the entertainment, the food, and the customer service. Any time I called the front desk, I actually received what I requested. I loved it. I will stay there again on my next Cancún trip.
We loved the size and ease of access at this resort. It wasn’t over crowded. There weren’t long lines for each amenity. It was a great experience for our family.
Very good place all around. It’s clean and the food is decent. I like that the pool area is elevated as it creates a nice breeze at all times. The beach has seaweed but I understand that’s normal and it’s otherwise a great private beach. Not a big resort so it gets kind of boring after a while.

Transportation to the property was difficult to figure out. I would recommend reserving a taxi before your trip. If you wait do not get one inside the airport get one outside the airport on the left side. A taxi should run you $40.00 each way. Do not get a balcony room, there is no balcony, get a terrace room it’s a true balcony. We made reservations for dinner but went early and there was no one there. We went to another restaurant without reservations and got in right away. It’s a nice place with good food and it’s clean. Enjoy!
Nice updated hotel with friendly staff and good dining options. This hotel seemed more geared towards families most bars close at 10 or 11. There is no lounge or club for adults but again maybe it's a famiy resort and I did not know. I also did not like that the towel stations were very far from some areas of the pool and beach it was very inconvenient. Other than that it's a beautiful hotel with friendly staff and very clean.

My family and I had a great experience at this Hilton property. We booked the enclave ocean view room and it was amazing. Hotel is well maintained and the staff was friendly. Very family friendly resort and lots of activities for both adults and children. Lots of food options to choose from, the area is convenient in the hotel zone.
The hotel is nice with good amenities. The spa and the ladies who do massages are absolutely fabulous. The check in and concierge staff need to work on their customer service. Especially when you are paying for the Enclave upgrade they should be more accommodating for basic things like dinner reservations.
My son and my husband really enjoyed the resort, the only problem was they had a hard time booking for sit down diner even they tried way in advanced!
Overall, very pleased with this all-inclusive resort. After spending four days in Mexico City we wanted something easy and relaxing, which was why we chose an all-inclusive. The property had some signs of wear, which can be expected for a resort right on the beach, but it was still very clean and well-kept. For an all-inclusive, we thought the food was very good compared to others we've stayed at. The dinner restaurants were the highlight for the food. The daytime pool buffet is okay, but again, we realized we were at an all-inclusive resort and set our expectations as such. Getting a room that includes that is part of the "Enclave" section was worth it to us, as that allowed us to make all of our dinner reservations upon arrival. The spa was very pretty and massages were great. For an easy, relaxing time where you don't need to think about much, we would definitely stay here again.
Italian restaurant was beautiful and great food. Steak house was not good. Friendly staff. Red bulls are $10 usd. Walk down to Oxo its very close and they have great snacks etc for cheap.

I really enjoyed myself at this resort. The service was top much. Service in resorts lobby was attentive and swift. I had a margarita before I even had the chance to check in. Furthermore, check in was a breeze I got there about an hour or two before scheduled check in time. My room was ready and they let me check in early. That was amazing to me. The food is amazing I did not have a bad bite the whole time I was there. The best part was the beach! No problem finding beach chairs in the shade. The ocean was the bluest of blues and warm. I will definitely go back!

It would be nice if they have more beer selection. There is only 1 kind of beer not happy at all. With hot weather and enjoy under sun drinking some cold beer is great, but a few more beer varieties could be much better.
We absolutely loved this resort! Everyone was so nice and always asking if we needed anything. They were truly going above and beyond! The food was so good, we loved all the restaurants!! The resort was also so clean. The beach and pool areas were beautiful!! Our favorite was the adults only area where the jacuzzi’s overlooked the ocean, It was truly amazing. We will definitely be going back !!

We rented cabanas from JC, and he, hands down, was one of the best and kindest staff members we met on our vacation. Montserrat was a great server at our cabana. Santos was the most enthusiastic entertainer; he brought the party to every event he hosted!! If you are not traveling with kids, rent the cabanas by the adult-only infinity pools; you will not regret it
The food and service are excellent. Staff are friendly. The hotel give us the access to all facilities upon our arriving.
Our five-day stay was made pleasant with plenty of onsite activities for all ages, the beach was clean, the pool areas were clean the room and bathrooms were newly renovated and comfortable. This resort is quite large but easy to navigate around using the mobile QR code on your wristband. WiFi strength was excellent throughout the property and food was great for an all-inclusive.

We stayed from March 22, 2025 to March 30, 2025. Overall a great stay. Some things to be mindful of, the pools are 5 ft deep with the exception of the kids pool which is a little over a foot deep. Floors in the hallways and in a lot of common areas are very slippery, not sure why, possibly the condensation due to humidity, but nonetheless you have to be very careful while walking around. Pool area was fine, but hallways to rooms and inside the buffet restaurant are particularly slick. We chose the Enclave option when we booked. Not sure if it was worth it. I didn’t see anyone checking bracelets in the Enclave areas so it seems anyone can take advantage of most Enclave options. Enclave does provide booking priority to the restaurants so that’s a consideration. We never received the Enclave amenities which were supposed to be included (sunscreen, etc.) not a showstopper but just an FYI. We were told the items were “out of stock.” Food was good, drinks were good, pool areas were good. Rooms were clean, sometimes housekeeping didn’t replenish towels, etc. Beach area was nice, lots of chairs and umbrellas, and pretty clean. As far as Enclave upgrades receiving premium cocktails we didn’t notice anything exceptionally different from the offerings at Enclave lounge compared to the other bars, all the same stuff as far as we could see. A pleasant stay, at a nice resort with decent amenities. You decide if Enclave upgrade is worthwhile.

Nice views and service but not allergen friendly
We recently stayed at the Hilton Mar Caribe and had a mixed experience. Pros: • The rooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained. Since the hotel is relatively new, everything feels fresh. • The property has great beach access, making it easy to enjoy the ocean. • There are multiple pools to choose from, which is a nice touch for relaxation. • The staff is generally friendly and polite, providing good customer service. Cons: • The hotel is not allergen-friendly, particularly for those with dairy allergies or dietary restrictions. The breakfast and lunch buffets lacked dairy-free options, and staff seemed unfamiliar with what “vegan” truly means. • One concerning example was at the pan-Asian restaurant, where Paneer Tikka (which contains cottage cheese) was marked as vegan. This raised red flags about the accuracy of allergen labeling across the hotel’s dining options. • We found ourselves double-checking every meal, as it was evident that many staff members lacked proper training on dietary restrictions. Recommendations: The hotel management should prioritize staff training on allergen awareness and dietary needs. Clear and accurate labeling of menu items, both at the buffet and in restaurants, would greatly improve the experience for guests with dietary restrictions. Overall, while the Hilton Mar Caribe has beautiful facilities and a welcoming atmosphere, its lack of allergen-friendly dining options makes it a less-than-ideal choice for those with dairy allergy

We had fun, great entertainment, friendly staff in general. Buffet was great, and staff there is top nocht. Tepanyka restaurant is a must. La luca good breakfast, but pleasd with dinner. Maybe because we had 10pm dinner reservation. I suggest you make your dinner reservations ASAP after check inin. Need a more convenient washroom in pools area. Better signage to find pool towels for first time guests, otherwise we had an amazing time and we will definitely come again. Thank you for the great service.
This is a beautiful resort right on a beautiful stretch of beach! Several pools to relax at. Lots of dining options. Great food, drinks, and staff! Loved our stay here!
