I stayed here a few times. Friends wonder why i choose to stay on the outskirts of Bangkok. It is actually not far from the Bangkok city centre. Just 3 stops on the train and i am in Siam Paragon. And the station is less than 10 min walk from the hotel. Being a little out of the city centre allows me to be away from the crowd when i have done what i needed to do in the city centre. Hotels in the city centre tends to have many people around and in the lobbying. Pullman Kingpower surrounding is much quieter and serene. Good to have a place to get away from the crowds and congestion of the city centre Also this hotel is huge with its surrounding uncluttered or congested by high-rise buildings. Kingpower duty-free shopping mall next door offers free coach transfers to the airport twice a day. No need to buy anything to get on the coach. It also offers a free access lounge if you need it. Transfers and lounge are only for customers of the hotel and the mall.

It is a safe and great place to stay in Bangkok. It is near Pratunam market, airport, shopping mall, and Baiyoke Sky building

Nice hotel in good location with excellent shopping and eating establishments. Staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. Hotel rooms, however, begin to show a little age, and could use a light makeover.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Pullman. The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful, allowing us to use the hotel amenities and pool while we awaited check-in. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with endless choices and very tasty. Also, this hotel is one of the nicest smelling hotels I've ever stayed in. The location was about a 10-15 minute walk to the Phayathai station which was convenient to airport rail link and the sky train. However, we did struggle to find nice restaurants near the hotel.

King Power for the Win!!

After 3 weeks on the islands of Thailand, we had a credit to redeem . We had lots of high end hotels to choose from but took a chance on this hotel due to its proximity to the airport train and pictures of the pool etc. We absolutely loved our time at the Pullman Bangkok King Power! The pool area was spectacular! We just needed some relaxation before the long journey home. Next time I’m in Bangkok this is definitely where I’ll stay. 4 times in Thailand in 10 years tells me I’ll probably be back

Great service

Great service ,i felt well taken care of. They called tuktuk for us, also checked with flashlight when we left our cab in case we left things behind. Its little things that matters

Overall good but can be better. Shower water pressure is on the low side. Buffett not too quite up to standard, selection not fantastic and seafood not fresh. The housekeeping on my day 1 was good and meticulous. Spotted a tiny stain on the toilet bowl (not at an obvious spot) on the day we checked in and it's gone the next day after housekeeping.

There was water that pooled in the shower floor that never went down the drain unless i moved it with my foot

The hotel is in a great location easy access to transport options. The executive suite was excellent. The only thing letting it down was the tiredness of the room

The hotel is a convenient walk to the BTS and the area surrounding the hotel is quiet. There are 7 Eleven’s in walking distance as well as a few good looking food stalls. The staff were helpful and friendly and the Thai massage and aromatherapy massages I had at the spa were very good. We booked a room with a balcony however they are not very private as there is no screening between the other rooms. People also smoke on the balcony which is not nice for non smokers. It is a busy hotel with conferences and events each of the four nights we stayed. Our room was quiet though.

Stay as family for 7 days. 2 adults and 4 kids fr 6-12yo. They explained the included breakfast only for 3 adults and not exchangeable. They hold 14k Baht deposit but I still yet to get refund .

One of the best hotel I stayed in Bangkok… beautiful lobby and rooms. I stayed at balcony room which you can see the Center garden and water right infront of the room balcony … king power shopping center just cross the hotel, lots of street food outside too

The buffet offered at this hotel is okay for the price, but not a great selection. The food was fresh and the service in the restaurant was terrific. The same could not be said about the service at the reception counter upon check in. My stay stated that a complimentary breakfast and airport shuttle was included. To my surprise, I was told at check in that breakfast was not included and that they don't have an airport shuttle service. I specifically booked this hotel because I thought the price was good as it was inclusive of the shuttle, so in spite of the hotel being quite out of the way from most attractions, I booked anyway. The check-in agent was apologetic, but the manager or supervisor that came to assist when he realized there was an issue was very unprofessional and rude. The traffic to the hotel from most areas were horrendous in comparison to some hotels I have stayed at closer to the Central World area. Thankfully, the property is well-kept and the room was very clean and nicely appointed which is all that this hotel has going for it.

First hotell in thailand that had european standards for everything from food to staff. Specially liked how all staff was actually fluent in english and not the usual troublesome communication

In our initial room the heating control was broken so we were upgraded to a Junior suite and our parking charges were waived which was a really nice future in check out. Excellent location, nice Spa. I would recommend to anyone visiting Winchester.

Everything you would expect from a proper hotel except it’s in Thailand and £9.40 for a pint of Stella is really taking the p***

Good, but not outstanding

Hotel is good, but not outstanding. Duty free shopping is nice and convenient, but overpriced. Cuisine Unplugged is very noisy (probably due to most guests being from a noisy culture). Food court in shopping center is better and nicer than most food courts. Parking is easy and convenient. Bathroom designs could use some modernizing.

Very nice hotel near the BTS route. Top tier service. Attached to a shopping facility which was handy.

Location

Everything is good except the location. Nothing much around the area. Need to walk 10 minute to the neareat BTS station.

It was closed to the BTS station, so it is convenient for one to take the sky train especially during the busy traffic hours.

Stayed here a few times, albeit 15 years ago. Used to have Tuk Tuk provided free of charge to Victory Monument. No longer available. Very useful if you have disability. Choice if breakfast amazing. Staff extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Nothing to much trouble.

Good hotel great staff

Very nice hotel, big lobby, large hotel with nice pool area, excellent and helpful staff. A bit far from tourist sites, but only a few blocks from the sky train and two stops from weekend market. Staff were very helpful. Lots of conferences and large events

A hidden gem near airport rail

First time staying at a Pullman property, nice experience aptly for its luxury hotel status, love the pool especially, walk from BTS station is not exactly near but still convenient, highly recommended and most probably will consider staying here again!

Beautiful pool

Its away from the busy streets, so quite quiet, but within walking distance to shopping and some local restaurants, and the BTS station. One suggestion: the drawers at the clothing closet cannot be opened as the sliding doors seemed to block them.

The housekeeping service is horrible. Have left my room for housekeeping for three days. The toilet bowl cover was not lifted up to clean. Upon lifting it up myself, I could still see lots of stains. And I could remove the stains by spraying water to clean it up myself. Those complimentary toiletries wrappers were not removed too. From first day till the last , all the wrappers are on the sink top. Have booked KL Pullman previously. It was better.

Nice & Cozy

Nice & cozy hotel, large swimming pools, staff is very helpful, near duty free shop. 5-7mins to BTS & ARL station.

The hotel suit the purpose for the event. Good.

The facilities in the bathroom requires modernization. Can see there are cracks in some tiles.

Very nicely done interior and nicely planned spaces. The lushly landscaped courtyard with koi pond are especially relaxing and a nice hangout spot after a tiring day out in Bangkok.

The hotel is spacious and convenient. Food is good and the concierge is helpful.However, the restaurant staff (especially the lady supervisor)is not friendly; room is not very clean at all. If they can improve the cleanliness of the room and retrain the staff, this hotel would perfectly a good choice to stay in Bangkok.

Hotel restaurant food are great. But unfortunately I will not staying at this hotel again. 1) Housekeeper not professional, didn’t top-up Shower Gel, Comb, Shampoo, tissue paper. Even I request before heading out. The duty free shop is next to hotel. They also didn’t change new bed sheets. Balcony is very nice but lots of mosquitoes. Room furniture are old. Room quiet dark even if you on all electric. There are 2 free soft drinks, and drinking water. Receptionist Kevin provided good service. Overall this is still a good hotel. Not so convenient if you like to explore!

Can't say anything bad about this hotel. Ive stayed several times. Very clean. Staff bend over backwards to help you. English ability is very high amongst staff. They are the ultimate in professional. The SHA Covid system is all taken care for you. Literally they will try and help you with anything. Breakfast buffet has literally every kind of food imaginable. Big malls and street food less than 500m away. About B250 to BKK.

Staff was very helpful with getting Covid 2nd test and arrangement with airlines and hospitals. Excellent service. Property was well cared for.

Lovely 5 star property with attentive staff. Very comfortable room, and we enjoyed the modern pool with warm water. Pleasant interior garden with japanese theme on premises. Will be very happy to stay at this property again.

A high expectation trip after a long stay at home.

1. Staffs at Cuisine restaurant are almost not friendly and do not have sincere-mind to give service!!! 2. Other staffs like excutive lounge, room maid, pool staff are very friendly and nice to give service sincerely. 3. But the accessaries in rooms are not complete. It is due to we booked for 2 rooms, so we could observed that these 2 rooms have not the same accessaries, like bag, pen (no for both rooms!!!, we have to ask).

Love the place! Stayed here for few times already. Perfect location and many food stalls nearby. Not far from train station and can grab taxi to other areas easily.

Comfortable hotel in good part of town

Very comfortable hotel in a nice part of Bangkok. A little bit difficult to get in and out of hotel and drinks menu is ridiculously overpriced, but otherwise good. A beer at the pool bar costs more than a beer in Copenhagen!

An excellent hotel by a long shot!

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Such lovey and welcoming staff who were very attentive throughout our stay and went the extra mile. Really great food and the location was great to both Phaya Thai and Victory Monument stns. The outdoor swimming pool was just the icing on the cake for me - I loved the morning swim in the sun

I think the acoustics is a bit weak so if you are looking for quiet undisturbed sleeps, this may not be a good choice. But overall the service, condition and location is good.

The location of the hotel is 8-10 minutes’ walk from the BTS but this makes the hotel relatively more quiet. There’s a shopping mall next to the hotel but the hotel lobby was still very nice and quiet during my stay. The staff are helpful and nice. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. My German friend and I like the welcome drink a lot :) The interior of the hotel is also great. The rooms are clean. If you talk in the hallway you might be heard (cos sometimes I could hear the other guests), but I guess the hotel has put the group travellers all on the same floors. During my stay it was quiet most of the time, and you never need to worry about being woken up by the noise outside your room.

The Pullman is truly excellent. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They’ll even bring you up to your suite as a proper Thai welcome. I was upgraded to a higher floor without my asking. Had a truly a wonderful time at the Pullman.

Eight nights on business, well looked after, very courteous staff. All well kept. A few strange scuff marks around the walls and floor but nothing drastic. xcellent breakfast buffet.

Overall is good

The hotel overall is fine. But small things like the cleanliness inside needs to be improved, also the shower is kind of old and water leaks out. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Outstanding Job!

The stay was excellent. House keeping did an outstanding job.The personnel upstairs on the 20 floor welcoming the guest did a superb job. Let's not to forget the receptionists(front desk) and the restaurant crew also did an outstanding job. The food was excellent.

Cleanliness is only average for this class of hotel. Shower floor is sticky and water came out of shower was yellow at first. Needs improvement. Customer service was good and breakfast was good. Some rooms are pretty far from the elevator.
