Andres is going a great job managing the property. Everything was great. Clean rooms, clean grounds, the only issue was the cable having a weak signal which of course is out of the hotel’s control. I brought to the the GM’s attention and he handled it very professionally and to my satisfaction. I would definitely be back again, the rooms are remodeled and for the price, and location, honestly it can’t really be beat!

First of all I came to this hotel to use the jacuzzi they told me that it was working when I went to go get into the pool area because he was cold the pool was warm but it was cold then we get to our room the floor is nasty and dirty and the microwave has no plate in it that turns also the shower doesn't even get hot

Horrible condition all the way around! Shower was nasty, abandoned rvs and vehicles in the parking lot. Very run down, unsafe and undesirable to stay at.

I checked in at 11:30 pm and heard the girls in back of me say they were not checking in but looking dor their friends. Well the frat party was next to me. Tried to drown it out with tv but cable box was off the wall and tucked between wall and dresser. Putting towels under door now to avoid weed smell. Not happy. In addition, toilet so low it hurts my knees to come back up. Bumpy mattress. I paid way too much for this lousy night.

The entire place is under construction. I stayed in an updated room and the job was done terribly. There were no towel bars, the floors were not level and the vinyl flooring was bubbled up and not stuck to the floors in areas. The entire place felt unsafe. Actually a shooting and murder near by the night before I left. Parking was a joke with numerous dumpsters, storage containers, and construction crew trucks everywhere. The parking lots were cluttered with garbage and what looked like someone’s entire house full of belongings. Booked with Expedia and had a receipt of paid in full but the hotel still required a deposit that I was told I “should” get back in 3-5 days. I was going to extend the stay one more night to prevent moving for one night to another place before leaving to check into an Airbnb due to work needs, but when I asked the front desk they would not simply add another night. They wanted another deposit even though I had already paid a deposit, had NOT checked out and actively had a room. They did me a favor and made the decision for me to check out. Will NEVER stay there again.

The stay was horrible I had roaches in my room and in bed.

Every inch of this place was stained or damaged. Stuff laying around everywhere.

Hotel was okay for a stay if needed. My room had stained carpet and tub. Everything seemed cleaned, just could’ve appeared better. They were renovating rooms at the time, this could all be a moot point. Didn’t feel the safest, seemed to be some people living in the rooms. Good location, off the freeway and access to dining.

There was so many food options around! We walked to get food most of the time! Clean rooms!

Roaches dirty ass restroom and had bed bugs wish I never went place should be shut down . Random peopl knocking on my door in the middle of the night and morning.

Just say it was ok was not worth the money we paid for it. I will not be staying at one anytime soon.

The room was gross. Screws halfway screwd in to hold multiple things in place and the bed was on a roller frame so anytime you move at night it moves.

It's a clean flop house basically. I don't know which impressed me more; the bullet holes in the dresser, or the gouges in the bathtub that made it appear dirty. Not worth the money. Tom Bodett should turn the light off...

The service was ok. Normal service for a hotel like this. We checked in and when open the room door, the room was dirty, full of beer cans and bed was not done. Very disappointed.

This place smells to the high heaven's.I guess it's under construction but it doesn't make a difference the new rooms have old furniture old everything .The sheets and towels smell weird and old . Honestly t It smells really weird on this whole property I can't even describe it .The pool is where they put the money and some cheap @ss paint on the building.its over price I would have rather slept in my car and saved my time and money.They should just throw the whole building away it's not worth saving.

I had a few concerns such as toilet not flushing, blood splatters on bathroom sink, rug dirty as i had my four year old with me.Other than those listed it was an average stay experience.

I stayed on that property on Elliot and Tempe for 2 weeks and the staff was super nice super professional but easy to talk to. Accommodating the area around the property was kept nice and clean the workers that were there were always courteous and went out of their way to make you first the overall experience was just wonderful I'd recommend that one to everybody

This hotel is so bad me and my wife checked in walked in our room and checked right back out without getting security deposit or reimbursement for 2 nights we were supposed to stay there. Rooms were disgusting unsleepable and a waste of money. This hotel needs shut down until it is completely remodeled.

Our room was in the middle of a construction zone literally. On either side of our room there was very loud tile saws and other power tools, which was all we could hear. We got a room change after the 1st night. The second room was more quiet, but the mattress was somehow sloped, my wife actually fell out of the bed because of this. We were booked for a third night but chose not to stay in those conditions. Would like a refund for the night we didn't stay.

Very noisy a bunch of guys were outside of my hotel, drinking and yelling and making cat calls at me every time I came in and out of my door someone was smoking fentanyl below me. As I came out my door on the patio and looked down there was someone smoking it outside their room on the first floor. Felt very unsafe and did not leave my room at night.
