Great Hotel

Fantastic stay. The friendliest of staff. Fantastic direct pool access room. Very clean and comfortable. My only negative point for me was no poached eggs at breakfast and no bacon.

Lovely hotel in the centre of the town. Lovely night market just a 15 minute walk. Hotel was clean and craft very friendly. Children (and I) loved then pool. Definitely recommend. We had a swim up room which was the icing in the cake.

Few issues which need to be sorted otherwise ok

Overall it was a great stay with friendly staff however there were a few issues which is why we haven’t given 5 stars. The bathroom smells and lots of water leakage even after changing rooms. One my last night the air conditioner leaked water on the tiles so while going to the bathroom in the middle of the night I slipped and it almost ended very badly. I had a very sore back and cruised elbows for weeks.

We stayed in a 4oom with direct access to the pool which was amazing and really made tge diffetence with no hassles rto bring everytbing from the room yo the pool. Just take a quick dio in tge morning etc. Breakfast was good although every kid was confused by the fake donut board 😅 My only criticsmnwouod be they say breaofast ends 10.30 and they clear everything away that time - woulr be better if they did that at 11 so if you show up 10.25 you cna actually get food. The other thing was dinner, the restayrant didnt seem that well ru with the lady wanting me to order at the entrance to it rather than when sat down which was weird. Location os great and easy ealk to the bacj and night market also tuktuks outside if you eant to go further

We had a pool access room which was great at the end of a long hot day. The area was good, we could walk everywhere but it was far enough away to be quiet at night

Great experience

We read mixed reviews before we arrived, but were very happy to find a lovely hotel, with a good and rich breakfast, an excellent pool and lovely rooms. We stayed in a deluxe room facing the pool, but not with direct pool access and it is highly recommended. The location of the hotel is excellent for both getting to the night market and the main streets and restaurants.

Absolutely great.

It’s one of those hotels that where the price point is correct. The service is great, the rooms are great. Any negative review is completely unjustified. Had a great stay. I suppose in season it may be difficult to get a sunbed but i didn’t struggle in March and every hotel has that issue in season anyway.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Centara Anda Dhevi. The hotel staff was lovely, welcoming and most helpful. Their tour operator onsite was absolutely lovely and went out of her way helping with my tours as well. Very much recommend to stay here specially the pool access room which is great! 😊

I would not stay there again since it's not a good value. There were issues with housekeeping getting daily towels. Tub didn't drain properly. Restaurant had issues with our order. Avoid booking tours with concierge there some were highly disorganized.

Nice pool. No real bar to chill. One in the water, one with coffee shop.

Another wonderful Centara hotel. Thoroughly recommend to stay here. Family friendly with a number of children running around, that’s not a complaint but worth noting if you want a more adult orientated quieter hotel.

Decent hotel but housekeeping needs improvement

The hotel is a bit dated. I had a room with direct pool access so that was a bonus. Breakfast was sumptuous with an election of Thai and Western dishes. Staff were friendly and polite. However, housekeeping leaves something to be desired. The room safe was not working on day 1. There was no power to it. It was fixed on day 2. When it was time to check out, same thing happened - there was no power to the safe. Housekeeping had to be called in to replace the safe battery and open the safe containing our passports. Toilet paper was not replaced since day 1. By day 4, all toilet paper had been used up. Face towels were not replaced on day 2 - only bath towels and hand towels. Likewise, toothbrushes were not replaced on day 3.

Lovely stay in a nice room. The pool is clean and the pool bar is a nice touch! Great service and able to book day trips right in the lobby.

3 day stay

The staff was great. However the bathroom stunk like sewage and all they did was put a cented candle in the bathroom. The hotel was listed as a 4 star yet i have used dozens and dozens of hotels this past year and this hotel would rate maybe a high 2 star.

Mediocre hotel

This is a 3 star hotel, there was mild in the bathroom and located in a very touristy area. Do not eat at nearby restaurants food is not good

Nice property, convenient location- very close to Ao Nang Beach. Gets extremely crowded during holiday season though.

Very basic stay

Very basic stay. Not very good at cleaning, always forgot to leave us towels or toilet roll. Bed uncomfortable. Location great. Fed feedback back to the manager on the first night by email as prompted from the app - still no response 2 weeks later.

Very nice hotel. Beds were a little hard but were good for my back. The staff was nice. Breakfast was great although after 8 days i had enough of the same options. They did have a traditional breakfasts option being cooked each day. Hotel was located close to beach area.

Great location in the heart o Ao Nang

After a few initial problems the manager moved us to a different and bigger room. He was very nice and made sure that we enjoyed our stay. Good place for families with activities for kids. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety. The location is excellent within walking distance of everything

Hotel is very nice. Liked the room access to the pool. Used the app for booking airport transfer. No confirmation and wasn’t actually booked. Staff booked for me easily but the whole point was that this was booked through their app. This was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever had in a hotel. Very hard, to the point our hips were painful after lying here. Bed comfort needs to be addressed here.

We enjoyed our stay at Centara Anda Dhevi. The staff were all very nice. We enjoyed their large swimming pool. There were several families staying here. They have ramps, elevators and other handicapped accessible features.

The staff

Staff lovely and friendly. Breakfast plentiful and varied. Pool area fun and well kept. Resort is a little dated and tired, but pleasant enough. We had an issue with one of our door keys which was never fully resolved which was a pain, but had a good stay nonetheless.

The swimming pool is beautiful. The nearby beach is very nice. The breakfast has a variety of food. The rooms have their private balcony. The bathroom is very nice. Btw, they don’t have shuttle bus to the airport.

This is our 3rd visit here and we always like the stay and service. Prices have gone up since last year, but that was expected. We always book 2 rooms and ask for next door rooms but it wasnt provided. Also the water pressure and temperaure had issues.

Clean with good facilties, enjoyed our stay

The staff were friendly but looked tired and worn out. Our room had an odor of mildew that sometimes comes with rooms without good ventilation. We also so a roach in our room, not the big water bugs but the small roaches from filth. The in-room dining was just okay and the breakfast wasn’t nice at all for the price. I received two massages from the spa and Took gave a wonderful massage both times and was very friendly.

So clean!

We had booked a three-night stay in the pool access room and we added a fourth night. The staff is very friendly and this is the cleanest hotel of all. The hotel is close to the two beaches in Ao Nang. There are a lot of kids playing in the pool so if it is something that bothers you, you should not choose the pool access room.

It was a decent budget hotel. Pool is really beautiful, and location is decent, because it is nestled away from the loud noises of Ao Nang, but still walkable distance to the beach. The rooms have basic facilities.

Wawa and Gan at the bar go above and beyond for the guests. The buffet breakfast is fabulous, so many choices. Omlet station, western and Thai options. The rooms are flawless (both in cleanliness, the furniture is stylish, the AC is cold, and the ambiance). The pool and pool bar were fantastic, well kept and clean, as well as the property as a whole. Can’t say enough good things.

We had a comfortable stay here for 1 week. Great location to lots of bars and restaurants. Staff very accommodating. Nice breakfast and great pool cocktails. Appeared a little busy and noisy here at times. Great for families.

Great hotels with all the facilities you need.

Great hotel in a good location. Easy access to beaches, shops, bars and the night market. Rooms had everything you need and a comfy bed and pillow. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a good variety only downside is no Nutella - only chocolate sauce! Also smaller pool area than expected.

We had four rooms with King beds but only two came with king. Upon discussion with receptionist we were given one more room in a very dark and dirty location. Receptionist and manager were extremely rude and did not want to correct their mistakes. This is an old property that needs a renovation of both the building and the management. As a side note we have stayed in many properties in Ghailand and this was the worst experience.

Good hotel for a day or two. Expensive drinks, pool was always full and the worst bed I’ve ever slept on.

The hotel is located in the middle of a town in which we new. But when being around the pool you hardly get much sunshine due to the surrounding buildings. Getting in and out of the pool is a little dangerous as the poles move when entering. The pool needs an update and should be deeper. When coming off the slide it's that shallow you hit the floor. Breakfast is not in an inside building and is open... This needs to change due to flys and birds entering the restaurant. You have to ask for bacon? Which is not normal. The rooms are dated and the balcony we had was awful set above the smoking area for staff below with broken fencing as a view was an awful balcony view. The spa incredible the experience was amazing but they didn't seem to have my booking dispite booking. Breakfast on the last day we were told we hadn't paid for it in which we certainly did. Ok onto the good things... They have some nice staff. They also have a good happy hour. And there are restaurants in walking distance which are very good. Would we stay here again. No we wouldn't.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were lovely, breakfast was delicious with lots of variety and the location was great, walking distance from the beach. We had a swim up room and would definitely recommend.

Clean well staffed hotel

The hotel is well located on Ao Nang beach and is well appointed and has first rate staff. However we did not like the layout - they have squeezed the accomodation blocks into a relatively small plot leaving the swimming pool area cramped and overcrowded - but importantly 90% in the shade

Good choice for a stay

Nice hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. Pool area was busy most of the time and didn’t seem to have enough sunbeds. Five minute walk to the main area of Ao Nang so a great location.

Excellent location, facilities and staff.

Our least comfortable bed in our month in Thailand. The noise from the outside cupboards banging was an issue. Curtains need replacing. In general, this hotel needs a facelift. Nice pool, staff and a good breakfast.

Access to pool and towels was easy. Free baht program was worth doing. Happy hour good. Staff very friendly and helpful .Restaurant seemed over priced compared to great food one could get at close by numerous other restaurants

We ended up moving after one night of our 3 night stay in Krabi to the Nakamanda Resort 15 mins away. I don’t believe this property warrants a 4 star rating, 3 star is more suited imo. Although the pool was lovely with the slide for the kids, the family room with balcony was quite basic and small, the tacos/nachos we had in the restaurant was barely edible, with the exception of the reception staff the other staff had very limited English speaking and struggled to understand our questions regarding lunch, and finally the location. It is a good 10 min walk to Aonang beach which was one of the worst beaches in Thailand imo. Not a clean looking beach that lends to swimming with the long shore boats crowded at the shore. It was all quite a low point for our stay in Thailand and as it was the end of our trip, we moved so that the whole trip would not be marred by this experience and were extremely grateful that we did.

We stayed for 2 weeks , the second room was nice overlooking the pool , downside pool is nice but this is really a kid friendly hotel , so lots of kids , the gym was ok but had to call them several times to turn the air conditioning, the breakfast was ok , but they don’t restock , so when you ask for example Gronala they say they ran out , there is no air conditioning in the breakfast area or lobby , with no fans , so it gets very hot

The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was in a great location and not too noisy.

The front staff were helpful. The towel guy even made a point of learning our names…friendly guy! However, there should be more restrictions about wearing clothes in the pool. Overall a decent stay. Room was clean and breakfast was good.

Wow! Hideen gem.

Pleasant stay. Aonang beach Krabi is a gem. The hotel is modern bit on a quiet alley near several other hotels. Pool was lovely. Well run and family friendly resort that is very close to long tail boat and ferry services. B re a hea are clean and white sand without the tourist glut common in SE Asia.

If not for the smell from the bathroom, I would have given five stars. The bathroom is very clean, though it just stinks so much. To be fully fair, if you keep the bathroom door closed, ypu don't get the smell in the room. Breakfasts tasty with rich selection of local and international food. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

Outstanding service.

Our Arrival, Stay and Departure was 5Star across the board. The entire staff were so accomodating and friendly. They also have a delicious breakfast buffet available that is truly worth the 300 baht. The Property was beautiful and quite peaceful although we were here at the tail end of low season. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. I highly recommend the stay here. Hands down its top of my list of stays now.

Second time in that Hotel, We were placed in a better room than the previous one. The room are big and clean the The furniture and fittings are a bit outdated

Great hotel for the price

The hotel is a little off the main strip of Ao Nang and it was pouring most of the time we were there. Aside from that, this hotel is great. Breakfast buffet was nice and this hotel had the biggest twin beds of our trip. There’s a pool table in the lobby and a water slide at the pool. Overall, the stay was nice considering the rain.

Lovely property. Short walk to the beach and longboats ( for touring the area ). Off the main strip so much quieter location but still easy access walking to everything. Very much enjoyed our stay there.

Everything was great. The only complaint was that the bed was super hard and uncomfortable. We told the front desk and they tried to fix it with extra padding but to no avail.

I liked this property for its great surrounding of shops, and food, and being close to the beach. One thing I did not like was how overcharged this place was with food and drinks. The beds were also very uncomfortable and hard to sleep in.

Customer service here was disappointing. The staff were non-attentive on arrival. Our room was not ready at 3pm check-in time and we had to wait. We ordered drinks at the bar while waiting then had to wait another 20mins for them to serve our drinks. Photos on Expedia also misrepresent the rooms and facilities which are old and outdated. Overall not up to standard for a 4 star hotel. Better value for money elsewhere.

Pool access was excellent. loved the spa and the staff were extremely nice. The only thing were the beds the mattress was extremely uncomfortable.

Was a bit noisy early in the morning with housekeeping staff pushing their trolleys and talking loudly. Tried to extend stay but was asked to leave anyway as they were fully booked. Think its important for any hotel to accommodate existing guests.

We arrived the hotel approx 1600hrs and was told the room was not ready as official checkin time is 1400hr. When they gave us the key and told us the room was ready at approx 1700hrs, the room was still under cleaning and the cleaner rushed the room for us and the cleaniness was not up to standard. Worst till they run out of towels and eventually they gave us pool towel.

Very bad experience

Over priced rooms .The fittings and old styled rooms not up to price. Was trying to take some stuffs from breakfast for my 3 year old son and the staffs objected dat no u can’t take and later added don’t take too much. How much a 3 year old kid eat!!. Staffs were not cordial and very rude

Nice hotel given the surrounding and pool had a good slide. Gym was well equipped but little else to do at the hotel.

recommend for good service and spacious room

A good spacious hotel, but the location is at the far end of the beach. near the ao nang night market. I am impressed with the hotel staff's friendliness and their service level. Surrounding there are restaurants, and small shops but to to main Ao Nang centre (beach) is a walking distance of 25mins, or take the tuk tuk or hotel's car with 50bht. Breakfast has lots of varieties.

Photos online make the hotel look much nicer than in real life. Quality for what we paid was not worth it. We stayed at many places in Thailand half the price that were much nicer. For the price we paid, in the US we would have had much better quality. The card holder that turned on our electricitiy kept falling off the wall. The room service on our second day took all our towels but didn't replace them and didn't replace the coffee or tea, however they did once we told them. The shower would easily overflow since the ledge was not high enough. Our room looked at a metal fence. Breakfast buffet had a nice selection though, but can't say I'd pay for it. Don't forget to bring your paper booking voucher, they asked for it at check in. Front hotel lobby and water way looked nice and they did give tea and scented cool wash cloths at check in which was a nice touch.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this resort. Loved that is was so close to the beach but also in a quiet area. The staff were super friendly and made us feel so welcome. The pool was very clean and they have great happy hour specials. Very beautiful property and lovely facilities. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The first room had stains on the mirror and the room smelled like construction dust every time we turned on the air, we complained about it but never got any results. After 2 days my fiancé and I both had an uncontrollable cough and sinus problems while the AC was on and complained again. This time they changed our room and the air worked properly and we felt better instantly. The second room had brown water coming out of every sink, tub, shower etc and had to get it fixed.

Hotel was quite central to au nuna town centre and beach front also night markets. Rooms was very clean and you can opt out of having them cleaned every day, which the hotel gave you 150 Bart voucher for drinks. Hotel also supplied pool side towels free of charge. Breakfast buffet was excellent lots of choice.
