Safe quiet

Clean option for area.

Good option for Harper area. Clean hotel. Front desk (both evenings and early mornings) not very attentive. Checking in, I was looking at the associate and had to ring a bell to gain attention. 1st morning, had to ask for more eggs to be made at 6:30am, 2nd day was good. No lounge - update website to reflect this.

Room was spacious. Atrium was beautiful. Dining on site

Clean, and they made breakfast an hour earlier than normal! That was a big help!

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate myself and friends by having the breakfast put out early in order to meet our requirements.

The breakfast items served needs improvement, such as the sausage, eggs & french toast other prepackaged items were good.

Nice location

Wonderful staff, but fix the shower head, please

Only one complaint, the shower head functioned only in the massage setting. Turning it for a softer spray resulted in only a trickle of water. Checking in was easy, staff was very pleasant.

The Cobblestone was great for our purposes. Staff was nice and helpful. Light breakfast and coffee were available. Very clean and cozy. Microwave and frig in room. Regular tv with cable channels. It appeared lounge wasn't currently open. No elevator. If stairs are a concern, make sure to ask about 1st floor availability. Only 2 floors, so stairs were not a big inconvenience. All in all a nice stay in a small town setting.

Room was nice and clean. Great breakfast as well. Evening clerk was very friendly and welcoming. Morning clerk didn't speak to us at all when checking out. Another customer couldn't get her key to work and the same clerk barely said 5 words to her while "helping". I'm not a morning person either, but she should have at least asked how our stay was.

Only issues were with sink drain and someone previously had cooked in there so smelled like food. Beds very comfortable. Quiet.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. There is no elevator if your room is on the 2nd floor. The breakfast was subpar-even the wrapped muffin was super stale.

The desk clerk went out of her way to help us, The rooms are large and beds are comfortable. The price is very reasonable. Lots of parking space. This was the best stay on a two week vacation!

5 night stay

Not fancy but comfortable, good service, fairly quiet (I enjoyed the soft sound of the train) and seemed like a safe place. We have stayed more than once while visiting our daughter and her family and will stay again.

This hotel is always clean and the staff are phenomenal!!

Room is spacious and has a nice jacuzzi. Breakfast is basic continental. Great for just an overnight stay.

We loved it! Breakfast was great staff was friendly but they missed my reservation was pre-paid upon checking in an I was charged a second time for the same night of stay.

Satisfactory for our needs.

We strayed 5 nights while visiting our daughter and her family. Room was comfortable. Quiet surroundings. Simply asked for fresh towels each day. They only got it right 2 of the 5 nights.

The staff on Sunday morning went out of her way to make sure everyone got breakfast. That was nice! There was a different gal on Monday morning and she didn’t even talk to us when we checked out just said yum heh when asked if we were good to go.

I wouldn’t stay here again.

Disappointed 😞

This was our second stay at this hotel. We chose it because it had an onsite lounge the first time and really was looking forward to it again. Unfortunately it had been sold since our last visit and the new owner closed the lounge. Wish the listing had been updated. Hotel was clean but seating areas and main counter still all blocked off. Had a box lid with a string on it to conduct business with attendant. Even though we paid for our room in advance, the desk manager charged us again. Luckly I caught it right away and she voided the transaction but it still placed a card hold on our account limiting our vacation funds for the rest of our trip. No clean towels or beds made each night. Policy still in place from Covid restrictions even though masks not required. Breakfast service was also still restricted. Very disappointed with this stay and may have to find another place to stay in future.

Quiet and cozy

Quiet cozy little property. Beds were very soft, i prefer a harder bed. I guess thats why i didnt sleep comfortably

Fast easy check in and no one in my room while I am a guest. Need more coffee in the room for us coffee drinkers.

Nice & quiet place. The staff was friendly and the beds are very comfortable. We visit family here about once a year and usually stay here. The service and accommodations have always been pleasant. I would definitely recommend.

Comfortable beds and very clean! Only problem was they were replacing light fixtures so we had to dodge the ladders all down the hallway! When we booked through orbitz we were told they had breakfast buffet! When we got here, no buffet do to covid... Should have aleast been told because they add that in for the price of the room!

The hotel was in a nice quiet area of town. Nice neighborhood. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean.

Room was clean on the first night, but the staff failed to clean my room for the second nights stay. Reported it to the front desk, they were very apologetic, said they were very short staffed.

I loved looking out the window at the Harper COUNRYside. So very comfortable and comforting to this former KS farm girl. And the staff was very helpful and kind toward us.

The property was clean and well kept. Our room was comfortable and very nice. Free breakfast was also good.

Best place to stay in this small town!

The staff was extremely unprofessional. They discussed personnel issues loudly in front of my children and I. The ladies were complaining to one another about an employee in front of us. Overall decent stay but employees were ridiculous.
