Great hotel, it is a little dated but it has mega space for 2 adults and 2 children. Service was amazing and had everything you need. I would definitely recommend and go back.

The hallways and my room had cracks along the walls and my room seemed much smaller than depicted on the website. Aside from my room there didn’t seem to be any airflow in the halls and elevator as it was extremely stuffy. There was no iron or ironing board in my Grand suite despite the website saying it was included.

The photos shown do not match the rooms. Rooms are in fact very dated and run down. Functional, but very worn and needs a lot of TLC. Bed was also very firm so one to note.

The location for The Rembrandt is excellent; an easily walkable midway between “Terminal 21” and “EmSphere” shopping malls. The staff really make the hotel great, from Din’s (a bellboy) smile as you enter or leave, the guy’s manning the omelette station at breakfast, to the extraordinarily helpful check-in staff. My room was kept clean by housekeeping, and I really can’t say enough about how pleasant the entire staff was during my 2 1/2 week stay. The negatives are that the building could use some modernization in areas (though upgrades are underway), and the beds are quite firm (which is a preference thing).

Nice, big one bedroom apt. Has an 80’s vibe. Like being back in the good good days. All of the staff are great. Front desk ladies are very professional, and they’ve got a couple of very helpful, friendly doormen. Easy access to both Soi 20 and 18. I like this place.

Shopping malls Emsphere, emporium and terminal 21 within 10 m walk 👍 great restaurants nearby ! All price ranges ! Sports bars within 5 m walk ! Plenty of massage shops nearby

Es war ok.

The staff are very nice. The breakfast was very good. But the rooms definitely need a renovation. Some of the wallpaper is very damaged and the furniture is getting on in years. Many stains on the upholstery.

Excellent place to stay. Close to sky and underground trains, variety of foods, and shopping. All these places are in walking distance. The staff are very nice and helpful.

Very nicely built with pool and gym. The rooms were nice and spacious. The rooms were clean and had great service. Check-in experience was average as it was slow, and the staff tried to charge me for a third person in a room for 2 despite booking an extra room for them. Evidently they didn't read the booking and didn't prepare a second room as the second room was not ready until 5 hours later.

I recently stayed at Rembrandt Residences Bangkok with my parents for five nights and had a very pleasant experience. While the hotel is a bit outdated, it didn’t bother us at all. In fact, we appreciated that it was much quieter than the adjoining Rembrandt Hotel, allowing for a more relaxed stay. Our suite was exceptionally spacious and clean, providing ample comfort. Breakfast, served in the Rembrandt Hotel building, was sumptuous with a wide variety of options, including Indian dishes that my parents particularly enjoyed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, promptly fixing a minor tap issue and providing extra towels upon request. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider returning with family.

Top notch hotel in Bangkok

Great stay. I have been staying at the Rembrandt Residences for my last several trips to Bangkok. My wife, who is Thai, really likes it. The rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is terrific and it is close to everything.

Room was very poor quality almost like 1950s decor old damaged wooden furniture, curtains badly hung, wiring dangerous, poor lighting, shower didnt work properly. Very few power points. Nothi g like described, more like 2 star. Moved out after 1 day

This was hotel #10 of 12 during an almost 2 month long trip. I got the Executive Penthouse Suite on 34th Floor at an amazing market rate. They let my entire family stay without question or extra fees. The room easily fit 5 adults and 1 infant. The room is clean and massive, big bedrooms, balcony, big living room and kitchen area. 2 full marble bathrooms, and provided all toiletries. They also provided bowls, plates, forks and spoons. Room also has a microwave, and a washer/dryer combo for laundry. Location is good. Close to Terminal 21 Mall, BTS Train, 7-11, Emsphere Mall, Benchakitti Park, Soi 11, and Nana Plaza. Nice big Pool on 11th floor. Gym and Breakfast Buffet is in other building. We had Breakfast also included for 5 Adults! And it could be the best we had during the entire Trip. Tasty, with so much variety. Staff was friendly enough. Only Con was only 1 Elevator was working, so it was a wait. Pictures are about accurate. Overall great hotel and a great stay. Exceptional value for Bangkok, and overall. 10/10

Good service all the time

A hotel needs 2nthings in my opinion. A good bed and HOT WATER. This hotel had neither. No value what so ever. Mexican Restaurant saved the day

We had stayed there on four different occasions over 12 days and each time you went you got a different quality of room. Some rooms are pretty good. Others were just downright terrible and nasty. There are no perks for VIPs and the people that checked you in were used to eat very rude. The Bellman were very good. They did everything they could to make. You feel better about the experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Rembrent R, nice big rooms, comfortable beds, our kitchent, was very nice. Older looking rooms, but kept clean and nice, staff very friendly. Small pool, but nice pool area, very basic pool. On our last day our air conditioning, stopped working, they tried to start fixing it, but we were leaving.

We were there last week on the 25th floor. Our day was pretty good with the room could use some help this week. They moved us to the 23rd floor into one of the newer remodeled rooms. This room was fantastic a little bit smaller but they made up for it by putting a washer and dryer combo inside. Staff is always great and very helpful. One of the best values in Bangkok for your money.

Each visit to Bangkok brings me thr The Rembrandt Ressidances Hotel. The people are always happy to see me return, the rooms are exactly what i expect and the rate is acceptable. I enjoy the shopping malls about 10 min walk on eithrr side of the hotel plus all thr food choices foe all. Budgets. The doormans are always helpful and egar to make your day special. I recommend this plsce to everyone.

Bad

Really disappointing as I have stayed at this hotel number of times. Room had low to no lighting air condition didn't work. Staff changed me to another room but room was dull and needs renovation. I have stayed here a number of times and expected better especially being a gold member but was disappointed

Everything ok with one exemption

Im a guest for many times, and I love the apartment part . I also love the renovation they did with the exemption of the shower equipment witch is not in a good shape :(

It most convenient ,easy to fet to places,lots of food street. Safe to stay and bell boys were really great helping when needed help.i would stay again but one need change, shower head way low.

The staff are very accomodating and responsive. Room is spacious. WIFI works well as I was able to work. Variety of good breakfast. Walking distance to Terminal 21 and in good area. We'll stay again.

Great room excellent staff

I was extremely happy with this incredible hotel. the location couldn't be more perfect and the room was extremely spacious and well equipped. the bed and linens were extremely comfortable (best so far in Thailand that I have experienced) and I slept incredibly well! Thank you to all of the staff as they were also incredible and helpful. Keeping an eye out for next year to stay again!

We booked a suite at the Rembrandt Suites adjoining the hotel. Huge with separate bedroom. Breakfast is at the hotel. It's adequate but not on par with other buffets at nearby hotels we have stayed at previously. It can be a zoo so I recommend getting there before 8.30. The suites pool is very quiet but always in shade. Hotel pool is far nicer - and has a bar with waiter service - but it can be hard to snag a spot. Hotel tuk tuk takes you to the end of Soi 18 . Heaps of transport options. BTS & MRT are a schlep in the hot humid weather. Bus at end of the street takes you anywhere. Air conditioned with mobile phone charging outlets. The subway and monorail are usually jam packed. EM Sphere is 5 minutes walk. Heaps of fantastic restaurants and a supermarket.

Great location. Easy and close access to merto and sky train. Everything is in walkable distance. Our rooms 180 and 181 needs renovations. I would stay there again but probably ask for different room other way look for something in better condition.

Very dated but that was perfectly reflected in the price. Staff was wonderful and everything was clean, just very old and in need of renovation. Was very fairly priced for what you get, my only real complaint would be the toilet: there was a sewer gas issue because of how their plumbing is set up. Didn’t ruin our experience or anything, just very unpleasant.

It is 3.5 stars unless the toilet is fixed.

The toilet is so loud, it wakes everyone up. I went to toilet 5 times during the night and every time I had to flush the toilet. Family couldn’t cope as the were unable to rest.

Only shining light is there’s a good Aussie pub 2 doors down

This hotel charged me $110 per night for 2 nights, room was nothing like photos, it was small, old, and worthy of just 1 star. The staff were friendly but i would never stay there again.

Stayed in the grand suite twin room. Room was huge and had a lot of space. Hotel is located very near many restaurants, cafes and shopping malls too. Great place!

Good for a night . Difficult for drivers and grab to find as it’s behind other properties . Building isn’t secure , had someone knocking on my door looking for a lost item . No bar at the pool. Needs updating

Stating the residence there was brown water coming from the toilet above it I had to get up in the middle of the night. A complaint to the manager took photograph. She put me in a small new room was 1 million times better than the thing I was in if you want my honest opinion The staff are not trained properly. I went up to one of the staff at the counter he said to me yep I pulled back and went up to him and said please I’m a client. He didn’t know where to put his face. I would not stay there again. Appreciate what the manager done for me but it’s old And I was quite lucky that she upgraded me to one bedroom but I did want a room with the kitchen and facilities to cook I have photographs to prove it I would not stay there again.

The photos that are showed are no way a reflection of the room itself…room was clean, tidy and staff were excellent but the images against the actual were miles apart!

The suite I stayed in was extremely large, but the furniture was outdated and some areas of the room needed a coat of paint what made up for all this was how accommodating the staff was. And how convenient it was moving around the area. Would I recommend this to a friend?

I’m a regular visitor here. Very happy with service and facilities, although it is a bit dated.

It’s old and dirty

The Rembrandt suites are old and have not been updated or maintained. The suites are large and quiet. Furniture is tired. The bed is big but very firm! The kitchen is supplied with only 2 place settings. Nice views. The floors are dirty. They need to be moped wet not just dry. I wiped a water spill of the floor and the paper was black. Shower has mold. Wallpaper stains. Pool is lovely but old. The owner needs to update! One elevator didn't work at all in our 3 nite stay, the other elevator was always a long wait especially if you need to go up or down from floor 34. Service staff also uses this elevator so it is busy! The staff is incredible helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for your great service.

Great hotel and all, but the floor I was on - the ceiling was coming apart on the way to my floor and I saw they put temporary sheets to cover it. Also, I could not find a tag or something to put on my outside door handle to stop room service staff knocking my door as I tend to come late and needed long hours of sleep - kept disturbing me.

Location. Amenities nearby. Eateries. In-house Breakfast varieties. Courteous staff. Instant room service. Room not elderly-friendly. Bathroom only has bath tubs. Elders find very difficult to get into the tub and bathe. Breakfast is not in the same building. Need to walk to adjacent building.

Classic hotel/suites. Great pool options. Spacious room and great value based on location. If you need ultra modern then skip Rembrandt. If your ok with a slightly older hotel but with a great bed, great Air conditioner and great pool options go for Rembrandt.

The hotel is old and worn down!! BUT clean and excellent service, good breakfast and great location! You cannot beat the price 100 m from Sukhumvit! Stayed there for 7 years! I hear it’s going to be remodeled or torn down , so book while you can 😀😀😀
