Wonderful place to stay, convenient to walk to anywhere we wanted to go.

Water pressure in shower was weak. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Huge place. Very cool. Loved the parking. Walked everywhere. Fun town. We'll be back soon.

The Staff was so friendly and helpful. Accommodations were wonderful and you cannot beat the locations. The ! Klondike bars and evening wine were a plus. Would recommend to everyone.

Nice place. Staff is great. If you can't do steps stay on 4th floor, it doesn't have an elevator. Walls are a bit thin, you can hear thru walls, we stayed 4 nights, just had a loud tv last evening.

Always love staying here. We’ve driven from Michigan and loved the on-site parking but also just love the location with so much in walking distance. Plus, its beautiful and the staff is always wonderful!

A very comfortable stay.

This hotel was really beautiful and full of personality. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I loved that there were two locks between us and the outside that used guest key-cards. It was very easy and quick to find a bite to eat or go down to check out the tourist areas and river. I enjoyed my stay, and if I get a bit more time in Savannah in the future, I'd love to be a guest here again!

Awesome staff! Lovely room and so walkable!

Funky parking but they made it work for our 22’ RV. Never had internet in our guest room but got it in the lobby. Excellent coffee and free beverages a nice add on.

The staff was outstanding

Nice spacious rooms. Great location. Nice river view. But receiving ear plugs at check in was a red flag. Every footstep in the room above could be heard with squeaky floorboards. At over $300 a night, suggest being more transparent up front about the noise, which was irritating. Thank you.

Mold

While the staff was very nice it did not outweigh the mold that we could smell in the room and lobby. In fact, it made me quite ill

This property was very quaint. The suites are quite large for two people and the evening Social Hour served wonderful appetizers and wine. The Staff was outstanding and extremely courteous!

Great Location!!

Great, historic hotel with minimal commodities but we were fine. Very clean, staff was great, with Happy Hour everyday looking out over the river/partial view. Very reasonable in price with easy walking to great restaurants and shopping!

Lovely … but…

If you are sensitive to mould I would avoid staying here. This is an old and moisture prone building. Otherwise the apartment style accommodation was spacious and there were lots of lovely free treats. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The location excellent. Bed comfortable. Handy parking. We did get some noise from people walking above us on the wooden floors but this was minimal.

Family Friendly in the heart of Savannah. We always choose to stay at the Olde Harbor Inn.

The place was really nice. The cocktail part not a fan of, I don’t like wine so I had to sit and watch my wife enjoy herself.

They were so very much accommodating with lots of little extras such as a manager's reception with complimentary wine and hordourves, lots of water and sodas. extremely gracious hosts

The location was convenient to River Street. Our room was on the ground (2nd) floor and was very noisy from street noise to footsteps overhead as well as a barking dog. There was also quite a bit of light around the closed curtains. A noise machine and earplugs were provided by the hotel. I’d request a 4th floor room if staying here.

Loved that the suites had two bedrooms and a lovely living room area with coffee bar. The staff is lovely and very accommodating. So convenient to walk not only along River Street but also throughout the historic district.i would definitely return again.

We loved the staff!!! Best staff ever!! We loved the room. It was perfect as my husband works in his computer and the separate room was ideal. My only negative comment would be the pillows which could have been softer. Also, I wish there had been an extension cord by my side table to plug my phone and watch. We remedied this by moving the mattress and plugging into the existing extension cord. I guess that’s the problem in historic buildings …. They didn’t think we would need so many outlets everywhere! 😂😂😂 But, we absolutely loved it here!

Staff is very friendly and efficient. Super nice suite. The 5:00 wine and appetizers is a nice bonus.

Beautiful historic stay

I had a great stay. I was greeted by the friendliest people as I arrived. They offer free water and soda from the fridge in the office all day, and ice cream bars are stocked in your room freezer daily. On top of that there is a daily happy hour with free wine and snacks. I met some very nice fellow travelers during happy hour. One thing that didn't occur to me, but a traveler I met pointed it out - be aware that the building is very old and has no elevator, so if you struggle with stairs you may not do well here. It also can get very noisy in the area, especially on a weekend, but they provide earplugs so you can sleep through the noise. My room was more like an apartment, with a bedroom, kitchen, private bathroom, and sitting room with a view of the river. Having my bedroom away from the river was helpful in noise reduction. There are so many shops and restaurants in walking distance. I definitely recommend this Inn!

Great stay

We had an amazing 1 night stay, welcomed by very friendly and nice staff. It was a pleasant surprise to get snacks and wine at the lobby available for free! We also got a bottle of champagne as a birthday present at room. The room was very beautiful, spacious, had calming colors and pretty design. It’s not perfect but certainly added some nice old vibes to the stay. We had full kitchen but it lacked any utensils, so the kitchen is not usable at all. Also we lacked slippers as an addition to the robes and daytime curtains because people on the street can see you through the windows:))

I made reservations online, sight unseen. I was happily surprised at the size and comfort of this suite. Its super convenient to the historical waterfront and lots of dining and transportation options. The parking is the best part of this property.

Had a great time. The rooms are very spacious. Love the location and walkable to everything we needed. Complementary water, soda, coffee, and wine and hors d’oeuvres Happy hour added an appreciated amenity. Some reviews mentioned noise, but we had no issues. It is on the river, but down from most of the loudness. Klondike bars waiting for us in the freezer too!

Property very clean and staff was really nice and friendly

Pros: Staff were all, without exception, really friendly and helpful, especially the front desk and chamber maids. Free drinks all day and nice buffet snacks in the evening. Great location right on River Street. Cons: configuration of the rooms mewnt that the bedroom felt small and claustrophobic - windows painted shut so no fire exit from bedroom. Rooms smelt musty and felt generally grubby. Our least confotable hotel on our road trip.

Lovely location-awful service

The hotel location is great, the suites are big & spacious, beds comfortable, and room has good views of the river. However, service is just not up to par. We booked 3 rooms for 3 night stay through Hotels.com. The room setup is unique – through direct entryways to 3 room sets. We were given 2 of the 3 rooms in 1 entryway & 3rd was separate even though it was all on same reservation. When we requested a move, the check in person told us rooms would be together if we had booked directly but since it was through hotels.com, we wont do anything to ensure they are together & can’t move things around now! Why offer reservation through 3rd party if treatment is different? Same thing for late checkout-we requested an extra hour for just 1 room-was told not possible since it was a 3rd party reservation. No one offered to help with luggage. Room cleaning: don’t expect room to be vacuumed, beds to be made, or if you leave empty paper cups/glasses anywhere to be thrown. Only cleaning is a cursory cleaning of the bathroom, towel replacement, and emptying of the trashcans. We deliberately dropped something on the ground on day 2 in the morning-was still there in the evening. There’s a coffee machine in the room, but regular pods were not replenished since they were “out”. The 3 stars are for the location, room size, and convenience.

Its near a lot of bars and the parking is free

Truly a gem of a place in Savannah, right on River St. Clean and nicely done up considering it's an older building. The place is top notch with a level of customer service simply not seen much anymore. Friendly and accommodating. Did i say literally right on River St.? Lol. They also have their own parking. If you're in Savannah, you should really stay here! One area of note, since you are right on River St., the noise level of you have astreet room is noticeable but not annoying.

Loved our experience at Olde Harbour Inn

This is hands down the best place to stay in Savannah. The staff is so nice and helpful. The wine and finger foods between 5 - 7 are a perfect way to end a work day and get ready for the evening events.

Old Harbour Inn is wonderful. Our room was fantastic, location amazing within walking distance to so much. Then there's William and Brian-both completely amazing. The complimentary wine & cheese in the evening is a great way to get to know others and both William and Brian took time to tell us about so many great places and wonderful stories!

Unique, charming property in historic building. Excellent location with shopping, bars, restaurants within walking distance. Morning coffee and evening wine in spacious lobby a nice touch. Outstanding, helpful staff (Kevin at front door) are a plus. Please note: this is a historic building. If you have mobility issues, it’s not the spot for you.

This was the PERFECT stay for me and my partner! We last minute made plans to come to Savannah and it was an absolute delight! We even decided to extend the stay and reserved another room with them and it was even better than the first room! We LOVED this stay and will be back!! HIGHLY recommend!!!

This was a perfect spot for drive from NC to So FL. Everyone was really nice and the room was spacious. Great location and the best part was they had reserved parking for guests.

Loved our stay! The large spaces were much appreciated and enjoyed how convenient everything was to us...we could literally walk everywhere! Wonderful facility

Amazing stay, especially for such an old building. Well appointed with a huge bathroom, king bed, separate loft bedroom, charging ports, desk, etc. Probably the best shower head I've even used. We have stayed in historic properties where you give up convenience or comfort for location or atmosphere; not at Olde Harbour Inn. It isn't in perfect condition, but for an old building converted to a hotel, it is well maintained and modernized.

Great place to visit

Terrific spot for enjoying what River Street and downtown Savannah offer for visitors. The staff could not be friendlier and the afternoon wine and snacks are a nice touch. Lots to see eithin easy walking distance. The rooms are large and comfortable.

Excellent and friendly service. Whatever we needed, we received quickly. Shout out to Brian. He carried our bags and was wonderful with sharing information about where to go! We will definitely come back!

Spacious

Brian at the front office was amazing. He was attentive and very pleasant. Fresh coffee every morning. Cold refreshments all day and ice cream in the refrigerator. If I had to mention something not well, it would be my window on River Street and the party goers. The Inn provided earplugs on my nightstand for that reason.

By far top of the line place to stay. The staff, management,and cleaning staff absolutely amazing friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The room was absolutely fabulous balcony view of the river enjoying cars and tourists go by close to great restaurants dancing and dining. Great parking location nothing negative say a five-star definitely hotel.

Everything was perfect. We celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary and from the time we checked in to the time we checked out we felt very welcomed in every way possible. The hotel is a great location for everything on river street and within walking distance to most everything else. We had talked about coming back in 2-3 years for another visit to Savannah to see the things we didn’t get to this weekend and this hotel is at the top of our list to stay in again.

Wonderful property and warm staff - but surrounding area is still undergoing renewal of old river front so a little “construction in progress” feel but the Inn itself and the suite are just fine!
