Wonderful convenient location. Just a four minute walk to BTS On Nut. Daily room cleaning service and supply drinking water. Staff are flexible and accommodating to last minute schedule changes. Fees are reasonable.

Excellent location. 7Eleven across the street. Five minutes walk to On Nut BTS. Clean and well maintained and managed. Staff are very helpful and accommodating.

Great hotel. Great staff

The hotel is nice and clean, with a convenient location close to the BTS station, which made getting around super easy. However, our experience with the staff left a bad impression. We checked in earlier than expected, and while we understood the extra charge for an additional night, their handling of the situation was very questionable. After we paid, we realized the power in our room had been deliberately shut down beforehand. This felt especially shady because the maintenance guy had already asked us earlier to reset the power if we paid. While I understand their concern about receiving payment, this approach was unfriendly and unprofessional. Aside from this incident, everything else about the stay was good. But the handling of the power situation made the experience less pleasant than it could have been.

Great value for money Close to BTS OnNut

An excellent place to stay. I have stayed there at least thirty times. When I work from Bangkok, I also stay there long-term. Everyone likes it there. Book it if you can.

It is a very affordable place with nice, clean rooms, a nice little gym, and many local eating options. The night outdoor food court up the street is a great place to have dinner. The restaurant in the mansion is very good, too. The people in the office are incredibly nice and very helpful. I use the laundry service three times a week. Overall, a great place to stay. I have been going there for over 15 years now. No plans to change. Thank you KV staff.

Great inexpensive clean place to stay. I like the staff. Downside is no use of phone for long distance calls and no computing center. Yoga is across the street and mall with tons of food is close by. Overall very good.

The property was a good choice for budget accommodation. The cleaning staff were fantastic, very attentive and friendly. I loved the balcony which provided a sink and place to hang clothes. Be careful of some cab drivers in bangkok, which is typical of many places, trying to get more money etc....

Convenient for restaurants,bars and transport. Quiet and safe.

The place feels a little old, but it has a small sauna, great beds, full-sized fridges and copious towels. Washing machines also. And directly opposite a good 7-11.

The staff are very friendly, and the building has a restaurant, a cafe, and massage salon, so you would be fine without going out. The only problem was that the hair dryer did not work. But it was not serious because I used mine.

I was much quieter than most of Bangkok. Most guests were long teem guests. I am giing back to Bangkok in a few months and will stay there again.

Good hotel

Good and reasonably priced hotel. Spotless cleanliness, towels and bedsheets changed every day, Bottled water, shampoo, conditioner, soap and even cotton buds provided daily. On the ground level, there’s a nice restaurant offering a variety of food to choose from at very reasonable prices. A shop conveniently across the road. It takes only 5 minutes to public transport. I didn’t like the road in front of the hotel which was very busy and narrow without a pathway. However, would definitely recommend.

The best i had in years

A very big room the air con is really cold i love it. The tv has 100s of channel in english and thai and chinese 711 right infront of the hotel. Theres a restaurant in the hotel if you dont feel like going out its right theres in the hotel lots of choice very affortable. Cleaning staff made sure i had towels and water very nice and the check in process was very fast just about 1 minute and they let me check in 3 hours early this hotel should be a 4 star in my books the price is about 30 canadien dollars very good price for everything included and its a 2 minute walking distance to the bts station

KV Mansion sits aside very busy street

KV Mansion is an excellent property and my stay was comfortable. I had no problems with cleanliness or service. My issue with KV Mansion is the street on which the hotel is located: there is no sidewalk. That means to reach the nearest street, one must walk about 500 yards/meters alongside speeding motorcycles, cars, and trucks. Also, the street tends to flood during the rainy season because of inadequate drainage.

the pavement that leads to the hotel is dangerous and uncomfortable with many cars but without a pavement

You get what it says on the box. Well, a little bit more as they have a newly installed gym which, although it could with more / better wieght training equipment was sufficient fo my purpose. You get what you get in central city + a balcony ( - a pool ) for 30% less price because you're 6 BTS stations from downtime. Proximity to On Nut station means this isn't a problem. Staff were great. Good cleanliness.

Excellent place. Close to shopping. A short walk to public transit.Easy to reach using inexpensive trains, from and to the airport. Very quiet. I will definitely stay again.

Run down building... More serviced apartment experience than hotel... Long way from sky train but an intermittent tuk tuk service. Helpful but overworked front desk....

Was very good. Check in staff spoke English and were friendly. Room sas clean. Air conditioning was nice and cold.

Location is good they even have their own Tuc Tuc to take you to the train station BTS when it rains. The staff are lovely. They're have gym room and sauna not big but it's ok to us to use. Food restaurant inside the hotel next door the professional Thai massage, I will be coming back and recommend to my family and friends

Comfortable Stay

Nice newer Hotel but you will have to travel to get anything - meals or even coffee as there is nothing close. Your on your own here. It's a quiet out of the way place just BYO. Great staff 24/7 and very clean also has cable with rare English channels

Budget hotel near BTS

Nice place, big room. Only comment usual hard Thai style bed

Pretty clean and nice property, but the location is not great. Not a lot happening around it and very difficult to walk to from the main drag due to narrow streets and every traffic. BTS stop is pretty close by, so you can get around that way. Good value. Did the trick for what I needed.

Would go back only if I have business in the area

Stay for 2 nights in January 2018. Room was 51x something. The pros: checkin was really fast. I booked online the same morning I checked in. When got to the counter around 1:30pm(checkin time is 2pm) the paper work was already done. Got my keys in two minutes. Room is big with sitting area and old couch. Bed is king size but a little bit hard. Small ameneties was provided with two bottles of water. The hotel is very quiet as part of the hotels rules. The con: for me I find it a very long walk from th BTS On Nut Station. I was with my elderly mother and there are no sidewalk. There’s a lot of traffic so you have to be very careful. If it wasn’t for the distance I would definitely go back but then again, the price would have been higher considering it was very cheap.

Good food in just about any direction you travel

For the cost, this was acceptable. Fairly cheap but close to the shops, restaurants, street food and the train station is just up the road.

Absolute Yes for "Budget" Traveler

For "budget" accommodations this can't be beat. It is just a 5 mins walk to the On Nut BTS station, and the On Nut area is a great because of its proximity to everything and because it offers better value than the accommodations nearer to the center. KV Mansion is also down a quiet street, and if you get a room that is farther away from the already quiet road it will literally be silent at night, which is pretty hard to find in Bangkok! I would highly recommend KV Mansion for those looking for good value. The wifi in the hotel is also very strong throughout.

Pleasant and comfortable stay

It was really a pleasant stay. Hotel is comfortable and clean. Staff is friendly especially PON. She speaks fluent english and very friendly and helpful. The location of hotel is quite convenient. About 10 mins walk to On Nut BTS skytrain.

There was mosquitoes in one of the 3 rooms we stayed. One of the room tv was faulty.

Best Value in BKK

I love this place. Always a great value. Same staff now for over seven years. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is really good, and popular with locals. You get real Thai food there made for Thais, not tourists. Also the massage service in the lobby is great. Really high quality and a good price. Great location being in Onnut, a growing area. Check out the W District in Pra Kanong a lively open night food court.

Great hotel while staying in Bangkok

Staff is friendly helpful and speak english, 7/11 right across the street and its only a 5 min walk to the Onnut BTS station. Massage, salon and restaurant right at hotel. I always book at KV mansion when going to Bangkok.

Good size room with balcony, clean, comfortable and very quiet. Big double bed and tea making facility. Hotel is within easy walking distance to On Nut BTS station. Easy to check in and check out. Very good value for money.

I would recommend this spot if you like being away from the touristy spots and then busting those area during the day or evening. The BTS is 5 minutes away. Super quiet place and comfortable.

駅近・徒歩5分、8:00〜17:00電動トゥクトゥクで駅へ送ってくれる セブンイレブン向かいにある クリーニング・レストラン?・マッサージ1Fにある 近隣に地元レストラン?が数件あり オンヌット駅直結ロータス、モールで日本食もあり(居酒屋も) soi79に安マッサージ多い、上手い 施設が古い。電気が暗い。ホテルでゆっくりと思うならば薦めない。個人的には最後は慣れ、次回も安価ならアリかと思う。 深夜チェックインのため説明を聞いてなく、手探り状態。帰る直前にシャワーのお湯設定判明、ジム・サウナも同時期判明。 滞在時に３時間くらい停電ありの貼り紙がしてあったが、ホテル入口エントランス工事の件は聞いてなく2〜3日間、日中工事でうるさかった。 朝、隣の犬が数匹吠えてうるさい！鳥の鳴き声も。

オンヌット駅から少し歩くけども、キャリーを押して歩いても気にならない程度。 古い建物だけど、部屋は清潔で広い。 一階にあったレストランはタイフードのメニューも豊富で美味しく安心価格。行ってみて下さい。 美味しかった。

Qualité prix vraiment excellent , proche du train en surface

前週に7階の部屋に宿泊した時は快適でした。しかし今回は5階でしたがトイレ排水溝の匂いが部屋の中までしていて不快でした

交通、及び最寄り駅にショッピングセンターやフードコートもあり便利である。

コスパと使い勝手の良いホテル。

コスパが非常に良い。BTSオンヌット駅とモールに近く、またホテルの前にセブンイレブンがあり便利。 駅に向かう道が狭く交通量も多いので歩く時に注意。

はじめて利用しました(10日ほど)。料金は手頃ですし、ドミトリーはちょっと…という方には最適かなーと思います。因み一人旅でしたがドアの札を don't disturb にしてても毎日こちらから要求しなくてもミネラルウォーターや補充品を袋に入れてドアに掛けておいてくれました。ベランダでの喫煙が可能なのもポイントです。コンディショナー(リンス)が無かったので女性や髪の長い方などは持参必須かと思われます。オンヌット駅隣接のセンチュリー(映画館)までの7時~17時の無料tuktuk送迎には毎回20THBほどtipをわたしてました。1回のオープンテラスも灰皿完備です。また是非利用したいです。

The KV medium/large room was clean with a good clean bathroom. The on nut bts station and many shops are less than 5 minutes walk away. The lift,shower, airco, wifi, lighting, frig, flat tv all operated well. There is cupboard space, table, chairs and a king bed, The breakfast available on the groumd floor is good. The staff is friendly and efficient. The hotel is good value I will stay again.

施設は古いが毎日、丁寧な清掃が行われている。ホテル付近にはセブンイレブン、和食レストラン、屋台村そして施設内にはタイ料理レストラン、マッサージ屋がある。 コインランドリーも施設内にありとても便利です。

最初別地区での宿泊を予定してましたが、急遽変更してここに泊まりました。 on nut駅から徒歩5-6分でしょうか。 カート持参ならばBTSの後部車両に乗っていれば EV使うときに便利です。 こちらのホテル、日本でいうサービスアパートメントという感じです。 良かった点 食器とスプーン&フォークセットあり。箸は無しでした バルコニーあり。バルコニーでのみ喫煙可能と書いてありました。 綿棒、ドライヤーあり。 (昔日本の祖父母宅にあった、タンスに付属した鍵付き引き出しのような)セーフティボックスあり。多少不安だが無いよりずっとマシ 家庭用冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、電気ポットあり。 良くなかった点 歯ブラシ、ひげ剃り無し(日本から持ってきたものを使いました) 室内スリッパ無し(これも日本から持参) 人によってはシャワーの水流が弱いと感じるかも 過去に日本の利用者が書いてくれたレビューを元に、無い可能性があるものは日本から持参したため、概ね良い旅になりました。

BTS Onnut駅まで近い。付近に日本食レストラン、ピザ屋、セブンイレブンがあり施設内にはマッサージ屋、Thaiレストランがある。 施設周辺は比較的静かです。 建物は古いですが掃除がしっかりできていて問題なしです。

Was a cheap hotel but with everything you need, clean, big room, fridge and microwave and in very central location

GWに10日間宿泊しました。 総合的に快適に利用出来ましたが、毎晩夜中に部屋で何か分からないが生き物の鳴き声して起きる事がありました。“カッカッカッカツ“と⁇ 部屋に小さな虫やゴキブリがいましたので殺虫消毒とか必要かも…！

トゥクトゥクでオンヌット駅まで送ってくれるサービスが良かった。

オンヌットの駅から歩いて5～10分程度。交通量が激しく車やバイクがものすごいスピードで走ってくる。駅まで行くのに恐怖を覚えた。KVマンション前にセブンイレブンがあり便利だが、飲み物（ビールやコーラ等）を買う場合はセブンからオンヌット駅方向に10ｍほど行ったタイ人経営の目立たない小さなお店のほうが安価。優しいお爺さんの店主の笑顔が良かった。

Very good hotel clean room helpful staff good food I shure come back

Cleaning of the room and equipment is done everyday. Air conditionning works wonderful, as well as ethernet connection (not the wifi). The sauna and the rooftop is a big for me, really appreciate that. At 5min walk from supermarket, commercial center and the BTS station.

KV nice stay a clean and comfortable large room

The KV is just 150m from the on nut bts station and many shops. The medium/large room was clean with a good modern clean bathroom. The lift,shower, airco, wifi, lighting, frig, flat tv all operated well. There is good cupboard space, tables, chair and a king bed, The breakfast available on the groumd floor is good. The staff is friendly and efficient. The hotel is good value I will stay again.

Good Old budget

Easy to access by car and park. walkable to sky train. Seven eleven just opposite main entrance. Bit old but everything worked great. Air conditioner, hot water, toilet etc. fully functional. Would stay again

４つ星ホテルではない

施設自体は古いが清掃がしっかりされており清潔感あります。 施設の中にレストラン、マッサージ、コインランドリーがあり長期滞在に適してると思います。 施設付近には日本料理の定食屋さん、セブンイレブン、少し歩けば屋台村があり施設付近で楽しめます。

➀コンビニが目の前 ②BTSまで徒歩７分くらい ③マンション下にクリーニング屋がある（安い） ④マンションのスタッフが親切 ⑤近くにロータスがある ⑥近くに日本食レストランがある

スタッフの方がとてもフレンドリーです。建物は古いが清掃が行き届いていて清潔感溢れてます。 建物内にレストランやマッサージ、付近には日本食レストランやピザや少し歩けばモールもあり全て整います。

フロントのかたの対応と 雰囲気が良かった
