Excellent restaurant food and liquors Batman, the menu is cheap and delicious.

Great location!

The older gentleman that works the front desk has a grotesque attitude. Rude and dismissive. He should be let go. Aside from that it’s a decent stay. Convenient location and walkable.

Pobre experiencia

Pedi varias veces que se pueda controlar la temperature del aire acondicionado de la habitacion desde la misma habitacion. Lo hacian desde la recepcion. Eso hizo o que me muriera de frio o de calor. En definitiva no pude dormir bien.

terrible Stay!

Not happy with my stay!!!room was way too hot. A/C controlled from Lobby area employees... not even shower soap available!!! huge shower head in such tiny place to shower, forced to received first shoot of cold water every time. Bar always closed, attendant had always an excuse to please come back later. When Finally I was able to obtain a drink, it was done with the idea to make feel angry, It tasted really bad, made with raw egg and lemon. I found out later it was not the one I ordered.😡

Clean hotel Located in nice quiet area. Very surprising despite having room facing the street. Bed very comfortable. Room size is ok but bathroom and shower are small. Had to call porter to mix TV. After +10 min, he managed to make it work by holding RC in the “right” angle to the sensor. Room was booked for 2. Because my friend was not a tourist like me, the hotel charged me 14 USD on taxes. Almost 25% of what was paid for the room. Front desk claimed that hotel allows visitors for one hour for free but the law requires to charge locals . I travel a lot and never heard something like that bc of that I will never book this hotel again .

Clean room in a great location

We stayed just one night at the Mercure Hotel on our way to Cusco. The location was excellent, and the room was clean and recently renovated. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to leave our luggage there for a few days.

Comfortable Stay at the hotel

Our stay at the hotel was confortable and convenient. There are couple of restaurants and market place around the hotel which are walking distance. The service was good at every level. I definitely recommend this hotel for short or long term stays.

Housekeeping team is incredible

The hotel is nice, staff is friendly, breakfast could have more variety, parking outside the hotel but the security guys are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and very clean and the bed very comfortable bathroom was small overall nice hotel to stay. Reception girls very nice and accommodating. Our stay was good and if you have any issue they resolve it very quickly. I would recommend the hotel.

“Must” hotel stay in Lima

Very comfortable hotel, with an extraordinary location (near the heart of Miraflores and in a very calm street). Easy access to larger roads to go downtown. The staff are amazingly good, professional, friendly and treat you better than you are treated back home ❤️🥰. Nice shoe-shiner by the hotel entrance and supermarket, pharmacy, malls and plenty restaurants around. If you’re into jogging, the hotel is minutes away from the breathtaking Lima cliff so you can enjoy the sea view and exercise a bit! Can’t wait to be there again soon!!!!

Perfect stay I love it

Sooooo noisy. Don't come if you want to sleep. They think 37 degrees is hot. Shower was too cold and small. No service. They would change my room not reply to my complaint. I counted 317 cars and 8 find bathing before I fell asleep. Then was woken up by housekeeping at 6am, so very little sleep. I paid money to be sleep deprived

I recently stayed at Mercure hotel and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth.

Excellent clean hotel in a great location

This is a lovely hotel. I actually wish I had stayed for more than two nights. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets were good quality with an extra blanket provided if needed. The towels are really soft. The room also has a working TV with cable channels, a mini fridge and the temperature can be controlled. There was a huge window providing lots of natural light, the window can also be opened to provide fresh air. The room was by the road however there is sound proofing which minimised the noise from the traffic and also the noise from other guests which can be heard but isn’t too disruptive. Breakfast was also tasty, with a lot of fresh fruit being provided. The staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Great service from Gabriela and team. Friendly and helpful. Prepared takeaway breakfast for our early morning day trip. Bed was so comfy.

Great location

The hotel is located in a central neighborhood, Miraflores. You can access many shops and restaurants within several blocks. The front desk was superb and accommodated my request for breakfast to-go because I had a tour that started before breakfast was officially open. It is a safe place for solo travelers.

The hotel is affordable and clean. The facilities are good and the breakfast has lot of options. The only problem is there's only one elevator, sometimes needs to wait for a while.

Property was located on a quiet street in Miraflores, but well within walking distance of JFK park and the Metropolitano stop on Benevides. It is also not far from Larcomar, which is very convenient. The property was modern and was clean. Staff were friendly and eager to help. Breakfast had a good variety and offered both western and local cuisines. Wifi was good. There was a gym but I did not visit it. Room was spacious and met my needs. Good value overall. Would return if I'm in Lima again.

O hotel está muito bem. Localizado, com vários cafés, restaurantes e bares. Não vale a pena pagar pelo café da manhã no hotel, padrão Mercure, sem variedade. Melhor aproveitar a culinária peruana nas proximidades. Precisa urgente de manutenção no ar condicionado dos quartos. Não conseguia esfriar, solicitamos o reparo mas não resolveu e por causa da lotação do hotel tivemos de dormir no calor

Nice hotel. Everything as expected. No problems

Location was great. Staff was VERY helpful and friendly. We forgot to check the electricity/power for Peru and the straightener I brought was not compatible. I let them know and they had their facility manager bring us some plug that reduced the power so I could use my straightener without breaking it. Their staff is what my stay so enjoyable. They always greeted us and asked how we were doing. Loved this place.

Beautiful property, wonderful and well- trained staff, I can't imagine how they could have made things any better. The room was lovely and very clean. I only wish for a slightly roomier bathroom.

Good value hotel and convenient location

This review is specifically to room 306 and room 505. When I checked in lovely staff at the desk I asked for an upgrade as I am Expedia Platinum they said all the rooms are the same except for sweets and sweets were not available so if you're expecting an upgrade on an Expedia it's not happening secondly I went up to the room and the room was very warm. Long story short two days later they changed us to a block of rooms that had air conditioning the room in 306 does not have air conditioning please keep that in mind. Moving downstairs to the gym you will find a broken treadmill a elliptical a recumbent bicycle. Keep that in mind. Breakfast everyday was delicious and varied and they're food at the restaurant was nicely presented and good. For those of you that read my posts I travel a lot. It would have been helpful to me to have had the details before I would have booked this hotel.

Breakfast included at the rate of the room is great. Breakfast buffet was very good, customer service was great, nice hotel, great location and area. Very safe, comfortable room although the bathroom was a bit small.

Management didn't know how to treat guests, you can't have visitors for more thsn an hour, after that they will start bothering ypu with massive calls, they advertise themselves as a hotel with parking, surprisingly they only have three parking spaces for the whole hotel, had to wait for about one hor to find a parking space, in short i wouldn't recommend it.

First off, this property is based on false advertisement. Before booking, looking at the picture, I thought I was going to have a view facing the ocean but it wasn’t the case. Also, it said I could get a room upgrade on Expedia but I was denied that on bases that they don’t know what is on Expedia. The staff were helpful sometimes. The breakfast was good.

Fine hotel in Nice Area of Lima

As expected. Positives: Comfortable hotel with nothing to write home about. In a nice, safe area. The breakfast options were good. Negatives: Charged us for an extra guest because our Hotels.com booking stated 1 guest even though that’s the default. That has never happened to us in years of using Hotels.com which generally display “room rates” not per person rates. The additional fee was $32 per night which felt unnecessary.

The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean! Would definitely Italy stay here again and would recommend to friends as well.

Do not stay on a lower floor as there is a lot of construction in the area. Great location with easy access to shopping dining, transportation and all major tourist attractions. Friendly, helpful, staff. Nice, clean large room with space for bags and work space. Good breakfast included.

Carried my bag for me from the car to my room. After a long day of travel it was a very nice gesture!

The gym facilities could be better equiped...

If you are staying one or two nights, then it's fine. It's a clean hotel. Staff is not very warm, no smiles to welcome you. I asked for Gold VIP rewards and they gave me a paper from Expedia saying one free drinks, I asked about room upgrade and they said no. I asked where could I get the drink she pointed at the lobby bar, we went there handed the paper and the girl stayed reading for 3 minutes the paper, then she called the manager, the manager walked to the lobby and read the paper for another 5 minutes, no kidding. Nobody knew what to do. I got irritated and said what drink can we have, that's it? Final story, we didn't have a drink. It was too complicated for them and we gave up - I speak Spanish so there was no language barrier. The rooms were great, clean, spacious. The location was fine, near everything. It's just hard to be in a hotel where people make you feel you are bothering them.

This property is located around many restaurants and most of the sightseeing are inside a 10-minutes walk distance. The bad and the blanket are so soft. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is great, my only complaint was with the front desk lady that we encountered when we checked in. She was very unfriendly The best part of the stay was the breakfast, it was really nice and the food was excellent.
