Please fix the elevator next to the reception

Highly recommended.

My only negative review would be their inside elevator has been down for quite some time with no immediate plans to fix. We had to use the service elevator outside to get to our rooms on the third floor

For the price, this hotel offers excellent value and is far from being “trashy.” Roberto, the hotelier, provided outstanding service, and the entire staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I booked through Expedia, and the process was smooth. The rooms are somewhat compact but comfortably accommodate two guests. The hotel is located about a 25-minute walk from the downtown area, which I found to be a pleasant way to get some exercise. I noticed several reviews expressing concerns about damage fees; however, I did not encounter any issues in this regard. It seems that some guests may struggle with accountability. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel to others seeking affordable accommodations with attentive staff.

Parking not enough

Hotel was ok. Hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. Bathroom was small. My wife and I are tall people. Very cramped.

I stay here 4 to 5 times a year and stay 3-5 days at a time. I selected this hotel because of the price and its proximity to my dentist's office. However, I will be staying elsewhere from now on. 1. No SmartTV and all available channels are in Spanish only. 2. Slow wifi which is not conducive for working 3. Cannot watchh Hulu, YouTubeTV, Sling, Amazon Prime, etc. on laptop. Local VPN only. 4. No windows or fresh air flow in the standard rooms. 5. Restaurant is a hit and miss. Breakfast is good, burgers are great as are the fries. But, in the evening, I've been served old, dry refried beans. 6. I was served a lemonade to go with blood on the lid and cup. I guess someone cut themselves when pouring. 7. The staff has no regard for guests. Door slamming and yelling through the day, every day. 8. Hallways on all floors smells like smoke and I've come across a few roaches running the hallways during my last visit. If you are coming for doctor appointments or visiting the area, it's fine and safe. But if you need to work during the day and stay within a few blocks' proximity, I'd go elsewhere for comfort, quiet and daily meals.

Good place

For the money it is very hard to beat this property, most of the staff are very friendly, I have stayed here many times. They have just redone their dining facilities, and I had two meals during my stay there, one dinner was thier incredible chicken salad. I'm sorry, I know that's not normally something you would rave about, but it was phenomenal. Steak and eggs for breakfast, very good. My advice is always go for the two bed room, and make sure it is one with windows. They have inner rooms without windows, and unless you are a cave dweller, it probably will not appeal to you, and it is the same price. Hotel is being renovated, so it will probably improve. Floors are all marble and add a nice touch.

I really like this place is very cozy and clean.

Its super clean, staff is veery friendly. The room is modern and very comfortable to sleep, also they clean the room everyday, the whole hotel looks sooo safe to stay. I was able to watch Netflix with all my favorite movies. I will definitely will stay here again.

Great price for a 10 min walk to the fun part of revolución or a 15 min walk to La Cacho. Got the job done!

Its a clean property w parking. Its adjacent a nice restaurant...and Carl's Jr (if you like that). Also very close to the main boulevard without all the noise at night. Front desk could be friendlier, but overall very attentive.

Convenient to walk to doctor and dentist appointments. TIJ airport is only 15 minutes away and easy to get an Uber. I stay here often and have seen the hotel go downhill. Negatives, rude female at check in, lots of hallway noiseall day and night, plus the sink was very slow draining and shower was not scrubbed. Positives, housekeeping staff is nice, restaurant is good, conveniently located to restaurants, safe, and well-priced. I will stay again, already have next month's reservation made, but I wish there was a better option.

They do not have a streeming televisions, so you can not conect and wach Neflix Amazon Prime. HBO etc,

Noisy. I had to switch the first room given to me because the room was very small and no windows. I was then given another room, same size but with a window. I will not return.

It’s a good place, and located in a good area but Front desk employees and cleaning staff are rude not friendly at all.

Close to Revolution ave

Walkable to Revolution Ave. On site parking. Clean room. Bedsheets in good condition and no stains. I guess since guest are required to sign an agreement to maintain the bedsheets in good condition, otherwise, you'll be charge for any mishaps. Bed was comfortable. Good selection of tv channels with HBO. No trouble or inconvenience during check-in/out.

hotel room is nice & clean . But staff are very rude , ask for one thing and they give you attitude . Prices change on every visit . Went one week it was x-amount and went the next week and price was elevated

No hospitality, it is less than a motel, the rooms are dirty, the sheets are dirty, there is no towels whatsoever, the drain in the shower won’t drain, the water runs into the room, there is no phone in the room, AC doesn’t work, TV doesn’t work, there is no staff to complain to. The worst experience I have ever had at a motel if you can call it that. I wonder why the place stays busy it is not that cheap there are much cheaper motels in TJ charging half the price. Extremely disappointed

Good nice clean place

Property was cleaner and more well kept than I expected. Housekeepers were very professional. Great options to eat around area. Parking was small but we never had an issue. Security was very helpful

Nice lobby, location, but terrible rooms. The room we got didn’t have a window, had yellowish sheets and towels, and had a moldy shower. Pictures were definately deceiving.

Be very careful they have several rooms with no ventilation, no windows. They do not explain anything about it. The bathroom is very small can't close the door! I will give a 2 stars.

This hotel is not in the tourist center as stated, but not too bad a walk. The distance is what makes it's very good rates possible. I found the shower temperature hard to regulate. The one real hassle is the wifi: now you have it, now you don't.
