The staff in the hotel were excellent ,very friendly and helpful.could have done with more staff to help the few who were there .anytime you asked for something they would help.Bed was comfy, room a little small ,bathroom way to small ,the room was very clean Bar area very good ,,breakfast was a bit pricey for what was served.would stay again if rooms were a little bigger.

An outstanding and faultless hotel! Staff were amazing and so friendly, the decor is very trendy and clean and stylish! Only a 15 min walk away from Europa Park and Rulantica! Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel location is fantastic for visiting Europa Park. Its right on the bus route from Ringsheim train station to the park (get off at Bell Tower stop and its down the road) The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself looks very modern and trendy. It has a bar open most of the night, but no kitchen of its own so only serves bar food. We got a pizza and saw the staff take a shop bought pizza out of the fridge and put it into the Ninja pizza oven. Was a shame to see it happen so blatently after being charged quite a high price for it, but it is what it is. For food, I would recommend going to any of the nearby resturants or lidls for room food. We stayed for 2 nights, and after our first night we went to Europa Park. We came back and our room hadnt been cleaned at all. Not a massive issue, but it meant we had no clean towels so had to go to reception to get some more. Not sure why we werent cleaned, if its policy or something, but something to keep in mind. Overall a great hotel with a few small problems but if you just need a nice modern room to explore Rust / visit Europa Park then this place is great

Great Place to Stay Near Europa Park

We had an excellent stay there during our trip to Europa Park. It is very close by. The breakfast at this hotel was so great and it was a comfortable stay. I would for sure stay here again.

Stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting europa park. About a 20 minute walk to the park with good transport links. Provided with some toiletries and we were able to ask for extra towels as well. The lockers and baggage hold on site were very useful as we arrived long before check-in so were able to go and enjoy the park for a few hours

Fantastic hotel. Everything was immaculate, good service and comfy beds. Location is great for Europa Park and Rulantica. My only slight negative is that there wasn't any hot drink facilities in the rooms, but there are cafes and supermarkets very close by.

No restaurant but great location cation and lots of nice games etc for kids. Good parking and decent breakfast. Would stay again

Europa park visit

Hotel is an amazing choice for Europa park. Extremely close to the entrance of the park and convenient access to the park hotels if you want to explore. A cheaper option than staying on site, with friendly staff and a lovely big bedroom! Had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Lovely stay

Lovely welcome and great information gained to us - very friendly staff indeed and they do really have a busy job catering to everyone’s needs and different languages as well. We had pizza in the evening and it was lovely for a good price. Very close to Europa Park and they have a shuttle bus to it as well.

Fantastic location for Europa Park, clean, tidy, comfortable beds and well equipped. This hotel is very trendy and everyone was polite and friendly.

1 Night Stay

One night stay at the Moxy, for Europa Park. The hotel is in a great location for visits to Europa Park with just being a short walk away. The weather in January was cold but the hotel and our room was nice and warm. We had breakfast which was very good. The room was clean and modern with good amenities, it would have been nice if there was tea/coffeeaking facilities in the room. But the bar staff helped us with hot water.

Staff were really friendly, great location with close proximity to Europa park and key amenities like Lidl for getting some shopping. Would recommend as the hotel has a great vibe!

Difficult to get to if your flight is too late as the bus ends quite early.

Besides a stink bug problem (common in the autumn months), our stay was pleasant. Very close to Europa Park. Nicely decorated hotel for the holidays. Nice buffet for breakfast.

A Saturday night in Rust

We arrived in Rust after a day of travelling from the U.K. and an early start. We got to Rust around 1830 and checked in as normal. They wanted all the details from my passport (more than normal) and other info however I was advised when I asked this would be destroyed in due course. I collected the key and we went to our room. However there was some confusion as on here - Hotels.com I reserved a double sofa bed and double bed room but it would appear this room type doesn’t exist! I was slightly frustrated as I had taken the time to message the hotel through the app prior to my visit to confirm the room type and there was no issue flagged. Anyway the ladies on reception were very helpful, could understand where the error had occurred and could see I had tried to confirm the room etc before and acknowledged there was a language barrier. As compensation for the inconvenience they offered us a complementary breakfast. We accepted and I am told the single sofa bed was comfortable. I would happily stay here again but will take note of the room type when I book. The hotel itself is very modern, has nice communal areas and the breakfast is a very thorough selection. We used the secure parking under the hotel at €10 a night and I was happy with this. You can park outside the hotel for €8. Hotel is was a lovely find and I will look to stay here again in future as it’s within 10mins of Europa Park.

Nice hotel that’s very convenient for Europa Park. Service in check in was very slow and staff bot courteous given the delay they were causing

Decent and comfortable

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Mattress a little on the firm side, but OK for me. Facilities could do with improving - I was unable to connect my phone to the room's TV as advertised. Breakfast is decent but not extensive; it is slightly overpriced for what is on offer. Staffing continues to be an issue; on one evening the bar appeared to be closed due to only having one member of staff, who was dealing with check-ins. However, staff friendly and English-speaking. Cost per night is expensive but in keeping with other accommodation in the area.

Very well located between Rulentica and Europa park. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast divers and good. However the offer of restaurant outside of park is a little bit poor. Very good hotel to stay. Definitly recommend

Great for visiting Europa Park with family

This is a lovely hotel, it was our second stay and we love it. It is very clean, staff were friendly, very close to Europa Park, we walked there in 15 mins. The pillows are not very comfortable, I would recommend, if you are driving bring your own pillow. Everything else was great.

Fresh and breezy, but needs fine tuned.

We used Moxy for a couple of days while visiting the wonderful Europa-Park. The hotel is fresh and funky, although wi-fi was poor! Service was also slow, perhaps as everything was so slow. Breakfast was not worth 15 Euro. But location is very close to the park if driving...only a few minutes. And walkable in about 20 minutes.

Great hotel near to Europa Park

Check in was quick and easy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We parked our car in the underground car park, after we paid the fee the ticket enabled us to come and go throughout our stay. The room was very clean and had great air conditioning, the bathroom was small but the shower was a nice size and soap and shampoo were provided. The hotel is about a 20-25 minute walk from Europa Park and Rulantica. There are lots of places to eat around the area. The only thing the room lacked was a chest of drawers it meant we had to live out of our suitcase.

Clean hotel and nice service

Enjoyed our stay at moxy. Staff were excellent. Local shops and eateries, breakfast and snacks on offer at hotel. Loads of parking at reasonable price, we just left the car at the hotel and walked to and from the parks and restraunts.

We stayed here after spending the day at Rulantica. It was very close to the park. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and our kids enjoyed all the games. Breakfast was fine, though I wish the rooms had a coffee maker in them. Would stay again.

We stayed for the Location near to Phantasialand following recommendations. The welcome was great, the rooms were a good size, breakfast was good and the location was perfect for us

All round excellent stay! Perfect location for Europa park and Rulantica. Secure parking available, very modern and clean from the reception/bar area to the rooms. All staff very friendly and helpful.

Bring your own pillows. Good: The hotel is close enough to Europa Park to walk, and there are grocery stores and restaurants close by. Bad: The shower temperature fluctuated pretty wildly from cold to hot, and the room feels cramped and unfinished due to stylistic choices like concrete walls. The pillows are flat and there are no extras.

It was really good

Overpriced for what it was. No coffee /tea making facilities. No safe in the room either. I am all for being trendy but there was no information about what was available and the staff didn't offer up the info. I had high hope as this is a Marriott hotel

What we liked about the property was the convenience to the parks, staff was amazing!! They all spoke amazing English!! Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel for short stays..

The staff was SO nice and made pleasant conversation during check in. The room was clean and simple and the AC was amazing, especially during the heat of May.

Great but could be improved

We stayed in the family room. I am doubtful that the accommodation was worth what we paid. Check in was smooth and welcoming. The second single bed in the family room is very small could be larger. The bathroom and toilet also tiny, no closet and no room to hang clothes or even wet towels. Overall clean but dusty on the window sills and corners made my allergies flare up.. Breakfast not worth 14 Euros per person. The only hot food items were sausages and scrambled/boiled eggs. There was buffet with cold foods with breads and cereals etc I would stay again because of the convenient location. Walking distance to both Europa park and Rulantica water park.

Spent 1 night at the MOXY Hotel and was very impressed the inviting entrance to the hotel. The hotel staff spoke excellent English, were professional and friendly! The hotel and our room were very clean. There is easy onsite parking as well. The hotel is a 3 minute drive to Europa Water Park. There are two grocery stores a couple blocks from the hotel as well! Highly recommend this hotel for its location, friendliness and cleanliness!

One night stay in Feb

Quick stay to visit Rulantica. No bad comments about the room, the AC worked but may not be super efficient during hotter months. The hotel only had one person on staff for the bar, but we were able to get some wine. There was a small room with games, which was nice but the condition of them we’re definitely worn. There was some free parking out front, bed was comfortable too. About 3 min drive to Rulantica

Modest but basic

Modern, basic hotel located next to Europa Park, about a 15 minute walk from the main entrance. Rooms are small and basic, but ok for a short stay. Don’t expect in-room tea and coffee facilities, for example.

Parking a bit of a pain. Under staffed. Otherwise was clean and fun!

It was very welcoming and the staff was amazing

Very clean, quiet and modern. Loved the small comforts like the heated bathroom floor, the extra cushions and seating and the lighting around the bed.

Place was very clean

Very enjoyable stay, the room was very clean and the bed really comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We visit Rust quite regularly and we will be looking to stay here on our next trip.

Great hotel for the Europapark

Great location, new hotel with up to date interior, friendly staff

I didn't like the behaviour only of the one employee in the reception and bar service. When I asked to order some food from the hotel, he did not recommend it because he was bored preparing/serving it. I think He was the only man working on that shift and this happened on Monday, Oct 18th late afternoon/night. When a lady came to bar, She was very polite and prepared food for us.

So nearly fabulous

This hotel is a good hotel but fails on the small things. They insist you use your room card to make the lift work - it takes minutes of faffing to get it to work and WHY?? The door to the stairs is wide open. Charging 10E a night for parking is not appreciated. There is a great TV which says "connect your device" essentially chromecasting - but doesn't work.

L’hôtel est propre, le bar / restaurant est très pratique Niveau chambre : aucun rangement c’est dommage - oreille très inconfortable Bien situé a 20 min à pied du parc , proche arrêt de bus et Lidl qui ferme à 21h très pratique Service de réservation de taxi disponible à la demande à l’accueil Tout s’est bien passé.

Sehr schöne und modern ausgestattete Zimmer. Nahe gelegen vom Europa-Park. Sehr freundliches Personal. Reichhaltiges Frühstück und grosse Tiefgarage. Umliegend hat es einige Restaurants wo man zu Fuss gehen kann.

Trés bon hotel à 20 minutes à pied d'Europa Park. Nous reviendrons. Qualités : propre, moderne, proximité parc, personnel agréable Défauts (si il faut en trouver) : oreillers mous, café et boissons chaudes seulement en zone commune. Rapport qualité prix excellent.

Sehr gutes Hotel für den Besuch des Europaparks. Zimmer sind zwar eher minimalistisch aber stylish eingerichtet und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Personal war ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Très jolie hôtel

Eine super Alternative zu den teuren Europapark Hotels. Es ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war auch super, hatte alles was man benötigt. Würde es definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Nette Personal, saubere und schön eingerichtete Zimmer, gute Frühstück. Vielen Dank immer wieder.

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr schöne Zimmer. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Im Barbereich gibt es einen Wasserkocher, Essig und Öl sowie Ketchup etc., falls man sich mal etwas Kleines zubereiten will. An alles gedacht, top!

Sehr cooles Hotel. Toll eingerichtet und die Familienzimmer sind super.

Erneut ein toller Aufenthalt im Moxy Rust. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis meiner Meinung nach sehr gut. Frühstück ausreichend. Problem mit der Fernbedienung wurde sofort behoben. Alle sehr, sehr freundlich.

Hotel lindo e atendimento excelente.

A rede Moxy é sempre um deleite. Foi o segundo hotel que fiquei da rede, o primeiro foi em Varsóvia. O design de interiores é impecável, tudo muito bonito e confortável. Desde o saguão até os quartos e áreas comuns. As camas são super confortáveis e a iluminação também. O serviço oferecido sempre vale o que é cobrado. O atendimento é simpático e atencioso. Recomendo totalmente.

An sich für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man in den Europapark oder in das Rulantica geht. Frühstück war nichts besonderes aber in Ordnung.

Supernettes Personal, sehr gepflegte Zimmer

Cooles Design und geräumige Zimmer, allerdings sehr kleines Bad. Beim Frühstück leider viel trockene TK / Aufbackware. Auch die Gurkenscheiben waren schon angetrocknet und bestimmt vom Vortag.

Sehr gelungener Aufenthalt mit der Familie. Top Preis-Leistung und sehr schönes, neues Hotel!
