The overall experience was amazing from the opulence to the service this hotel has it all. This hotel should be classed as one of the wonders of the world.

Unforgettable 5 star hotel experience

It was very unique experience at this location and got 5 star hotel treatment, nothing can be complained for.

My stay at Shanghai Wonderland was an amazing experience. The food tasted amazing, the property was extremely well managed and the nightly events were excellent. The part that I mostly enjoyed during my stay however was the amazing staff who were all extremely polite and friendly. Especially Betty Wang and Sandy Lin, who explained to me the various things I could do around the property and told me all about the delicious foods I could eat at the hotel. Also, I would like to mention how Betty showed me around the property, told me all about the foods and what they were if I didn't know and even taught me how to use chopsticks better!!! Betty truly helped me with everything I needed and was honestly my best friend at the hotel. Thank you for an amazing experience and an amazing stay!

I great architecture and friendly staff

Food was okay. Room service took over 2 hours to be delivered. No food options outside of the hotel. Check in takes a long time.

Nice space for vacation

Overall it's good. The water curtain show looks great.

Unique view and setting, which did not disappoint. Everything else was, at best, underwhelming. Overpriced to start with, it constantly underdelivers on almost every moment of the stay. No-one to help with luggage, no food options on arrival (2:30pm), bar does not serve cocktails before 9pm, phone in room is not working (out of batteries), pool water is cold, room service gets the order wrong each time, etc... Nothing terrible, but nothing positive either.

Nice but overpriced

Very nice location and well done, but not much to do in the area and everything was very expenive. Went to Mr Fisher for dinner however for nearly ¥1000 rmb would of expected a little more and more than 1 complimentary drink. Worth seeing but wont be returning.

Ilove it

Excellent trip

Did a two-day staycation in light of not being able to travel during covid and chose this hotel because it it’s unique design. Property is beautiful and excellently maintained. Staff are very kind. Did buffet breakfast at the G floor restaurant, room service for lunch, and dinner at the B15 restaurant and all were tasty and worth it. Simply enjoyed reading on the balcony, using the pool, watching the water shows on the property, and watching movies in the room. Made for a lovely weekend stay. Pricy, but worth it if you want to treat yourself to a one of a kind hotel stay.

A unique and stylish hotel in Shanghai

You pay a premium for the unique setting and the view in the morning: the hotel really plays up to its mining theme in a stylish way. A lovely room in good nick. Take away the view and it’s similar to another five-star in the city. Friendly and helpful service on check-in and throughout the stay. Food was excellent in the Shanghai style restaurant, Caifenglou. Breakfast was high standard: good quality all round. Biggest drawback is that there’s not much nearby. Your going for the hotel itself.

Most unusual location for a hotel - Under earth! the nightly light and water show was beautiful and spectacular as well as the lobby light and water show. The views are spectacular and there is so much to do in the area.

Very good hotel, amazing view and nice service.

The design and view of this hotel is amazing. They have a light show every night which is worth to see. The breakfast buffet is excellent with variety of choices.

Below expectations

Cups in the room not properly washed, can see a dark ring inside. Buffet dinner only so so, expect much better on the 13th Floor for the package we paid.

Celebrate mom’s birthday there. Really special hotel, new sightseeing site in Shanghai.

The view I loved but they did not understand English well

It has amazing location, staff, facilities and a very fantastic view from the indoor fountain to the water show.

One of a kind hotel med topklasse service

Et lukusus hotel til et "one of a kind", som overrasker igen og igen. Superlækker indretning og arkitektur. Servicen er i topklasse og langt over det forventede. Et oplevelseshotel fra øverste hylde, som man vil fortælle om igen og igen. Man glemmer aldrig opholdet på Wonderland.

Breakfast is fantastic. Hotel lobby and outdoor environment a bit worn out. The night performance with drones could be better. Staffs are nice and helpful

立地が最悪でした。外国人が行くのには不便です。また、サービスも悪くタクシーの手配を頼んだのにも関わらず2回も忘れられました。スタッフの情報共有が上手くいっていないように感じました。さらに、荷物を運んでもらう際に手荷物を入れていたバッグを破られました。目の前でされたにも関わらず謝罪はありませんでした。また、英語を話せるスタッフはわずかでした。しかし、朝食ビュッフェは美味しかったです。

晚上水舞表演值得看，餐廳職員態度親切，並盡力解決客人要求，目測每位員工都很認真，即使食客不多，仍然每人表現出懶散感覺；此外，帶領我們去房間的小哥也很清晰介紹房內設備及使用方法，很感謝他。這酒店食物亦很新鮮，下次有機會也想再來。

服務上面非常好，但客房保養的狀況不是很ok淋浴間的門無法完全關閉會漏水，客房內有一台不知道是清淨機還是除濕機運轉聲音非常大影響睡眠

入住的时候，前台建议我们付费升级房间，我们额外付了20%的费用，入住了行政房。结果，当晚降温，房间的空调有故障，我被冻感冒了。第二天向酒店反应了，酒店又给换了房间，还送上了姜汤。服务还是挺好的。酒店的生意很好，据工作人员介绍，自从开业以来，入住一直很火爆。所以，房间内总有一些地方会有些故障。第二次换的房间也是存在着一些问题，住进去后工人来修了几次。酒店的服务还是不错的。

元旦期间入住，人多！办理入住手续花了较长的时间！早餐种类感觉一般吧，没什么特色！服务还算可以！

行政套房比想象的小，设施整体很好，隔音很赞，早餐种类太少了

快適でキレイ

朝ごはんが美味しかったです。サファイアの部屋にしましたが、小さな子供と3人で泊まるにはちょうど良かったです。噴水ショーも楽しかったです。

スタッフの方も非常に親切で楽しめました。

兎に角、雑だなと感じた。高額な割にサービスは2流。ファミリー向けのイベント施設的な感じでした。

作为景点可以尝试体验~世界上海拔最低的酒店。但作为一家五星级酒店，客房卫生服务不是很让人放心。房间私密性不好。餐饮满意。

Freizeithotel

Besonderer Ort aber eher ein Teil eines Vergnügungsparks. Alles Vorhanden was ein gutes Hotel braucht, aber als gesamtpaket nur gut für Gäste die den umgebenden Freizeitpark genießen wollen oder ein Entertainment / Attraktionen eines Freizeithotels mögen. Pool und Gym waren aus technischen Gründen geschlossen, WLAN ist weit von dem angebotenen High Speed entfernt.
