I love the breakfast, the attention of the servers and staff. However, I was looking forward for dinner and it was closed.

it was really nice

Friendly and very honest waiter in the restaurant whom returned my briefcase just the way I forgot it on my table. Couldn’t say the same about the front desk attendant who ignored us when I told them I had forgotten my bag, she simply replied (I don’t know!! And went back to whatever she was doing. Then I went in the restaurant and the waiter right away recognized me and proceeded to return my bag I in return thanked him an have him a very good tip.

Location is good I stay here at least 4 times a year and this time I feel that front desk clerk was kind of rude not friendly at all!!

The hotel is very well located, close to very good restaurants and centrally located; However, it needs better maintenance in its facilities, the towels are terrible and limited.

Overall a great hotel to stay in. It’s a bit outdated, the “standard” room that I was given does not look like the photos which means not all rooms have been renovated. Bed was very comfortable, good channel lineup, good shower pressure. The included breakfast buffet was really great. It gets busy with non-hotel guests which must mean it’s highly regarded. My only complaint is that the dining room is not well ventilated, so expect to walk out smelling like cooking oil. I would definitely stay here again.

Horrible customer service and rooms were terrible

Reservé una habitación individual moderna con un gran televisor de pantalla plana. Soy un invitado frecuente de 4 a 5 años. Cuando llegué me dijeron que la habitación que reservé a través de Agoda no está disponible. Me pusieron en una parte antigua del hotel en una habitación sucia y maloliente de los años 70. Tuve día y noche el ruido del compresor de aire acondicionado grande del hotel vecino Quinta Real. Esa también era mi vista y enfrente estaban sentadas cientos de Palomas y gritando. Todo estaba lleno de caca. El peligro es que la caca se está secando y va al aire y causa amebas y otros problemas respiratorios, así que no pude abrir la ventana. El baño estaba absolutamente deteriorado y sucio, las sábanas y las toallas se caían en partes. En el baño había azulejos rotos, bombillas de agua sueltas, inodoro y lavabo sin presión de agua. Tuve que tomar un taxi a un supermercado a comprar productos de limpieza para tirar mis excrementos al inodoro, por falta de presión de agua. Me quejé en la recepción, pero se negaron a cambiarme a un tipo de habitación que reservé y pagué. Cuando puse el aire acondicionado, empezó a apestar aún más. Abrí el mini split y el filtro estaba asquerosamente sucio, lo pospuse, porque no quería respirar el mareo del antiguo huésped. Por esto pagué más de 100 US por noche. Si no tienen disponible la categoría de habitación que te gusta reservar, ¡deberían felicitarte y no terminar en una habitación de basura! El desayuno era bueno

STAY AWAY

Not only is the management of the hotel dishonest, but they made no attempt to fix the issue at hand with a cancellation. They went so far as to still check me in, even though I never arrived, and not only kept my money, but went ahead and double dipped by still booking the room out to other guests.

Room 1309..not nice at all

I’m not sure who leaves this hotel 10/10 review ratings. Could it be a scam? Paid to leave a good review? The room we were given was very old and had a heavy cleaning product smell. The sheets are well used. The bathroom is not well lit probably to hide the decay and shower door water spots. This hotel had bare walls in bad repair. Dust everywhere. Internet did not work and we had the service people to our room 3 times. The floor creaked from the warped laminate flooring. We were on our way out of the city and grabbed this hotel for our last night thinking it would be very nice because of the online pictures. Cost double for one night than our hotel we stayed for 4 nights, so we assumed it would be super nice. Overall - It was an awful night stay. The breakfast buffet was alright. Food was good. BTW, I spoke with the manager who assured my CC would be reimbursed on the Monday , she was super convincing it would happen. (I might have left it at no complaints but when you’re charging high prices then offer what you say.) One month later and still no credit. She brushed me off..oh well..live and learn

I enjoyed my stay only that upon arrival they indicated my room to my surprise i didn’t get the double bed room like it was specified on the expedia app, other than that this hotel is in a very centric area and full of great places to grab a bite and cool drinks so most definitely interested in that area , staff was very comforting and nice!

Booked 3 rooms for 1 night, other hotels had no availability and this hotel looked decent and had good reviews. Little did I know. the rooms were ok, some dust in the corners. The lobby had crums through out. You can tell the hotel is older. Check in was easy. However while we were out to dinner, a hotel employee walked in to one of our rooms. He didn't knock, he never expected to see my son and daughter in the room. He scared the living hell out of my kids 18 and 14. When my daughter asked him what he wanted, he was shocked to see them and said he was sent to fix the TV. My daughter said the TV doesn't have an issue and we never called anyone. Luckily he left the room right away,but definitely a scary experience. I can only imagine what would have happened to our belongings if my kids weren't there? Definitely didn't feel safe.

Stayed for 5 nights and the service exceeded my expectations. From the greeter to housekeeping. If I could give them a 10 I would. Excellent location.

I am so happy I found this place, people are so helpful and nice, rooms are very comfortable and clean.I totally recommend this hotel and I am sure I will stay there next year again.

Staff is mostly friendly. Very friendly the morning service for the breakfast! Dinner very poor quality and mostly empty. Rezeption failed! I had to extent my stay for medical reasons, check ups after surgery.., when I talked with the Rezeption about staying longer, nobody told me about an upcoming event for more then 2 weeks. Young teenager, football or basketball, no Idea was all over the hotel. This is already a hotel what I would consider as very loud. You hear the guests next and above your room and every time when the elevator comes to your floor. So nothing for people they like to sleep early, even late, or doing at day time a nap. When this group of young sports teenagers took over, I was thinking’s I get crazy. Always all room doors open in my floor and others, a coming and going, loud movements day and night. The terrace at the 4th floor where was my room was just taken over by this guys. Food drinks and garbage everywhere and loud. Additional came a group of lady’s in for one night, like they left early, at 5 am I had the felling I’m women’s clothing store... To get on the elevator was a challenge and took forever. So before getting a nerv break down after many days and nights, I checked out earlier and went to a quiet hotel next door, what was great. So I would not recommend this hotel for people they are looking for a good night sleep, this is impossible. The Rezeption should have told me about that event, I wouldn’t have extended my stay.

Room is clean. Decorating sufficient. Breakfast is good, but you have to be there before 10 am, otherwise they charge you again, even they serve till noon. So a sleep in and rest a bit longer cost extra. Staff is very friendly. Amenities ok, missing is a fridge to cool water or juices or some snacks, because in the area are not much restaurants. The food quality in the restaurant for dinner is a bit poor and they close very early in the evening. Like the rooms are very basic and small I would recommend this hotel for short stays. Also like my room has a connection door to the room next, you hear all, I mean ALL... you also hear the noise from the other room next to you and above. Overall it is noisy, specially when your room is close to the elevator, like my room. It is my 3rd stay, but my first stay over 3 nights, so I got more sensitiv. A good sleep is impossible, but you get what you pay for, not much.

First I started with the left foot ,I didn’t liked the room they give to me first then I call the front desk and they send someone with A new room key less then 3 min. So the new room they Give it to me was awesome and perfect tome So was a good and fast service and I love this hotel This is my 3rd staying time and I’ll do it again and Again. Thanks

All staff were friend, even tho we arrived 2 a.m. energetic to help us get into our room to rest and get in contact with a restaurant to bring us food at that time. The hotel was clean. It was a very comfortable stay. The noise from the bar across the street did not bother us.

No espresso coffee machine for after lunch or dinner. No capuchino! Loved our housekeeper Elba Villalobos and the waiters too. Everybody so nice including Javier and young Yair. Will return on April for another stay.

Room very clean ,Beds very comfortable. Location Good . Excellent Omelette cooked by chef when under pressure. A large party of teenage girls were ordering breakfasts at the same time.

The only thing I didn't like, it was when I dropped my laundry service off before 8:30 am and it supposed to be delivered after 6 pm same day, however when I came back at night the plastic bag with all my suits was still on the floor at the Reception Desk... they never sent it to dry cleaning. The next day the receptionist lady tried to blame me because I dropped it off very late and that wasn't true... actually she never apologized and she acted like it wasn't a big deal... other than that, the hotel is really nice.

Everyone was great from the front desk to the staff at the restaurant. Rooms were nice clean and comfortable. Restaurant food was great too!

Very good quality hotel in central Guadalajara.

Well maintain and very clean. My Executive King room was good sized, very clean, everything worked as it should and it was generally a quiet place. Walls are a little thin and hall noise and room next store noise were apparent at times. Restaurant was excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner with reasonably priced food and very attentive service. The breakfast was outstanding in variety and quality. Only downside to stay was warning that tap water may not be safe and the need for bottled water, where only two small bottles were supplied. Location was safe area and very close to CabDental and Smile Dental Center. These are two excellent places to get any type of dental procedures done. Having lived five years in Mexico and still having permanent resident status, I highly recommend. I travel there periodically from my Florida home.to have implant work done. About 1/5 USA prices which easily offsets the cost of travel and still saves about 60%.

Nice hotel

Our room was a small, interior room, with a window onto the courtyard. Beds were comfortable, appreciated the shared spaces on the roof as there was no other seating in the room (besides desk chair). Quiet and basic. Breakfast was delicious!

We liked the location as we were in the city to visit a Doctor. The Hotel is located within a short walk of the Clinic. There are several decent Restaurants nearby. The Hotel also has a restaurant where we had Breakfast which was included with the room. We were disappointed in the Evening Meal,which was a buffet! The Food selection was ok but everything was Cold!

Nice hotel nice location

The cleaning staff need more training. Edith, my cleaning lady was nice and friendly but she does a very bad job at cleaning my room. I mean really bad. One day she just folded the very dirty towel and her explanation was that she didn’t have cleaning towels. Taking the dirty towels and delivering fresh towels later, would have been the professional way to go. The buffet breakfast is delicious. What I liked the most is the friendly, helpful staff.

Wonderful Breakfast, lousy Wifi

Very good stay. The only down sides were that the shower door did not seal and the water flowed out, and the internet wi-fi. Seems like in Mexico all hotels have terrible Wi-Fi.
