Although the rooms weee very comfortable and quiet, and the pool was nice, I believe the beach area needs some improvement. Some chairs, umbrellas etc… overall, a very nice place to stay, but kind of far from town

It was right on the beach and walkable to shops and restaurants

No phone; internet connection not excellent; pillow too thick/hard; safe not bolted down; breakfast was the worst part - food largely flavourless; though at a “café”, instant coffee served.

Nice hotel.

Very nice, good location away from all the noise, close to the beach, but the room was full of mosquitos.

There was no shower water pressure in my particular bungalow but we were able to deal.

Love love love everything about this property. Great location! Accessible to the port, local shops, food places, the beach. The property was very clean, the rooms were lovely & comfy! Breakfast has a big variety & delicious. I’d go back!

Generally good, with a few tolerable drawbacks

We stayed in one of the pool front villas, which was nice for the most part. The bathroom was definitely a letdown. The photos online were clearly of other units, because ours was just a shower head and drain next to the toilet, with no curtain, tub, or anything. The towel rack also fell out of the wall on multiple occasions. Ants came out of the shower drain. Apart from the bathroom, though, the room was clean, and the A/C worked very well. The TV signal was consistently fuzzy. The pool is smaller than it appears in the photos, but still a decent size, and deeper than it looked. Breakfast was underwhelming, but free, so ultimately it’s still nice to have.

Hotel building we stayed in was old and rooms filthy

The Maids steal. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Our bags were rummaged through and AirPods were taken as well as any loose cash that wasn’t in the safe. The safes work fine, but NOT having every inch of your bags searched is even better. You can then file a “police report” which doesn’t amount to anything. We’ve stayed in lovely places in Thailand, but this was not one of them. Way better options on the island. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

For what we paid, this was a decent property. The grounds were well kept and cleaned. Included breakfast buffet was great compared to other hotels and resorts in Thailand. The rooms were the main disappointment (we stayed in the hotel style rooms). Outdated and not well maintained. Bed was hard as a rock. Had to medicate myself to be able to fall asleep. Water took 10 minutes to heat up. Front door and sliding door had cracks that allowed mosquitos to get in.

Overall it was a decent stay, there were some small things that kept the score lower, such as no shelf in shower, no hand size towels, lack of towel racks, toilet has stains, breakfast buffet doesn’t use heating elements, so food can cook quickly

Nice hotel close to beach

Nice hotel, room clean and spacious, good facilities. Staff helpful when needed. Away from busy area so quiet at night bar the frogs!

The resort is right along the water; the view was absolutely stunning. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. We found the room to be a little small for a resort but the housekeeping was extremely efficient each day, which we appreciated. The hotel is on the other side of the main bars but a short walk, about 10-15 minutes.

More remote area quiet

Rainy while we were there and a AC kept going off making it unbearably hot, stingy with beach towels, breakfast was not good. People were receptive and helpful

Do not stay here. Wasted money

It was absolutely terrible there is no room safe even though the girl said there was. Just blatantly lied about it. Room was dirty air conditioning only works when you're in the hotel very far from everything 20 minute walk to Central Phi phi. Books for 5 only stayed one night went to a way better Hotel. Don't wast ur money.

Away from the madness

It’s about a 10-15 min walk to the heart of Phi Phi from here. Which is great when you’re trying to sleep! The rooms are updated and clean, breakfast was average, pool was decent. And the whole place is a few short steps from the beach with an amazing view. We enjoyed our stay.

Basic hotel close to beach. Private Cabañas

2 night stay. Check in was quick and we were shown to our room/cabaña. The cabaña was away from the road with restaurants etc. so was very peaceful. Bathroom was simple and really set up as a wet room. Bedroom had great AC, fridge and complementary water. My bedsheets were stained but I think clean :s I was disappointed with the breakfast, it was poor quality and involved a substantial queue. The tables and chairs were cheap and plastic. Nothing but instant coffee available. My biggest issue with the hotel is how they advertise a free transfer from the ferry pier - On arrival at the port there was no one to meet us from the hotel, and I was walking around with a 20kg pack for 10 minutes before I found the hotel staff sitting in the shade making no effort to find us. Really poor service, especially as we wouldn’t have know the way to get to the hotel ourselves.

Relax by the pool and look at the bay

Nice clean room and tidy grounds to the resort, the pool is fantastic with beautiful views of the bay which is just what your looking for with a tropical island holiday. The breakfast was very good and pretty much what you get at Thai hotels offering buffet breakfast. The staff were very efficient and did what you would expect them to do. I am a massive fan Thai hospitality and always look forward to the welcoming smile from the Thai locals but this is the only thing that was missing on my stay, the staff could have been a little more happy and welcoming. My only complaint is the noise of the housekeeping trolleys at 730am. I would recommend this resort for a couple or family wanting a holiday with its location on the quieter side of the island but still extremely convenient for great shops, restaurants and day tours.

Phi phi getaway

We had a great time at Ko Phi Phi islands. The property is located far from the other hotels and is quite a walk from the pier. Staff will assist you with getting your bags to/from the pier. The free breakfast was decent and the staff are nice

We checked in to this hotel as part of our trip around Thailand. We had paid for 4 nights. It was the saddest, most rundown hotel that we came across on our trip. Within an hour we were online looking for a place to move to. We had heard someone on the ferry from Phi Phi talking about the Lanta Pearl Resort. We were able to get the last available room. So glad we moved. This place looks great. I wouldn’t recommend the Saladan Beach Resort to anyone.

Nothing clean at all

The staff is not friendly, they just don't care for anything. Breakfast is terrible, same thing everyday, everything looks dirty. The bed was the only thing good but bathroom was the worst I had stayed in life. Dirty, mould, smelling, the toilet was disgusting, just DIRTY and they didn't clean any day we stayed there. They just changed the towels and that's it. A monkey appeared in our balcony 2 days, I was scared because they are not kind, the window was closed, and there was a guy making another room in front of ours and I tried to ask for help, the guy saw I was trying to telling him something and he just didn't do anything, just kept doind what he was. Don't came, they don't deserve you there.

Need an uplift!

Needs a good renovation. Location is perfect away from crowd & noise. Room was clean but outdated. Mirror in bedroom was cracked. Shower head loose i had to use string to keep it in place. Main shower head does not work at all. Shower screen broken. Toilet roll broken. Breakfast was ordinary unless u can eat noodles or curry first thing in the morning! The people their are very nice though.

If you stay book a bungalow not a room.

Vy lousy accommodations, room was so humid n hot.

Fun stay on Koh Phi Phi

Finding decent accommodations on Koh Phi Phi is pretty tough unless you spend tons of $. This hotel was decent and included free breakfast each morning. It's located right on the beach. It also came with a free island tour included in our room rate which was so cool. Tour took us to Monkey Beach, Maya Beach, and a few other spots near that to explore/kayak/snorkel. The room itself was alright. The shower/sink were pretty bad. The faucet was like a jet stream that shot water all over the place. Also, I got destroyed by bed bugs, all over my body. The staff was nice and one guy carried our luggage all the way from the ferry pier to the hotel (10-12 min. walk). Overall, I had such a fun time on Koh Phi Phi so I overlooked the negatives of the stay and enjoyed the free tour they offered.

This place is dirty. The only staff I would like to say who were helpful was the hardworking guys who brought our babes from the pier. Reception rude. Housekeeping rude and had to be asked three times to action the leaking aircon that created a like at our front door.

Good location but room needing an overall,breakfast very good

One of the worst hotels of my life old & decrepit

We stayed here one night The hotel location is misleading. It is very far away from the core of Ko Phi Phi basically at the end of the strip so walking to and from takes 15 minutes to get to the nice beach through winding roads. The beach is not nice on this side. Lots of boats coming and going and not very clean water. Choose a hotel on the other side. The hotel itself is decrepit. Probably built 50 years ago and never maintained. The washrooms are OLD very OLD. Nothing modern there. Missing floorboards, hole in our door, no safe. Furniture looked to the very old and reclaimed. If it was $25 a night I could maybe live with that but this was not hostel pricing we paid close to $100 CAD. This hotel should NOT be on Expedia. They need a major renovation as it is not up to modern standards. I would never go back or recommend. Better value anywhere else on the island.

Standard & quality of room

Rooms were clean but of poor order, very tired in appearance & quality. Stained wooden furniture & of poor repair. I asked to upgrade & was met with a 800 baht cost. Poor solution to a genuine request. Please note I normally never complain!

We only stayed a couple of nights here and that's probably all we could cope with as the air conditioning is pathetic and hardly did anything. Apart from that the room was nice, albeit a bit old. The staff don't really want to know you, but that's ok. There is a small pool and the beach is right at your doorstep which is lovely. It's a bit further away from the centre of town and the other, more lively, side of the island, but not a big deal and very walkable.

You find better places right next to this hotel.

The Bathroom was really shabby with no hot water. The remote shower head barely worked, and occupancy of the room was 5 adults!! We really struggled to get ready. At 3AM in the morning one of the cots broke as they were not in good condition and we were asked to sleep in a different room. I checked in for one night and barely managed to even sleep due to all of this. Overall it was a very poor experience given the fact that this hotel charged us quite a lot as compared to similar properties in the vicinity.

Close to everything beach and restaurants, far enough away from party side. The room was clean however had an awful smell coming from the bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful, and the rate was cheap for 2 nights. Okay for short stay as was out of the room most of the time, main issue was smell coming from bathroom.

Stay away of this place

Only stayed for one night luckily. Rooms smells so bad including the bathroom, even if they tried to refurbish them still no results. There is air condition in the room but you have to pay extra to use it and it's 400Bacht for one night. I found this disgusting. I decided to have some lunch, a buffet, it was all tasteless I would advice you to pay a little extra and get a room in a different hotel, I'm sure nobody ever get back there

False advertising

Appallingly rude manager. Have never come across someone that rude allegedly in the hospitality industry. Other staff were kind and helpful, luckily. Facilities were falling apart and in shocking condition. To call this place a "resort" is truly pushing the word to it's limit. Beds were comfortable and the rooms, although in shocking condition, were at least clean. Although when we arrived, the toilet seat was in such bad condition we had to ask for it to be replaced. Power regularly cut out, as did the water. It is close to the beach, but I would never come to stay again.

Hotel room was nothing like what was pictured. There was vomit on the walls, the bathroom is disgusting - I wore my sandals in the shower because it was so gross. Huge cracks in the door frame so lizards and Mosquitos come in at night. Overall - would not stay here again!

Beware frog symphony!!!

The first room we stayed in was nice but when darkness fell the frogs started and that changed everything as it was almost impossible to sleep and as we had been travelling for a while to get to Phi Phi we were a bit tetchy to say the least. we went to reception the next morning and were planning on moving out of the hotel but the gut at reception was very helpful and moved us to a better room and away from the noise. the rest of our stay was beautiful!

Great stay

Great stay and only a short walk from the majority of places. Very comfortable bungalows, pool reasonable size. Very friendly and helpful staff members.

No frills but ok

Nice place. Clean. The shower is not separated from the sink or toilet, which was a bit awkward at first. The staff were very accommodating.

It should be better

Fisrt of all .. standard rooms in andaman beach resort were no more close to comfortable standard the beds especially were the worst.. That was not a issue because we stayed most of the time outside. The location was good.

Paying for location

You're about a fifteen minute walk from the partying so it's quiet, which is what we wanted. However, the bathroom had an open window outside so it was constantly muggy. But just close the door for the ac! The bathroom is pretty gross by American standards but hey, it's Thailand. And it's on the beach. That's what we came for. That being said, next time I might go for an upgrade. The pool chairs were pieces of crap plastic and were easy to break just by sitting and I'm not fat.

Basic room, friendly staff but over priced

Our room was quite basic and old fashioned considering the price. The bed was not at all comfortable with a big dip in the middle. However, the room (including bathroom) was very clean. Whilst the staff were very friendly and attentive it felt like a factory when the day trippers came in each day for buffet style lunch. The pool and location right by the beach helped make up for the basic room but watch out for the high chlorine levels in the pool's water.

Joke at Pi Pi

This hotel is 1 star only, talk about shocked on our arrive. The room smelt badly of smoke, room was old not updated from when it was first built. The pictures on wotif are nothing like what you get. The bathroom was dirty, poorly equipped and horrible. What a waste of money, breakfast was terrible also. Mostly Asian dishes and eggs made with processed butter, it was uneatable. Terrible terrible terrible

Only paying for location.

Very poor quality bathroom, sink leaked and shower was always cold without good water pressure. Bed was very comfortable and big. Would not recommend the two rooms when travelling with teenage daughters, as they don't tell you that the main bed is in an open area, so no privacy. Liked the fact that it was at the end of the path away from the noisy bars, lovely view from our room out to Phi Phi Leh, only because we had Bungalow 501. Breakfast was mediocre, lids not kept down on food, so flies could land. No fresh fruit. Pool was a bit tired looking and very warm but beautiful view out to Phi Phi Leh. Better accommodation to be found i'm sure for the price.

Amazing view

Amazing view while eating breakfast every morning! The location is in a nice quiet spot but only a quick walk to the party scene. Nice pool. Quiet. If you have the basic room it is very basic..suggest taking some hand soap and a facecloth with you.

A OK stay at a budget hotel...

The hotel apparently is good. They boost a nice swimming pool. But the rooms are not well cleaned. Have damp walls and problem in bathroom door and AC. The check out time is 11:00 am. Exceeding that will cost you 300 THB. But the hotel is very reasonably priced, at the calm part of phi phi with less crowd and noice. The best part is the breakfast, which is awesome with various choices.

Mostly great

I'm very happy with our stay at this hotel. We paid for the deluxe room, which was still one of the cheapest hotel rooms available, and we got a great location, complete quiet overnight, nice pool at our doorstep, helpful staff, clean rooms and very regular room cleaning. I couldn't complain about about anything aside from the condition of the bathroom. Everything worked in the bathroom, but that was the best part about it. It was ugly and run down. Missing tiles under the sink, stains on walls and for, abrasions on the toilet seat (from what, I have no idea). But these were all cosmetic issues. Oh and we had to fasten a hair tie to the shower to hold it in place. All in all, a pretty poor bathroom. If it was a better bathroom, is bump my review up to four or even five stars.

Terrible hotel. A/c broken. Dirty walls. It was like they didn't even want to be in the business.

This is the second time we stayed here. The villas were in need of an update especially bathrooms photos on the website were deceiving & the villas we booked looked far nicer than they actually were

good hotel but a bit far

The personnel is really friendly and the facilities good. The things in the room a bit old

Staff were waiting for us at the ferry pier and were there to our carry bags and direct us to the hotel which can be quite hard to find. The staff at check-in and the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful, although the breakfast staff were very rude. The breakfast was predominately for the Asian palate although you could have an omelette or fried eggs freshly cooked for you by a (rude) member of staff. Pork was not served at our hotel. The hotel was located away from the busy main 'streets' of Phi Phi and had a lovely beach and pool. Our room was nice but we had nightly visits of quite large cockroaches in our bathroom. We chose this hotel due to its price and location away from the loud bars. We extended our stay on Phi Phi and stayed in this hotel purely to avoid moving our bags and having to adhere to check in and out times if we had moved. Although this hotel provided everything that we required, I would stay else where in the future.

Dirty rooms

Rooms and bathrooms are not clean. Bathroom particularly grim. More fused breakfast each day despite paying for it. Excellent location and pool though.

Great Time!

Nice pool, good service (luggage pick up and send off on last day), good location (far from the loud music), ideal for family, directly on the beach, breakfast was nice too, bungalows are a little old and you basically shower next to the toilet seat, but the AC was fine, the cleaning service was good, the towel and WIFI service are great! Just one thing, do not take bungalow 104 or 103, thats where the cleaning crew does their morning meeting at 7:30 AM! Haha, all in all, i would go back!

Close to the beach...

Close to the beach...but the room and facilities are a bit old....

Stayed for 2 nights while backpacking through Asia with a friend. Really good value for our money. The service was extremely helpful, and everything was clean. The pool at the hotel was also nice, and the location was good because it was close to the main area of the island but not too close that it was noisy at night.

Friendly staff, close to everything

The Phi Phi Islands was a great place to visit as part of our family holiday to Phuket. We stayed two nights at the Andaman and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A little more basic than the mainland resorts but had a great pool, was close to restaurants, shopping and the pier - the staff meet you at the pier when you arrive and transport your luggage. The staff were friendly and were prompt in organising our tour around the island on the long boat. Breakfast was OK but and not diverse as other resorts. Rooms were basic but had air-conditioning and the TV, not that we spent much time in the room. Would recommend as a good place to stay at an affordable price.

ok location

clean but small room, aircon is very loud, almost every mid-night the eletricity cut off so we woke up to turn on the aircon again (have to because it is hot!) cannot really swim at the hotel beach due to many boats there, we had to take some boat trip to some clean white sand beach to swim. One or two very friendly receptionist.

Great location, you get what you pay for

We booked this hotel at the last minute as we were looking for something for 1 night. The rooms are very basic, you pay extra for A/C, breakfast buffet was included in price but buffet was poor.

Hotellet var en stor besvikelse, hotellets bilder visar nått helt annat. Poolområdet behövde en rejäl renovering, konstgräset var trasigt, möblerna slitna och smutsiga och det saknades många klinkersbitar i polen som måste ha lossnat. Vi bodde i en bungalow som låg precis bakom en stor byggnad, så utsikten trist och inget ställe man ville spendera nån tid på, så uteplatsen var onödig. Sängarna stenhårda och varje bungalow sitter ihop med en annan, och det är oerhört lyhört. Frukosten var ett enkelt och smalt utbud som inte heller föll oss i smaken, bättre att gå till nån resturang i närheten. Det enda positiva var att det ligger med promenadavstånd till det mesta och att det fanns hjälp med väskor till och från piren. Kan inte rekommendera att bo här.

Hotel No Go

The staff was not service minded….no leadership.there was no pool towels, and no service at the pool. We can not recommend this hotel for anybody The luggage boys were the friendliest and most effective people at the hotel ,Thank you for that.

ホテルに併設されたカフェの店員や、ルームサービス員の対応が良かった。部屋のカーテンが遮光タイプ（厚手）しか無い為、レースタイプのカーテンがあれば部屋で過ごしやすいと思った。

Hyggelig bungalow, men beskidt pool

Det var anden gang jeg boede på dette hotel i en bungalow. Valgte dette hotel pga lokationen og poolen. Til min store skuffelse var poolen grøn og havde alger hele vejen rundt, så man ikke havde lyst til at bade i den. Vi var syge en dag, en barn som kastede op o sengen, og hotellets rengøring var meget søde og kom og gjorde rent på værelset mens vi lå i sengen. Udemærket spisested til snacks og frokost. Det er ikke muligt ar købe alkohol nogle steder på hotellet eller på restauranten.

Rent och snyggt

Detta boendet håller en högre klass än andra på Phi phi island. Hårda sängar som på många andra ställen i Thailand, men man sover gott ändå. Rent och snyggt med trevlig personal. Kan vetkligen rekommenderas.

L’hôtel est très bien placé, non bruyant, et L’hôtel donne directement sur la plage. La piscine est un peu vieillotte Ainsi que les chaises et les transats autour mais Cela reste quand même agréable. Le petit déjeuner est assez varié et les produits sont bons. La vue de la salle du petit déjeuner est simplement magnifique.

Séjour agréable malgré ces points décevants évoqué

Climatisation bruyante et infectieuse. Nous sommes tous tombes malades. Lavabo bouché, rouillé et non nettoyé durant le séjour. Cuvette des WC et porte papier cassés et mal positionné. Douchette pleine de calcaire pas nettoyé. Les vitres de tout l hôtel sales. Tables du p'tit déj pas toujours débarrassées et nettoyées au changement de client. Dommage, parce qu à première vue, l hôtel nous semblait agréable dans un bel environnement. Nous étions dans le bâtiment et non en bungalow. Bâtiment en forme de U très agréable. Il y a 2 sortes de bungalows. A l avant de l hôtel plutôt vieillissants et à l'arrière beaucoup plus récents. Piscine très agréable en bord de mer. Plage ok même si en marchant vers long beach, il y a des petites plages bcp plus chouettes. Vue sur la mer de la salle du ptit dej est splendide

Location ist super, Hotel auch bis auf die Badezimmer, die sind sicher schon 20 Jahre alt.

Perfect place

It was my third stay in this hotel and I really like it. It´s in a perfect place - for me :) It´s not too far to the city but still so far enough to have a quiet place if you want stay away from the parties on the other side of the island :) We had a bungalow close to the pool and it´s really nice and clean, you have everything you need there. And it´s few steps from the beach. And what I love the most here are the breakfasts with amazing view.

O hotel é bem ok! Mas foi o pior que fique na minha viagem da Ásia! E foi um dos mais caros! A limpeza do quarto não é muito boa! O banheiro é velho! Como a ilha não tem carro nem moto e só se anda a pé, o hotel fica muito longe do centro! Geralmente vc precisa ir ao centro duas vezes! De dia e de noite! Então são 4 caminhadas longas! Não ficaria aqui novamente.

Fantastiskt på alla sätt, mycket trevlig personal, ljusa fina rum etc. Något långt från piren man kommer i hamn vid, men de har personal som hjälper en med väskor etc hela vägen till hotellet.

Het was erg druk, de kamer was gehorig en helaas lag het strand vol met longtail boten. Voor een strand ervaring boek een hotel aan de andere baai.

O hotel e bem velho, precisa urgentemente de reformas. A limpeza dos quartos e do banheiro deixam a desejar. Toalhas velhas e manchadas. Falta cuidado e capricho Café da manhã bem fraco. A localização e boa e de frente pra praia.

Cet hôtel nous a été recommandé après une première nuit d’enfer dans un autre hôtel de ko Phi Phi et j’avoue qu’elle répondait bcp mieux à nos besoins, tranquillité et loin des bars tout en étant très accessible.

Hôtel sympa

On a dû changer d’hotel Le,jour même car l autre hôtel nous vendait une chambre avec piscine meme si la piscine était en construction . Après avoir déménagé nos affaires . Chambre sympa , propre et personnel accueillant . Wifi correct . Le petit déjeuner varie tous les jours au niveau du repas chaud thaï et une magnifique vue sur’ la mer.

Viihtyisä vierailu

Mukava hotelli. Henkilökunta vastassa laiturilla ottamassa laukut kärryyn. Kävely laiturilta hotellille 15min. Allas suht pieni mutta siisti.piha alueet kunnossa ja henkilökunta ystävällinen. Ranta uitava vaikka long tall veneitä parKissa. Yhtenä päivänä tarjottiin ilmainen kevyt lounas. Otettiin yksi xtra yö. Osuttiin myrkyisään ajankohtaan, hotellissa oli oma varavoimala sähkökatkojen takia. Iso kiitos siitä.

Local Tranquilo!

O resort tem uma boa localização no final da passarela com isso é um local calmo e tranquilo. O forte é o atendimento do staff que são extremamente gentis e prestativos. Boa piscina, de frente para o mar. O resort precisa de uma reforma urgente, o aparelho de ar condicionado do quarto faz muito barulho. O banheiro tem a ducha aberta. O café da manhã tem muitas opções de pratos quentes, mas, falta frutas, pães e queijos. O custo x beneficio é muito bom. Mesmo com os problemas estruturais vale a pena se hospedar no Phi Phi Andaman Beach Resort.

Siisti pikku bungalow

Sijainti hyvä ja siisti kompakti bungalow. Käsisuihkusta tuleva vesi haisi pahalta. Alue rauhallinen, varsinkin iltaisin - johtuni off seasonista

Phi Phi Andaman

Excelente custo-benefício, quarto grande, vista linda, lugar fantástico! Não estranhe o café da manhã, na Tailândia servem comida de almoço inclusive. A Tailândia é um encanto, e barato, andamos muito, o mar é morno! Fiz uma massagem tailandesa perto do píer, adorei.

Lækkert hotel på stranden, ikke langt fra havnen

Vi var rigtig glade for at bo på Andaman Beach resort! Hyggelig stemning, store, gode, pæne og rene værelser med lille altan. Ikke langt ind til havnen. Rigtig god morgenmad med lækker udsigt. Alt i alt et rigtig godt sted at bo om man er afsted i en uge eller på gennemrejse som os.

Struttura abbandonata

Ottima posizione ma non basta... potrebbe essere una bella struttura ma praticamente è in stato di abbandono, tutto vecchio e non funziona praticamente niente, camera abbastanza pulita ma il bagno, nonostante i vari richiami in reception, per tre giorni non l'hanno pulito nranche una volta!!! Piscina vecchia in stato di abbandono e la spiaggia praticamente inutilizzabile a causa delle barche che si fermano per tutto il giorno, colazione pessima!! meglio spendere un pochino di più ed andare al phi phi villa che è attaccato, molto meglio
