Was a decent hotel near station!

It was close to a central JR station, so it was easy to travel beyond Osaka. If the noise of the train doesn’t bother you, you can enjoy watching at least some other of the trains if you are facing the tracks.

More than I expected. Easy to go around. Quiet, safe, abd clean.

We were disappointed with this hotel, partly due to a mix up with wotif boooking. We are a family of three and booked a for 2 adults and 1 child in room that was described as having “2 twin beds”. These turned out to be 2 single beds. There was no roll away bed available. We had no choice but to ask for an extra pillow and towel and squeeze 3 of us into 2 beds pushed together. It also turned out that children are not counted when it comes to booking breakfast so we had to pay additional at the full adult price for our daughter to join us for breakfast both days.

I prefer staying in the Tennoji after flying to Osaka because it's not difficult to get there from the airport but still in the main part of the city. Breakfast was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable.

Great location for budget travelers and KIX access. Hotel is near JR Tennoji station - the nearest JR station for airport Harika train. Hotel is in the same building as Donki store! And cheaper food around the area compared to Osaka Station area.

Nice hotel

Clean hotel in a nice area, close to transit and generally enjoyed the stay. The lobby was interesting as it was elevated on the 7th floor with nice views of the city.

Very convenient location near the station and shopping. Rooms were very small however and lacked amenities for business travellers such as face wash and lotions.

It was good price, and very convenient area. So close to Abeno malls, Haruka Skyscraper, Tsutenkaku, Tennoji Park and Zoo. Somethings didn't work well such as frudgeto watch TV was extra cost.

Great value hotel near Tennoji Station

Tremendous value in this hotel. While inexpensive, the hotel is clean, modern and the rooms while small, are fresh and clean. Indluded breakfast was a bonus and was great as well. Our only problem was finding this hotel. In spite of the close-in map location from Hotels.com we probably walked by it, turned around and went down another street only to find we'd been at it all along. Trick to this is not to look for 'JR West Group...' but just 'Via Inn Abeno Tennoji'. The signage at on the side of the building is high enough it's hard to see, and the entrance at street level is subdued and is alongside what I think was medical facility. Reception lobby is on the 7th floor. Pictures of the upper and street signage are attached to help others in the future.

Its a Veri good stay as the location of the hotel is Veri gd. Near to train station n below the hotel is donki. Price of the stay per nite was also excellent.

I spent a good week (accumulatively) at this property during my recent visit to Osaka. Its convenience was AMAZING! A stone throw away from Tennoji station, inter-connected to a Donki Quixote store, with both 7-Eleven and Family Mart available just beside and opposite the hotel respectively, it was all I could ask for in terms of location! The hotel's infrastructure is modern and tranquil. The view of Tennoji from the lobby (level 7) was a sight to behold and the rooms I stayed in were perfect and well stocked with amenities. Do take note that the hotel is extremely eco-friendly so do remember to take your required amenities at the lobby before going to the room. I loved the beds, and even when I opted for no room cleaning for a couple of days, new amenities were provided for my use. I found this gesture considerate and hospitable. The rooms' cleanliness was pefect. The only downside feedback I wish to give would be that for rooms at the side of the main road, the buzzer which sounds during pedestrian crossing can be heard and might interrupt the sleeping quality of light sleepers. This suggests that the windows may not be fully sound proof. Overall, an unforgettable 7 days and I will definitely be back!

Clean, comfortable & goodlocation!

The rooms were clean, comfortable and I enjoyed the fact that they still give you clean towels, even if you decide to skip the daily room cleaning! The free toiletries in the lobby were a life saver as well. I forgot my toothbrush and my shower loofa and they had both available! The location is great too! Even though it is far from central Osaka, the hotel itself is close to a station, so it's easy to get to Osaka Station. I also enjoyed that it is directly above Don Quijote, a store that sells everything from drinks to luggage supplies. It's Japan's walmart! If I had to choose one negative, it's that the drain should have been deep cleaned. The water pooled up during showers, but it didn't bother me too much to report it. I was only there two nights anyways!

Distance from Tennoji station is about 10 min walk. Hotel room is decorated with modern facilities and furnitures.

The hotel is very comfortable and very clean. It is close to Tennoji-Ku train station and the metro.

I did not like the fact there is no hotel parking spot. I had to park on another building. It was raining during my check in and I had to carry my luggage from parking garage in another building to Hotel building.

The rooms were a bit small but that was expected. The breakfast was delicious. Very convenient from Tennoji station.

Virtually brand new hotel in very convenient location. Comfortable rooms and very friendly reception desk. Breakfast buffet had very limited selection which was disappointing and dining area is very crowded on weekends. Overall an excellent hotel.

Good location within 5 mins from Tennoji Station (but you'll have to reach via crossing over a bridge). Modern looking. Room/bathroom are small, but clean and comfortable. There's no TV program to watch but VOD is available for a fee. Breakfast is free (0630-0930hrs). Lots of eateries at nearby shopping mall and train station. There's a 7 eleven next to the hotel and family mart store just across the road. Good choice for a short stay.

The hotel is located at a very convenient district with all the needed transportation, shopping and dining around. It is sitting right above A popular department store. However it would be more convenient if we can avoid not using stairs to go to or come from the train station. We were carrying a huge luggage this time and need to walk an extra block to avoid stairs.

It’s convenient and Donki is just located downstairs.

As it is set up high in tbe building, all of the views from the windows are great. It's in a very convenient area for the station (especially JR) and very close to Hakunas 300 which was a great attraction. Overall, great location, friendly staff (although not great English) and very clean room. The breakfast buffet was slightly disappointing as it wasn't very varied, but there are lots of places closeby to eat so not a big issue.

Convenient, department store, shopping malls nearby. There is a good bbq restaurant right opposite the hotel. If you want to visit the zoo, this is a good option for you.

Great Location and Service in Osaka

Via Inn Tennoji was a great location to stay for my husband and I on our last night in Osaka. Several persons were kind enough to help us find it from the subway exit. It is right in the same block as the exit on the same side as the Tennoji Zoo. Once entering the building follow the elevator prompts to take it to the hotel lobby on the 7th floor. Check in very prompt and staff were welcoming. We received a discount coupon for the Don Quixote store in the same building. Our room was small but adequate. We were able to accommodate our 4 pieces of luggage and 2 backpacks. Our room was on the13th floor and I enjoyed the window bench in our room looking out over the zoo and city. Our bed and pillows were comfortable allowing us a good night's rest. There was plenty to do on the area from sightseeing, shopping, restaurants, and easy access to transportation to explore the rest of the city. My husband even joined a couple night games of futbol in the sports complex located inside the Tennoji Zoo! Breakfast was not as extensive as a couple other hotels we stayed at while in the Hyogo prefecture, but there were a good selection of choices to fill you up for the day! The price for the style of accommodation and customer service was a good choice for us as a couple. I would choose to stay again at Via Inn Tennoji!

All good but one

Room is spacious for single traveller. Breakfast needs improvement (only basic). Very good location, easy access to/from Tennoji Station. Well connected to shopping areas and airport.

Good location. Very clean. Rooms quite small. They had a strict rule of 3pm check in but before 3 the staff started checking in certain people. This favoritism was really annoying. Even while they were doing this they were telling us to wait until 3pm. It really spoilted the stay here for us. They should treat the guests equally and not show favouritism. Also the lifted stopped at the lobby floor level 7 when ever it when up and down. This was really irritating. Please stop this practice.

「てんしば」見下ろす上品なビジネスホテル

駅近のビジネスホテル。APAホテルに並んでいるがこちらの方が品が良い。 部屋は落ち着いていて過不足なくきっちりまとまっている。サービススタッフはよく教育され、気もきく。ちょうど1万円の価格に相応しい価値がある。 唯一残念だったのは、無料の歯ブラシで、磨いているうちに毛がどんどん抜けて歯間に詰まるタイプ。ここは改善した方が良いかと。

酒店位置十分方便，樓下1至5樓是Donki，7樓是酒店reception，由酒店樓層可直接座電梯到5樓，附近亦有幾個大商場，飲食購買都很方便

交通方便，後下就是唐吉軻德，附近有許多百貨，人員服務良好。

每次到大阪必住！！

夜中になると突然、暖房が切れました。しかも2日連続です(特にタイマー設定などはしていません) とても寒い日だったので、朝起きたら体調が悪かったです。

枕の高さが馴染まなかったのと、加湿器の音が喧しく眠れなかった。

ツインルームでしたが、充分な広さがあり、とても良かったです。 お風呂とトイレの間に扉があるのもとても良いと思いました。

朝ご飯がめっちゃ美味しかったです！ ホテルも綺麗でドン・キホーテが近くにあるのでもう最高でした！！！ また絶対ご利用させていただきます！！！

大変清潔でスタッフの対応も良く、気持ちよく宿泊が出来ました 翌朝のブュッフェの米飯がとても美味しかった

コンパクトツインを選んだので部屋は狭いですが、値段はとても安く泊まらせて頂いたので満足です。が、マットレスが柔らかく、枕が高いので、私には合いませんでした。窓側に置かれていた、長椅子と大きな鏡は良かったです。

キレイな施設とスタッフの礼儀正しさ、朝食も美味しかったですありがとうございました

天王寺から近く、ビジネスホテルだし価格も安くて期待していなかったのだけれど、想像を上回る快適さ。 フロントスタッフの対応も良く、ロビーは外観からは想像できないゆったりとしていて窓が大きく開放感があってこれはまた友人が宿泊に来たらこちらを勧めたい。

立地はいいです

空気清浄機を繋ぐコンセントが壊れていたのか、使えなかったが、部屋は清潔で過ごしやすかった。

駅近で利用しやすいホテルでした。

駅からホテルに行くまでの道がわかりにくい。天王寺駅をぐるぐる回ったが分からず、天王寺からタクシーに乗ったが、ホテル名伝えても運転手さんもわからずにぐるぐる回ってタクシー代が1500円も取られた。

天王寺駅から近く、展望にも優れたホテルでした。あべのハルカスも近く、周囲には、飲食店も多いです。少し足を伸ばせば、天王寺動物園や通天閣も徒歩圏内です。朝食を頼みましたが、朝食専用のレストラン施設は明るく、とても眺望が良いです。バイキング形式の朝食は、若干、メニューは少ない気はしましたが、ボリューム的には充分で、名物の肉吸いはおいしかったです。

部屋が2人だと狭かったので次回は広い部屋をとりたいです。

息子と連泊しましたが、ドンキホーテとコンビニが近くとても喜んでいました。 朝食も美味しく、松原市に住む息子との待ち合わせ場所にとても便利な上、綺麗なホテルで大満足でした。

交通方便 鄰近大阪天王寺車站，附近有三大商場，無論逛街 吃飯都很方便。
