Beautiful view, quiet beach
Quiet beach, beautiful view from the room (101)! Good food and drinks.
Nice view and beach.
Paradise get away!
Right on the beach! Get the villa and enjoy paradise at your doorstep. Nothing fancy/over the top, but loved every minute! Restaurant was delicious!
Amazing place
Loved the fact that resort was away from village. Boat to resort was included in stay. Breakfast was good. Beach was not busy. Several restaurants nearby but ate all but one meal at hotel as we found best value for money. Wife loved the cats wondering around and even bought cat food for them. Easy to get taxi boat if you want to go to village. Super friendly and helpful staff. Will recommend to anyone coming to phi phi
Very nice beach, quiet location and friendly staff.
Great location and great staff
Great Resort
The resort was pretty and right on the beach which was great.
Perfect place to get away from the bustle of Tonsai and still be only a 5 mnt taxi boat away. Good snorkeling nearby you can swim from the beach. Good swimming and white sandy beach. Rooms are clean. In house massages good. Owners are very helpful. Would be good to keep the grass mowed.
Gorgeous location right on the beach. Staff was friendly and nice. You must take a ferry or water taxi to get to this resort from Krabi. Cars are not permitted on this part of the island/section.
This property is rough around the edges. Reminded me of my old backpacking days. The staff are amazing and super friendly. The location is amazing. I stayed in the Chalet I think it's called because I read it was more modern. It's not! Maybe the bungalows are better.
Amazing place to stay! Very quiet and secure! One thing to keep in mind is that its boat access only so when you arrive be prepared to pay 400 bot
Lovely place for a quiet get away
All in all amazing stay. Hotel on a private beach meters from the water, and the sea is warm and crystal clear. We had great fun snorkeling for hours on end. We ate 3 times at the paradise restaurant, food was fresh and delicious. Best papaya salad I’ve ever had. Only thing I would say that could be improved is the lighting in the room was a bit dark at night time! We will be back ♥️
Not bad for a basic stay, we had superior room but very basic. Anything wishing for someone more classy should either upgrade to the modern area (looked okay from a distance) Or be comfortable with the essentials and enjoy the breach. Food wasn’t the best but the restaurant down the breach is good. We ate there after the first night Don’t worry about the blobs, Harmless jelly things Nice beach stay
Beautiful place, friendly stuff, nice restaurant and delicious breakfast. Room can use a little renovation, but we didn't mind of it
We booked 6 nights in the Family Room which is located in the Thai Modern Building. It was fantastic! The room was clean, modern, and spacious with a great view of the sea. The staff at reception were absolutely amazing. They were both helpful and kind. The restaurant was outstanding! You couldn’t beat the view, it was right on the water and a little elevated so nothing blocked the view. The food was so good and there was a huge selection. The Thai food was amazing, but if you want variety, their more Western dishes were also very good. Our favourites included som tam Thai, Penang curry with shrimp, pad Thai, prawns with tamarind sauce, Tom yum soup, and the whole fishes. We ate there every lunch and almost every supper and were never bored. The breakfast was also very good. I loved that they also served Thai food there, such as clear chicken soup with cabbage and tofu, green curry, fried rice, etc. The kids filled up on banana pancakes/crepes and sausages and ordered scrambled eggs from the egg station. Special shout out to Joy and Smile and the rest of the crew for their outstanding and friendly service! My kids adored them. This resort is located on Long Beach which is a lot quieter than the main area. There were no nighttime shows except for the fire show in front of Phi Phi The Beach resort a few doors down (highly recommended!). Shark Point is just a few steps away and you can swim out there. We had an amazing stay and cannot recommend this place enough!
The location and hospitality were both incredible. The staff were so amazing and helpful, they made our stay wonderful. The beach while public felt quite private in front of the resort, there were always beach chairs to be found and a beautiful amount of shade available for those hot phi phi days. The bungalows were very clean and well cared for though there was some water damage in places in our room. I feel that this is to be expected in the environment. We would definitely stay here again!!
Railay beach was the highlight to our trip to Krabi. Absolutely loved waking up at sunrise and having the beach to ourselves. Sand Sea Resort was a very beautiful resort and the property, pools, and beach front seating are all amazing. Bed comfort and cleanliness of the room left a little to be desired. Resort 5/5, room 4/5.
Wonderful stay at Paradise Resort
We loved our stay at Paradise Resort. We enjoyed the location, especially the stunning snorkeling at Shark Point which is straight from the beach. Our ocean front bungalow was so comfortable and right on the beach. Unfortunately when we left, the long tail boat organized by the resort back to Tonsai was overcrowded. We had 25 people on board plus luggage and it felt like the boat was going to capsize. It was a scary end to an otherwise perfect stay at Paradise Resort..
Getting here is definitely a journey but it is worth the journey to tour this area. The restaurant and food were really good. The view from our room (beach front) was also amazing. I love the fact that the room had a covered patio with lounge chairs so you could look out at the beach/ocean. We opted for an excursion with the hotel which was private for just us and that was the highlight of our trip to phi phi. The only negative was the room was dated and could use some updating and cleaning. I realize staying right on the beach on an island does make things more difficult for upkeep but feel like if they did small things it would really make a difference. The only way to run the small ac was with the room key (an actual key) and once it is removed to lock the door when you aren’t in your room the air goes off. So you are always battling with recooling the room. Overall we loved visiting phi phi.
The property has so much potential but sadly they don’t update or maintain the rooms. The whole shower head units are rusty and the faucet spouts are faulty, water splashing everywhere. No beach towels are provided and the bath towels look like they have been through hell and back. No lounge chairs either. The only great thing about this place is the location. We rented the oceanfront view rooms and it was nice to have direct access of the beach. The water is clear and you can do some light snorkeling - it’s the only saving grace.
Unfortunately this hotel contacted us hours before we were due to arrive saying our booking had been cancelled. We had not made any changes to the booking since we made it months prior and they were saying that we cancelled it ourselves (which we had not). They then told us the room we originally booked was completely sold out so we could not rebook and had to find a different hotel. Big shame as we were looking forward to our stay here.
Great view and clean place
Our second time staying and will definitely return
Good stay
Room was comfortable, could possibly use a refresh, a few marks around the bathroom from wear and tear and some paint peeling from the wall in the bedroom where it looked like someone had stored some wet clothes/towels against the wall. Bed was large and comfy and good aircon kept the climate nice. Location is great facing out onto long beach, just make sure youre firm on prices to get longtail boats back to the hotel from town or one or two of the drivers may try their luck with your rates. Breakfast was super basic with limited choice but we had it included in the cost of our room so not a huge deal, if you really want a super high quality breakfast there's plenty of places to get it in Phi Phi town. Overall a positive stay!
Thank you for everything. Everyone is very kind and they make you feel like is your new home
Loved the hotel and the beach front room. Boat taxi’s always overcharged from what the sign at the hotel advertises, and wouldn’t come down on price.
Best Kept Secret
Firstly, and maybe most importantly, I’d like to say I have been in Thailand for nearly three months and this was, by far, the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in throughout this entire country. And I’ve stayed at places three times the price. Mattress just right, linen not slippery but soft… honestly. The best. Second, this is probably my favorite place that I’ve been, so far, in the entire world. I’ve not been a ton of places, however Phi Phi was incredible. Just amazing. For the price, everything. It wasn’t over crowded.. I know it’s not the busy season but it was very comfortable. But please don’t tell anyone, I want to go back and people are awful. There are several restaurants to choose from on Longbeach now, so the need to go to town isn’t necessary. The caveat is that you have to get to The Paradise by outboard motor boss then kinda scamper in and out through the waves and the water. They DO HELP WITH LUGGAGE. Quite a bit in fact, I saw someone say they didn’t. You do want to be nice and respectful to the hotel and island staff. If you are a courteous guest, you will feel the hospitality of a guest. You aren’t staying at the Hilton, I think they have one? But trust me, this beach is so much better, way quieter, and more unique. 9/10 must visit.
We selected a beach view villa for my wife and kid. They enjoyed walking from the patio directly onto the beach. The only downside of this secluded and quiet place is that you have to take a water taxi to the pier for food, etc. The restaurant has a nice view but the food is ok. That's why we went into main part to get food/snacks.
We enjoyed our stay!
Great for family , very quite and peaceful. Great friendly staffs and they’re all very helpful. Good options for breakfast buffets. This hotel is located on Long Beach which is about 30 mins walk little hike to The Town where all the bars and shops are there. You still can be able to get around with boat taxi which is about 100 baht each way. They’re also have mini mart and their little restaurant on site as well. Definitely would like to come back if I bring my family.
I was only here for one night and had the blue ocean side room. It was low season, but my one night stay was fabulous. The room was clean and the beach was quiet. The restaurant was good and fairly priced (phenomenal view!). The staff were all friendly and helpful. The property could’ve been better kept in terms of landscaping, but other than that, I was pleased and would stay again! Also, the sunset view was great!
Staff were so lovely and helpful. We had a great stay.
Amazing location in beachfront bungalow. Was a great price for what it was. Landing with the Longtail difficult in the rough seas and the return to the pier it rained….there was no effort from the boat staff to keep our bags dry needless to say all our luggage was wet through and we had no dry clothes . It’s the little details that could be improved on but all in all a good stay
Lovely place
We had a beach front room and the view was stunning. Would definitely like to stay here again.
Nice Staff
The first floor room (not the bungalow) was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathroom needs some love, but it's not a deal breaker. The restaraunt had a decent choice and the food was good. The best part is that it's located in a quiet part of the island, so there is no disturbance from loud music and crowds until late night. The beach and the sea, which is why you come here, are close to perfect. The staff is nice and helpful too. Transportation between the main pier and the hotel was a little wonky, but it's free and... you know, island life. I spent quite a while choosing the accomodation and reading the reviews and wasn't disappointed.
Away from the town so it's nice and quiet. The only real option to get around is to take a boat. Walking to/from town is not easy! Snorkeling is right off the beach and Shark Rock is very close (excellent snorkeling!). Recommend the speed boat when you take the trip from Phuket to Phi Phi.
Located on Long Beach a quick long tail boat ride or a 30 minute hilly/sweaty walk from town. A perfect beach front resort if you want quiet and beautiful, far from the party scene. There is a nice water front restaurant and others near by. Nice beach rooms (#102 has a great ocean view). The staff were very friendly and helpful. They can provide private boat service to Maya Bay and snorkeling which was great. They included lunch and stale bread to feed the fish while snorkeling which was was too cool being surrounded by beautiful fish:)
Loved are stay here. Beautiful beach , great staff and quiet. Easy to get to the night life 10 min long boat to town for 100 baht day and 150 baht at night. I highly recommend
Great location and beautiful beach.
Our stay at Paradise Resort,Phi Phi
It waz excellent stay for us for the period 29th January to 3rd February,2023.A nice resort, very clen and we had a beautiful oceanfront cottage no.102.Thd beach was very clean and food in the restaurants were excellent. Breakfast(included in rariff) spread was ok and nothing great. Only two water bottles per day and therefore it's better to take the stock from phi phi town. Services were great and ever smiling by their staff. The resort is only accessible by Long Boat from the pier, about 10 minutes boat ride and each travel costs 100 Baht per person, which goes upto 150 Baht in the night. And if Sea is rough then possibly it will be risky to travel in the night. This is ho be kept in mind who wants to frequent Phi Phi town, which as such is crowded.Otherwise this resort is a heaven to spend time and simply relax
Didn’t meet expectations
Stayed for 2 nights. The room was basic but the toilet had a lingering musky smell. The room light was extremely wierd: they only had blue lighting. Don’t understand why they had to use blue lighting, since it was straining for the eyes and did nothing to enhance the aesthetics. There was no full length mirror. Breakfast was basic. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
Beautiful resort, amazing staff and gorgeous beach!
Stayed in the ocean front room. Great, clean and spacious room right in front of long beach. If you are looking to get away from the busy party area of phi phi definitely stay here. It is a 10min (100 baht per person) ride to long beach from phi phi don. Long beach is absolutely beautiful. Some of the staff members at the reception and restaurant were very rude and not accommodating. Most staff were fine though
Staff are amazing, facilities simple and quiet - exactly what we were looking for
Although the rooms are decent and the proximity to the ocean is great, hygiene is a huge PROBLEM. There are house flies and many of them. Every time ordered a meal house flies appear by the dozen at the restaurant. Our entire family fell sick and we’re super disgusted by the lack of effort by the property to get rid of these pests. Nothing goes past these flies. I would for sure avoid this place.
Beautiful stay
Beautiful location on a pristine beach. Very clean units with all the amenities you could need or want! I would highly recommend!
Satisfactory. Lovely beach front resort
Quiet but overpriced
The room we booked on the day of the stay was not ready. We moved to a cheaper room but were not able to get the difference back. The rooms are clean and most of them have a nice view but they are overpriced in my opinion for what you get. It is a simple hotel and not a resort. The staff was friendly but seemed superficially friendly and watched everything you do. We booked a boat outside of the hotel and when the guide arrived they told us we had to let them know we booked our own tour !?? They were very particular about how to take the food at breakfast and many other things. You just always felt watched as if you were back in school. hahha
Great location, poor cleanliness
The location of this place is amazing (had the ocean front room) , only problem is the cleanliness it was very dirty and walls had grime and mould on them but if you can try block it out it’s in an amazing location
Great beach, great staff, paradise for sure, for relaxed holiday-ing. Not the Phi Phi commercial scene
Es un lugar encantador para relajarse. Muy buen desayuno y cena el personal de el hotel soy muy serviciales y te hacer sentir como en casa definitimente fue una gran estadia para mi y la familia.
Would love to go again and spend more time there, 3 days was not enough!
Good basic accommodation in a clean bungalow a few metres from the beach. The breakfast was good and the room was quiet at night. Long beach fronts the property and it was fantastic!
The property itself is nice and people are friendly. The whole island charges you for everything though. From the moment you step off the ferry you have to pay 20baht per person. This catches everyone off guard as no one tells you this. Also, there’s only one free viewpoint, all the others will charge you just to see. The Long Beach área could use more liveliness. Maybe a bar with music. Nothing crazy but some sort of entertainment. I liked it but it needs improvement for tourists.
The only nice thing about this resort was our view from our beach front bungalow, but everything else was disappointing.
It is the most amazing location on the island with great views of maya bay. It has a restaurant with quirky wooden furniture and again great views. They also do cheap tours of island hopping where you can snorkel by yourself.
Perfect location away from all the hussle - pure paradise , will come again. Great beach too
This hotel was in a beautiful location on a beach which was paradise. We travelled by longboat from the pier to the resort free of charge, but to go back to the main town it was 100 baht (150 after 6pm), or you can walk, however the walk is through a bit of a jungle and takes about 35 minutes. There are no loungers on the beach however these would definitely take away from the beauty of the beach. There are a handful of other hotels on the beach with restaurants, however these are more expensive than eating in ton sai town and we found the quality to be not as good. The only downside we found was the really poor WiFi - it disconnected you every time you lock your phone which quickly became tedious, and the connection wasn’t great. This probably won’t matter to a lot of people but I thought it was worth mentioning!
Fantastic experience, just magic....it was the right location to stay ... very enjoyable
Advice to customers please check your booking before arriving, trying to upgrade was not the easiest. We booked the wrong standard of room and on arrive were told it “was not there problem”. The customer service from one member of staff was disgusting. The women did not help one bit, from our check in, booking long boat taxis to and from the hotel and booking a day trip. Disappointed was not the word. The staff generally were polite, the dinning and massage staff were friendly and helpful. The island itself was beautiful. I am sure I will go back to Phi Phi Island but I would not stay at this hotel again.
The staff are amazing and super friendly. The property is in a beautiful location and lovely beach
The amazing view it was second to none. The water was warm and clear the food that was available tasted great
Nice stay
Overall good stay. We arrived at the main dock in Phi Phi with our boat taxi waiting to take us to the hotel. We were taking to Viking beach as opposed to Long beach due to poor weather condition where we had to walk though jungle area briefly followed by the beach for 10 minutes but our luggage was carried by the hotel staff which was good! Room we had was fairly large. Breakfast was good with good selection. Only downside is that longboat taxis will not come to long beach if weather conditions are poor so we had to walk to Viking beach to get our taxi ride. WiFi keeps disconnection so you have to keep logging in to use it.
The location is excellent. Perfect for couples and families. However, the facilities such as reception, Mini-Mart and Restaurant close by 9:00 PM so may prove bit difficult for families if you need anything in the night. Staff is super friendly, accomodating. If you want a party time this is not the place. For a quiet, calm, romantic holiday this place is perfect. We stayed in Blue Oceanfront Villa and it was worth every penny. Super cozy, romantic and clean.
Beautiful experience
A white sands and blue sea experience. Very well looked after. Just far enough away from the bars and nightlife but still in reach. Highly recommend
the room we chose was older, but we knew this when booking, if wed paid more have newer room. besides, everything was perfect. would recommend 100%
AMAZING EXPERIENCE!
Amazing location right on the beach with great food/bar options on-site as well!
Good hotel
Good hotel not in good condition
Nice beachfront location on a great quiet beach. The included breakfast was really good, lots to choose from.
Great stay on Long Beach.
I'm very happy we chose this location on Long Beach. It's easy to get to town by long tail and you basically have your own quiet, private beach away from all the partying and chaos. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were overall nice but the shower was in pretty bad shape. That would be my only complaint. Meals are a bit overpriced for what you get, but the breakfast was good and the views are incredible! I recommend this place.
A very nice spot.
Lovely and quiet beach and nice people in the restaurant. There is another place to eat nearby. There are some places to discover locally to walk to, but the managers will not help you out with that-- they won't go the extra mile for first time visitors, so give it some time to explore or do research ahead of time. We walked to a small hidden beach and snorkled and bought lunch and drinks there. But nobody will tell you about that. The hotel really could do with a pool or at least an outside shower. You can walk to where it's busy and crowded, and we did that-- otherwise we wanted it quiet and that's what we got. We had a small problem with our room and they did get us another room, which was very nice of them.
Great hotel in a great beach
The hotel’s location was excellent and we enjoyed the beach so much. The rooms are great and spacious. Breakfast was generous and tasty
Great location!
The staff was so helpful and nice! I love the location the beach is perfect. We had the beachfront room with the outdoor shower over all pretty nice room. The breakfast is amazing.
Lovely beach side hotel a 25 min walk from town but 150 bht per person in longtail. Beds were hard but other than that rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast adequate. Nice stay.
good location away from pier, value for price
You are not near main pier, you are picked up after ferry by a long tail taxi boat, then accompanied to room which isn't fancy, but it's comfortable. The restaurant is only open certain hours, so you many want to bring snacks from pier before getting in water taxi. The view is amazing.
Moldy Bed
Front desk service was overall good. Booked a third person in one of the rooms. Bed was awful. Had a moldy mildew smell. Told staff who changed sheets but not the mattress like asked so the smell stayed all three nights. Mattress also hung over the side and didn't fit on the weird couch they put it on. Told manager and staff on check out about the bad bed and they blamed us for not complaining more. This is a budget hotel. Pillows are overstuffed and hard making all our necks ache in the morning. Great facilities but poor room condition and failure of staff to fix problems makes me not ever want to come back. Book elsewhere.
Small hotel on Long Beach
The hotel location is good, on Long Beach near to a small snorkeling spot (just on far left side of the beach) and Tonsai Pier/town (only 10 mins by boat and 30 mins walking). PROs: location, room size (Thai Modern), cleanliness of the rooms. CONs: lack of a deck/pier for boats that could create problems to elder residents, mosquitoes, breakfast, restaurant hours (at dinner time the closing is at 9.30 pm), lack of mattress comfort on Thai room. Small suggestions for management: work with other hotels and built up deck/pier for boats that taxi from and to Town. Fumigate 2 or 3 times per week in this time of year as on our stay of 8 nights the place was fumigate against mosquitoes only once and was not enough. Extend the closing time of restaurant with 1h and improve the selection of grill dishes (now only white/red snapper and prawns) and western dishes at breakfast. Improving the mattress comfort on Thai rooms would be great as we have had back pains all of our stay (suggestion: a topper would be a good choice as it can be use when needed).
Gorgeous view steps from Long Beach
Very cute, quaint beachfront bungalows steps away from Long Beach. Clean and quiet.
Not as advertised
I looked at the pictures and instantly booked this place. When we got here I was so happy that it was right on the beach. When we got to our room it was not what was pictured. The rooms that are on the beach front are what is advertised but I guess once those are out you get a room in the back that is very old and run down.... it was not what I was expecting at all. It would be helpful to advertise all rooms instead of just the nice ones and put people in the run down rooms without them knowing.
Ants and bad hygiene
Do not make the same mistake we made and stay even one night at this place. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Our room was infested with ants which eventually got into our luggage bags and all over our clothes. There is no hot water at this resort. The water in the shower kept backing up and maintence came and “fixed” it only to have it reoccur the next time we used the shower. The facilities are very dirty and the rooms are extremely outdated. I highly recommend to not stay at this hotel.
Nice beach resort on Long Beach on Phi Phi Island
The hotel is about 20 minutes on foot from the town / pier. The path is quite adventurous. Can walk on flipflops but wouldn't recommend carrying anything heavy or waking at night since it goes through forest a bit. Typically taxi boat would be more practical way to travel back and forth. The staff is friendly and helpful. Ask questions and they will try to give you an answer. My room was a bit run down but had everything necessary. The bathroom smells gassy a bit. They can improve this part.
Very nice hotel just in front of the beach
Nice, quiet and beautiful place. In front of the long beach in Phi Phi island. In my opinion, this beach is the best place to stay in Phi Phi. High recommended.
Resort situato in un contesto paesaggistico fantastico. Personale gentile e cortese. Stanze pulite
Awesome!
Great resort and perfect lokation at Long Beach... 20 min. Walking from the Tonsai Pier - throug the jungle along the coast. Would go back. Villas have the best location... most ofcthem with sea view.
Ótima localização, bom atendimento.
Fantastisk strand
Fantastisk strand med god snorkling
Miniparadis
Hadde vi visst at det var så flott på Paradise Resort, så hadde vi vært der mye lenger enn vore tilmålte 3 dager! Er miniparadis, stille, rolig, lite folk på stranden, 29 grader i sjøen, god mat.....

Stunning location, absolutely beautiful. Hotel itself is a little worn around the edges but the location makes it worth it. Shower in room not the best form power and heat adjustment. Breakfast included which was decent. Please note that with luggage you have to take a boat from the town to the beach and walk across the sand with cases. This added to the adventure for us, but for some may be difficult especially in the heat. Don’t need long here as not loads to do unless you are happy to sit on a beautiful beach and read for a few days, then you couldn’t really do better than this.
