Do not stay here! This place should not be open for business. Looks like they were housing homeless during covid. Unsafe, unclean, unlivable. They only positive was I got a refund with no hassle.

Every time I left the property when I returned I had to get a new electronic key. Unacceptable. After returning late one night there was a puddle of water in the middle of the floor. Small about the size of a dinner plate. No obvious signs of how it got there.

Room was subpar. Outdated Furniture. Arms rests on chairs were cemented with dirt and grime. Walls were dirty with scrapes and marks. Bed springs was so old that it caved in the middle when you slept in it. Would not stay again.

I was given room #229. The room reeked of cigarette smoke as if someone had just lit ip a cigarette.I immediately informed the front desk person that the room reeked of cigarette smell and the room lights were not working. And that i could not accept the room. The front desk gave me a door key to room # 112 and the room was old almost delapidated and had roach infestation. I again informed the front desk per son that I could not accept this room either and i requested a full refund. The front desk stated that she would refund me my $50 dollar deposit but that I would need to speak with the manager the following day between the hours of 11 am-3:00 pm. The following day i was refunded $50 dollar deposit and i will follow up with the manager.

This hotel took my money when I did not pay their deposit in cash I told them hotels.com showed me all the current charges and taxes which were paid I did not get my room and they did not issue a refund in my opinionhotels.com should credit me a stay or at least refund my money in full I'm very disappointed with the service from hotels.com and from motel 6.

To be honest with you, I’ve stayed in hotels like this before just because it’s economical so I guess I got what I paid for but I’ve never experienced a place this disgusting mind you the staff work great. They help me when I had issues but when I first checked into my room, I had asked for a smoking room. They only had one and when I walked in there, I swear I saw something scurry under the bed. But I checked under there there was nothing. I gotta put my stuff down to go use the restroom and come to find out that the toilet seat was completely off the toilet and there was a little roach inside the bowl. I asked the staff member to see if they can swap me rooms and they told me that that was the only smoking room available which I kind of think it’s baloney also only because there was a couple in front of me when I went to tell him to see if I can swap the rooms because of the toilet seat, I overheard her offering them a smoking room, which I didn’t cause any issues. It’s no big deal but when I finally got into my new room and get settled in. I was noticing that the sheet wasn’t on the all the way on the bed in the bed have massive stains all over which was kind of gross. Some parts of the walls had nothing but holes in it and at one point in my stay, I had noticed roach, eggs, and roaches rolling around everywhere not a big fan of those bad boys, but at least they didn’t have bedbugs right? Not to mention the noise from the outside there’s a lot of folk that walk around yell

Me dieron una habitacion que ya estaba ocupada, luego me movieron a otra no tenia tapa de inodoro, luego me movieron a otra tenia la tapa del tanque del inodoro rota, la pared dentro del baño rota, el espejo roto, todo estaba muy sucio tuve que limpiar todo y me quede porque no tenia mas opcion ya que era unos dias por trabajo.

No shower pull

Shower did not have a shower pull. To switch from the tub filler spout to the shower head and there is no tub stopper. I Called front desk and informed them of this issue before 10 am they told me that they would call maintence. Maintenance never showed.

Arrived with IT folks working on the network. Employees did not acknowledge me for a bit. Once she (Bobbie) did, she was quite pleasant. Even though I had a receipt for my reservation, I was forced to wait until the network issue was resolved for the POS in order to check me in. Went to my room - there was someone already using it. Ugh. Bobbie was kind enough to apologize (and I do realize it was not her fault - clearly a miscommunication from housekeeping or perhaps system issue due to ther network issues at the time). There was no internet the entire night - luckily I had unlimited via my phone to HotSpot the laptop in order to do some research for our friend day we were all having. I'm disappointed that I was not offered any sort of discount for the couple of inconveniences.

Was a terrible experience. Ask the Front Desk lady to extend us by one night ended up not having that then when we got back Saturday at 2 o’clock we see housekeeping packing up our stuff without our permission or anything they threw away a bunch of valuable stuff would not suggest this place ever

Not happy for the price paid

There bathroom door was off the hinge.There was no telephone in the room.The bath tube had mold ring around the edges.The air conditioning was broken didn’t cool the room at all very muggy. The lighting was poor one lamp didn’t have a lamp shade and there was a drawer missing from the dresser.

3ft by 2 ft Hole in the wall in the bathroom with no sheetrock, the mirror was cracked from top to bottom, it had no light bulbs in the lamps, only 1 pillow per queen size bed and the bathroom was disgusting. The window was wide open when we arrived with no screen, we left and found a different hotel. Would not reccomend ever.

Smelled like a walk in ash tray. Holes in the walls. Staines on the shower. Cigarette burns on the sheets. Floor and shower had water damage. Had bad pillows and only left 1 per person and when asked for more, none were given. No extra toilet paper. Was told refunds were not given. Would not ever stay here again. Worst experience ive ever had.

Absolute ship hole. Three room changes. 1st room mold in bathroom, cigarette smell in non-smoking room, and a continuously running toilet. 2nd room mold in bathroom, no pipe connected to bathroom sink, so water straight to floor. 3rd room didn’t even need a key to open the door. We went back to the 2nd room, put a garbage pail under the sink drain like we were camping. Staff just there for a pay check, lazy, and unable to resolve issues. When we left at 8 am, police were filling report for someone breaking into a car in the back lot. Don’t stop for this place, keep driving or keep scrolling. If I could give them a zero here, I would.

Do not stay here. The

I had to go to four different rooms before finding one that had been cleaned. One room had pink and red stained towels all over the bed, another room had the plumbing laying down on the ground under the sink. The final room I decided to stay in, had no phone and no safety lock on the door. It was disgusting.
