Great hotel, great location

This place was great! The property was well kept, and breakfast dining is excellent. There is a walking trail across the hotel and more dining walking distance from the hotel. There are couple things I didn't like 1) customer smokes in NON-SMOKING floor 2) There is a loud music beat coming from the park where locals go to exercise. If you want a quiet room, don't pay extra for the view because you will hear the music daily. It starts early in the morning and another between 6pm to 9pm. ;-(

Property was well suited for Western tastes, and offered good leisure facilities with good food offering. Only minor point is the significant building work occurring next door does create noise.

Good, needs some rework

The hotel staff is very good and nice. The hotel is dated though, must have been really nice before but there are cracks forming on the bathroom tiles and the window does not close properly. There is construction nearby does cause some noise in the room I was staying in. The staff though is very very good, they're doing their best to make you feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed in the hotel. Signs of aging is creeping in.

Very nice hotel even for a Pullman. Clean and modern. Location was good for us.

GOOD VALUE

Great hotel. Friendly staff though they don't speak much English. The hotel is located in an industrial area but it's not too far getting to downtown. Overall very good value.

Amazing hotel

Have stayed at this hotel a number of times while on business in Wenzhou and I can highly recommend it. Rooms are a good size , modern and comfortable as this hotel is fairly new. Staff and service are all first class. This is my go to hotel next time I’m back in Wenzhou.

Awesome hotel, rough area

The hotel far exceeded my expectations, especially for the price I paid. The hotel was beautiful and the room was so spacious.No fault at all of the hotel, but not having the North American internet features like Google and Facebook was disappointing. Also the local businesses and roads were in really rough condition and often looked grubby or in disrepair. Lookout for those surprise 5 foot potholes and haphazard rubble piles.

川沿いにある景色が良いホテル

温州市の中心街より川を渡り、ガサガサと煩雑な街の中にこのホテルがあります。 ホテルの中にもレストランはあるが、普段は結婚式用に使われているのか客が少なく、入り辛かった。 ホテルを出て左の方へ行くと、コンビニとレストランがいくつかあるので食事や買い物には困らなかった。

非常喜欢

酒店非常新，所有的设施都很现代化，卫生巾干湿分开，双台盆真的非常赞，彼此不会互相影响。房间插座也很多，床头也各有一个，非常人性化。酒店早餐隔天预定只要50/人，性价比非常高。4楼的健身房也赞一个，虽然不大但是器械都很新，最贴心的是每台设备上都放上了矿泉水和毛巾，赞一个！唯一不足就是酒店在瓯北区比较远，附近没什么吃的，所以比较适合自驾游的朋友们。

Excellent service

I have stayed at other hotels before many times, those are so awful. but I think this hotel is No1 in Wenzhou. It is very hard to communicate with hotel staff by speaking English in other hotel, But most of all staff here are able to speak good English. They are in very professional manner and very friendly. Room is very clean and wide with nice view. I definitely will come back to this hotel for next business trip.
