ENJOYED OUR STAY.
Good for one night, good location, super hard mattress
Everything is fine ☺️ except the room is too small 😔
Wifi connection is lousy, difficult to get connected or get cut off after a while
Okay,no additional comments.
Inconvenient location and few amenities
The hotel has very few amenities
Beds are hard. The room is too small for two singje beds. There's not much room to move in the room for two people. There's sleeper available for single use. Amenity, two Chinese tea bags.
it was a great place to stay.
This property is clean. I wish there was wifi services during my stay.
Staffs are not friendly
The hotel is optimally located, close to the busy part of the city but also quiet enough. The room is clean but small, can't do much in there except for sleeping.
Vancouver Steve
Beds were not comfortable due to lousy bed matter. One could feel the coil springs underneath. Shower curtain moved and sticked to my body when showering. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is excellent
For the price, spectacular!!
Really good for the price. Bed was not the comfiest because they just put 2 mattresses together but it was fine. Staff were very good at fixing my remote control. Would definitely stay again.
Close to the centre of things. Excellent facility and staff service.
Convenient and satisfaction services.
Great location. Friendly staff!
Guest room small and bath room tiny. No good for a 180 lbs person.
Convenient location and reasonable price are the best parts of this hotel.
Convenient location, affordable price
People is friendly. Good location for walkable to public transit (subway trains & buses), local stores, park & various choice of eateries.
Hotel needs to do some renovation. But overall is good.
Small and Cheap
Rooms are so small. Not like photos. More like a boarding house you hear every door open and shut and people walking in corridors. Twin is 2 single beds wuth 49cm between. Bathroom is tiny and show leaks all over the floor. Not cheap. Approx AU 300 for tiny. Good points . Location is good close to Nathan Road and MTR
It was a really nice place. But the rooms were smaller than i expected. Washroom doors are slide doors, which had a gap peeping into the suite. Also the elevators took very long to go up and down. The free wifi kept disconnecting (barely connecting).
A very good, thank you very much, I enjoyed staying, Cheers!
The standard double rooms are fairly small
There is no closet to hang clothes.
My room this time was so much smaller I don't think I would use this hotel again.
The hotel location is very convenient to go around the tsim sha tsui and jordan area with close to jordan mtr station and city bus stops. The room is in a slightly smaller side but it is clean and quiet with a good city view. The hotel staffs were very friendly from the start and the check in and check out service were also very smooth. We had a very pleasant stay in Ramada on our 2 weeks HongKong visit.
pretty convenient but at least twice i had to call for maintenance on my toilet for plumbing issue. There's no luggage console.
Very good room cleaning service and she was very nice friendly !
Ok....
Very small rooms but location is good. Questioning the cleaniness of the room. I got bit once and my husband got bit twice by something in our bed. Huge bite of some sort.
Was good as they provide tea and coffle each day.
Front of the hotel staff should have lessons in hospitality as no eye contact, never a smile in fact quite rude. The only place in our recent travels that required payment to store luggage. The best person in the whole hotel was the cheery doorman
HK Visit
room was clean, location was good. room size was probably smaller than I expected
Shopping Trip
Location was very good, room probably a bit small, staff were friendly.
A great location for exploring Kowloon and convenient for links to get to Hong Kong island etc. The room was a bit small and basic, but it was very clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. The concierge really went out of his way to help us with our octopus card. Would stay again.
There is no gym available
location
Poor service overall
Front counter service is poor
Good
Overall not so great property.
Great price for type of property. Beds are NOT up against the wall on one side as is the case with a lot of hotels in Hong Kong. Clean carpeted rooms. Standard queen room has a shower that's tiny, shower curtain sticks to body with draft. Premier (handicap) room is spacious like North America motel rooms, including a bathtub! Note that Premier Rooms are right by elevators, but no worries elevators don't "ding" on arrival. Front desk was very efficient and accommodating. Requested extra blankets and got them delivered very quickly. Note that buildings/hotels in HK don't have heat, ventilation is really a/c. I even requested a heater and was delivered very quickly. The extra blankets were very lightweight and warm, no problem sleeping. Mattresses were a bit too hard for us who aren't used to that, have to say they are the norm in HK though. A bit of stale smell here and there in room and in lobby, not a huge deal. We had great entertainment watching turtles on rooftop garden from queen room side, lawn bowling, cricket and kids soccer on premier room side. Love the location for my purposes. That part of HK is condensed, can cover a lot of ground walking within 15 minutes.
Location
small room and dim
Love lower floor there is 7/11, grocery store, 2 restaurants, plus a few other shopping stores
Worse mattress!!
The restaurant staff and the cleaner are nice. However, the quality of the bed mattress is horrible. We can feel the spring coils (all over the bed). After we asked for any solution, they only gave us one more blanket to cover the mattress. The wall paper is very old fashioned. We thought we went through the time channel to go back to 1960's.
The toilet is too small, and very hard to take a shower, and also the quality of the slippers are very poor, and the room is too small. The location is excellent and very convenient.
The room is tiny. If you thought shower stall in a cruise cabin was small, think again. The shower curtain sticks to your skin during shower.
Location is decent. Room is not well designed. Cannot find place to hang up clothes. Only 1 wall outlet was working.
The drain of the bathtub was plugged .
Front staff and concierge staff were not at all helpful. They were rude and not providing any help whatsoever information we asked them for . The room size and bathroom was very small. I do not recommend this hotel .
Comfort
Beds could be better. Rooms were very small but Overall it was ok for the price I paid.
Convenient.
The property needs updating and the restaurant on site had limited selection of food.
OK Place
It was just a place to stay. Nothing special. Room and the bed were exceptionally small and my feet hung way over the edge of the bed. About a 15 minute walk to the harbor.
Friendly
Friendly staff, small but adequate room.
Hong Kong quick stay
When we arrived they had cancelled our second room again no notification was sent but they did find a second room for us at a better rate the the one from hotels.com the rooms are very small but worked for our stay as the location was great , the place could use a good cleaning but we have had worse during our travels, at that price it was Ok
The staff wasn't helpful at all. They were always in a bad mood and stresssd
Room is small
The hotel room is clean but small, it equipped with a samll fridge and a safe. The queen size bed is comfy. Walkable area, close to Temple St. the shopping street and loved the open food stalls with pipping hot food. The hotel is close to MTR, on 23 Austin Ave. not Austin Road. Me and my friends made the same mistake.
not my first consideration
Ramada at Tsim Sha Tsui no good
Room too small.
Amazing location, rooms are small but that’s standard for Hong Kong. Cleaning staff in particular were so lovely. The only problem was the walls are incredibly thin so if you are at the end of a corridor, you will hear everything going on outside the room.
Perfect date to stay
Very clean and walking distance to all. Safety to get in and out
The hotel location is easy to reach by public transport
Very convenient location. Quiet area. 5 minutes walking to bus routes and MTR station. Foods and restaurants on the neighborhood.
Cleaningness is good. Buses and MTR networks is very convenient about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Foods, restaurants, convenient stores and shopping centers in the neighborhood. Location is in the quiet area, about few minutes walking to the busy prime areas in Kowloon.
Small room and poor design and maintenance.
The bed was uncomfortably hard. The double bed option was 2 beds put together, but you can feel where one bed ends and one bed begins and is uncomfortable to be not on one side or the other. Just get 2 single beds. The room smelled like mildew, and the wifi was inconsistent and would disconnect me every 15 minutes or so. Considered changing to a different hotel near the end of my stay
New technologies saves lots of time for passengers.
This hotel needs a major update..our towels are even all worn out and has holes on it.
Location is OK but a little far from MTR. Walk to any shopping is great. Tiny room but it is still OK because it is in Hong Kong. Color of the hotel make it looks so old & not very clean. A little smelly all the time which makes it not feel too good.
Booked a standard room double but at check-in the staff said it is fully occupied, so I was given a standard room twin on 29F. Enjoyed a good view of the bay. Didn't like the entertainment option from the TV. Wished they provide international news channel or movies.
Very good service
It is a OK hotel to sleep in HK, mind the toilet is too small and no desk for computer. The bed is asian hard style
No closet, size not too bad among Hong Kong new built hotels. Main ground floor entrance on a narrow street, lobby entrance opens to another has driveway but not opened except to tour groups.
Excelle
The rooms are tiny and so old styling that they just seem dirty. I complained about the tiny room and the manager came up to speak with me. She said they had upgraded me at checkin to the deluxe room. I burst out laughing. I couldn’t help it, the foot of the beds was pressed against the wall… the bathroom was unpleasant. We ended up paying an extra $45 for a larger room. Beds were super uncomfortable, but they did try to improve that and added a bed topper which made it better. They tried to please and I appreciate that. Also didn’t help that Google Maps indicated the hotel was Permanently Closed, which was the first thing we saw when landing in HK.
Damp and tiny rooms (standard in the city for budget friendly), but value for money was acceptable enough compared to other properties in the area for me to extend my stay
Good
Staff was friendly and accomodating. AirCon was a bit too loud even when on low. But also understandable during the heatwave.
The staff from the hotel are fine and always willing to help. There are only two USB ports in the room but both are not working. The lady works at the front desk lent me an adapter which worked fine with my USB adapter. It would be better if they can fix the ones in the room.
A decent budget hotel. The rooms are tiny compared to your average hotel room. There’s no space to leave your suitcase open if you’re rooming with others. They only had a room with 2 twin beds on the 15th floor when I checked in, but it worked out in my favour since I could use the extra bed as a bench for my belongings. Only some hooks on the walls if you want to hang any clothing. There’s a power plug relatively close to the bed. The kettle is clean, tea and coffee is provided, but no bottled water. Slippers and other basic amenities are provided. The shower space is tight so you’ll be rubbing up on the curtains. A tip to avoid it blowing onto you is to keep it slightly open enough for air to pass by easily. TV with decent amount of channels. It’s walkable to food, nearby 24h laundry, and close to metro to get elsewhere. The room stays feeling damp though. After returning to your room from sweating all day, your clothes won’t feel completely dry the following days. The housekeeping is done daily where things are replenished and bed is made. The receptionists gave me a hard time checking in because of a slight difference between the name on the booking and what’s on my passport. I’ve been booking the same way at countless hotels and never had any issues. I guess security is extra tight in HK. Towels are worn, but clean. Only a tiny amount of stains were seen on towels and bed sheets. Don’t expect luxury when booking here and you won’t be disappointed
Has enough amenities like fridge
Staff is not friendly
like its location, that's all, room so small that suitcases can only be put under the beds
It’s great, we enjoyed love Hong Kong
Cleaning lady's is nice!
Bed bugs
Bed bugs bites
Hotel room too small. Could walk to food and shopping, No bus coming in front of hotel English speaking is issue. We used google translation to communicate.
extremely tiny and outdated rooms
The staff are friendly and the cleaning service's great!
gogo
room is very small, shower curtain stick to your body when showering, vanity sink area so small will hit elbow when brushing teeth.
Property is in a great location and staff are lovely. The lobby and outside area on floor 2 is nice. The rooms are very small and not very well upkept and would do well with a refurb. They also smell a little musky where I'm assuming there isn't great ventilation for the shower. Most frustrating though is that the sink is in the bedroom, not the bathroom! We also had an occasion where we let housekeeping know we were sleeping, and then they called the room phone 10mins later asking to clean the room. However the staff were lovely so I wouldn't hold it against them, just worth bearing in mind for future guests. I should reiterate the location is ideal, near a 7/11 and a 5min walk from a high street and metro.
Great place to stay the rooms are a little small but that's Hong Kong . But that's all i can say bad about it everything was perfect for our stay
Can't bookings the breakfast together The sitting on lobby need to change Over all is very good

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for over ten days between mid-May and June. Overall, the experience was mixed. The hotel is a bit old, but the location is extremely convenient. During our stay, the Duty Manager Kenneth Lien was very professional, thoughtful, and attentive which truly impressed us. By the way, the housekeeping lady on the 25th floor was also very friendly and kept everything very clean. David/Eva
