Pro: Prime location! Right next to Hiroshima station (just 2-3 mins walk to the station). Room was nice and clean, huge bed for solo traveler, basically got everything you need and super friendly & helpful staff. There's a Lawson and 7-11 across the street. Breakfast is served till 11 am (this is rare as most JP hotels usually stop serving breakfast at 9:30) and you can purchase a breakfast voucher at the front desk. Cons: The room was relatively small - I could not lay my luggage flat on the floor as it'd blocked the hall way. The public bath was always full of people and only open till 1am. Check out time is 10am unlike other hotel which is 11 am

Hotel is 5 mins walk from hiroshima, but not fully sheltered from jr station. Continental bf with bread choices is sufficient, but do not expect much.Hotel n chamber staff are good, and room very acceptable, given its price. I would stay here again if in hiroshima

It was convenient being so close to the train station, about 3 minutes walk but it’s a little tucked away so you have to look for it. The room is compact but functional. The bathroom needs a little more elbow room. The staff was nice but the check-in took a little while with several people waiting to check-in bit there were several staff working so the Lu w went quickly

Very decent hotel, had everything needed. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful when I needed to make a call to my next stay in Okinawa. Great location, right next to the Hiroshima Station.

Very close to the station which was great. Also the bus station where we could get buses all round the city. In the hotel the shower was really good

The property is located about 5 minutes from the Hiroshima station and bus stop, there is a Japan post and a convinience store just opposite the hotel, if you enjoy soaking in public baths there is one here, the microbubble bath is pretty relaxing. Room is on the smaller side which can be a issue if you are using large sized luggage but the overall experience is great.

Very convenient with a shuttle bus from the airport, and very close to the JR station. Front seat also helps with luggage forwarding to your next hotel.

It has a large public bath which was nice!

Primarily booked because it close to hiroshima station and I had to catch early taxi to the ferry for side trip and travel to next city via shinkensan. Facility was great. Bed was medium firm. I used public bath vs the small bathroom. Microwave on the main floor.

Friendly staff and great location with many dining options close by, short walk to and from the Hiroshima Station.

Wonderful stay. The staff was very helpful when we asked for help to make reservations as the website was only in Japanese. The properly was very clean and extremely walkable from the station.

Clean, simple nice

Nice place, clean, super convenient to the train station. Room small but well organized, with nice lighting. Skip the breakfast which served in an adjoining coffee shop/diner. You are offered a set choice that gets boring very fast and is high on carbs. Not worth it. But everything else is excellent.

Está cerca de la estación del tren y puedes comer en esa área súper rico pues tiene diversidad de restaurantes japoneses. Nosotros caminamos al lugar de la bomba atómica desde el hotel. Y de paso entramos a la iglesia católica donde el papa Juan Pablo 2 estuvo.

Room was good: small, but not as compact as I expected; nice decor; clean. Reception staff were very helpful despite a slight language barrier (my fault, not theirs!). Very short walk from station and the bus stop for the tourist loop buses.

Close to Hiroshima station! Didn't care for the attached restaurant downstairs, which is like a Japanese Denny's but you have other options in the area.

Hotel was modern and spacious. Rooms appeared to be clean, but under the right lighting, you can see there is a lot of dust circulating throughout the room. The air conditioner needs a clean and a filter change.

Probably a good place for Japanese business persons. The staff were nice enough; but, limited English. Overall, very average place at a premium. It is very conveniently located!

We stayed here one night. Very modern. Very well-maintained. Friendly staff. There is a restaurant on the first floor for breakfast. My wife really enjoyed the hot springs. Excellent value. A little hard to find. Look for the Hotel Grand Via connected to the train station (north Shinkansen exit). Go through the lobby of the Grand Via and exit the opposite side. The hotel will be in front of you (cafe on the first floor).

Small room suitable for one person has a laundry room on the 10th floor ¥500.00 coins very convenient right next to the train station

We did not know but there was an onsen here. What a good surprise! Easy walk the the station where you can get trains, buses and street cars (trams). Very clean and good condition. Great staff whom kindly stored our luggage when we wanted to make the most of beautiful Hiroshima.

The staff were really courteous. Price was really reasonable and the complimentary breakfast at the attached restaurant mades it a really good value. Also, despite it being described as a continental breakfast, it is still a grade or 2 higher than North American standards. The area is also great, right next to the station, and is walkable to all the main areas of town, including Costco and the baseball stadium. The downside is the relatively small rooms, making it difficult with larger suitcases.

This Inn seemed like it was just built yesterday. The rooms were clean, linen fresh, hallways crisp. It’s only about a block and a half from the Hiroshima station. The breakfast was also oishii. I recommend a stay here.

So convenient but so small.

Ideal location so near the main station, 5 minutes walk at most. Breakfast was good at the adjoining cafe. The main issue was the tiny room, we spent two weeks in Japan with luggage to match. The two large single beds took up the majority of the available space. So I would recommend the hotel but beware the space which was the smallest of the four hotels where we stayed.

Convenient location to Hiroshima Station

Rooms are small, but efficient. Location is convenient to Hiroshima Station. Bed was comfortable but pillows were very firm. Hotel staff was very nice. Public bath was a nice bonus.

This is a nice hotel, very close to the train station. It was a bit of a walk to the Peace Memorial, but the train and subway was right there. The breakfast is Japanese style, with choices A,B,C, D, E that vary in the main entree, but all come with a choice of drink, cup of soup, cabbage salad, and dessert salad (jello, Greek yogurt, etc).

Excellent business style accommodation with public spa/bath. Room was somewhat larger than typical business hotel. Only minor issue is hotel is located about 10 minute walk from Shinkansen station (the name seems to imply it is location within the station itself). Can be a little tricky to find at first but you will discover shortcuts once you get familiar with the area. PS - great food floors in the station area itself

Excellent hotel. Well situated for Hiroshima station. Literally 5 min walk. With all the amenities the station has to offer. A 7/11 across the street. The hotel offers a simple but satisfying breakfast reasonably priced. A very enjoyable stay. Absolutely no complaints.

Definitely choose to buy breakfast. It will be provided at the attached coffee shop!

The rooms are small but are comfortable and have everything you need. We loved the location. The staff was very nice. All in all we enjoyed our stay there.

Conveniently located next to the train station. It is an easy walkable distance without crossing streets. The facility is very clean and comfortable with English receptionist. The well equipped room are little small if your a big guy. The onsen bath house has two room indoor and outdoor located on the top floor including vending machines. Across the street there is a convient store for quick bite and drinks. All room has refrigerators and clean coffee pot. This hotel is suitable for a quick stay for business purposes.

They gave me a 1 double bed room even though they knew we are 4 travellers. When i complained, how come a 4 memver famkky is given this small room with 1 bed, they told me to pay another ¥33000 for a single room. Seriously you want to divide a family. Why expedia apo offer this kind of room for a 4 traveles, a family, as a solution??? Eventually we were give 2 blankets and 2 pillows and slept on the floor. Worst experience ever!! Never again in thia hotel and definitely never through expedia!!

A fair and clean hotel but nothing more.

Great location, close to train station. I like that their is a hanging line in the tab. When confirming our reservation and when sending reminders about our trip may I suggest giving us easy steps on how to get to your hotel if we walk to your hotel. Google does not work well in other countries. Complimentary bottled water is really appreciated. No iron and ironing board available. Pj’s does not smell fresh , never used it.

The dryer didn't work properly, close stayed wet.

Very convenient to train station. Simple onsen upstairs with two pools. Rooms are clean and nice. I would call this above average and would be happy to stay there again.

Just a useful small business hotel close to Hiroshima station. The staff were friendly and helpful but had little or no English. The breakfast menu was limited to 5 fixed choices which were small servings rather than the more usual buffet.

This is a nice hotel and in a great location right next to the train station. Room was a fair size and comfortable. It was very clean and loved that water was provided. We didnt have breakfast but it smelt good when we walked by.

Convenient location for passing through, about a two minute walk from Hiroshima Station. Very friendly staff and nice onsen. Be aware that the lifts take forever (like 15 minutes) at check out time which is quite stressful, and we couldn’t find stairs.

A spacious desk to work on, a firm bed to have a good night rest, a clean bathroom, good internet connection, are all the plus factors of the hotel. It's located in a relatively quiet section of the town despite five minutes’ walk to the major railway station. There is a Japanese traditional garden to take a walk in and a museum to enjoy arts within 10 minutes’ walk from the hotel.

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist unschlagbar. Das Zimmer war OK. Das Frühstück ist nur Toastbrot mit Marmelade, Ei und ein Getränk. Das ist kein Frühstück, sondern ein kleiner Snack. Das Geld kann man sich sparen und am Bahnhof essen gehen, da dieser nur paar Minuten entfernt ist.

今回が2度目の利用。 広島駅から近いのが魅力的。 部屋は多少狭くても機能的で、新しいこともあり清潔感もある。

新幹線駅直ぐで清潔で綺麗なホテルです。露天風呂も有ります。
