hi! we had a great time here! the concept was a bit strange cos of the dark paint, but still we slept ok, felt safe, the receptionist Sakila was very kind… the sunday market is very close, places to eat in old phuket are close too, the room was fairly clean, clean sheets, clean towels. thank you very much!

Convenient to everything

Right next to Old Town Phuket. Easy access to most things.

When arriving the person had to call someone to communicate with me and then when I was brought to the room nothing was explained and it was a really unusual door and I didn’t know how to close it and the window had to left open so mosquito’s were flying all over and it was so hot and they didn’t put the air on or show me how

This Property was clean and in a very central part of Phuket Town. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Good price for a short stay and great location for ferry pier. However the room is a little bit older than expected.

They do not have own parking so difficult to find the parking also a lot of noise from motorbike the whole night

The room was amazing , super comfortable and heaps of space . Hot showers were a must after exploring the town.

Very homely accommodation

This hotel is centrally located, has 2 malls just opposite of the hotel and has a lot of options for food and drinks, would highly recommend this hotel for anyone!

Quirky themed rooms

We loved the themed rooms idea, especially when you've been travelling for months and are sick of seeing white bed sheets and white walls. We (two lads) were put in the bright pink children-themed room, which we found hilarious. There's not much in the area but we were hiding out from a monsoon so it was perfect for us.

Small boutique hotel in great location

Meroom was a great find for me and my partner! great location, lots of street food and shopping close by and we happened to stay when the night market was on so that was only a short walk. the staff were very helpful and helped us with maps, taxis, etc. we stayed in mums room (3 nights) on the top floor and it was stunning - black and white with a chandelier above the bed. it was larger than it looked in the photos. No daily room service and no elevator for the luggage but they'll help you up the stairs with the luggage. The only issue was the loud crow every morning from somewhere nearby. not the softest bed, but for the price and location and cute decor, we were both very happy with our stay. Thank you Meroom! Also the Trickeye museum up the road was a very fun day trip for us, definitely worth a visit if you have time to spare!

There is mold on the ceiling above the bed. Other things are great!

Stay elsewhere-not here!

This place is more like a guesthouse, its like staying with family because first when you enter you must take your shoes off and keep them downstairs in a cupboard. Which means you go up to your room in flip flops (provided) or bare foot! The rooms were smaller than expected, no coffee/tea making facilities, the room was dirty with loads of dust everywhere, it looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months, there was no ventilation for the bathroom which meant you had to keet the toilet door open. The hen from next door would start cuckooing from 4am onwards which will wake- no need for an alarm. The room didnt look secure I felt uneasy leaving my belongings there as the window was easy to open & the safe was movable not fixed within a unit, which means anyone can just go off with it. I wouldnt stay there again!

in the city, convenience, lovely staff

Meroom is in the city, near the famous place and dining restaurant. I got the room name "Guest room" with black-white theme, It was quite dirty on the floor. The curtain in the bathroom seem never clean. But I saw the others room is OK.

Very lovable staff - they made my T-shirt into butterfly shape when cleaning the room. What a cute surprise! However, the fancy room has been a bit old...Hope it can be renovated! Moreover, sorry again for my mistake of the checkout date, and many thanks for the great patience!

Recently renovated room in an old building. The location is so convenient in the heart of Phuket Town, next door is a big shopping mall and many massage shops nearby. Walking distance (10~15 mins) to the bus terminal 1.

Very family hotel

The hotel is location 10 min way by car from the port. We stay only one night cos we have to catch the ferry next day to phi phi. And the hotel was excellent. Very well clean and very friendly stuff. You feel like home. Definitely recommend it if you looking for a place for 1 or 2 nights in Phuket.

A wonderful authentic experience

Good Value for money, sympathetic stuff, fun and safe. The beighberhood isn't great but the location is good for people who want to take a fairy early morning as its close to the port.

There is only 7 rooms there so staff is very on hand and helpfull. We were very well greeted at arrival even if we had justed book 30 mins prior. Good location would recomened. Photo are what website advertise.

Great hotel for an overnight stay!

It was a quick overnight stay before catching the ferry to Phi phi island. The hotel is very small but hip. We had the DAD room and it was super cute. The room was very clean and comfortable and the service was really great. There are a bar and a club 5min walk from the hotel but overall the neighborhood was very quite at night.

Modern Hotel

i defintely love Meroom it feels so modern, edgy intelligently made rooms but with a family feel. It is very clean as they encourage to only use bedroom slippers (provided) before entering room premises wch is located upstairs. Tam and his sister Sakila are very very accomodating and nice. It was raining in Phuket when we came d island hopping wasnt so good only to be made memorable by our stay in Meroom. I really really love it here! But the breakfast can have more improvement. But i commend having free yogurt tea coffee. Good thing about this place is that its near malls so you can pretty much buy everythng u need. However is far from beaches about (30mins away)

Great location, good friendly service

We stayed at Meroom for 1 night. We had previously stayed in Kamala, and wanted somewhere less touristy. This was a great location for shopping and eating locally. The hotel staff were very friendly, carried our heavy suitcase, booked taxi to airport (600 baht), cooked breakfast and provided good recommendations. We enjoyed our stay

Great stay

Only stayed one night but had an excellent stay. The staff were so welcoming and really helpful room was clean and breakfast was basic but tasty would stay here again !

Cute concept - nice experience. Pleasant enough!

Very cute concept. 7 rooms only at this hotel! It definitely has a family feel to it! Room is a bit small (even for 2 Asian females) for the cheapest option, though quite pleasant. There were curtains for the bathroom however on one the side was still uncovered. There is a hook there so possible can put another curtain in(?) we didn't ask because we only stayed for a night - just took turns of staying out of sight! Breakfast was great. Very simple but a nice change to the buffet style - it was home style. The owners will offer you private driver service if you haven't book a taxi. Go and get taxi instead. It a fairer option. They round up the cost of the trip. Oh also there is NO Lifts but they will carry the bags up and down the stairs for you

L'hôtel semble abandonné, la chambre est minuscule, presque moisie avec le plafond qui semble s'écrouler. On entend les voisins comme si ils étaient dans la chambre. Personnel peu sympathique. Escaliers peu pratiques pour accéder aux chambres.

"簡約格調，舒適民宿"

房間裝飾有藝術感，有小露台，很陽光感，床也很舒適。路段也方便吃的購物的也有，不錯啊。。唯不足處是隔音不良。晚上很大的車聲。但不太影響心情的。。會再住啊。

Sehr freundliches Personal

Einfache aber saubere Zimmer und eine gutes Preis-Leistungverhältnis! Sehr nettes Personal. Fährtickets sind aber im Hotel teurer als in den anderen Shops. Daher diese besser woanders kaufen ;)

Super für einen kurzen Stopp vor der Fähre

Insgesamt war alles gut! Besonders die Rezeptiondame war sehr freundlich und konnte stets weiterhelfen! Das Zimmer war sauber und völlig in Ordnung für den Preis (22€). Zudem gibt es die Möglichkeit sich kostenlos Kaffee und Tee zuzubereiten. Einzig und allein haben wir uns geärgert, dass das Hotel Fährtickets für 400 TBH gekauft, obwohl es die Tickets überall anders für dieselbe Fähre für 300 THB inklusive Abholung vom Hotel zu kaufen gibt. Das muss nicht sein! Daher Punktabzug!

Fint litet hotell i nära old town

Jag var där på nyår och tycker rummen var mysiga lite vindsvåning typ, jättetrevlig personal som hjälpte till att visa hur man skulle ta sig fram i stan. Lite högljudda rum men jag var där som sagt på nyår så det var inte så konstigt. Men allmänt bra.

위치굿 가성비굿

아주 좋았다. 일단 위치랑 가격이 매우만족이고 객실도 깨끗하고 좁지만 안락했다. 침대도 푹신푹신하고 높게있어서 좋았다. 바로 앞에 로빈슨이 있어서 쇼핑하기 좋았다. 버스터미널1이 걸어갈만한 거리에 있고 친절도는 뭐그냥 보통친절한정도였다. 마중에 가격이나 위치때문에 하루이틀 또묵을수있을것같다

Perfeito para uma parada em Phuket

O hotel é uma graça e os funcionários são muito atenciosos! Nos deram varias dicas do que fazer em Phuket em apenas meio dia, e conseguimos aproveitar bem!

買い物に便利な立地

室内はきれいだが、一室しかない表通りに面した部屋で、車の音がうるさく眠れなかった。この部屋のこういった特殊な情報を事前に知らされていたら良かったと思う。異なる部屋であれば奥まっているため、静かでよく眠れたはず。フロントは親切。買い物に便利で立地はよい。

An OK stay

We picked it since it was very close to the pier where all the boats depart for the islands. The service was fine, room was clean and quiet but don't expect anything remarkable! The price was budget-friendly

I would come back

Very young looking hotel in the inside. Nice breakfast made just for you. Beautiful all-white room. REMARK: no elevator, so people who don't like stairs should not choose this hotel.

部屋が個性的なデザインをしています。値段が安く、立地もロビンソンデパート近くで、マッサージ店も、すぐ近くにありますので便利です。素泊まりのホテルなので、何も有りませんが移動途中の宿泊には十分だと思います。

1 nuit à phuket town

Accueil très bien. Ils se sont occupés de tout pour notre transfert à ko phi phi pour un coût très raisonnable de 400 baths transport inclus jusqu a port rassada. Au top

Hôtel que nous recommandons !

Personnel très accueillant, souriant, attentionné et apportant de bons conseils. En effet, nous sommes restés 2 nuits à Phuket et nous souhaitions partir à Ko phi phi (2 nuits) juste après, la patronne nous a conseillé deux compagnies et nous a réservé le ferry ainsi que la navette nous amenant jusqu'au port à des prix raisonnables. Elle nous a également conseillé quant aux bus à prendre pour aller à la plage. Par conséquent, gain de temps non négligeable !!!! De plus, dès notre retour de Ko phi phi, elle nous a proposé de laisser nos bagages et de prendre une douche gracieusement à son hôtel afin de nous balader en ville en attendant de partir pour l'aéroport (transfert aéroport proposé par l'hôtel à 600 baht). Chambre sympathique surtout le design des douches. Petit déjeuner correct. Thé, café, bouteille d'eau à volonté quel que soit l'heure de la journée.

Helt ok

Vi bodde en natt i väntan på färjan till Phi phi. Litet men helt ok med väldigt hjälpsam personal som tog hand om oss och kunde svara på alla våra frågor angående transporter till phi phi. Vi bokade vår färjetur där och allt funkade felfritt. Läget var ju tråkigt men för en kväll så funkar det. Det var nära från busstationen och till Robinson för shopping om man gillar sånt.

깔끔한 숙소

위치도 좋고 깔끔하고 가족처럼 대해주는 분위기는 좋았지만, 새벽에 공항에서 택시 타고 가는데 전화번호가 계속 없는 번호라고 나와서 찾아가느라 쪼금 힘들었습니다. 전화랑 캐리어 들고 3층 계단으로 오가는것 빼고는 모두 만족합니다.

Otimo custo x beneficii. Equipe nota 10.
