It was cheap and the bed was ok. Room was run down. Stains, broken stuff, lights flashing in the room all night. Needs a remodel!

Nice place to stay

Great calm place.

Heather at the front desk is such a sweet genuine good hearted person. I’m a single Mom traveling with a 3 yr old little girl and she made us feel right at home, like I was staying with family. Next time I’m in town and need a place to stay I will return.

It's reasonable and fairly accommodating. Staff is nice for most part .

If you need a cheap place to sleep for the night this is your hotel otherwise stay away i would not recommend

We had a great time at this Hotel, the pool was amazing, the breakfast delicious and the bedding served for a good nights sleep. Definitely recommend!

Cheap price.

Overall it was nice but very compact. No room to get the luggage carts in and out of elevator.

I just stayed overnight to ski Perfect North.

I always enjoy staying here

The lady at the front desk was super sweet to my 3 year old. We couldn't find the remote, so she gave us another one and when she came to the room to program it to the tv, she brought my little some bluey body wash so that he could take a bubble bath. She was also very sweet in that, when she came into the room, he ran up to her and wanted picked up. She didnt miss a beat. Scooped him up like shes been doin it his whole life. The pool was warm and little man had a great time swimming as well. The room was nice. Huge bed and a pull out sofa for the little.

Terrible place to stay.

It was so dirty. We ended up with bed dug bites, I had to fix the TV & toilet. Everything with metal in the room was rusted. Lights were not working, hair in the bathtub, toilet was gross, holes in the closet wall, no iron. The entire 2nd floor smelled like weed & a lot of dogs barking through the night. Smoke detector blinked brightly all night long. We requested a refund for our 2nd night b/c it was so nasty & we were going somewhere else & they told me the room was clean & newly renovated so no refund would be given. They said it was hotel.com issue to give us the refund & hotels.com said they couldn’t help either.

We were given a room that someone was staying in! Said there was just one house keeper and they were booked? Doesn't make sense! There was a hlaf eaten roll of cookie dough in the fridge, the shampoo was empty, the tub didnt drain until the next morning and the beds are hard as a rock!

Everything seemed ok aside from the noise from other guests and dogs barking.

Everything was great very easy checkin convient to alot of places the slopes are just 12 min away which was an amszing perk. The breakfast was amazing the staff was exceptional specially the lady that catches and I believe her name was Heather she did a very good job very prepared for and very polite very fulfilling on all information that we had gave us a great place to go eat dinner I'm definitely be back again

Maintenance needed!

It’s as if this hotel has been forgotten by corporate as it pertains to maintenance. We stayed in room 209. Our window was literally broken, gaping hole to the outside. We asked for tape at the front desk to which they provided and we taped over the hole which blocked the traffic sound and cold wind. Our light above our sink was out, Huge cracks along the walls along. Our phone did not work. The TV is very grainy. In terms of paint, it needs to be touched up every where. There were stains on the curtains. The water pressure was awful on the second floor. Our son’s room’s door lock did not work unless it was slammed shut. The list goes on and on. I am writing this review in hopes that it helps management have a voice to corporate that this hotel is going downhill quickly, but with minor changes could be saved. There were no bed bugs and breakfast was fine. All of the receptionists were nice and welcoming.

Room was horrible

Room was disgusting, mold in the bathroom, cobwebs hanging from the ceiling that looked very old. Curtains had holes in them and wouldn't close letting a parking lot spotlight beam in the room

TV and remote didn't alwsys work.

It was close to where we was visiting, easy to get, reasonable pricing, with a nice breakfast

Not worth the price

We've stayed at other Quality Inns however I would NOT recommend this one. Our first room wasn't clean; our 2nd room wasn't much better. We discovered dirty towels, sheets, stained curtains (which wouldn't close all the way), and there was dirt & debris under the bathroom vanity. What really upset us was that the door didn't fit the door frame so you could see out into the hall. Which also let in noise and light. We pushed chair & luggage in front of the door as I wasn't sure the deadbolt would hold if someone tried to break in. The only redeeming factor was the staff which were extremely friendly and helpful. They all deserve raises as I imagine they get lots of complaints. We will not be staying here again.

The curtins were shredded, there was a open coke in the fridge and when you walk in it smelled of smoke. But the bed was comfortable and the price was good

I forgot to take pictures of Room 207 on Nov 16, 2024 but it wasn't clean. There were hairs all over the bathroom floor and shower. Trash, old tissues under the vanity, stink bugs by the window, curtain lining dirty and water marks, ceiling watermarks above the closest bed to the door. I wish i could get a credit to my account. Thank you.

Great place

Our stay here was great. It was really comfortable. I like the fact that it has micro wave and a bigger fridge in the room. I also like that it has a swimming pool and a gym. The staff are very friendly.

Had two different beds that had blood all over the actual mattress and both had blood on the sheets like the sheets had never been changed

it is an older place, but clean

The hotel itself was quite decent. We enjoyed the full breakfast each morning. When our shower quit working our first morning, we were able to move to another room within 90 minutes. I did have a problem with the smokey hallways right next to our non-smoking room. The hotel reeked of smoke inside, while outside it reeked of marijuana.

We had a handicap room and the beds were so high to get in one of us used the chair to crawl in. Sink was very high also

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. I am sensitive to scents and our room smelled very strongly. When I told the staff at the desk they thought the room had probably been deep cleaned that day so they gave us another room which didn’t smell as much. I would suggest using more natural or unscented cleaners, as more and more people are sensitive or allergic. We had a good stay and thank you for treating us well. The room was very comfortable and the fridge was handy.

Would not stay here again

Most of the hotel smelled like smoke covered up with a strong cleaning scent. It was awful. The pool was cold. The rooms were sort of clean. They were in desperate need of a deep cleaning. The people at the front desk were nice.

The staff was nice and rooms were clean but we went to swim also and I called before I went to check in and they said yes it's open well it wasn't because the heat had went out of the pool and it's was ice cold you couldn't swim and than they said they would fix it but just put a out of service note on the door

While the staff was nice. The facility was old and run down. Have an awful odor. The pool water was cold. Our room was dirty with dust on the ceiling, the mirror had something dried on it that had run and there was some sort of water damage to the wall with a hole. The hotel is next to the road and you hear the traffic all night.

This is a very clean and welcoming property. Staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.

property was clean and quite for the most part bathroom needs update

It wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worst.

If I am in the area again, I will NEVER stay there again. Needs a TOTAL update and cleaning.

Grateful for kind staff who called the day we had left to let us know we forgot something.

The hotel needs some attention to detail in regards to cleaning. Especially hallways/elevators/stairwells. Restroom was remodeled, bed was comfortable.

The hotel room was nice and the beds were very comfortable. The staff seemed very friendly. We will be returning to the area and plan on staying at this hotel afain!

The gym’s eleptical is unsteady due to loose steps, its just old outdated. Same with the bike machine, height is unadjustable. At least the weight contraptions work. Pool seems ok.

This place was dirty and very noisy. there was a women who worked there screaming at her kids constantly while they played in the halls. the floors and walls where so nasty. I grew up in a dirty home and with roaches … If I am saying it is nasty, take my word for it

Easy to get to from the highway. Always clean!

Everything was fine. Only stayed the one night.

The property was a bit shabby all-around. While the staff seemed to do the best they could, the facility itself was dated and needed a good bit of cosmetic repairs, i.e. chipping paint, rusty doors, mildew along ceiling in bathrooms. The fixtures were very cheap and not in good repair either. The bed was very hard and made squeaking and noises every time one of us moved.

We were only there for overnight but the beds were comfortable, the showers were wonderful, the hotel staff was very pleasant and the rates were reasonable! We would not hesitate to stay again when we visit the area!

This property was pretty nice. I was kind of scared to check in after reading some of the bad reviews but many were from a year ago and complained of the construction.. they must have improved because I found it a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean. It is a budget hotel so keep that in mind. I did not use the pool but it looked in good condition, was open, and others were using it. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast and the staff was very friendly and polite. Would definitely stay again!!

The room smelt like wet dog. They’re suppose to serve breakfast until 9 but there were multiple days that they would run out of something by 8:30 and they never replenished it.

Property was run down ,door entries were very nasty .I initially checked into room 129 and the comforter had blood stains on it and the room furniture was damaged and falling apart. The receptionist was very polite & nice she switched my room which was better but still run down. Complimentary breakfast was ok no turkey products to choose from. I'm glad I only stayed 2 nights. I would never book this hotel again.

Very nice economical hotel

We took the grankids on a weekend getaway and they loved the pool and the free hot breakfast in the morning was a added cost saving bonus. It was clean even though its a older hotel and the staff was extremely friendly.

For the price it was fair. It is down the street from Hollywood Casino and only 30 minutes or so from downtown Cincy. What I didn't like is that breakfast ends a t 9am with a noon check out. Also my toilet seat was broken.

This hotel needs updated! Nothing was clean and smelled like smoke in many areas. The floor in the pool room had mud and dirt throughout. Our rooms were musty and filthy. I had to kill spiders in one of the rooms. Both rooms had trouble with the tub draining while showering. The tub would fill up to your ankles which is disgusting! Same with the toilets...hard to flush. There was also an unsafe feeling being there. The people that were hanging out around the service desk and outside made us nervous. We believe some of the people are actually living there. Our bedding had rips and stains as well. We were so uncomfortable we skipped the breakfast and went somewhere else. Very disappointing because until now we have always had a pleasant stay at other Quality Inns!

The staff was great and helpful but the the facilities themselves need some updating. The bathroom was dirty when we got there.

We traveled with a disabled person and it was convenient getting to the room but the room did not have nearly enough room to get by the first bed with a scooter and the beds were entirely too high. You almost needed to jump to get on the bed. The sink was not in the bathroom which made showering inconvenient because it was a step in shower and there was really no where to put shampoo and conditioner other than on the toilet.

Good for a quick nights stay!

Room was clean but slightly in disrepair. Old doors and bathroom lock fixture was worn off, some mustiness smell to the room. Otherwise a reasonable expectation for the cost.

The front desk workers were very kind and helpful!!! The room needs a complete renovation. The toilet tank leaked, making noise all the time. Found a spider near the air condition, had to kill it. I had young children in room. The carpet had an odor, needs to be turned out. The shower curtain kept swaying to center, and water sprayed onto the floor. However, the breakfast was good, and I met some very nice people there.

I like the proximity to town, the casino & dining. The staff was very friendly. The only bad things were the TV reception and the pillows were flat.

Will stay here in the future

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, even though the room was non-smoking. The room itself was outdated. The towels were clean, but had stains on them. The shower curtains were shredded. The comforters on the bed had rips and tears in them. also the sheets on the bed even though they were clean.

This is the most disgusting hotel we’ve ever stayed at. It had a terrible smell, they don’t leave the air conditioning on so the room was about 85 degrees, there were nasty hairs all over the bathroom floor and both beds had stains all over the comforters and pillow cases. Just awful.

The floors were sticky, facility appeared to be run down and possibly mid construction. pet odor in rooms, ac was newer and updated, bed clean. towels 50/50 broken ice machine and obviously much older furniture and appliances although the fridge did work for medications. hour from expressway no food/restaurants available for coffee

The showers were oddly set up with no shelves and the shower curtains would cause water on the floor. I appreciate the fact the bed had 4 pillows. The fridge an microwave are nice amenities. The breakfast was good. The hotel overall was ok but a little overpriced for the cost and shape of it.

Stayed a few nights for a race. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, heated in door pool. Comfy beds

Smokers at all entrances to the property at various times--including hotel staff. Room needed a good cleaning--especially baseboard areas and corners. Multiple dead bugs around and on air conditioner unit. Air conditioner vents full of dust.

Great place to stay

Decent place to stay after driving for 12 hours. Clean and nice staff. Breakfast left a lot to be desired.

There was an automobile race track nearby that was very loud. They ran late into the night. You could hear them in the motel room.

Thumbs up to Quality Inn & Suites

Our stay in Lawrenceburg was pleasantly relaxing. We were given a room on the third floor where there was no guest traffic to disturb us. The room was well appointed with a king-sizes bed and a sofa on which to rest while watching tv in the evening. Staff was friendly and accommodating. A very pleasant stay.

The room was nice. Some minor things like the tub plug was broke. Only complaint was the hallway smelled like smoke even tho all the rooms down our hallway were smoke free.

Reasonable price. Nice place, and friendly staff. Has indoor pool. Nice hot breakfast. Check out at noon, which allowed the kids to swim before checking out. I highly recommend it! I would stay again!

Not bad

Good for 1-2 night solo stay. I didn’t spend much time there in the room but I do remember the TV was bigger and better than I expected, but the second night it kept acting up and turning off. Not bad overall.
