Nice sized rooms, clean, exercise facility had older equipment. Helpful staff.
Amazed by the staff, very kind, helpful and quick response. The lady who checked us in I regret not getting her name, checked us in at 1pm on 7/30 she was at the end of reception counter to my right next to refreshments. She was very delightful, I hope the next time we get a chance to stay here we encounter with her.
Hotel Very old and not clean. Bugs flying in room and all over hotel. Amenities were dirty and bed very old and worn out. Would not recommend
The amenities in the room were dirty. Bed very old and bugs flying in room and all over the hotel. Staff not very friendly. Would not recommend hotel.
Good but still disappointing
Decent hotel but probably not the best value for money. The hotel is geared up to cater for unsuspecting foreign tourists. Called the. Centre hotel, the only good thing about the location is that it is 10 minutes walk from the metro (if you dare walk there) and then a couple of stops to City Palace. Probably those staying here through a tour deal get the best value otherwise pricing in the bars and restaurants is high even by European 5 star hotel standards. The buffet dinner is mediocre and aimed at tour parties. The Business Class room was large but dated. Poorly finished bathroom. Staff were almost all friendly and helpful.
It was good to stay at a clean hotel with good service.
Hotel is showing age. Didn't feel very clean, and could hear traffic from room. Breakfast selection was just OK. Overall felt like I could get better value for my dollar at other large hotels in Jaipur.
Comfortable Hotel with Excellent Restaurants
We enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable hotel. We particularly liked the two specialised restaurants, one Indian and one Chinese, which served truly excellent food. The Travel Desk was particularly helpful, organising efficient, reliable and inexpensive airport pick up, a day's sightseeing and a railway station drop off. We were not so impressed by the hotel's location. We had expected Jaipur to be more 'walkable' but the hotel was surrounded by busy roads and was on the wrong side of a dual carriageway if one wanted to walk to the main tourist sites. So be prepared to use plenty of taxis etc.
Centrally located
Worst Customer Service!
This is no more than a 3-star Hotel at BEST and the service is absolutely HORRIBLE. Their employees need some SERIOUS training in how to deal with customers. We ordered from outside and as I was walking inside with the food, the door-man stopped me saying I can't take outside food inside. So I went inside to talk to the receptionist, and he said that's their policy and that I should give the food to the door-man so he can give it to a poor person to eat. OR I can eat outside of the hotel. I demanded to speak to the manager, who said although that is their policy, but because I wasn't aware, I can take the food to my room this and not to order again. He apologized on behalf of what his receptionist said. Since that point, none of the front desk receptionist greeted me when I came in and out of the hotel. There was a female employee following me around every time I was in the lobby asking what I was doing in the lobby. I told her I stayed there, and she didn't seem to comprehend that. This was an absolute nightmare experience. Such an awful stay during my much needed vacation. And their included breakfast was below average. I would never stay here again and would tell everyone to run the other way. The way they mistreat their guests, it's not worth staying there even if it was free. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. This hotel is terrible!
Our experience at Radisson Jaipur city center was excellent! Right from being greeted at the security entrance to checkout, the staff was very welcoming and courteous. The breakfast buffet had a wide spread, and everybody at the hotel was very accommodating. The location of the property is also ideal for someone who wants to explore Jaipur.
The property was very modern and clean but could do with a more cultured look of Jaipur.
The property is old and not maintained as pee the standards of a good hotel. The staff was not cordial especially at front desk. We had booked 2 adjoining rooms which were confirmed to us but on arrival we were told that we either have to accept 2 rooms on different floors or wait for an hour for family rooms to get ready. So we had no choice but to wait and finally got room at 4pm
.
The hotel seemed to be partly underutilized. Parts were closed off by curtains. The breakfast buffet was not very good and lacked a variet
Comfort and food were great. Facilities were nice. Service was a bit too much many times. Its ok to stop asking if i need something.
Great location helpful staff Front office Ayoob was exceptional in making us comfortable Good restaurants and small bar
Old building that staff are maintaining. Staff would bend backwards to help in the service they provide but hot ameneties fall short if other radison hotels i have stayed at.
the bedt hotel
I would say the staff are excellent and the rooms are also nice and modern. The staff were always very helpful and also catered for my kids food who has allergies. Location is also good.
Rooms were modern, but bathroom a little dated. Breakfast had limited western choice and few drinks available. No bottle water in the rooms either!
It was a great experience for the first time. I would go back again.
Excellent
V good
Great place for tourist! Very close from city place. Incredible hospitality every where! Great training. Enjoyed 2 days stayed here. Thanks
Clean hotel and very helpful staff. Didn’t see a swimming pool and think that would have been nice. Breakfast was good and a nice nightlife at the hotel.
The staff at this hotel were really professional as you would expect from a Radisson hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. After staying at a few hotels where the a/c didn't really work, it was nice to have a room where you can cool down within minutes. Their breakfast selection was good, and their three restaurants provided a welcomed variety. There really is not much around the area. Because it was so hot this time of year, I had to depend on Uber to get around, it was just too hot to walk everywhere. For a pleasant stay and great service, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Highly recommend this property! Great location within Jaipur, and I have to give it up to the incredible staff, because when we had an early checkout at 4am, they sent us off with breakfast boxes and extra bananas! The hospitality was out of this world.
The hotel was very nice but felt a little cramped and dated. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean.
Seconds time staying at the property, better than first time, room located on the 8th floor, non smoking. Wonderful experience. Great location!! Staff always professional, prompt to help with anything you need for your comfort. Not really great with information from the city. The gym at the hotel, it’s great, reason to stay again there. Breaks fast Buffett quality has decreased a little from 2018
Overall, good hotel with good value for money
Neat place. Polite staff. Good food. Good service.
Nice staff. Upgraded the room type without asking. Reception was very friendly. Concierge not a real devotee to hospitality. Rooms were clean.
Very comfortable
Breakfast service and staff. Excellent. Also dinner buffet was very nice. With vouchers very good 2 for 1 deal
Nice service, good staff, very clean , helpful i love to stay again. Management is the best make me feel good
Hotel was nice clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just average. Location was good for us but we had a driver.
Very good hotel located centrally within Jaipur. Highly recommended.
Pleasant stay & breakfast
On checking in, hotel reception offered business class room for the stay. We stayed at newly built 8th floor room. The room was nice and clean. Very clean bathroom. No issues so far. Breakfast was good and offered some choices beyond menu. Overall excellent stay.
As a 4 stats hotel It is Ok.... this hotel is kind old..... no comparison to the Radisson in Agra which is very good in terms of location and service...... mostly the Radisson Agra with a great roof swimming pool
Short family vacation
Great 2 night stay here. Room service was awesome. Food was delicious and staff was very helpful. Hotel in great condition.
nice comfortable place to stay good breakfast
jaipur
very nice hotel and staff-- however very far removed from sites - you will need a car or tuk for everything
It was clean overall but noisy as our room was on the highway side and we could hear the traffic.
Very good . Convenient location . Staff is courteous. Very welcoming. Would love to stay again💕
Food, Restaurant, Clean Hotel, Fast Internet, Frirendly Staff
good
Good stay
Clean room, good breakfast with reasonable price.
Great Thai restaurant as one of the options at the hotel. Some of the best Thai food I have tasted. Rooms very comfortable and clean. I will be staying there again.
Near Jaipur Junction Railway Station
Very comfortable Hotel with everything you would expect from a 4 Star hotel. Great Breakfast spread and evening meals are inexpensive. The Bar has a good atmosphere and Happy Hour (Two for One) operates until 8pm. I enjoyed my 4 nights here.
Needs some work to be 5*
After long journey would have preferred the 3 superior rooms booked and paid for via Expedia but instead given “upgrade” to business class which I felt was a “downgrade”. My room overlooked a roof of hundreds of pigeons which seem to be a problem in pool area. Room had bath which would have been great except water lukewarm it was the same in the other 2 rooms. To advertise as a 5* improvements are needed especially in bathrooms e.g grouting, inadequate bath plugs, old worn blind and lukewarm water. On the plus side fantastic comfy 5* bed. Fantastic breakfast selection and gym. Staff very helpful. If I was booking here again I would insist on room booked as specified on Expedia
Concierge lacks information, else a good stay.
Stayed for 3 nights for vacation and the hotel is relatively good. A spacious room and comfortable bed with Wi-Fi that is provided free. However, the Wi-Fi signal is not always strong. Within the hotel, there is Chinese Restaurant (Dragon House) that is highly recommended in the region. Essentially, its an oriental restaurant and not a Chinese specific restaurant. The food served has a good oriental taste. The jasmine tea served does not taste fragrant enough for a typical jasmine tea though. Still, I enjoyed my meals and the service in this restaurant. The service in this hotel is relatively passable for one carrying the Radisson brand though due to one episode encountered. As I wanted to know how I can spend my time in the area, the concierge manager was less than helpful in his recommendations. There were a few suggestions offered but as I enquired more about his suggestions and the estimated time for the visit, his reply was one with frustration and eagered to brush me off. A poor tone and attitude was worn on his appearance. Perhaps the manager has not much information on hand with his own recommendations, hence his behavior. My friend in India told me that is how most hotel staffs behave but I beg to differ as my stay in Radisson Delhi is anything but this. The hotel stay was still relatively enjoyable except for the one service received. Let's hope for better staff training in this hotel.
Our memorable trip to jaipur
We had a good stay for four days. The staff were very helpful
Hotel with many amenities
Perfect hotel if you want to avoid the polluted and noisy city. Multiple restaurants and bars with a delicious buffet breakfast included. The rooms are nice. Couches a little stained and parts of the room (along the walls, molding) were dirty looking. Bathroom was nice, nothing special, but not dirty or disturbing. Overall it was a nice place to stay.
Fabulous hotel in a magical city
We stayed 5 nights here over the Diwali festival & it was wonderful. The staff are excellent - especially Eesha on Reception & the staff in the restaurants - they just can't do enough for you. We ate in the Mosaic restaurant a couple of nights & although the service was rather slow, the food was delicious. One evening we ate in The Great Kabab Restaurant - they offer a set menu & what a feast it is: 6 different Kabab to start, then 6 main courses & finally 4 desserts. All of this for around £10pp. We also had a driver for the day to take us further afield & this was also excellent value. We were lucky enough to have Jitendra Singh Rathoreally who was superb - very knowledgeable & happy to talk if we wanted him to. He was a very safe driver & we highly recommend him.
Still becoming Radisson from Country Suites! ;)
The stay was comfortable. The staff was not still 'Radisson-like' - they can do better!
Good place to say in Jaipur
Very good hotel, clean, comfortable rooms and beds and very well located. Very friendly staff overall.
Stay was comfortable & good except no facilities for outstation drivers & some issue about snacks in room. There were no snacks but the House Keeping insisted that they had kept it.It was a small issue but I would have felt better if the issue was cleared
worst service
worst
Not the conventional Radisson.
It's an inferior Radisson, food needs major improvement in terms of spread and quality.
Good location for stay at Jaipur
We were made to feel comfortable by the helpful staff.
Very Nice
This is a lovely place to stay - clean rooms, modern furnishings, good restaurants, comfy bed. It is close to the train station and you can easily find a cab or tuk tuk from here as well. The kebab restaurant is wonderful and the breakfast buffet is the perfect way to start your day. Waitstaff are A+, but that is true through out most of the nicer places in India. They let us check in early without a problem and were able to change currency for us as well. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because there is a night club in the hotel and if you are light sleeper the noise can be bothersome.
Comfortable
Perfect location to stay in Jaipur
More like a 3 star hotel
This is definitely not a 5/4 star hotel. Looks like a 3 star hotel with 5 star price tag. There is no lobby or reception area. Front office Staff is extremely rude and not cooperative. Only plus is location. Else completely avoidable.
Room Staff needs to give enough toiletries
We asked for a floor mat for the bathroom at least half of our stay there. The shampoo, bath soap and body was were very spartan just one bottle for two people and on an occasion we got nothing. We requested our ice bag be frozen and brought to us, since their fridge did not work. It took them almost an hour each time. We had a neck injury hence needed this. The floor is horrible. It made swishy sounds when you walked with slippers on. The food at the Chinese restaurant was not up to standard either. The Kebob place was phenomenal! The breakfast staff was superb!!!! We will not be staying here again.
Good enough business hotel
Good for a short business trip but wouldn't stay there for a holiday. Located centrally, and rooms are decent, but overall the rooms are showing a little wear and tear. Staff is helpful and nice.
Nice hotel. Friendly. Nice breakfast. Clean and secure. Noisy room from road noise and renovations being done above us. We had to change rooms because of a terrible chemical odour coming from the bathroom that made us feel unwell and assumed to be related to the works. This was very annoying but we were swiftly moved to another room. No compensation through for this health hazard and inconvenience.
"Awesome Experience!"
I stayed with country inn for two days, it was an awesome experience. Centrally located, very closed to Railway station. Great caring and personalized service by all the staffs, special thanks to Mr. Amrit (front office) and Mr. Pushpender (F&B), Staffs like them make this an excellent place to stay. Room was big, clean and well maintained. Food was fantastic. Rooftop pool was great. Recommend to stay at the hotel.
Staff very good. Hotel not coming back
The reception staff was very helpful. However when we did check out they went to the room to check the mini bar despite we said nothing was taken. Very rude. Hotel does not look like pictures. Location awful. Very noisy. Cleaning good. Food awful except chinese resturant that was good. The staff very polite and kind. Its the only good thing about the hotel. This should be a 3 star hotel
Short stay at Pink city
Hotel is in good location with all major attractions accessible. Hotel is undergoing renovation, causing disturbance. Has excellent restaurant with friendliest staff. Front office staff need lot more training in their interactions with customers. bath room don't have curtains to prevent shower spills, it causes muddling of bath room. No hatch lock nor locking system from inside room. Corridor was smelling pretty bad, staff also has no idea !!! Excellent menu for breakfast and dinner. overall not found value for money spent. Huge difference between what is shown on web site and actual !
Good location...
All in all it was a good stay. Service is quick but one thing is that we can hear hammering from our room which is very annoying. Also, it would have been great if they will offer some welcome drink especially if you ca me from a long trip it would have been a relief.
Great Hotel in Jaipur.
My associate and I had two hotels on this trip, this one and another 4 star in New Delhi. By a wide margin this hotel beat the pants off the 4 star in Delhi. Great staff clean rooms and a wonderful breakfast. if we were to visit Jaipur again we would be staying here.
No
Very bad
Very small room, Food is not good.
Hotel charged me wrongly, I booked from Expedia and the amount charged by the hotel is more than my deal, very bad experience.
All Staff &Service All Are Good

Comfortable stay but not elegant as it could be in Jaipur.
Radisson Jaipur City Center | Hotel in Jaipur | Travala.com
Excellent room with service to match. Very good restaurant for sinner, breakfast buffet good. But excellent staff is the standout.
