The stuff is horrible at the front desk ( I paid for 3 adults and they gave me a hard time checking in to the hotel. They wouldn’t give a room that have 3 beds. They kept insisting to purchase an extra room. After hour la of negotiations… they gave a room that have only 2 beds. This hotel is a big NON NO For anyone that want 3. Beds. Over all I will never come back to this hotel.

No toilet paper on bathroom. Dirty & Old Carpet. Connections for computers and mobile devices outdated. fridge empty, why have it? Bar attendance worst location within hotel, unconfortable seats, personel with limited English, difficult to communicate.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now and have never been disappointed, it is very comfortable, ideally located and the staff are great. Thank you

A Breath of Fresh Air

Nice, comfortable place not too far from Hongqiao airport. Had been staying in a local hotel chain that smelled horribly of smoke and had a concrete slab for a mattress, so we decided to transfer to the Crowne Plaza instead. It was literally a breath of fresh air. Even though it was a 40-45 minute Didi/taxi ride away from the more touristed parts of the city, my wife and I still would have like to stay here another couple days.

Amazing hotel with the best bed ever!

I travel to this area for business quite frequently, and I must say - I do love this hotel! From the smell when you walk into reception (it smells amazing!) the decor throughout the whole hotel, the friendly & very helpful staff, the rooms are amazing! Great range of toiletries, the biggest bed ever which is extremely comfortable, the buffet breakfast has a great choice too. To be honest I could go on! The only things I haven’t had time to use are the pool & the fitness centre but my colleagues who use this have never complained. It is close by plenty of restaurants and shops, and close to the metro. I would 100 percent recommend this hotel.

prime location for airport, nice deco in pulic areas with taste, best gym I have been, room a bit dated but clean and acceptable. Reception always busy with queues requiring more hands

Nice to stay near by Hongqiao Air port

I had to stay at Shanghai cuz of missing flight. And The Crown plaza Noah was close to Airport and quite pleasant to stay. Only one thing of room service food was not so good ( Veggie curry and Singapore style noodle were not accaptable...we couldnt finish none of them) - Anyway overall, staying in Crown plaza was nice!If i have to stay near by Hongqiao airport I will stay again here.

Not happy about the invoicing and finance policy. I am not able to get a tax receipt and was advised to make the reservation directly with the hotel. The hotel management doesn't even bother to address my concern. Had similar booking thru online payment for my other stay at different hotel and did not have a single issue pertaining to tax receipt from hotel.

A good 4-star hotel

The hotel is clean and we had a comfortable room. The room was spacious, we were comfortable inviting 2 guest in the room for drinks and snacks. The bed was comfortable, large bathroom, good supply of towels, etc. The hotel is 5 minutes from a subway station. There is a Starbucks next to the hotel. The pool is very nice. We would go back there again.

Crowne Plaze - Hongqiao area

Hotel was very nice overall, but there is no way to moderate the temperature in the room. My family had two separate rooms and both rooms stayed at 26 at all times despite the A/C being on high and set at 19. The front desk said there was nothing they could do about the issue. It made the entire experience less than what I would have hoped for at the hotel.

Hotel service and staff were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and had lots of options. Starbucks, Burger King and Bank of China (money exchange) next to the hotel. Metro at the mall was close and super easy to navigate. Also close to Hongqiao airport, maybe too close for taxi service. I think our taxi driver purposely drove in circles to get a higher fare.

Mostly good

Hotel is of fairly new construction and staff is very helpful and friendly. Concierge helped me buy a ticket for high speed train to Hangzhou for RMB$30 service fee which was a steal for not having to line up at the train station, nor to get there early to do so. Lots of subway construction going on around hotel, but such is life in Shanghai. I would have given it 4.5 stars had it not been for the fact that: Heater in room was set so high it could not be adjusted downwards; TV Volume was real high and could not be adjusted lower, and lastly, while I got a non smoking room, i could smell cig. smoke walking down the hallway of the floor. And yes, there was a boat in front of the building!

Great Hotel -Good Location

Stayed for three nights on my business trip in second week of September 2015 on the 10th Floor. Room is very large, very clean, in room amenities excellent.Staff are very helpful and always trying to help even if some of them have English language issues.Break fast buffet is very large with a wide variety.More Asian spread than western but did not trouble me.Used Gym which once again is in great condition. Considering the price, service and overall quality, would surely stay again if i return to Shanghai.

Ok very good hotel but strange that english is not mastered at the desk. Second black point is why visa internal gold is not working

在地铁站和中环线附近，交通方便。服务大至到位。酒店内有不错的西式日式粤菜和本帮菜餐廳。可能这酒店已开业好几年，装修有点旧了，洗澡淋头的水力也比較弱。

The room temperature never went under 25°C which made a really uncomfortable stay. Other than that, the hotel is quite nice but old.

海外のホテルで英語が通じず困ったことはなかったのですが、ここはほとんど英語が通じず。片言の中国語と筆談になってしまい、急ぐ際には困りました。ただ、出がけに急な雨で傘を取りに戻ろうとした際、傘を貸してくださり、優しさは感じました。

Disappointed

Overall is ok except the booking problem between the hotel and hotel.com, I was booked with 3 King bed rooms, however, the front desk girl told me hotel.com book us at twin beds rooms, I was suprises and disappointed cos this is the first time I book rooms via hotel.com had problem. At last, the manager provide 1 king bed room only.

非常方便

健身房的阿姨態度有點兒沒有愛心，我做完運動衣服濕了，說借一條浴巾包上去房間洗完澡再拿下去還給她，她開始說不行，最後我說我凍流鼻涕了，她才又一次問我登記房間號勉強借用（洗完澡我還下去給她了） 門口禮賓態度非常好，27號晚的值班大堂經理很棒，幫我解決了一個非常大的問題。感謝非常感謝。

Store værelser og godt internet

Hotellet ligger i perfekt afstand til mit arbejdes kontor. Men hotellet i sig selv er en fornøjelse at bo på. Dejligt store værelser. Internettet virker rigtig godt og det er med indbygget VPN, så man kan tilgå de samme websites som derhjemme. Efter at de fornyligt fik færdiggjort en skywalk over den nærliggende intersection, kan man nu komme mellem hotellet og metrostationen uden at skulle krydse vejen. Morgenbuffeten er fantastisk.
