We were there in November 2024 two weeks before the end of the season and we liked everything. Planning to go there again.

Nice compact hotel with beautiful beach

Very nice compact hotel, its alongside the beach so the sea visible from most areas in the hotel and everything is closeby . The beach was amazing- it was private, with sand where kids could play. There were always spaces available at the beach and pool. The food and drinks were also nice, good variety and desserts were top! all the staff were friendly. The only downside was the fact that the main and kids pools and water slides water temperature was very cold so it was not comfortable to swim in it with 5yr old. Overall nice and we would return!

The room has a connected door to the neighboring guest. So noisy. I lost my ring in the sea and the front desk is unfriendly to help. Please stay away from this hotel!!!

This all inclusive was amazing compared to many others I’ve stayed in. Most importantly, the food was great! There were plenty of options every night and they even have a late option for breakfast for the people who like to sleep in on vacation. Most of the staff spoke English as well as Russian. The beach was great and there were plenty of chairs. The cabanas are beautiful and a great option to reserve if traveling with a group. Hotel room was clean, had a beautiful view of the beach, and anything you may need while vacationing. The only downside is there wasn’t too much to do at night besides hang out on the pier where they had a DJ until midnight.

The management is very weak and very dictatorial and threatening in such a way that they called me and threatened me. Why did you ask a question about this issue, what if another guest wants to come? You are very uneducated.

Overall, the property was good. A couple of deficiencies I noticed. 1. The A/C throughout the resort was inadequate. 2. The staff at the food court couldn’t get their act together with correct order details. Excuses could be made but in the end, that’s all they are. Just excuses. The a/c systems need to be updated. For the amount the resort charges, one doesn’t expect there to be problems.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere,friendly staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean room with excellent service. Food was really good. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Fantastic stay!

We had an amazing stay here! We decided to treat ourselves to 3 nights at the all inclusive after travelling around Turkey for 10 days and we are so happy we did! The beach and pool were stunning and great to relax. The food was impressive and there was so much choice (even for a vegan like me!) and we found the staff helpful. I would definitely recommend to others. Yes there is music and it can be loud, but we still found it easy to relax and it had a really great atmosphere. I would come back again!

Had one week vacation with my family at the resort. Pros: 1. Excellent food: Stuff at the kitchen was doing very well. Variety and quality was above excellence. 2. Friendly Stuff: Every stuff was welcoming and making sure that we are having good time. 3. Entertainment: This is the best part. This hotel attracts all kind of tourists: from families with bunch of kids to young single active fellas. Every disco or dancing show was suitable for everybody. Everyday different program. Very modern and energising 6 out of 5 to entertainment department💪 Cons. I wish management would invest more in hotel rooms and plumbing. You can tell that its newly remodelled facility but in a cheap way. 1. Drain is smelly: if you keep bathroom open and balcony closed, entire room will have weird smell. Might bother people with sensitive nose. 2. Mattresses and pillows are poor quality. If you sensitive to this things you may have sleep issues. I guess you can't have everything. And In my opinion this hotel has very good price/quality ratio. Thank you to all hotel stuff for wonderfull stay. I'm definitely consider to come back some time.

Terrible Customer Service

Hotel staff wasn’t very accommodating. A friend of mine made the reservation for the week before not realizing that we didn’t arrive until this week. They didn’t offer any assistance other than we could just rebook and pay all over again. Being that it was already 9pm and I was in the middle of no where, I just rebooked. Then once we finally re-booked they take me to a dirty room that hasn’t been cleaned. So they then have to find another room to put me into. Overall the customer service wasn’t the best. Also the location is ideal if you’d like to get out and see things you are very far away from everything. When I return to turkey I would not stay here again and I also wouldn’t recommend this place.

Super clean hotel, cleaning crew was working very hard to keep the hotel/beach clean, food was tasty, animation team was good unfortunately costumer service was bad especially at the food court. There was 3 times I waited 30 minutes for the server and never came to take my order, multiple times at the buffet restaurant I would eat without anything to drink. I suggest just place some drinks where costumers can go get their own drink like it’s for tea and coffee.

Very noisy hotel!

PROs - good coffee in main lobby bar - helpful personal - fresh orange juice every morning - food overal was good CONs - Poor quality of room cleaning (leak of personal) - VERY NOISY -- Room is not noise isolated at all - you will hear everything what is going on in other rooms - like children crying or couple having s*x. --- Every day is partying on the stage till midnight! Every day!!! It is insane, as you want to sleep and you just can't because even if you will close all windows, you will hear basses on you room like you are on the stage!

Nice hotel But zero in service

We made reservation through hotel.com. 1st when we arrived at the airport, no shuttle. No international phone with us we tried to call the hotel and they said they didn't have our reservation. By ourselves we found transportation, 2h30 trip. When we,arrived they didn't find our reservation and said they couldn't do anything. We managed to call hotels.com and finally after 1hr problem was fixed. Nice hotel but they didn't clean and change sheets and towels during our stay. We had to request towels. Service is very bad and slow. All inclusive but if you want for lunch or diner a drink, water or wine, be prepared to wait until you finish your meal. Food is not at the top for this kind of hotel. Even during the day you have to wait for ever. When we left, even if we,were flexible on time, hotel was not able to provide us a shuttle. Difficulty for them to speak English.

Everything was really good except, too much music which is not always good. You want to enjoy the seaview, read a book or just talk with your friends without too much disco music. They should restrict the timing to a few hours in a day.

Super nice family hotel!

You won't be disappointed,they are all nice people working at Grand Park,they make everthing easy for you,checking time was 2pm but we showed up at 9 am so we had to wait for our room, but,you can not compare Turkish hospitality any where in the world,we were allowed to access everything from the free buffet to the pool which we saved almost a day for our vacation thanks a bunch to Mr. Turan at the front desk and others helped us a lot,so I should mention that very clean place and variety of delicious Turkish food also thanks so much to Mr.Serkan the food and beverage manager that he makes your life easier.the swimming pools and the beach were spectacular.I assure you that you will love this family resort.

Maalesef otelin kapanma dönemine denk geldik. Birçok ultra lüks otel ile aynı fiyatı ödedik ancak yarı kalitede bile hizmet almadı k. Het gün üç gündür kesilmiş duran peunirler, kalitesiz ve aç kapa bir şarap, isimsiz rakılar, içi soya leblebi dolu çerez vb... Ultra tanımı ile uzak yakın ilgisiz... Hayal kırıklığına uğradık

Hotelin konumu muhteşem. Denizle neredeyse içiçe. İmkanları yeterli. Yiyecek ve içecek konusunda bir sıkıntı çekmiyorsunuz.

Eşimle birlikte günü birlik bir seyahat için tercih ettik. Otelin çalışanları çok cana yakın ve güler yüzlü. Oteldeki tüm sosyal ve özel alanlar gayet titiz bir şekilde temizlenmiş ve düzenli olarak da temizliği, kontrolü yapılıyor. Yemekler gerçekten çok iyiydi. Ayrıca deniz ayaklarınızın dibinde. Daha uzun tatiller için de tercih edilebilecek çok nezih bir otel

Ulkomaista ja paikallista alkoholia on riittävästi.Hygienia 10+.Hotelli sopii parhaiten 20-50 vuotiaille. 90% ukrainalaisia turisteja.Kuumetta mitattiin hotelliin tullessa ja ruokailemaan mennessä.Henkilökunta piti maskia, mutta turistit ei.Kannattaa varata huone merinäköala, koska puutarhapuolelle kuuluu moottoritieltä melua.Kuljetus hotellista lentokentälle ayt maksaa 30 EUR. Hotellissa nahkakauppa, laukkukauppa, vaatekauppa ja tavallinen pieni kauppa. Hotellissa on myös spa ja sisäuima-allas. Hauskaa oli ja saimme paljon uusia ystäviä.

Geçen yıl da aynı otele gitmiştik; fakat o zaman çok temizdi. Bu yıl oda temizliğini zorla yaptırdık. Banyodaki şampuanı, duş jelini değiştirememe gibi garip şeylerle karşılaştık. Eğlence o kadar kötüydü ki kendi kendilerine çalıyorlardı. Hiç bir animasyon yoktu. Yemek masalarına servis yapan elemanlar zorla servis yapıyorlardı resmen. Memnun kaldığımız için tekrar gitmiştik. Bir daha gitmeyi düşünmediğimiz oteller arasında

Tesis hiçbir şekilde masraftan kaçınmamış olup kaliteyi üst düzeyde sunmakta temizlik yemek misafirperverlik her türlü ihtiyaç çözmede seferber olan bir yer, her sene gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir yer Deniz ve sahil çok güzel. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü yardımsever ve samimi, Her şey için teşekkürler her şey çok mükemmeldi

Heel net en mooi hotel. De muziek staat een hele dag veel te luid aan het zwembad. Wanneer je een kamer hebt met zeezicht blijft de muziek luid spelen tot 12 uur. Dit is enorm frustrerend.

Das Hotel war des Geldes Wert. Direkter Zugang zum Strand und zum Meer. Das Meerwasser ist sehr sauber und glasklar. Sehr schönes Ambiente mit dem Pier und gemütliche Atmosphäre bis in die Nacht. Das Essen war vielseitig und schmeckte sehr gut. Zudem eine unglaublich gute und leckere Pattisserie, welche von 10 bis 24 Uhr offen hat. Zusätzlich ist Antalya-Stadt innerhalb 25-30min und Kemer innerhalb 10min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Schöne Poolanlage inlk. Nebenpool mit tollen Rutschbahnen. Negativ anzumerken wären nur die überhöhten Preise der Shishas, dass bei der grossen Rutsche die Übergänge flüssiger verlaufen müssen und dass der Sand beim Volleyballfeld unbedingt feiner sein muss, damit keine Schürfwunden beim Spielen entstehen. Alles in allem würden wir liebend gern das Hotel wieder buchen, denn es ist sicherlich eines der besten in der Umgebung.

Güzel ve Keyifli bir otel.

Otellin denize yakın olması ve her yere (yemek-kaydıraklar-havuz) çok kısa yürüyerek gitmek gerçektende güzeldi. Arazisi büyük olmadığından yürüme mesafeleri kısa oluyor. Kaydırakları yeterli. Otoparkı gölgelik olması çok iyi. Temizlik olarak iyi bir otel. Yemekleri biraz daha fazla çeşit olabilse daha iyi olurdu.

Отличный отель за свою цену

Отличный отель. Обслуживание на высшем уровне, прекрасный пляж, чисто везде. Нам дали номер с видом на море с огромным балконом, таких всего 3 в отеле. Еда вкусная, нет только морепродуктов. В остальном все супер!

Otel gerçekten konumu itibariyle çok güzel. Girişte Şampanya ve kızımıza tatil Arkadaşı olarak hediye edilen minik balık, odamıza hoşgeldiniz denerek gönderilen şarap ve meyveler gerçekten çok zarif ve etkileyici. Çalışanlar her zaman güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Şezlong ve ya havlu problemi asla Yok. 24 saat yiyip içecek bir şeyler bulabiliyorsunuz. Mini club görevlilerine ayrı teşekkür ediyorum. Bütün çocuklarla çok yakından ilgililer, ve sürekli aktiviteler ile çocuklara güzel bir tatil sunmak için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Odalar biraz küçük ama sadece akşam yatmak için girdiğiniz için büyük dert olmuyor. Mutfağı gayet zengin fakat Tek eksik yanı çocuklar için ayrı bir menü çıkarmamaları. Çorbalar hep baharatlı olduğu için çocuğumuz şikayetçiydi. Yine de zengin menüsü sayesinde hiç aç kalmadık. Tüm otel çalışanlarına teşekkür ediyorum
