Beautiful complex in convenient quiet location

Beautiful complex, multiple pools and spa facilities. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was average. Walkable distance to the marina. Walls are thin between apartments. I was wakened in the middle of the night by neighbours phone alarm going off for 30mins!

Bodrum stay

Thank you for an amazing stay. The hotel and the staff were 10/10 and we’d definitely stay here again when we come back to Bodrum The hotel is clean with a great gym and spa. It’s close to the beach and city centre and is just good vibes. Highly recommend

Best hotel we have stayed in!

We had a lovely stay at Jasmin Elite Residence. The staff were very nice and helpful, particularly İbrahim who gave us a room upgrade and let us stay a few hours after check out time due to a problem with our flight. The staff also arranged a taxi from the airport for us. The washing machine is very handy in the room and there is a lovely view from the balcony. The hotel was very good at communicating with us! There is a lovely spa with very nice staff as well! Breakfast was very good! We look forward to returning to Jasmin Elite Residence! Thanks

Great Hotel, just small room.

This hotel had everything we we looking for to have a relaxing time. Spacious rooms to indoor and outdoor pools to well equipped gym, steam room, sauna to an excellent restaurant with room service and complimentary breakfast that was absolutely delicious. Best of all, Burcu the guest relationship manager went out of the way to be helpful and provided excellent information about places to visit and restaurants to eat at! She and the all the staff at the hotel were friendly, sweet and helpful. We loved our stay there and recommend it highly!

Staff is very nice and polite, however the cleaning crew is horrible. Furniture is full of dust and toilets are not properly cleaned. The property was probably very nice some day but it lacks maintenance. Water leak in the bathroom kept the floor wet at all times. I was locked in the bathroom as the door handle was broken. After complaining the maintenance crew was sent but they didn’t repaired it properly and the problem continued. This hotel has great potential but needs to improve cleaning and maintenance. Breakfast was really good but the “chef” is terrible and can’t even fry an egg properly.

Thoroughly recommend this resort, excellent on all fronts. Breakfast not to my taste but that is subjective.

Lovely hotel with beautifully presented rooms equipped with a kitchen and washing machine which was so practical. Thank you once again to management and all the lovely staff at the hotel.

Bodrum stay

Lovely property, nice pools and great location. We had a 1 bed apartment which wasn’t very clean, we stayed 3 nights and the empty glasses from room service from the previous guests were outside our door when we arrived and when we left. Cigarette butts on the patio. Very loud music around the main pool with a lot of uncensored lyrics. All in all for a short stay it was good, the apartment was huge, just a bit tatty.

Well located & an easy ride into Bodrum

Spacious accommodation. Generous balcony with clothes horses which we used often . Aesthetically lovely hotel. Helpful staff. Very good breakfast except for the inflexibility of the egg station: omelettes are offered one morning and scrambled eggs are offered the next- no exceptions. A hotel of this quality should not allow the kitchen to set such inflexible choices. Otherwise the breakfast was great.

Hardly Hot water

The Staff were very attentive. The whole hotel looked like new. Would defiantly recommend.

The property was nice and spacious with lovely staff. Our apartment could have been cleaned a bit deeper though so that’s my only criticism. However I would definitely still recommend! The pool and spa facilities are amazing as well!

The front desk communication was great throughout as they assisted in arranging our Bodrum airport transfers, and also provided us with an early check-in. The hotel is in a great location, and within a few minutes walk of the nearest general/grocery stores, shops, bars, other restaurants, and the beach. The room could do with some TLC (we had a ground floor one bedroom apartment), although I am sure this will be completed in time for the next big season. The onsite restaurant offers an array of local and international dishes, and the breakfast options were great, especially the omelette station, thanks to the lady working there as her dishes always hit the spot first thing in the morning. The gym and pools offer everything, you do however have to ask for simple things like water and towels, as they are not readily available. Overall, we had a great experience and stay at Jasmin Elite Residence and would recommend to anybody visiting the area, purely for the convenience and location.

This the second time we stay In Jasmin Elite Residence. Definitely will be my first choice next trip to bodrum And my son love it. Thanks you all management and staff. Take care.

Good for family

The place was in good condition I'm very rich place half all the things like pools many balls one of them not working and also the is a restaurant but there is new phone in the property or on the flat and she needs anything you have to call Maria cell phone there was a Wi-Fi

Excellent hotel, the poor area is nice and clean. Our room was 10 steps away from the pool. Very convenient:) Great communication with the front desk.

I love this hotel

Awesome hotel. Staff are so nice and friendly especially at the reception. Rooms are so big and clean as well as the swimming pool. Location is walking distance from the beach.

The location of the Jasmine Elite Residence is very convenient. My apartment had everything what I needed. They had very big menu, and tasty, fresh food with good price.

Overall happy with my stay. Spacious and nice room, super comfortable bed. However, I didn’t like the fact that there is no room housekeeping daily.

Very clean and spacious. I would stay there again if I am in Bodrum.

The property was of high quality and standard. The staff were courteous and helpful. I will suggest an indoor pool so swimming can be available every time. May be other exercising facilities

We visited Jasmine off peak at the beginning of April. Weather was warm. Apartment was clean and tidy. For the price I would give this an A*** waiters worked so hard. Breakfast isn’t great, no fruit really but can always get an omelette which were cooked very well. Food is very cheap and tasty. Thank you guys.

Awesome! One of our best stay in last many years. Top quality accomodation and in-house dining. Excellant customer support. Can't expect more. Highly recommended for family and solo travellers. Cheers

Home away from home

Very comfortable apartments with everything you need. Restaurant very nice and staff extremely friendly. Within a short taxi drive to Gumbet and Bodrum. We had a wonderful stay.

bad stay in jasmin elite resident

Very bad received if you don't confuse you can leave they said. charge extra for nothing. Very bad condition. the apartment is extremely dirty... can't stay in this place. Stray animals every where in the hotel. No telephone in the apartment Kitchen is empty Ac. Is not working. Out said pool area is full of dust. Have pictures of the dirty apartment

Clean and modern residence

New property snd good location

Looks like another failed residential development project turned into a hotel. Property is in good condition and practically this is an apartment rental. Everything was clean and functional.

A pure ten for families!

The property is brand new and provides all travellers with perfect accommodation. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment and were provided with all necessary amenities, including dishes, dishwasher, laundry machine, towels, and such. Our apartment had two full bathrooms (one on-suite) and a large balcony. The breakfast was also amazing and very affordable, and the restaurant had a good variety of inexpensive meals.

Very nice modern accommodation. We stayed in a 2 bdr apartment. It had everything we needed: dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Free multilevel basement parking was also very convenient. We will definitely be back.

I have enjoyed my stay at Jasmin Elite Residence, all of the staff are very nice, they are willing to offer the assistance and have service minded especially Erdem and Sevil ,thank you guys. The Rooms are new and clean the restaurant also served a nice tasty meal Sunset view from the hotel is amazing

Terrible service

Service was terrible. Constantly orders were forgotten or they bring only half of what it said on the menu. Waiters also tried to add drinks to the order that we didn't order. We had to constantly be careful of what what we got and bill that we got. They also didn't care that they made all those mistakes. We would eat elsewhere but hotel is not near town center where we could find places to eat. A side from that worst thing were other guests who played loud music by the pool after midnight. Two nights in a row there were loud arguments in the middle of the night which were on border of turning physical. For which I also blame hotel management as other guests had to call the police instead of them. Problematic guests should've been made to go to their rooms when bar closed and not allowed to drink by the pool and cause problems there.

Nice modern complex with a restaurant and a very spacious apartment. Loved the place. Located right next to the Bodrum windmills.

Beautiful modern well equipped apartments

The WiFi was very poor. The various WiFi routers faded in and out, so there were periods of no service, and usually it was slow.

Great well equipped large apartments. Very clean. All staff from the cleaners to the management we cheerful, helpful and could not do enough for you. I have stayed here twice and if returning to Gumbet I would stay here again.

Worth a stay

Good location clean modern apartment

5/5 always love staying at this property it hasn’t not been my first visit and definitely not my last

beautiful apartments, very comfortable and decorated to a high standard. Only downfall is there was NO maid service in 6 days, had to clean own towels, bedding etc

This was a complete let down. The accommodation offered premium tvs. When we first arrived they were all in Turkish when we complained a 'tv engineer' spent an hour and there were no channels at all. Although the cleaning service was supposed to be limited - we had to chase to get the maid in after 4 days! The shower door would not shut and the toilet fittings were loose - this was corrected after we complained but this should have been checked before our arrival. The internet service was intermittent. The smoke detectors hadn't even had their plastic packaging removed! The surrounding area was dirty especially after storms had swept a load of rubbish down the gulleys and into the sea.

The hotel is newly built, although, seems was made in a rush. Bathroom fixtures, room doors and furniture were chipping off. Overall a below average place

Telling lit like it is!

The complex is new and fresh, the apartments are new and modern. Minor little finishing touches have been missed but this is nit picking really. Views were lovely. Internet was slow and a unreliable. But, I would not hesitate to recommend and will stay again on my next visit to Gumbet.

We take tow hours for checked in the A/C was not working in the master room and i request to repair no body respond very poor wifi staff bad and not respecting

Amazing Apartments

I had a three week stay organised to Gumbet in May this year . After looking at hotels and other accommodation that I already knew of found the Jasmine Elite. The accommodation was outstanding. The apartment was very spacious ,modern and very clean . Furniture was minimal ,as it should be and there were plenty of wardrobes to hang clothes for a family. Having a washing machine made my suitcase much lighter than ever before . A hanging rail dried outside within an hour or two. The kitchen was very functional and we'll equipped . I did attend the local market for food and looked at it each time I opened the fridge ! The Hotel is situated at the edge of Gumbet just at the foot of the hill to the windmills where you get an outstanding view of both Gumbet and Bodrum. It is only a 10 to 15 minute walk into Bodrum but you can also jump on the little local bus just outside the Elite,only three Tl. There are many nice places to eat in Gumbet but I must say I was very disappointed in the change Gumbet from two years ago . This should not stop you looking at these beautiful apartments though. I'm sure they will be lower cost compared to some Bodrum property ? It's only a few minutes in the bus One of the nicest apartments I've stayed in and the pool is splendid . Good mixture of guests from around the globe and Turkish people to !

Fantastisk hotell

Svært rent og innbydende bassengområde og flotte rom. Renholdet på hotellet var særdeles bra. Frokosten og maten i restauranten var veldig bra. Meget god service og hyggelig betjening. Anbefaler hotellet på det sterkeste.

Rigtig fint og service minded personale hottelet var rent og pools pæne og rene.

Tek kelimeyle mükemmel bir deneyimdi. Kahvaltısı başarılı, akşam yemeği efsane umarım bozulmadan bu şekilde devam eder. Pişman etmeyecek bir otel temizliği de muhteşem havuz yeterli.

Hotel service is successful. Location perfect near the bodrum center only two minutes. Staffs are smile face and good services. Especially reception team also burcin thank you helping!

Incredibly nice and and pro-active staff. From reception to restaurant staff everyone is very engaged, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is quite good and also the food from their a la carte menue. The Apartments(2 room) are spacious and well equipped. Price/value is very good. Location is also central and preferable. Big shout out to the guy (forgot his name) from reception who let us check out later bcs our baby was still sleeping.

Nice place

Not more than 1 night

We stayed for 1 night. In general, hotel is average considering price, brekfast, room condition. I wouldn’t stay longer. Breakfast is not as I would recommend. There is plenty of food but not tasty at all. Shower cabinet was filling with water(not well drainage) during taking a shower.

Otel Gümbet ile Bodrum merkez arasında, Gümbete daha yakın konumda yer alıyordu. Mevsim itibariyle otel sakindi. Temizlik iyi, kaldığımız oda geniş ve manzaralıydı. Resepsiyon çalışanları kibar ve yardımseverdi. Mutfak sabah kahvaltısında zengin çeşitli ve kaliteliydi. Akşam da otel yemeklerini tercih ettik, uygun fiyatlı ve gayet güzeldi, biz memnun kaldık.

掃除の行き届いた広くてきれいな客室、親切なスタッフ、美味しい朝食。部屋にはミニキッチンがあり便利。町の中心までタクシーで5分。費用対効果の高い、リラックスできるリゾートホテルです。

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt in Gümbet. Die Partymeile ist gut fußläufig erreichbar. Hören tut man es aber nicht. Der Strand liegt nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Die Unterkunft hat alles zu bieten. Man muss natürlich für die Verpflegung selbst sorgen. Frühstück wird angeboten ist klein aber alles vorhanden. Das apartment ist super. Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist, ist die Sauberkeit! Ansonsten wäre es top!
