Very nice place on a budget

It was good nothing to fancy but you get what you pay for. However I feel it is better value then the price may indicate.

One nighter

Our stay was ok. The lady at the front was kind and checked us in quickly. The room and bathroom were clean but we are a family of 4 and there was only 2 towels and just a 2 small hand towels. Small stain on the carpet( no big deal/ not enough towels big deal.) ac unit fan worked great to block out noises. Overall had a great sleep at the knights Inn

The front desk agent was fantastic and so helpful young lady and her name was Jashan. Excellent customer service but I can't say the same with the other young lady that check me in. She was not friendly and helpful at all.

The heater in the room is broken. We checked in and it was freezing. Took awhile before the front desk brought us a heater but it should have worked and not needed a space heater in our room. The parking lot is very limited for space. Truck should fit under 6’8 height but their entrance is definitely lower than 6’8”. Walls around the entire building are bare. Front check in looks very unwelcoming. The breakfast room is very unwelcoming, but also, the waffle maker looks as though it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Took pictures for my on reference cos I didn’t think anyone would believe me. I didn’t pay much for this place thanks to Expedia but I feel as though I should have paid way less. Quite disappointed.

Check in was annoying. Had booked in advance. Checked in then was told to come back as they didn’t check in wrong and actually didnt have a room for us. Not really apologetic either. Then… they found my reservation and we checked in. Hotel itself is very strange, beds are terrible, I believe family owned and family lives there. Cooking at all hours and the hallways and our room drenched in the smell. Hate to give a bad review as they are a small business…. The room itself was clean, beds were clean. AC is a VERY loud window box. I think lots of room to improve. Would stay again as a last resort. I travel with service animal and need a pet friendly place. Check in desk needs some customer service training.

Knights Inn the worst

Left the hotel due to room condition and the unwillingness to give me the listed rate on price line. They put through the transaction even though I left.

They’ve a poor customer service and seems to careless.

This hotel was nicer than I expected from previous reviews. Older property but rooms very clean. Great location-close to good shopping and University. Some rough looking people hanging around run down apartments next door. Despite this I think we would stay here again as the room rates/access to amenities outweigh the negatives.

I enjoyed the room and the staff were nice

Sheets had a large (Like 12 inchs large) blood stain on it, impossible that it wasnt seen. Bedding in general had multiple stains and bodily fluids on it (so glad I brought my own, as it was exceptionally bad). Soap dish in the shower hadnt been wiped out etc. Probably would avoid staying here again purely due to the condition of the bedding alone (Ick!)

Communication and cleanliness

The employees are nice and willing to help, but lack good communication. I stayed for 4 nights and they never cleaned my room even though I didn’t have DND. No complimentary water in the rooms, and they can’t charge the water to your room, so they expect you to pay $2 with your card everytime you want water. The toilet has to be flushed severally to get a desired result.

Didn’t get towels

The service was not great at check out and the room was disgusting. We asked if the bathroom could be cleaned and they just ignored our request. Then at checkout they wanted to see the room before we got our deposit back. W

The room was wonderfully chilled after a long day in the heat. The room had the supplies however not enough for the occupants booked (why ask how many guests if you’re not going to put in the number of towels or cups). There was beautiful tile in the bathroom however was not seen with the grouting being mold and mildewed. The front desk clerk didn’t seem friendly and spoke so fast I didn’t get all the information given but felt as though I did not want them to repeat as if they were rushing me out.

It was very comfortable and quiet...just what we were looking for. Easy to get back onto the freeway as well

It was nice place to stay

Avoid this dirty and fraudulent business. They charged me $150 for damage that I reported immediately after checking in. Read my Google review for pictures and video. Read all the poor Google poor reviews. I should have done that before booking. First and last time using Expedia. No one to talk to for help after checking in, just the AI chat. And Expedia has been no help dealing with the hotel now. Someone punched a hole in the bathroom door and there was still blood on the door. The door chain was falling out of the wall. I asked for another room and was told they were all booked. No elevator. Expedia, Google, and the hotel’s website conveniently forgot to mention that. A/C was loud and buzzing. High touch surfaces are not cleaned. There were sticky finger prints and stains everywhere you normally put your hands. Only provided towels for two, when my reservation was for three. I called and asked for more towels and was told to come pick them up. I had to ask three times before the front desk girl would agree to deliver my towels. An hour later I still didn’t have the towels, so I went to pick them up. They could only give me a bath towel. I was told all the rest were still in the laundry (at 8pm). Could not provide a receipt showing that I paid my bill at checkout. I was told “the computer takes two days” to process my payment. That’s a lie. I travel a lot for work. 20-40 night a year. I have never stayed at a hotel that couldn’t give me a receipt at checkout.

The bed, furniture, and bathroom were clean but the carpet was filthy. It looked clean but definitely needed a deep shampooing. The bottom of my socks were black by bedtime. The ice machine barely dispensed enough ice for one drink.

Rooms were nice and clean, perfect for our one night stay!

Checking in was very fast and easy. Room very comfortable and clean.

A plain, basic hotel on fairly busy truck route. Great breakfast room, including the ever popular waffle maker!.Not overly noisy, good sized room. Not all the lights worked in the room , but managed anyway.

Check in staff are not friendly

Overall the stay and hotel were good. The staff at the front desk need a course on customer service. The 2 ladies that were working when we checked in were less than friendly. They spoke in their first language which isn’t English - very disrespectful. No friendly chitchat, no smiles, not overly willing to answer questions. They certainly were getting paid too much based on their customer service.

EASY ON THE INCENSE AND FRESHNERS

Somewhat average unfortunately the overwhelming scent of incense and whatever was used for air freshener caused us difficulties with breathing and sleeping and when asked for an extra towel we’re told there were none. We left without breakfast because we couldn’t handle the smell of incense will not be back

An older looking hotel but the rooms are very nice

I travelled with senior citizen and baby and we had to climb to 3rd floor and the stairs were so high. The room is old and dusty. Aircon was noisy. I was charged $520 $340 for 1 night. It has been 2 weeks and no refund was made. Had to call expedia, the hotel and my bank to dispute. My card was blocked thereafter. Too much hassle. Waste of my time. $520 was eventually refunded.

Friendly staff, easy to access with lots nearby

This was my first time staying in Knights Inn. One of my friend recommended me this place as they had an amazing experience here. I got a mountain-view room and I have to tell you that ut was worth it. Front desk receptionist was really friendly and check-in was easy. There are lots of restaurants nearby and it’s easy to walk around. I will definitely be back again here for another vacation.

Very good value for the price

No hot water

There was no hot water at all. We didn't plan on having a shower, so that was ok. I hate to waste water, so I didn't let the tap run a long time. Everything else was fine.

I was there only one night! It was very clean and quiet.

Uncomfortable ask

Really liked everything at the motel. From toiletries to breakfast, everything surpassed our expectation. It’s a very nice and cozy place to stay. Breakfast items were fresh. Loved making fresh waffles by pouring the mixture into it. There were no eggs but four types of cereals, yogurt, milk, Cream, cream cheese, peanut butter, bagels, bread, two types of juices, fresh blueberry muffins and coffee were more than enough. It was great value for the price we paid.

This is an older motel but it was very clean and it was in a good location.

This is an older hotel but surprisingly clean, comfortable with a great breakfast. Very affordable and located close to the highway.

Horrible customer service. I stayed here for 5 nights with my family and the lady at the front couldnt even communicate well. The housekeeping staff would only change the towels and clear out the garbage, while still keeping the room dirty. Their continental breakfast only included bread, beverages, jam, and butter. Although the room was spacious and the location was close to all amenities, the hotel really needs to train its staff in basic customer service.

I like the room not the building

Beautiful views from the uneven numbered rooms on second and third floor. Easy breakfast with waffle maker, cereals and toast. Starbucks is less than a 5 minute walk if you want better coffee. My family was thankful for this economical clean and quiet room. We have already booked for next year.

Good price for a night stay

The location is good with lots of shops around the area. The inside is average but there’s curry smell everywhere in the building. Room is okay and spacey.

Overall my stay was fine. Room was clean but had a musty smell to it even though they have renovated it fairly recently. I went to have a bath and there was no plug. I had to go down to the front to get one. Strange. I found the bed comfortable. Pillows so so. Staff at front was friendly but very quiet and hard to understand. The breakfast was very basic. A variety of teas would be nice including herbal teas plus more choices of fruit would be nice. A welcome addition of hard boiled eggs would also be nice. My son also had a room and found a large stain on his mattress, not sure from what. It was not very pleasing to see. There was no elevator to get to second floor which could be an issue for people with large suitcases or struggle with stairs. It suited my needs for the weekend and I possibly could stay there again.

By breakfast they mean cireal and carbs. Our bedding also was stained with yellow marks.
