Room is small, and charge water fee

Buy tooth brush/paste at counter when checking-in

Check-in staff did not highlight that things such as tooth brush and paste, and comb, are not provided at the room. Even though the charges were very reasonable when I had to purchase some of these items the following morning, the excuse given for not providing items was ridiculous and added insult to injury for such inconvenience caused. Otherwise I was very happy with stay.

Very good hotel for the price. Convenient location to walk or public transportation.

Name of hotel says floors are tilted 8 degrees. Very small rooms and toilet and glass shower almost right beside bed. Close to MTR and 1 stop to AIRSIDE Plaza, Kowloon. Has a shuttle.

Good location！ Good value！

Concierge staff are nice. Hotel promotion takes place periodically, suggest guest should confirm booking at very last moment for entitling better price and benefits, especially long staying guest. Unfortunately, we make booking in between promotion period and paid around hk $2000 more for one month, and without laundry coupons ,when comparing with other long staying guest at the same staying time. I suggest sale office staff should advise to guest that hotel promotion may fall on their booking period.

The hotel is walkable to MTR stations, if the room has multi-adapter or conversion adapter then it will be perfect.

Taxi service very POOR! Staff did not put in much efforts! You have to wait until they come!!

Smell of cigarettes

We stayed there for 3 weeks, weather was very warm around 25 to 28 degrees and the pool is Not opened.

Cleanliness is excellent. Staff are polite and helpful. The location is good for travelling around. Shuttle bus available hourly to shopping districts in Tsim Sha Tsui district.

I think this hotel is just okay. It's situated a older neighborhood. Busy intersection and a little far from the metro station.

Property had a shuttle bus in to town which was extremely handy. Small things like tea spoons to go with tea and coffee cups in your room would be handy. In saying that, anything that we requested was provided without any issues.

Very comfortable room with reasonable price, great staff from front desk to house keeping. Lots of restaurants nearby, short walk to bus stops that serve lots of routes.

We found hair in the bathroom when we arrived. The beds were super hard, my back was hurting every morning. The good thing though, is the staff was nice and friendly

We stayed at this hotel many years ago, but this time a lot of facilities have been updated, like elevator, hallway and room and hotel staffs.

Nice and clean, I like steam room and sauna

A little bit over over priced, but we came at a busy time. The pool and pool area was closed for winter, the beds were a bit too firm and we were woken up at 2am by noise in the room next door. They just had the TV on and we're talking, but I guess the walls are not sound proof so I had to put ear plugs in. The hotel looks nice and the rooms were clean and a good size. The staff were very helpful and so was the shuttle into the city. Lots of places to eat nearby

Room smelled a bit weird, like a pee smell which was disturbing. But the room was clean and housekeepers did an amazing job at cleaning every morning. Good for the price.

the bed was squeaking whenever I move my body...not really a comfortable one

Requested upgrade as soon as I checked in, been advised that I have to wait till the next day.front desk advised the room is ready however when I called again they said it wasn’t.when I went down again they said 19th was ready then told me it was 15th floor.As soon as I entered the upgraded room,I immediately told them that the air con didn’t work.They came to change the switch thinking that was an issue.At night I called again as air con was blowing hot air,they didn’t fix it at all therefore at 4am I was experienced a huge leak from the ceiling and last until 6am.Shower holder was broken,telephone cable was broken.Everyday I have to speak to different staff on matters they promised to remark on my profile yet everyday they would tell me they cannot see anything. I would never return to this hotel.

Fantastic value and proximity to airport bus and mtr. Free shuttle offerings to TST! Large clean western style rooms and large pool. A super value in HK!

24 hour front desk were helpful and knowledgeable. Shuttle was very useful, food was excellent. Business center was crucial and family enjoyed the pool, room and dining at the hotel. Will return for another stay!

The two single beds are not good. I prefer the hotel providing a shampoo better than 2-in-1.

Many of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the train station is very convenient. A note about the 3 shuttle locations with a map when reserving would make this stay 10/10.

Cost high per night hotel without any amenities for customers

I think this is a good hotel to stay if doesn't have much budget.

Location, transport

Overall ok, but 2 things: wifi and cleaner. The wifi was very bad. This definitely need improvements. YouTube can stop for a good 5 minutes to load in between clips. Then cleaners, some room cleaners are super considerate, but I met one who came to exchange a duvet for us because our young child was sick and she puked on it. She brought a smaller size duvet for a King size bed, which was fine, but she was like, "I cannot go back to get you the right size duvet because I need to get off work." I mean I respect everyone needs to have a life but she didn't have to make it like it's my problem! I cannot use a double size duvet on a king size bed for me, my husband and my daughter! And on the second last day of my stay, whoever the cleaner was, he/she didn't even finish the job before leaving. The facial tissue box was left opened sideways for some reason and wasn't in the tissue box case. What I like was, the front door personnel were great. They literally ran to help us with baby stroller and shopping bags when they saw us getting off the taxi cap.

Short bed

Everything seemed fine but the bed was very short.

Facilities good, but our room, we think shares a air conditioning vent with the nest room and they are up talking and laughing at 3 and 4am and we could clearly hear them, so woke us. Everything else was great, just a serios lack of sleep!

Wifi needs improvement. Water tank in dehumidifier had to be emptied regularly. Pool closes too soon.

The location is very convenient.

There was a slight complication during our initial check-in but the manager on-duty was able quickly resolved the issue.

No complaints about my overall stay. I had everything I needed and the pool was open. Although it wasn't quite clear that the deluxe rooms did not join which I wanted. The coffee was nice in the morning.

The hotel is a nice one overall - good value, good services, and reasonable condition. The only complaint is the non-functional WiFi. Could not logon 90% of the time, especially in the evening. Even successfully logon in daytime, the speed was crawling!! Have to use my phone (data) as hotspot to access the Internet.

Very good experience from start to the end for my room earlier than check in time or else need to wait much longer and bell boy was very please to help my luggage and all staff members was very helpful cleaning lady clean my room really nice thank you

The location is convenient and so many different restaurants to choose from. The bedding and the comforter are nice but the mattress is too hard. Otherwise I will give it 5 stars.

This is the 4th time to stay in this hotel, all service and condition has reminded same, except the digital TV service wasn’t stable especially receive for the local TV program.

No one likes to help

Bell boy was great. Apart from that all other concierge / front desk shows zero willing to help or assist. Absolute worst service experience from all the hotels I have stayed. Even Lowe stars rating hotels have much better level of service. Asked for luggage trolley they said no despite the fact they had 3 sitting at the lobby. Asked them to assist to book for a 7 seater to Discovery Bay they said no and asked us to get 2 taxi. The list goes on

The room is clean and tidy but the bathroom is small. There are many delicious restaurants near the hotel. Transportation is also convenient, there are many bus routes nearby.

Staff are nice. Suggest to have an in-house Chinese restaurant.

Fresh and clean.

The hotel is located in a residential mixed with industrial area. Hence, is away from tourist spots. However, with just under 5 mins walk to the MTR (underground rail), it is very easy to explore the city. The hotel also provide free shuttle to more central area (tourist spot) I stay in a one bedroom suit on the 12th floor, breakfast are included. The room condition is all within expectation. So do the breakfast. All the staff I encounter are all nice and polite. Tips: if you like dumplings, must try Tian Yuan Dumplings ( 41 Pak Tai Street) A very happy stay.

ROOM IS BIG AND CLEAN, STAFF IS HELPFUL

Hotel on the whole is good, staff very friendly, service is good, I only complaint about the shower in the bathroom, it needs to do a little bit of upgrading!

My room looked like it was being renovated and then stopped halfway. Was not happy.

All good but no water or sign on gym..

I think this modern hotel went too far in trying to be unique and cool. The front lobby is tilted what I guess is 8 degrees with the floor, front counter, door frames, etc all tilted and sloped towards one side. Different but totally not functional. I actually got dizzy and nauseous when I walked through the lobby every morning. The rooms are quite small by American standards and the bathroom can really be used by one person at a time. The hotel is on busy street with lots of activity and small restaurants. The floors in the rooms are made of tile and the click clack of a hard floor can be heard from the floor above. Hotel has lots of good and bad, but choices for hotels in the area are limited.

It has clean room. The servers are nice. Transportation is convenient and very close by

The hotel room and the bathroom was small, there is no mini fridge. Everything works in room so no complaints. The area is safe but noisy with a wet market nearby. The hotel lobby is always full of people.
