Bad so bad.
Amazing Service From The Lady's At The Front Desk.
No room available when I arrived, you overbooked and I want my money back
Smells bad
When I pulled in - the parking lot had one car with smashed-out windows, and another that was clearly inoperable. There were adult men and backpacks huddled in corners of the building making hand exchanges. Several units had notices posted on the doors, and in a walkway, there were piles of dirty sheets lying on the cement at 4pm in the afternoon. The clerk at the desk was very kind and canceled my reservation. As I pulled out of the driveway, a drug deal happened right in front of me on the property.
Deplorable
I asked for first floor because i just had knee surgery. No one even acknowledged that my request was read or considered. We were given 2nd floor room and when we got there (it was a walk even after using elevator), we walked in on someone, an employee no less, and was told room wasnt available. Then the next room we were given was way on opposite side of hotel which meant more walking on a recent knee replacement. That room, well the pictures say it all(this review wouldnt let me add photos). It was filthy behind headboard, hole in wall, filthy lights with an inch of dust and cobwebs, microwave dirty, one cabinet handle half hanging, stained/filthy curtain (both for window and shower), shower head stem was exposed and hole in wall, tiny and dirty bath towels, only 1 washrag, only 2 thin pillows, dirty window and heat unit and no fan or if there was it didnt work
Room was dirty. Had to switch to a room that was semi-clean. Walls something that my husband was woken up. Probably worth $10 or $15 to stay somewhere else, which we will do next time.
Rooms smelled like smoke
Easy and painless
It was a very nice stay. Helpful staff and a nice room
Room smelled bad of smoke
This place has gone downhill fast!
Checked into a room and it was not ready so I was moved to another room that had no heat. Went back to the front desk and those were the only two rooms she had available so I made my own bed after waiting for sheets for an hour and a half. Then I had to go buy my own batteries for the remote controls because they didn’t have any at the front desk. Vagrant people wandering around the property all hours of the night making noise. The place has really gone down downhill!
.
terrible had roaches lol
Hotel is also a homeless shelter. Property is dirty, smells of pot, cigarette butts all over the ground even thourgh property states no smoking on premises. Room: Smoke detector NOT installed. It was found in the dresser drawer. Kitchen has no pots and pans or cooking; no over; outlet by counter did not work. Room had no garbage cans. You have to take trash to the dumpster and no daily room service. Hotel did not feel safe. Bedding was clean. **Note the star rating is out of 10, not 5.** Not a place I would ever stay at again.
You get what you pay for. The cheapest option for my crew was not worth it. Trash around property, noisy neighbors and the kicker: one of my guys returned to his room after being there 4 days to find it empty. The staff said he wasn’t checked in and threw away his food, clothing, etc. They only offered him a GC for future stay, nothing near the value of his lost items. I did not book there for them again.
Nice staff, not clean.
The staff checking in were super friendly. We switched rooms because the first one wasn’t clean. The 2nd room we went to looked like it had blood smeared around the walls. The front office said they would refund our stay, so we are waiting for that.
The room was very outdated, there was more than 1 used bandage on the floor and the microwave was disgusting. The staff was totally fine but the room itself I would not recommend.
Was disappointed that it had a kitchen but no dishes or silverware and no sign stating you could rent them. But for a super budget hotel it least had a micro and refrigerator.
Angel is always nice and gets our reservation done quickly. Thank you
Everything was excellent
Hands down, this is the worst place that we have ever stayed. Due to it being Parents Weekend, everything that was half decent was booked so we were overcharged on a rat trap. It smelled, the small pillows and sheets were do dingy that we went out to buy extra pillows and a blanket. The smell was so bad, we left the next day. Unfortunately, I prepaid so we couldn't get a refund. We would of been better off sleeping in our car. To the owner of this establishment, spend the money that you're pimping off of us and clean up the place!!!
AVOID - RUN LIKE THE WIND
This horrifying excuse for proper accomodation should burn to the ground. - Horrible check-in, after waiting 45 min, got sent to a room that wasnt ready. Waited another 15-30 min for a different room - Absolutely FILTHY establishment, including what appeared to be blood on the walls. We immediately went to target to purchase antibacterial wipes. - Took a shower, started to dry off, found myself COVERED in long black hair bc the "folded" towel was clearly used. Witnessed 2-3 other guests requesting towels as well. - Cops were called bc an out of control guest stole the neighbors' pizza. - people living in the parking lot? There was an elderly couple and a younger gentleman, each with a van full of personal belongings, who just "hung out" ALL DAY from about 6 am until 1 or 2 AM. Rinse and repeat for the 3 days we were there. The ONLY positive was the day manager who let us use the bathroom while waiting for our room.
Dirty, stained, cigarette burned “non-smoking room”. Broken door handle. Stained bedding, no comforter. Dirty floors and shower. Musty smell. Clause in the paperwork received upon check-in stated “staff is allowed to enter at any time, for any reason, without notice.” People smoking drugs in the halls/parking lot. Beware, this place is NOT as advertised.
Filthy unmade rooms. Heater not working and no blankets in rooms.
Entered the room and outside the door was bedding, sheets, and bed covers. No bed covers on either bed. No toilet paper. Toilet not cleaned, feces visible. Room floor not swept.
Holes and stains on curtains. Toilet above overflowed into our bathroom. Police activity in parking lot and across the street. We didn’t sleep there. We left.
The staff was amazing and extremely kind…they had little control over this corporate cesspool. I can’t believe this place is operating and hasn’t been shut down by health authorities. They keep a dirty used plunger by the toilet… bedding is stained and matted.. floor is stained and dirty… everything is gross..we left because it was so bad and we were issued a refund, thanks to the sweet understanding receptionist.
Not for me
We checked in around 10pm, looking for q quiet spot to get some rest after a football game. We arrived and were provided keys to our room on the 3rd floor. Once we entered the room, the smell of smoke was overwhelming. We went to the office and advised that room would not work. The front desk agent offered us a refund for our room... at 10pm we decided to find a different hotel for the night. So, the property did not meet my minimal requirements however, the hotel service was okay. We found a much nicer proprty for a minimal rate increase which we were happy to pay for a safe and clean room.
We did not have a comforter , only a sheet for our bed. We were told they ran out but never received one. The sheets were dirty , the bathroom was dirty, there were stains on the mattress. There are better hotels for the price.
The only thing good about this property was the lady at the front desk at check in and check out. Our room was so gross. Kitchen area was filthy and so was bathroom. Looked like someone died on the inside of the bathroom door. The lady that works at the desk should aim for a better property to work at. She's better than this icky place ❤️
Comforters had stains, dirty floors, someone’s food still in the fridge, it was a nonsmoking room that reaked of smoke, dirty gloves in the dresser, overall not a well kept place. Will not even consider staying there again, which is too bad because it’s very near family that we like to visit often.
The dirtiest hotel I've every stayed at. Had to bring towels to office to get new ones like I was in prison. The towels were stained like someone was cleaning car with them.
When we checked in we had no toilet paper AT ALL in our room. The handle on the sink was missing and the floor under the bed looked liked it hadn't been swept in days. For the amount we paid for this room we were extremely disappointed.
You know, I totally knew what I was getting into when I booked this cheaper place for a Ducks football game. It's close to the school, so I liked that. But the place could just do a little to make it more worthy of positive reviews: 1) Stop the regular residents from smoking pot in their rooms and leaking into other rooms (we had two... both very strong). 2) Maybe a cleaner "comforter" blanket thing with no spots. And thicker. That was a sheet. 3) clear the group of guys that hang out in front at night. Our Uber driver didn't want to drop us off there. She wanted to warn us about the place. But you all have nice people working there. You have a good building. Have the owner step up, do some things and make it a nice place.
Barely a 1 star hotel
Room was very overpriced for the condition of room! Bed was uncomfortable and lines were stained! Bathroom had fruit flies in sink! No keurig or coffee maker in the room
The hotel looks nothing like the photos online. There was no fitted sheet on the bed. Comforters looked unwashed. The curtains had holes. Would not recommend staying here.
You get what you are paying for.
Basic accommodations. Clean enough but everything old and dated. Studios so had full fridge, microwave, range top and sink. But no dishes or glasses, not even paper. No coffee machine. Asked for first floor because father uses a cane. On checkin said nothing available but did have an elevator. Walked by several empty ready units on the ground floor on way to the elevator. Price was half what other hotels in area were charging. So you get what you pay for.
No blanket on bed shower had a huge hole that was patched up and yellow dirt. Bum under the stairs to the room. The room smelled like mold a pot. Could smell the neighbors smoking pot through the walls. Window shades had holes around the whole thing
Questionable
There were piles of full trash bags outside our room. Room light was on and the bed pulled out to the middle of the room. Floors were really dirty. Pretty sure the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. Just wasn’t a good experience.
Quick stay in Springfield
Very busy place. 2nd floor by stairs very noisy. Very nice refrigerator, shower, tv. Linens & TP missing, but readily accessed at front desk. Inexpensuve & minimal. Good location.
This is among the grimiest places I have ever stayed. There was a toothbrush still in the bathroom, room wasn’t clean, only 1 towel for 2 people. My wife asked for a paper or plastic cup - nope “those are on back order”. Was parents weekend at UO so limited rooms in town. This place is pretty much a flop house - avoid if at all possible!
Place was disgusting. Had to inspect 3 rooms before deciding they were unhabitable. They smelled like ashtrays, pan fried fish and wet animals not including the dirty room with pubes all over the place. Cranksters were living in every other rooms, had animals, drug dealers and prostitutes on the property. Best part was the host let us cancel the reservation and allowed us to leave knowing their place was a dump. I would remove this location from your site, makes your website look bad.
Property was not as described or pictured . There were no cups in room and no pillow cases on the two small stained pillows. Very loud road nose and people talking and partying all night , unable to sleep at all. Did not feel safe . Worst motel I have ever stayed in!!
The property was very dirty , The room had to recleaned, toilet was clogged soon arriving . There was a powerful smells bleach & mouse pee. Brought our own bedding as we were concerned about it. The floors were hard surface but hadn’t been cleaned with any sort of liquid in a long time .
Don’t stay here.
We pulled up to this hotel late at night. There was drug deals going down in the parking lot, cars that were broken down in the parking lot and a phone to call into the office. We walked into the room and it smelled horrendous. There were patches all in the walls from holes. The bedding was not clean and was missing pillowcases. The bathroom had hair all over the place. We didn’t even stay 30 min before leaving. Nobody would answer at the front desk.
Easy access parking on street for trailers.
Nice Hotel
Everything was great
terrible beds, trash lined the hallways, room had horrible smell
This place is a certified dump. Shame on me for trying to save a few dollars during a busy weekend in the area. Do not make the same mistake. I’ve never gotten “this is the time you bring bedbugs home” vibes more so than I did from this place. I also took my valuables with me every time I left. Upon arriving, the first thing I do is inspect the bed. Boom, right off the rip, I see a sizable blood stain on the mattress cover. Utterly disgusting. The mattress itself was brutally uncomfortable. The comforter had multiple cigarette burns in it. Oh, and the walls are paper thin so I got to hear people on one side doing the dirty all night and a dog barking on the other side. All night. It was actually a blessing to have a 6am flight so I didn’t have to spend anymore time in my room.
4 walls and roof, that’s it.
Upon check-in housekeeping stated the room was not ready. Once I was told that the room was ready and issued room keys I arrived and the room was still not ready. The room was issed to me with no toilet paper, no blankets and no remote for the television. All sheets, shower curtain and towels were stained. The hotel lost track of their iron and iron board when I requested it. This location provided 4 walls and a roof, nothing more.
Red Roof Dump
Had to ask for a blanket for the bed. No cup at all. No ice bucket or ice at all. Trash sat in the stairwell from Friday to Monday. Walked around bare foot long enough for the bottom of our feet to be completely black. That floor hasn't been mopped for a long time. Yet I paid $626 for 4 nites. That is the single WORST lodging deal that I have ever made.
A place to lay your head, not much else.
Very little amenities. Not even a plastic cup to drink from. A 1/2 bar of soap and a 1oz. Bottle of shampoo (I’m bald). It was fine, in that all we wanted was a place to sleep. The water pressure from the shower was nice. The lady at check in was nice, and very accommodating when asked for a tv remote that was missing at check in.
No breakfast or in room coffee
Skip this one
I booked this hotel about four months ago for a football game and your description of the room was not clear. I thought I was getting two rooms and there was only one so they let my son stay in a second room the first night and then we had to change rooms. The condition of the hotel was atrocious. It needs to be power washed, and cleaned, especially on the outside. There was police there. There was noise from the street. There was trains. There’s no soundproofing. I would never stay there again no matter what price
This hotel is made for blue collar workers on work trips where there companies don't want to spend money on them. Feels like a college dorm in the rooms.
Microwave and wall had spaghetti splatters on it. No bedspread, just a thin blanket with a cigarette burn on it. Can't turn off shower fully. Kitchenette floor was dirty. Front desk staff were extremely nice.
Smelled like mildew. Shower was floor was terrible. Did not provide any hand soap or a turn plate for the microwave..
We could not check in until the evening because everyone was “at the game” there was no heat in the room towels or blankets. It really was quite unbelievable how awful this was. You couldn’t imagine making this up.
I own a resort so I sort of understand syaffing issues. However room was booked .ore than a month in advance. We arrived at 4p.m. were told rooms werent ready. We had an event to attend. Said we would return at midnight. Returned about midnight. Desk person said they had housekeeping issues and she had our room but didnt know how well it was done. We took the key... The beds were made the room however was uncleaned from previous guest shower was filthy bugs in it. No toilet tissue AT ALL, NO TOWELS, FLOORS WERENT SWEPT AND WERE STICKY. We were too tired to even go back down. Next morning we polotly told the Manager and I will say this, she knew there were issues and she refunded oir stay. That was great of her but still... Uncleaned unsupplied room. Gross!!!
I'm 76 years old and have stayed in hundreds of hotel/motels across Europe and the US. This was the worst stay of my life. Staff was rude and arrogant. Check in is 3p, we arrived at 4:30p and no rooms available. Nothing was ready.. We returned at 8:30p and they were still cleaning the room. No blankets, no towels. Just terrible.
It was very dirty needs to be cleaned up and painted..
The property isn’t bad it just needs some cleaning. The walkways are filthy. The guy at the front desk was not the most friendly. The young woman was much more friendly and welcoming but she was sent somewhere. People live at this hotel so some have a sense of entitlement when someone new arrives. There were a couple of times I felt uncomfortable.
They were slow, unorganized, dirty rooms. No linens on beds when we got to room after game. Check in was late and night staff was awful rude and very disrespectful. Willnever stay there again
Unfortunately the rooms were not ready at 3pm as advertised. Staff was friendly, hotel itself was worn but clean. Distinct old food smell in our room.
Horrible everything
When we arrived late that evening, at 11:30 pm. the lobby was full of customer's complaining their rooms were filthy, no clean linens or towels, and asking for refunds because they wanted to leave. We checked in and were given a room which was directly next door to the office. Before we even opened the door, we noticed the drapes were pulled back and the lights were on in the room. From outside we could see how filthy the window was and noticed there were no sheets or any other bedding on the bed. We opened the door and the room was filthy. The mattress was extremely stained including blood stains. I walked thru the room and noticed the carpets were filthy and the bathroom looked stained and dirty. There was one towel folded on a rack, barely any toilet paper left on the only roll and the tub was stained and dirty. We immediately went back into the office to see an employee arguing with a patron telling the patron he no longer has access to a room and the two of them run out of the front door chasing each other down the walkway. That was shocking and unacceptable behavior for any employee. The lady at the front desk stated they had towels in the dryer and if I could be patient they'd give us towels as soon as possible. I explained we didn't even have bedding and the room was filthy. I had to ask for a refund. No other resolutions were offered to me. This establishment should not be in business in this condition!
A place for the homeless
Clean bedding, comfortable bed, but very dirty room. Don't touch the floor!
good area. metro close by
Clean everything awesome staff!
Disgusting location. Checked me into a room that was dirty, no sheets on bed, bottles and cans on the floor. Just Disgusting!!
Didn’t even get to my room. Was told it would be 15 minutes and it was already around 10:23 PM. The manager mentioned that there were too many checkouts and understaffed on cleaning. Came back and staff wasn’t even there. Then came back again around 11 PM and was told 30-35 minutes. I then left to get a room in another hotel.
Room had no towels, did not look like they did anything other than make the bed, shower was so dirty, and the worst was the smell. It was so heavy with cigarette smoke the air in the room felt thick.
Love fridge size nice microwave
Smelled bad, people smoking outside all around room, noisy, bed frame duct taped
Everything was fine but we couldn't sleep all night. We could hear people passing by the room near the window and other guests shouting since it was on the weekend! The room was clean and the bathroom!
Overall not clean.
This hotel needs better housekeeping inside and outside. My sheets and bedding weren’t clean.
Dirty and old
outside looked very nice. Room was ok, bed comfortable, only 1 chair - hard kitchen table type chair. TV remote broken and taped together - didn't work well. No glass for drinking, 1/2 roll of TP with no extra. NO Coffee in room or even the lobby. Elevator very dirty and liquid spilled in the doorway. Noisy, we could hear people on the phone next door and in the breezeway. I won't be staying there again.
The staff were accommodating in letting us cancel when the room wasn't ready at check-in time, the room upon entry wasn't cleaned, hotel had run out of sheets, and the whole hotel smelled like cigarettes -- pretty dirty and falling apart. We were grateful to the staff for letting us cancel although this hotel needs a ton of help. I felt bad for the cleaning crew that had too much to do and cannot help the circumstances, I guess.
Kitchen, but I got there and just rested ...I will use it again when I'm more prepared.
Worst amenities ever. One weak ass pillow no coffee maker. No Wi-Fi. No cups, glasses, plates or flatware in the kitchen. Dripping kitchen sink. First room the tv didn’t work and the desk clerk knew it… Not what we needed after a long day on the road!
Should not have a Red Roof name
Not sure i would stay there again
We arrived at the hotel at 3 p.m. and our room and rooms for 2 other travelers were not ready. And one of the workers reported that they didn't have any flat sheets to finish making the beds. We left after they told us they would call us when our room was ready and they guaranteed it would still be there for us when we returned. When we got to the room at midnight there was no flat sheet on the bed and no shower curtain for the shower. We were tired and didn't want to deal with it and didn't want to get water all over the floor, so we weren't able to take a shower that night. And in the walkway at the top of the stairs on level 2 were piles of trash outside a room that had not been removed. The room in general was clean enough, and would have been fine if there had been a shower curtain. We can live without a flat sheet. The employees were very nice.
When first walking in, we were greeted with the stench of cigarette smoke. There were holes burned into the bedding and curtains, one of which was patched with a bandaide. The shower had not been cleaned because there was someone’s hair stuck to the shower wall.
I honestly surprised they’d rent room 117 to a paying customer. It was dirty, the fridge was leaking fluid on the floor, the threadbare blanket was stained and dirty and the front window was broken and taped up with black duck tape. Shocking for the price we paid on an Oregon Ducks football weekend. Look elsewhere.
You Get What You Pay For or Less on This One
I was surprised that they wanted me to initial, line by line, about 25 things - such as, I would not smoke in the room, that they could enter the room for repairs, etc. I've never seen this before. I was trying to watch a show, and the remote did not work. The attendant said it would be about 15 min., called back and said I could change the channel on the side of the tv. She came by about 40 min. later. Front desk check out clerk was very nice. The building could use some deep cleaning, painting, etc. The whole property! My shower curtain was dirty. It did have a 2 burner stove in the unit, and refrig. A lady was in the elevator, when I got there, she must have come from another floor. She looked down the entire time. Seemed like she was on something. It was late when I went to bed, close to midnight, and a baby was crying next door.
The area outside was very, very dirty. The carpeting in the room could use some cleaning. Overall, this property has potential if some serious cleaning took place inside and out.
This is a very dirty hotel. The staff are beyond rude.
TV did not work very well. It was a little bit dirty but overall great for the price I paid.
Room was very dirty. Found previous guest's dirty sock in drawers. Shower floor was stained and had hair in it. Room also had cigarette smell.
Property and room were very dirty.
I stayed here bc of business. I wouldn’t recommend it if you want a good nights sleep.
There isn’t an emergency phone number to call after 11 pm. The room next door had a couple that were fighting till 2 am. I called 911 twice bc the female partner was screaming for help. I called the phone numbers for the facility with no reply. I did not feel safe.
Red roof
I booked trip, when we arrived Thursday noticed the room was quite tattered. burns on the comforter, dirt smudges on fridge, stains on shower curtain. Very disappointed in that, but to their credit they refunded the nights stay and they cancelled the next few nights and moved on.
Great customer service
Tweaker thieves band manager she's rude
Horrible experience they didn't fix our stove so couldn't cook and there was druggie thieves all night and day tweaking making messes and broke into our truck and stole 10k worth of work equipment for my husbands work talked to manager after made police report and hotel was rude and didn't care worst experience will never rent again there so gross
Well, to begin upon check-in staff was not polite at all did not answer questions just went through the motions of taking a credit card and giving us a key. Upon entering the room, noticed that the curtains had holes in them. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, there were no face towels in the bathroom, and the room was not clean . Additionally, the area. Does not seem very safe. Noticed the police cruising the parking lot periodically. Also noticed in the back of the building what appeared to be homeless folks mailing around. Was scheduled to return to this location and cancel the reservation and booked another hotel. The property looks like the type of property that’s used for low income folks to rent weekly or monthly.
The room was clean however the were a few minor issues there was no remote for the tv and would have liked if there were a coffee pot and the shower curtain rod was all but ripped out of the wall and the bathroom light you have to flip the switch on and off quickly to get the light on.

Unacceptable
As soon as I walked in the room there was a light smell of cigarettes, upon further inspection the floor has debris, wasn’t mopped, the fridge was dirty in the inside, looked like rodent droppings on the ac, no tv remote, stuck on debris in the kitchen sink, microwave dirty, when I lifted the toilet set it smelt of urine badly, the shower had hair all over it, and I found a freakin bandaid on the bathroom floor! The only thing that I think was clean was the sheets! Then I got people above me making a racket for hours in the middle of the night.
