Sound insulation is below average between guest rooms. Its annoying that one has to listen to TV programs from your neighbors.

It is a great place to stay if you need to go to Kintex convention center. I had a little accident (accidentally tripped and fell) in my room, staff was very nice in helping me to get medical help…..One drawback about this hotel is it is kind of far from the city. The metro station at Kintx is still under construction. The closest metro station is about 15 minutes walking.

I stayed here because I was attending an event at Kintex and it's close. The hotel is ok, but not great. The room was clean and checkin and checkout was efficient. The bed was hard as a board and it was impossible to adjust the room temperature. It was set quite hot (26 degrees Celsius). I ended up having to sleep with the balcony door open so that I didn't boil. But that then made it noisy.

They initially gave me an uncleaned room. The receptionist apologized and changed me to a new room, but it was very unpleasant. And the hotel had an unpleasant smell that felt like mold.

Great but dusty.

The hotel and staff were really amazing. Everything was easy and made us care free. We enjoyed our trip. However, the room and hallway on our floor were extremely dusty. So, if you have allergies I wouldn't recommed the floor we stayed on. Everything else was very clean.

Bathing area is the worst. There's no door or shower curtain. So no matter how careful you are, the whole toilet floor will get wet. It's really insane. Imagine having to worry that the bathing water will seep into the room while you bath?! There's a 7-11 at level 1 so super convenient if you need something no matter what time. Walk 2mins and you will see a GS25 (convenient store). So if can't find what you want at 7-11, can try GS25. Kintex exhibition hall is just 5mins walk from the hotel. Hyundai Dept store is nearby too. But beware not to eat your dinner too late as most of the stores there have last order at 8pm.

Loved the location- close to everything (transporation, restaurants, shopping, parks). Clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

Most of the staff was not that friendly- really only one staff member kind, polite and eager to help. We did not feel very welcomed.

Went to a Kintex convention. Very close. I was too chicken to go out to eat so my diet consisted of 7/11 and show food.

The property served it's purpose to visit family nearby, but expected a cleaner and facility. Our suite was a bit run down and things were falling apart.

Simple small room but with kitchenette and balcony, No laundry service

Convenient to stay; very close from Kintex exhibition center and the shopping mall; not easy to take a cab without having a local taxi app.

Second best hotel in Goyang City

Although there aren't many buildings around, and knowing most people visiting this hotel is there for business related exhibitions in KINTEX, they charge expensive rate for parking after check out hours.

Iron your clothes before you arrive because the hotel has a single iron to share among the guests. The amenities are not refilled, and the floor of the rooms are not cleaned, even during a 5 day stay.

Nice accomodation

全般においてよかったです。近くのところに地下鉄が完成する予定ですので、今は不便です。

킨텍스에 간다면 다시 묵고 싶은 호텔. 하지만 샤워할 때 물이 잘 빠지지 않아 불편했다.

주차장 입구 진입이 어려웠지만 주차장 규모가 크고 주차공간이 넉넉해서 좋았다. 신속하고 친절한 체크인이 인상적이었고 큰 침대로 업그레시드 해 주셨다. 욕실이 좁았지만 사용하는데 큰 불편은 없었다. 객실이 깨끗해서 좋았다. 치솔 등 일회용품은 준비해 오셔야 한다.

편안하게 쉬었어요 킨텍스에서 행사에 걸어서 참석하기가 딱 좋습니다 주변도 조용하고 가까이 현대백화점이 있어서 식당이나 필요한 용품 구입이 좋았어요

A good accommodation experience, with not many breakfast options but still acceptable. The barbecue restaurant on the ground floor is excellent, but you need to walk 5-10 minutes to find more restaurant choices nearby

There is hair and dirt on the bed I never want to go again.

신경 좀 제발 써주세요

청결상태가 너무 별로네요 냉장고 열자마자 성애에 붙은 머리카락부터 샤워하는데 물안내려가서 허걱함 웬만해서 후기 안남기는데 딱 잠만 자고 나왔는데도 그렇네요 아 가운에 끈은 둘다 없고 슬리퍼는 밑창 다 뜯어져 신을수가 없었습니다

KINTEXでのイベント参加時にとても良い。24時間営業のセブンイレブンがホテルの1階にあり便利。

中途半端

何回も宿泊しているが、部屋のTVガイドが韓国語で英語表記が無いので使用しにくい。洗面所の水捌けシステムが悪くまぁ溜まり水が履けない案件が3回 内容からすると値段が高い

시설이나 가격이나 여러 면에서 괜찮았는데 호텔방이 너무 춥더라구요. 난방ㅣ를 계속 틀어도 히터가 작동하지 않아서 밤새 춥고 불편했어요.

2박 3일 동안 불편함 없이 잘 지내고 갑니다. 감사합니다.

깔끔하고 친절하고 다~~~ 좋은데, 화장실이 별로 에요. 수건도 별로 없고.(물론 더 달라고 하면 주셨겠지만, 기본 제공이 별로 없고, 화장실 문을 닫고 사용하여도 샤워 물등이 밖으로 샙니다.

숙소는 깨끗하고 직원도 훌륭했다 위치도 좋았고 편의점과 내부에 식당, 영화관이 있는 것도 좋았다 근데 옆방인지.. 쿵쾅거리는 소음이 좀 있었다..

전체적인 숙박 컨디션은 가격과 연계하여 생각하면 아주 훌륭합니다. 다만 한가지 단점은 방음이 잘 안되어 옆방에 얘기하는 소리가 웅웅웅 하면서 들립니다. 가족이나 커플여행보다는 출장에 적합한 숙소라고 생각됩니다.

다시 방문하고 싶네요.

편의성 시설 매우 좋았습니다. 조식은 깔끔하고 장소도 편안했고.. 주변에 백화점, 홈플러스가 있어 좋았구요. 주차도 너무 편했습니다.

トイレの調子が悪く、ずっと給水音がして気になってなかなか眠れなかった。　そこが凄く残念でした。　スタッフの方は親切で下にセブンイレブンもあって凄く便利が良い⭕️ あとシャワーのみでお風呂はありません。

조용하고 편리했던 위치

일산에 다음날 일이 있어 하루 지냈는데, 아주 조용했고, 주위에 백화점, 식당가가 있어서 편리했습니다. 주차도 상대적으로 괜찮았던거 같습니다.

조용하고 깨끗하고 일산에서 참 좋은 숙소입니다

服務一般的飯店，尚可

加被子要加錢，最後一天因為要一大早離開，無法當天用餐，前一天請飯店櫃檯可否預先準備提供餐盒，被拒絕，其它國家都可以準備簡單麵包果汁餅乾牛奶餐盒，第一次遇到不專業的飯店處理方式。

접근성, 객실청결, 편아함, 유료조식 모두 좋아요. 주차장이 면수가 다소 적은듯 합니다

콘서트 근처라 예약해서 큰 기대없이 갔습니다. 객실은 적당히 넓으면서 쾌적하고 로비 직원분들도 친절했으며, 가격대비 매우 훌륭합니다. 킨텍스 방문시 재방문 의사또한 있습니다.

Très bon séjour pour ne pas dire parfait ! Logement très propre plus un balcon ou pour moi il manquait une petite table et chaises mais à part ça parfait ! La machine à laver à été très utile et pour la douche il faudrait régler l’eau qui reste côté toilette….le seul point négatif dans cette chambre à été que je ne pouvais pas brancher mon appareil médical à côté du lit car la prise s’éteint avec la lumière….

Chambre très qualitative, balcon sur la chambre très apprécié. Commerce dans le hall de l'hotel si on a besoin de quelque chose. Personnel aimable est disponible pour toute demande.

Kintex横の便利なホテル

Kintex2号館の真横にあるホテルです。 おそらくKintexでの展示会や、一山での仕事に使われるのだろうと思います。周りにコンビニやスーパー、食べるところはいくらでもあって、不便はないです。飲み屋の類は無いですね。 ただ大化駅からは、ちょっと距離があります。 このあたりは、星4,5のソノカームホテルか、ラブホしかなかったので、手頃なホテルができて出張族としては嬉しいことです。

청결 상태 엉망

건물 외관등은 괜찬았지만 테리스 담배 꽁초 있고 내부는 먼지가 엄청 날리고 침구는 눅눅하고 호텔이라는데가 내부는 모텔 같이 담배 냄새가 쩔어 있습니다. 출장등 많이 다니는데 최악이었슴 차라리 모텔을 갈껄 ㅠㅠㅠ

킨텍스 최근접 호텔로 전반적으로 만족합니다.

깨끗하고 깔끔해요 화장실만 수평이 안맞아 배수가 안되는것만 빼면요 콘센트 고장난거 체크도 필요할듯해요
