Uncomfortable pillows and rude front desk staff!! Not friendly!

The hotel was very nice, clean modern. It had spacious rooms and delicious breakfast was offered. Only the TV was not working rest everything was excellent

The rooms were clean, parking was close and cheap, and the breakfast was fantastic!

I really enjoyed this locale. I was torn between this one and downtown Element. I chose this one because it has a pool and the parking fee was much less. Im so glad I went with this location because it was still convenient to downtown and Zilker Park, about 20 minutes drive and I didn’t have to pay the outrageous $65 per night parking fee. They also accommodated my request for extra towels ahead of arrival. The only few things, which were minor and not really too much of an issue was that there was not an extra set of blankets and sheets for the pull out sofa bed. In my experience these are usually kept in the closet at top in a plastic zipper bag, but it wasn't an issue to get them from the front. Just had to go all the way down and get them after a long trip in and they were also a little heavy for me since I've had a neck and back injury. The other minor issue was that upon arrival, I waited like 15 minutes for someone to come help me and check in. There was a gentleman working the bar and cleaning up since it was past 10pm who never addressed me even though I was standing there for some time. I had to ask him if anyone was working the font desk before he did anything about it. Yet, he was able to have a full chat with a passerby about her dress. So that was a little annoying and I as really tired and my family was waiting in the car. Otherwise, It was a really nice stay. The pool is salt water so that was nice and the breakfast & workout room 👍👍

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Our room was spacious and very clean. The gentleman who helped us with our check in and check out was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay!

Little kitchen area, proximity to early/late public transit to downtown. Great staff, breakfast/coffee - welcoming, safe, and conveniently located.

The check in person said my Credit card on check in was refused twice even though it went through my bank.

Super clean, great open spaces to sit and work. Nice workout room. Great breakfast, infused water, complimentary coffee all day and hot teas at night. Simple touches yet meaningful to customers. I will stay there again and again.

Not spacious, but lovely and quiet

Very nice hotel in a great shopping area. Room was smaller, but clean and in good condition. Staff was nice. Hotel was quiet and bed was comfy.

Friendly and responsive staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good location, easy parking, and a very decent breakfast offering.

Overall we had a great experience. Checked in early and was able to make the game we planned on going to after getting settled in our room.

Everything was great, and the hotel was charming and modern with excellent customer service. It's close to the domain, so you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. The only downside was the breakfast, which was very basic with few options.

Nice last minute stay. Beds are comfortable and the staff is pleasant. Will stay again.

Large, clean and comfortable rooms!

Lovely experience after another hotel “lost” my Expedia reservation. I’m so lucky I found this property instead. Breakfast was excellent. Pool was nice. Staff and property were excellent.

The rooms were super clean. The property offers and staff is amazing. I did not like the garage and the way you access the hotel from the garage.

I loved everything about this hotel. Only one thing was the pillows were so thin, doesn't support your neck, I'll be bringing my own pillows next time. But the bed was super comfortable though. Everything was awesome.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Extremely nice hotel: clean, comfortable, great water pressure and heat! Love the espresso machine!! This is where I will stay from now on.

Great and Relaxing Stay

Great weekend stay for us, we slept in and played backgammon in the pool area and lobby well into the night and great coffee.

Nice hotel with good breakfast. Very convenient to all Domain has to offer.

It was a convenient 15 minute drive to downtown. We came to Austin for the eclipse and to see the city. The hotel was very nice! Will use again in the future.

Well-run boutique hotel near the new Q2 Stadium

Extremely well-run small boutique hotel with delicious buffet breakfast, the Westin-style bedding package, rooms with high ceilings, super-fast WiFi, and great windows. Kevin at the front desk was an extraordinarily helpful contact. The lobby is open and airy. I can't wait to return

My husband and I stayed while we were in Austin to spend Easter with our daughter. We throughly enjoyed every aspect of the hotel. We will be back.

Our favorite place to stay in Austin.

Love this hotel. It has a great location, it is comfortable, and the breakfast is good. Two small complaints - the pet fee is a bit steep and they started charging for parking.

Awesome Place

Element Austin at the Domain was excellent. Clean, large room. Comfy bed. Great location. A+

A really great home base away from home. Easily reachable via public transit, and could commute downtown as needed. Wonderful morning breakfast and super soft beds, comforters, and pillows (which mean a lot when working 12 hour days at a festival). :)

The hotel was in a great location, very clean and rooms were spacious and comfortable beds. There was a bar in the lobby that was open until 10, and the free breakfast was wonderful. There were so many options, including a station where the chef made eggs to order. They assigned us the wrong room at check-in, but we were able to get the issue fixed with no problems.

Loved the staff. The one downside was the smell from the bathroom. All in all, seemed clean and well organized.

Some electrical issues. Tv and several outlets didn’t work

No complaints here... i am very impressed with the service and the presentation of the room

It was a beautiful place and the girl that checked us in was very sweet and helpful. Our room was clean and very comfortable will be looking forward to a stay there again ☺️

Wonderful staff! Breakfast could be better, need more healthy options as well. Nice room and the expression machine is nice in the lobby. Nice 7-10 minute walk to parts of the Domain shopping area. Will stay here again next time in Austin.

Great Stay!

Our family had a great stay at Element Austin! We were in town for a soccer game at Q2 and to visit family and the location was absolutely perfect.

It was a nice hotel and the room was good. We enjoyed the free breakfast every morning. It’s too far from the action at the Domain, so driving is a must. Great Mexican restaurant across the street from hotel.

Rooms were simply modern with an elevated feel. We were impressed with the design, decor, and cleanliness. The only inconvenience was having to walk through the whole lobby everytime we wanted to go from the parking garage to our room. I will definitely consider The Element the next time we plan on booking a hotel.

Terrible Stay! BE CAREFUL!!

i had a terrible experience here and I do intend to place a review on Google. I parked in an UNMARKED spot, that also had an EV charger on it. I purposely picked the one spot without a sign. might add, none of the EV signs called out a tow away possibility anyway. about 11:30 PM, thank goodness, my car notified me it was being stolen and i rushed downstairs to find it gone. i called 911 and started a stolen report and the APD as they tried to help me, asked me about the hotel. I was literally standing at the front desk talking to the police, and the employees watched me, only to find out later they towed my vehicle. They literally watched me report a car stolen that they knew was towed by them. Then they said it was because i parked in an EV spot, marked for tow away, which it was not, and further she told me the GM approved it. This could all have been avoided in many way. First, a sign, marked as tow away would help. Or, the entrance has "hotel guest only signs" with tow away warnings(that say nothing about EV spots). well, they do not verify car info as you check in, so how do you know who is staying and who is not? If you had, you could have called my room and asked me to move the car rather than cause me to go to an unsafe part of town at 12am in the morning to get my car and then show no empathy and cost me $250. One more detail, i then saw they have tow trucks stationed outside of the garage!! Unbelievable! Picture attached

Nice brand new hotel. Modern styling. A Marriott brand so the things you expect from a Marriott are on point. Nice to have a fresh made option at breakfast. Not many gluten free choices but there is a Greek yogurt station as well as the usual pastries for breakfast. Little kitchen in the room is more on par with a more extended stay place which is nice. Pool is shaded by the parking garage and the rooms that wrap around. Not super close to the actual shopping area of the domain but still a nice area. Quiet. Bed was comfy but slightly soft for my preference. We’d definitely stay at an element again in the future

100% would stay again!

Front desk was incredibly helpful. Entire hotel is on filtrations system. “Managers special” everyday from 5:30-6:30 for 2 glasses of wine and with a few snacks. Very clean! Breakfast was also so good!

GREAT Experience!!

This stay was the most comfortable I have been when traveling for business or while on vacation. I really appreciated all the small touches that made such a big impact in making me feel at home so I could feel rested and ready to charge into my day. Thank you to the front desk and those providing breakfast who were all SO welcoming and helpful. The housekeeping staff kept everything so clean and tidy. You were all AWESOME!!

I found a very clean place but also a clean atmosphere speaking in visual terms; very friendly staff and wonderful location

The morning food area need to stay full with food until the time of closing (9:30am). When we were at the hotel, the staff did not replenish the food.

The hotel is very good but there was only 1 staff on duty so we had to wait for her to finish other errands

Rooms were nice, staff was friendly. Free breakfast was okay. My main complaint was the incredibly slow elevators. We were on the 5th floor and it usually took about 5 minutes to get to the lobby each time because the elevators were so slow.

Incredible hotel! Would definitely stay again loved the kitchenettes in the room. Breakfast was a bit disappointing but it's free.

The style was modern with unique wall art. The digital clock in the bathroom mirror was a nice touch.

Perfect location for sightseeing downtown ATX and the Domain area. Hotel was super clean and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!
