Wanting some decent without breaking the bank I thought roughly $100 cad a night would cover this, I was not pleasantly surprised. Room is dingey, bathroom, mirrors , handles can tell aren’t cleaned regularly, the toilet when i got it had piss on the seat and had no been flushed or clean. Also had an infestation of ants, given the area of the hotel i kinda get it. Water in the showers smell, the pool was a shining glimer and staff was helpful enough. Bed was also ridiculously hard. If you’re a hostel / backpacker am sure it’s nice, for me basing things off a marriot or holiday inn by north america standards it was mot even close

Beautiful views

Terrible

Way over priced, you are staying in a shack. Bugs were getting through the floor that is not sealed. It’s like sleeping in a tree house. I would not recommended at all. Only nice thing about this place is they had a pool that had a good view. Sleep on a beach chair outside instead of paying this price.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were decent and it’s just far enough away from the loud music from the beach.

Outstanding views.

This property does not fit for me in any standard Thai accomodation I have been before. Due to travel I had to check in one day later, which was done earlier than 14.00 hrs the regular check in time. Staff had in 5 days requested me prove of being a resident. No cleaning at all and bathroom had open window with crushed fly protection. Consequently the bath room was visited by pillars which upon touching will cause serious skin condition. The Island itself is very beautiful. This property has serious potential but needs proper approach which is lacking the full 360! Waste of money, compared to the overnight I had in a low budget hotel 600 bath this property should be max 500 bath.

I loved my stay here, staff wrre absolutely lovely. The view was top notch. I traveled with two others who are used to fancy hotels and they weren't fond of all the stairs and missed the charm of the place so I wouldn't recommend it for any pricesses out there but for everyone else, this is a great place to stay. 🙂

Room is okay, shower is terrible and too many insects specifically, ants. Not recommended to stay in this place.

Service was good. Had 3 rooms booked. All 3 were very dirty. Went to pool for an hour after checking in and came back to find an ant colony forming in my backpack which contained no food. 1 other room had quite a few spiders. The other was good but AC didn’t work good. Very run down/needs a renovation. Ended up leaving and eating the cost to go stay at PP princess

Did not honor our reservation for an oceanview oceanfront room. I paid for the best room and they tried to put us in a room with no windows. After complaining they moved us to a mid range room with oceanview. But it was still about a $20 night difference in price. They said we could cancel when we complained but we had already taken a 2 hour ferry to get there and did not have another place to go.

DIRTY. dusty sheets towel pillow blanket. Smell horrible stain on bedsheet. . Balcony door doesn’t lock. I booked for 3 nights. I only stayed one hour and left. Waste of money… too many steps to walk up the room. Also too many mosquito saw lizards on wall. Please don’t fall for the balcony view the room is piece of shiiiiiiiiit.

Awesome stay at the phi phi viewpoint resort. Staff was amazing and super friendly, pool was top notch. Bungalow was a great getaway in the hustle and bustle of phi phi. Very close to the viewpoint and right on the water. 10 outta 10 would stay again!

Great stay

Great stay here! It was so nice to hang out in the pool on the days we had no tours since it is nicer than the local beaches. The staff was so friendly and helped us book tours and rent a kayak. Lots of restaurants nearby and eberything is about a ten minute walk max including the harbor. If you have a lot of luggage maybe arrange ahead of time for help with luggage since there are no cars on phi phi you have to walk which we didnt realize but it was fine for us with backpacks.

You get what you pay for here good location, basic dirty room with a cockroach appearing every so often. But 9/10 for eco friendliness as we had a variety of lizards and geckos in the room!

A couple of things to think about before staying at this place. First there are no cars and therefore no taxes on this island so you will be walking a ways from the pier in the heat with your baggage across cobblestone streets then up a pretty steep hill, unless you can find a fellow with a pull cart to help you, which we recommend. Second know for a fact that photos do not tell the story, this is basically rough around the edges motel with a very nice view. Last, and I think most important to some people, is the fact that there was a never ending beach party just down the street shaking the windows until very late at night. If that’s your thing then this is your place.

Dirty and rundown, hardly anyone around, was accused of almost causing a fire when I left the air conditioning on for a few hours. Owner tried to charge me 5,000 baht until I said I'd call the tourist police.

Room very basic and terrace overshadowed with trees obscuring the view

For the price I was sorely disappointed. Everything is outdated, you get two towels and two little pieces of soap. Nothing more. If you plan on sleeping don’t stay here. The beach parties go way into the night and the music is loud enough it’s like it’s in your room. The staff is not inviting and they tend to make you feel like it’s a burden to assist you. They pool was decent. That’s what will earn this place a 1 Star.

Nice free upgrade from garden view to seaview, but most rooms have high hillside steps to climb which should be reconsidered for physically challenged or older guests. A bit far from the pier since walking only no cars

Beautiful sea view. Old property, but still functional. A lot of stairs, but not that much. Good pool. Good breakfast.

Spacious rooms. The ladies at the front are really friendly. I wish I knew how close it was to the music at night though. Hard to sleep.

The view from the hillside rooms is one of the best I've ever seen and worth the small steep walk to it. If you are physically able this room is the best in my opinion. Pool views also beautiful and pool was clean. Of course the rooms are not modern but they are clean and perfect for what we wanted. I would come back.

Fabulous views & pool which more than makes up for

We had a great time, Phi Phi is stunning...however it is being ruined by the party goers life style in my opinion. It is impossible to sleep at night because of the noise, amongst other things..take ear plugs with you. With a hangover the noise will be a sweet revenge!!!

Way overpriced. Essentially paying for view.

We stayed in one of the bungalows. The only good thing about this accommodation is the view of the bay, which is arguably unbeatable apart from the main viewpoints in Phi Phi. Having read reviews before booking I wasn’t expecting a fantastic stay, I just needed a cheap place to stay and this was one of the cheaper options (most Phi Phi hotels are overpriced compared to other locations in Thailand). This room was extremely basic to say the least, but the main concern was the bathroom, it just wasn’t clean. Stains everywhere on the sink and toilet and we felt really uncomfortable. Pros: View from the bungalow of the bay Pool is alright with similar views Cons: • Bathroom was disgusting • TV looked like it had been bought at a car boot sale in the 1980’s. • Noise - you can hear every song being played at The beach clubs until 2am (this didn’t bother us m, we knew this before we booked and had earplugs) • No safe in room, the added security lock on the door was broken - not great. They do have safes at reception but you have to pay 20 baht every time you use it. What a con! The whole place just doesn’t seem well maintained, and although this is one of the cheaper hotels/resorts, the quality of the rooms can not justify the price you pay. We paid £90+ for two nights, which is shocking in comparison to paying 80 for 3 nights in an outstanding Chiang Mai hotel. Would not stay again. Moved hotels after 2 nights to Coco Bella - superb decision.

As is other reviews, there are about 100 stairs if you are in the top tier bungalows. This does provide a amazing view. With is a pro. Another pro, air con worked amazing. Shower was hot. That's it for pros. Cons: the bungalows are VERY tired, out of date and worn. This makes it harder for them to keep clean. Old chipped cracked tiles, sink and toilets full of stains. Sheets and towels although clean show their age. Can see through some floor boards to the ground. We were informed on arrival that wifi cable was broken and would be fixed next day, it want, so wifi only available at reception ( that's 200 stairs for every email.) Pool whas an Amazing view, but it was also broken. Filter needed to be replaced. It was another thing that was going to be fixes. About 5 feet deep and so murky and dirty you couldn't see the bottom. Pool hours are restricted because on site scuba uses it for lessons ( some of which were cancelled because viaiablit was so bad.) Pick up and drop off offered. A man with a cart will take your luggage to and from. It is nice to not haul your luggage with you. Downside, we had a 1130 ferry the other ferry leaves at 10. They didn't want to make 2 trips to the pier so made us leave with the rest of the guests and wait at the pier for 2 hours. It's 10 minute walk so I get that it's inconvenient to make 2 trips but still. Location up the hill also makes the sound from the beach parties travel up. You will hear music and shouting and whistling until 2am

Fast check in, beautiful view, beautiful pool, clean room. The shower hose was a challenge to use as you weren’t able to hang it on the wall, the hook was broken. Some loud neighbors could be hear talking loudly. For the price, view and location, very good.

Pros: They picked us up from the ferry terminal, the staff was very helpful and nice, the view is great, close to the beach and places to eat. Cons: you would not be able to fall asleep without the earplugs (not they fault, the music from the beach), there were pieces of something broken (a fan) at the garden, use insect repellent ALL the time while on the island, including while in a room, the smell from the canal right before the hotel.. still, It is a decent place for Thai standards and I would stay again.

Really great (older) resort!

No this resort is not new but if you can get past the little bit of rustiness here and there and not the best bed, the feeling you will get just sitting on the balcony looking at the bluest water and cliffs surrounding koh phi phi will be the best. Was difficult to leave the it! We stayed in a hillside bungalow for 4 nights which is a bit of a hike but honestly didn’t really make me out of breath. The noise gets louder as the night progresses but stopped at 2am when we were there. We didn’t have any issues with it since we usually had a few drinks and passed out by midnight-ish. The staff was very nice. The town is right there for everything you might need. The pool was also really nice! Will for sure stay there again next time.

Lovely view, however grounds were littered with rubbish. WiFi was dreadful. Rooms were exhausted and bed was very uncomfortable.

Lovely little resort

Lovely hut with amazing infinity pool. Towels changed daily, hut swept. When bugs were in the room we asked them to remove them and they came straight away. The pool area was always immaculate and the staff really helpful. Wish we had stayed longer here

Amazing staff and great location.

We were greeted st the dock by a very helpful young msn that took care of our luggage and led us to resort. Staff and check in were great. Only reason I rate this hotel Poorly is they REALLY need some freshen up and update. Love the staff, pool and breakfast.

Close to the beach, but it was not maintained well

Lot of pest at the common washroom and the room didn't provide basic things like shampoo or body wash gel.. only a small soap!! Room was in terrible condition and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.. though the view of the sea was nice getting to the hill side area is like a task

The worst beach stay ever.

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed on at a beach. Right as you walk towards the place, there is a smelly drain. They messed up our booking, so we did not get the room with the view we wanted. But, that was not so much an issue. The shower faucet head was too small and leaky.there was the smallest of the heating units you could ever see for the shower hot water. The sink faucet spat thin jets of water with such force that the water bouncing off the sink would get my shirt wet every time. We couldn’t sleep until 3 AM every night with the whole room vibrating to the loud music played on the beach near by. The worst thing of all, the omelettes were the only food for breakfast. There wasn’t even a water heater in the room, and forget about the complimentary coffee in the room. The people were very hospitable, tried their best to make us feel comfortable. But, it was the worst beach vacation home ever! May be good if you are a teen backpacker who only sleeps during the day and consumes nothing but liquour.

Lovely view and pool

I definitely enjoyed my stay. I had a room up on the hill and it had an amazing view. It had a little patio that provided me the opportunity to take in all the beauty. The pool deck is nice and the pool was spotless. I enjoyed the pool a couple of times. The one main issue was the club on the beach. I can usually sleep through anything, but the bumping base until the wee hours was very annoying. It did not ruin my stay at all, but I think other people would be pretty upset. Bring ear plugs in case. It only happened one of the nights I was there.

Great views and pool

Just outside of the main town enough to avoid the late night noise but close enough to walk into town if you want to party! Infinity pool is amazing on the beach. Would stay again!

Lovely private bungalow with amazing view

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting Koh Phi Phi. The town is quite noisy until the early hours but this hotel is far enough up the hill for the beach bar music to not be an issue. Infinity pool by the beach is beautiful and staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. Be prepared for no electricity on some days (0900-1700hrs) as is standard across the island - keep an eye out for a sign in reception as it apparently caught some guests out during our stay.

The view is beautiful, but be prepared for a hike! If you are at the top, it's a quick jaunt up a hill. The rooms are great and comfortable with a/c! It's about a 12 minute walk to the restaurants and nightlife and about 20 minutes from the pier. Awesome pool!!!!

Satamasta noin kilometri hyväkuntoisia katuja pitkin, joten matkalaukkuja ei tarvitse kantaa missään vaiheessa. Kaikki tarvittavat palvelut 400 metrin säteellä. Lyhyt matka näköalapaikalle.

Hillside view, that’s for sure, at least the hillside is, it’s more like climbing 😅 the view was good, but someone planted a tree in front of the small house so the view was gone (don’t get number 31) 👌 The rooms need an update, was nice maybe 10 years ago. Windows don’t open etc.

Noise until 3-4 am. Bathroom is a disaster.

Phi Phi ilands

Mysiga bungalows med utsikt över havet. Det finns en pool och soldäck där man kunde landa efter stranden och ligga och blicka ut över havet. Det som var negativt var att den höga musiken från nattklubbarna och barerna på stranden hördes hela nätterna. Annars mycket nöjda med själva boendet, prisvärt för det läget.

My stay in Phi Phi View point resort was amazing, the views are breathtaking and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Un hôtel vieillissant avec du mobilier vétuste et très peu de confort ( cela est différent d’une personne à l’autre bien évidemment ) On peut se dire que c’est normal vu que nous sommes prêt de la forêt, mais quand même Impossible de dormir avant 4h car la musique de la plage en bas résonne dans la chambre, à en faire vibrer le bungalow. Impossible de fermer le logement, fenêtre et problème avec la clés de la porte. Personnel un peu étrange

Værelser levede bestemt ikke op til det forventede. Der var beskidt og ulækkert. Dårlige senge, køleskabet virkede ikke og lugtede. Der blev ikke gjort rent på værelset som der skulle. Der havede ingen været i løbet af dagen. Har aldrig været på så elendigt et hotel og så til den pris. Det matchede overhovedet ikke sammen. 0 stjerner her fra. Bruger eller Hotels meget ofte men den her gang er jeg godt nok skuffet. Det bør i se nærmere på. Vi føler at vi er blevet snydt godt og grundigt her. Det er disideret skammeligt at sælge dette produkt og så levere den vare som der bliver leveret.
