Excellent choice.

Comfortable and clean. Pet friendly, with a patio door to bring in your pet and other things. An excellent breakfast is included in the price of the room. Reasonably priced.

The deadbolt on the door didn’t work because the door was not hung properly, there was a gap and we could see the hallwsy.Lots of dust in the room, not cleaned very well.

This is an older hotel and it is starting to get a little shabby but it is overall clean and comfortable for an overnight stay. I appreciate that the heater/air conditioning unit is not under the window and curtain - at least in the single King room we had. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast had good warm food options. The employees were friendly and kind. The walls are a little thin and traffic noise from the highway was noticeable overnight.

Dirtiest hotel room I have ever been in. After 2 days we moved to another hotel. Evening shift girl told everyone about her personal life. No personal hygiene whatsoever. Mouse trap behind juice dispenser in breakfast room.

Outside access nice. Rooms clean, warm. Plug ins for winter travel very nice to have when temp is -38C. Kim at front desk always goes above and beyond to help me out and look after me. Stay here twice a month enroute to/from the US.

Fairly nice stay for a very weary traveler . A few short hairs in the bed for some strange reason . Was too tired to notify the front desk about it so I just went to sleep . But this may hinder me from staying there again 😱

We stayed at this hotel as we wwre driving to the US. Couldnt park in paekinf lot as it was snowed in, the following morning we were trapped as a vehicle was stuck. The room was gross, thw white door and shower was not clean. When we left, the rep at thw front desk didnt care about us getting out of the lot or thw cleanliness.

Good value for the price

The room had no heat after 11pm and would not come back on. The rooms were not clean. The beds had the linen from the previous guests still on them and were just remade We had to request new clean sheets and pillow cases and remake the beds ourselves. The bedside lamp was broken and the room was not vacuumed. The tub had a ring of black around it and there was hair all over the tub walls. We found lots of hair on the beds. At the beginning we requested other rooms and they showed us 3 other rooms and they were just as dirty. I would never stay at this hotel in the future. My experience with several comfort inns in ontario was the opposite of this hotel. .

We slept on the highway side and it was noisy all night. Wishing we had asked for a more distant room

Excellent Price for the Quality

The rooms were very clean, as was the bathroom. Everything worked. We've stayed several times when in Swift Current, and every time it has been very nice. The bed was very comfortable, definitely a step up from a cheap mattress, so quite nice. The breakfast was sausage, eggs, and hash browns, along with a various assortment of bagels, muffins, coffee, juice, and cereal, so quite ample for a budget-friendly motel. We would stay again when in the area.

I liked how it’s very pet friendly as well the patio door access to parking lot to load/unload vehicle/walk dogs/smoke etc. very friendly and helpful staff

Disgusting rooms.

The absolutely dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in. So old and run down. The only thing that was bleed before we checked in was the bed sheets. Nothing else was touched. Sticking night stands. Carpet not vacuumed and the bathroom was horrible. Hair in the sink and shower and so dirty. The only good thing was the hot breakfast.

Great staff

The staff are excellent, ready to help in any way. We asked for extra towels and got them within 2 minutes. You can tell the building is older, wall paper coming down in the corner, wear on the carpeted stairs. The staff work hard to make sure you have the best stay.

Very welcoming and clean

I tried to have coffee and toast at 6:10. Not allowed. The girl said breakfast started at 6:30. Really, the bread was right there. I had coffee and left. It tasted like yesterday’s coffee. The water was awful. Not bottled. The front office staff member was picking her nose and scratching herself in private places. Really. The next big town was Regina miles away where I stopped for breakfast and decent fresh coffee.

Stay was good

Hotel was comfortable and staff were very kind and helpful. Updates are definitely needed, especially bathrooms and carpets.

Parking lot was not plowed and we had to push out of our parking spot. Other than that, hotel was great

Dirty hotel...gross!

Gum stuck to the ceiling, stained carpets, tub was too dirty to shower in. Rooms were too small for all the furniture they crammed in.

Okay, but a little freaky.

The stay was fine. I remain freaked-out by a glow-in-the-dark stain in the bathtub. Lights on: no stain. Lights off: glow in the dark orange stain. Front desk has no idea. It’s either not from this earth, or unholy.

The room was terrible. The sheets and bedding were not laundered. (Looked like dried blood) The bathtub and toilet were also dirty and not cleaned. There was also a hockey tournament in town, and the kids were loud and playing knock knock ginger. Not a problem as everything was quiet after 11 pm. After a 14 hour drive this was not the quiet and clean rest I was looking forward too. The evening staff, Kim, was absolutely wonderful. The staff in the morning were less than energetic, and it seemed like checking out was a chore.

The staff at the hotel were very accommodating.

The free breakfast was meaner and it showed that the hotel was not able to provide a proper breakfast. The bathtub had dark ring stains in it.

Our room was dirty. The bed was clean. The room had a terrible odor. Carpets?? One towel had stained pink stuff on it. The drapes had soiled spots. The walls had dirty soiled spots. The bottom of the bath tub was dirty. There was a pen on the floor which was not a new hotel branded pen. There were crumbs on the carpet. The corners and the baseboards around the bathroom were dirty. Definitely NOT a 8.2 rating.

Good bed!

The room was good but no lamps when we got there. We did get one later. It would be nice to have at least 2 chairs in the room!!!

I thought that the bottom of the tub was maybe stained but I ran my fingernail over it and it was just caked dirt. Lots of it. Dirty windows and the room smelled like BO. However the bed was comfortable and it was quiet and I got a good nights sleep. The breakfast in the morning was sub standard, especially the luke warm microwaved potatoes and eggs, and however it is complimentary. There is no elevator so request a main floor suite if stairs are challenging. The stairs could have been vacuumed over my two day stay but they weren't. Little details like that make an impression. Staff was friendly and efficient.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but yhe facility was outdated, dirty and inconvenient. No one heeds to lug heavy suitcases up a flight of stairs.

The hotel room was dirty. The deadbolt for our door didn’t work and that didn’t feel safe at all. There were stains on the night table that weren’t cleaned off. The one bed had hair in it. The bathroom had stains on the ceiling. All around a very dirty hotel room. Would not stay here again.

Blood stained sheets, un-vacuumed carpets, dirty tables, wet/sticky under lamp, stained and paper thin walls. Otherwise would highly recommend this hotel as a place your three day old underwear would feel at home.

The room was nice and clean and the tv was huge. The staff were nice and friendly and the breakfast was good. However I had to almost beg for our room to be made up and even then the beds didn’t get made. Other than that it was all good.

The morning staff in charge of breakfast is unbelievably rude and it was multiple mornings, we stayed for 3 weeks for work and our cleaning was missed multiple times. There was water leaking from a wall at the front desk, there was bugs everywhere in the hotel and the wifi was absolutely terrible

No elevator. Very few plug outlets, no lamp beside bed, plus missing sofa or chair - empty space. Won’t stay there again.

Wish you could get the funeral rate through Expedia.

The staff were all very nice. We enjoyed the included breakfast. This was the best feature of the hotel. Based on the condition of our room, far more attention needs to be paid to cleanliness. It was not good.

Old property that could improve their cleanliness.

When we booked our room, it was for a king bed room. When we arrived and told them we had a pup, we got downgraded to a dog room which was disgusting. There were stains all over the carpet, dried dog pee on the walls and it stank. We paid an extra fee for a pet so not sure what they do with that money, they certaintly don't use it to clean the room. Why can't pet owners still enjoy a nice room instead of a downgrade!!! Very disappointing!!

The room smelled, there were bugs in my room. The washroom wasn’t fully cleaned meaning the toilet was dirty and on top of that there was hair everywhere in the shower and it was noticeable that a deep clean wasn’t done. Would not stay again

Excellent location. Room was clean- comfortable bed. No elevator so my husband found it difficult to navigate the stairs to second floor.

Nice hotel good for the traveler close to the basics needs for those on a road trip.
