Near to Polaris fashion place where you find everything.

Nice hotel, needs a few improvements, mainly the elevator.

Everything very nice.

Check in member was hard to understand. It also took a while to get assistance when we first arrived.

The hotel itself was ok. Typical hotel. Staff was friendly until bedtime. A noisy sport group came in and raised a ruckus. We ignored it until 11:00 pm. Kindly called downstairs and asked if they could please tell the people to be quieter. No avail. Kids running up and down the halls banging on doors. 12:00 pm called to staff again. Please can you talk to the people about the noise! Some people need rest. Again nothing! 1:00am I had had it! I called, now staff won’t answer the phone. So, I go downstairs and the staff is hiding. Won’t come out of office to Check on me. There sets the adults in the cafeteria having a great time. I’m standing there trying to decide do I just call the police for them to handle it or should I ask nicely yet again to be quiet for the sake of people needing sleep… I opted by saying I have to decide should I ask you live or should I call the police. They said why? I told them of the last 3 hours of hell and they could go to their rooms and party. I told them of the kids banging on doors. Those aren’t our kids! I said I’m not assuming they are your children it’s been part of your group. Hockey parents! All done and said they agreed to go to their rooms and I finally got sleep around 2:00 after I calmed down. People!! Hotels are not your private oasis. Some people travel on business and need rest. Be considerate of others!!!

Lacking some major things such as a full length mirror, toiletries that don’t smell like men’s body 3 in 1, and the beds really just weren’t very comfortable but I did enjoy that the floors were not carpet so it felt a lot cleaner. Windows also open which is great. Elevators are very slow, and the whole building smelled very strongly of sewage and purple fabuloso cleaner

Hotel clean, staff won’t tell people to quiet down

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the floors in my room. I had accidentally spilled a soda and used one of the white towels to clean it up. I was positive the towel would be extremely dirty when I was done, but it was actually still white! There was also an issue with housekeeping not restocking half-half or sweeteners when they cleaned my room. I had to find them the next day to ask for more. The huge down side of my stay was the group of hockey teens and their families who decided to party in the evenings. Being on the 2nd floor and close to the open foyer, which was right next to the dining area where they were, I could hear very loud partying, yelling, laughter and kids of all ages running around until well after midnight with nothing said to them by the hotel staff, even though I heard the front desk phone ring a few times. I mentioned something to the front desk clerk in the morning; her response was “Oh, I wasn’t working last night.” She suggested that I should call the front desk if it happened again that night. So, around 11:30pm when the partying, laughing and yelling was going strong, I called the desk. The person who answered seemed extremely hesitant to say anything to the party people. The night was topped off by a group of teens running up the stairs and then down the hallway yelling and laughing. Another person across the hall opened her door to yell at them, which I thanked her for. So don’t expect the hotel staff to do anything about annoying people!

We would stay there again. Staff was great.

One nighter

Quick trip, standard hotel. Really liked that rooms were not carpeted. Bathrooms have a barn door slider so they don’t close all the way when you shut them. Also the loudest ever toilet flusher! Overall would stay again. Good for the location and price.

The hotel was very nice. We were disappointed that the Bar/Restaurant was closed. We typically like to have a cocktail when we are away at the end of the day. The elevator buttons didn't work all the time. This was frustrating especially when there wasn't a sign saying they were working on them. The Hot Water in the sink took forever to even get warm. Shower Hot Water worked great though!

Friendly personnel

The hotel is Close to Many bars and restaurants.It is also close to Rt 71 and to the city of Columbus. The Parking lot is in terrible shape and needs to be replaced.

Very mediocre hotel. Cheap decor in the rooms, poor lighting. Noisy as heck for two of the three nights I was there. Don't recommend. Very nice and helpful staff, though.

Comfortable

Very nice property for a quick over night stay…bar was closed..breakfast was good…small,not a lot of snack options,hate the sliding door for the bathroom not much privacy.rooms not spacious but definitely clean..during my stay the hotel had no wash cloths only one in the room..when I asked for more I was told none was available..they were out of them..it was just a place to stay for the night nothing more..not enough amenities…the maintenance cleaner was rude on the elevator..Breakfast was weird how it’s operated..definitely won’t be back..several hotels within walking distance

Very nice. However- only one elevator was working. The one elevator smelled of mildew. Everything else was perfect.

Shower was not clean

Be careful if you are expecting to use the ev charging. The non Tesla ones don’t work and only the one Tesla supposedly works but even with my adapter it didn’t work. They are not planning on fixing.

Wonderful staff.

Overall the room was nice and the hotel was quiet, but the customer service was poor. The housekeeping ladies were rude and being nasty. It took them 2 days to come clean my room. The breakfast could be better it was more of a grab and go.

The room was very clean. The hotel was very clean. The room felt so cozy. We only needed it for 1 night but we will be staying again!

Excellent service

So this was a good property for a night, the rooms were clean. Parking is extremely limited with no overflow. The rooms were well appointed but missing things like a hair dryer, makeup mirror, etc just to nit pick. The ice machine on two was constantly running very loudly. also you can hear the neighbors going in and out so if noise bothers you maybe not your first choice. The staff was extremely nice however. Good for a night traveling overall and it was cheaper than other hotels on the area.

The only issued we encountered was we could hear the elevator in use through our hotel room wall all night.

The hotel was close to Polaris mall & a lot of food options. Loved the place . The only thing that needed fixing was the elevator.

Most staff didn’t speak English and was unfriendly. Expedia listing is incorrect. Nice facility but things need updated on listing.

Didn’t like the parking out front. Rows too close that makes it tricky to back out of.
