A very spartan like place to stay. I guess I should have researched more as it was literally a campus place for young students.

Noisiest place I’ve ever stayed!

This is student housing! With hotel rooms mixed in! Man at front desk became very rude when I came out of my room after 10 pm to say the students were having loud conversation and card party in courtyard under our windows. He argued that “everyone makes noise. I shouldn’t want quiet this early.” I reminded him that I asked for a quiet room when I booked and again at check in. There are lots of rooms in this building! He argued that even the rooms in back could have street noise. I said that is no problem, it’s the loud talking and screeches that keep us awake. Anyway, we had paid 2 nights, so put on headphones and tried to sleep. 2nd night, even up to midnight, sounded like someone was doing gymnastics above us. (Yes, I had asked for top floor but they did not accommodate me even though there were empty rooms.) my husband and I travel a lot; often over 10 weeks a year, all over the world. We’ve never had such a rude receptionist. Arguing that I shouldn’t be bothered by noise. Really? WOW! This place is the worst place we’ve ever stayed.

Safe ; clean rooms

A good choice

Camplus was extremely handicapped friendly and kind to our Service dog. We enjoyed staying with students.

The property was relatively close to everything we wanted to tour and do. The breakfast was ok, choices were minimal and didn’t change the entire time. Great for short stay.

Good location

Convenient location near the 4 canti.

Even if this property is very close to the cathedral and all touristic avenues, it is very quiet at night. The service is excellent.

Very good value for money

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Very clean. Very adequate breakfast. Spacious room cleaned thoroughly every day. Near to main tourist attractions. Away from the bustle of the city centre, but a short walk and a safe area.

My stay at Camplus PAlermo

The hotel location is great with a Metro station closeby Staff are friendly, but need to improve their English communication skills. Breakfast can be better.

Nice clean to the point hotel- all new and well kept.

Great location and friendly staff. The most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. Loud at night but that is to be expected being with students. Breakfast was rationed out. Very limited parking on site and the free parking is extremely difficult to obtain.

Decent accommodations. Good for a one night stop on Palermo.

A short walk to the Cathedral

A quieter location in Palermo with less crazy traffic. A small enclosed car park (20 euros) was worth the peace of mind (the square outside is too busy to leave a nice car! Nice room, breakfast ok, very pleasant stay. 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral - superb.

Everything was great and all staff very nice and friendly; the building felt really safe and pretty decent breakfast; i would only suggest to verify the wifi problem for apple users; i was having issues connecting to wifi at times.

The hotel itself was pretty good. The location was fine but the surrounding area is unsafe and dirty.

We enjoyed our stay

It is a college campus but the rooms are great to stay in. Very clean, friendly staff, close the everything, and a great breakfast.

We stayed one night at the end of a week-long stay exploring Sicily. We chose it for convenience in exploring old Palermo and for getting to the airport the following morning. It was good on both counts.

Clean hotel

It's meant to be a student residence, but the room and service were better than a 4-star hotel I've recently been to. The room was large, clear, had all the expected facilities. The only downside is that it's a little further out from the center than I expected, but it's still just a 10 minutes walk.

Campus is in a great location, just a few minutes from one of the main tourist streets and, thus , easy to access most of what the wonderful city of Palermo has to offer. The hotel and facilities are excellent and the staff are lovely and helpful. Parking just round the corner is a blessing, too, though (in hindsight) in future I'd avoid hiring a car until I was leaving the City (if you need to, that is). Try a bit of Italian - they are appreciative and, best if all helpful and understanding (if you aren't "quite right" all the time). Highly recommended.

Quiet retreat in the center of Palermo

Extremely clean room, wonderful staff, breakfast was the best in Sicily. Easy walking distance to the Cathedral The only difficulty was parking.

The only issue you will have at this hotel is , if you are oversized and weight over 70 kilos , it will be really i.possible to enter their shower door.their shower is around 20×20feet ,plastic built with 2 plexiglass window which will open ni more than one foot to allow you to enter the shower , very small and inconvenient. Rest of their services are great.

Great Hotel!

The hotel was excellent! It was extremely clean. The gentleman checking us in was very friendly. Also, the breakfast was very nice.

Hotel in an uni campus, best location in Palermo.

Centrally located, by the main sights and typical markets. The rooms are spacious and with aircon and a fridge. Friendly staff and environment.

Shower to small to get in and hot water hard to control, breakfast not impressed .

The TV had no remote and had to be switched on and off by plugging and unplugging the set.

Easy location to get to and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Excellent Staff

Rosanna the receptionist was very helpful. But the bottom of shower cabin is too shallow to avoid water spilling out causing wet and slippery floor.

Everything is good, only the shower room is smaller.

I really can't fault Camplus. Actually there were two minor faults: a runner missing from the top of the shower door so care was required when opening and closing; and the freezer compartment drawer of the mini-bar was broken so that it iced over. Our room was under the eaves on the third floor and it was very well proportioned, clean, modern and with a good wifi signal. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful; the complimentary breakfast was better than adequate, held in a clean, communal area; and the property could not have been better situated - not only was it two minutes walk to Palermo Palazzo Reale station, with a direct 47 minute link to the airport and no need to travel via Palermo Centrale, it is opposite the Church of San Giovanni degli Eremiti UNESCO world heritage site (an important, stunning Arab-Norman building set in peaceful grounds), and also two minutes away from a very nice restaurant, Villa San Giovanni degli Eremiti, serving excellent, great value typical Sicilian fare

Good: Great location, only 10 minutes walk from town centre. Local market & metro nearby. Friendly, helpful staff. Newly renovated building with excellent wi-fi & air-conditioning. Bad: Shower tiny, with water going from hot to cold. Very firm mattress & pillows. No English language TV channels. Note: If you take a taxi from the airport, it will cost 85 Euro's!

Loved the location ...maybe the best; breakfast was nice , however, showers are too small... oh staff was amazing

Lovely budget hotel.

Lovely place, everything about the place is really nice. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly and happy to help with anything. Was disappointed with tiny shower, in a good size bathroom. I struggled to move in it and had to get out to turn around. Not suitable for bodybuilders or bigger people. Also thought surrounding area was rough.

Hotel in Palermo

We stayed on night and it was a good experience

The location of this hotel is perfect for walking around the old town of Palermo. Its very reasonably priced, our en suite room had everything you would expect from a hotel room abd the staff were always on hand to help out. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family!

Modern hotel in historic building

Great location , amazingly nice people working there , I had room on the 3rd floor , no windows , is the only reason I did rate comfort level as average . Also coffee maker in the room would help . I will stay again for sure ( already made the booking and requested room with the window) .

Large, bright, clean room. Great bathroom. Good breakfast. Free parking. All attractions within walking distance. Responsive and helpful staff.

The reception is very helpful and friendly. My friend lost her language at Paris airport. The reception helped us to call to the airway to found her language.

Loved Palermo

Great location 5 min. From train station from Airport. Walking easy to all historic sites and free bus nearby for those farther afield. Great breakfast . Tiny showers considering how spacious the rooms are. Doubles as a campus so lots of energy

Close to town and all attractions

Airline missed one of our baggages and it was lucky that the staff helped us to contact and keep the return baggage while we have gone to visit.

Easy check in . Front desk was friendly, But couldn’t give accurate Directions, on many of my questions. Cleaning service was fantastic, Enza was amazing! Breakfast is very limited Same thing every day ,Little choices . We wanted croissants that were just baked . We were told we could not have any because they were for the students....,.. that was a first ! That should of never happened. !!!!!!!! Bad bad !!!!! On the plus side washer on site . Waking distance to many site .

Good location for old town

Good location for old town, very close to Norman Palace, cathedral & other historic buildings. Staff very helpful & friendly. Good trattoria just around the corner.

Nice hotel in old city

Splendid, modernized structure close to the main attractions of Palermo. Very quiet, with helpful personnel and nice breakfast. The room was very modern. The free shuttle bus around the historic centre passes close by, and there are a couple good restaurants around the corner. There is no parking at the hotel, and few places nearby that a tourist can leave a car. I found a free spot in front of the hospital a block away, but that was simply luck. I would stay here again if I came back without a car.

Newly built/renovated hotel

The room was quite spacious and had a modern feeling. staff were very helpful, they even helped us find parking by phone before we arrived. location is great for pedestrians as it's near many attractions, parking your car could be a little challenging. We were only disappointed to not even find one bottle of water in the fridge.

Great hotel in a great location on the edge of the ancient part of the city

At the first time, we were surprised to not find the hotel. Nothing is writing on the front event "hotel". The building look like a museum! But after pushing the door, we can find a modern hotel.

Great value for money

Really good location in a cool old building (completely renovated) the rooms are massive and the aircon was the best in the city (would come back and sit in our room throughout the day for a bit of relief from Palermo's heat). The room and bathroom were clean and really nice/new, the shower is small but a healthy size adult won't have a problem- just makes you feel like you're in a capsule. They should probably just get rid of the bidet and make the shower bigger, but then again the bidet makes a great foot bath after walking around.

Recently renovated and with convenient location

The staff of the hotel are helpful and the rooms are recently renovated. The room and the bathroom are quite large. The furnishing felt minimalistic considering the size of the room, but it still provided everything needed. The location is quite convenient, less than 10 min walk from the Cathedral and right next to the Palacio Real.

Prima hotelkamer, erg basic. Badkamer is erg klein maar volstaat. Helaas werkzaamheden voor het hotel waardoor erg vroeg wakker door bouwvakkers maar natuurlijk niet toe te rekenen aan hotel. Ontbijt is erg basic. Veel studenten ook meer doelgroep van hotel

Good stay in Palermo

Good stay in safe area. Overall no complaints, we enjoyed our stay.

Moderne Zimmer, gutes Bad. Die Zentralklimaanlage könnte schneller kühlen, aber noch OK. Parkplatz für 20 Euro im gesichertem Innenhof..prima.

La struttura ricettiva fa parte di una residenza universitaria in un edificio storico completamente ristrutturato di recente Stanza molto pulita con arredamento semplice e funzionale Ottima posizione per visitare a piedi i principali monumenti e Chiese del centro di Palermo Colazione semplice con poca scelta di alimenti non dolci e bevande della macchinetta

La nostra camera era davvero molto ampia (tripla o quadrupla) con 2 finestre e un bagno grande. Abbiamo lasciato l' auto nel parcheggio interno al costo di 20€ a notte

La struttura si trova vicino al centro raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. Dall’aeroporto ci si può arrivare sia con i mezzi pubblici che con il taxi. Tra l’altro fuori dall’aeroporto c’è un servizio di taxi sharing comodo ed economico. Da usare! Il personale è gentile e la struttura molto pulita. E’ un campus pertanto la struttura si adatta al suo compito principale !

La chambre 212 est spacieuse en revanche nous n’avons toujours pas compris la taille minuscule de la cabine de douche dans une salle de bains xxl Le petit déjeuner est pire que lamentable….

Place idéale pour visiter et très propre

Personnel rien à redire très bien Petit déjeuner assez médiocre Petit parking à l intérieur de l hôtel. 20 euros la nuit non indiqué sur le site ☹️ noté gratuit🙁 Propreté bof fourmi sur lavabo araignée dans cuve de wc. Et piquée à 13 endroits au niveau des jambes dans lit. ( araignée puces ???)

Séjours superbe personnel très gentil Petit déjeuner médiocre comme pour les étudiants

Une bonne situation pour visiter la ville. Possibilité de trouver un parking gratuit dans les environs. Les seules points positifs pour moi. La literie n’est pas confortable. J’ai trouvé un cheveu dans le lit et un drap était jaunâtre… Le petit déjeuner est de mauvaise qualité.

perfectly located at the PazzoReale-Orleans train station, access to architectural jewels on foot (Palazzo Reale, Cathedral, Quatro Canti, Teatro Massimo, Porto di Palermo, etc. Good breakfast!

Ótima hospedagem

Ótima hospedagem, nova, limpa, quarto confortável, dá pra ir pras ruas turísticas a pé, café da manhã bom. Pudemos lavar a roupa por 1,50 euro. Pessoal simpático e prestativo. A unica coisa "negativa" é que o box é realmente MUITO pequeno, mas nada que atrapalhe a experiencia.

L'eplacement

Die Unterkunft war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Dusche war etwas klein,was das duschen etwas schwierig machte. Was aber überhaupt nicht gut war,ist das mitten in der Nacht die Mülltonnen abgeholt wurden. Ansonsten kommt man in 10 Minuten Fußweg ganz schnell in Altstadt, wo es jede Menge Restaurants gibt.

Hospedagem muito boa, nova, grande, limpa, apenas o box do chuveiro era bem apertado. Café da manhã bom, localização perto dos principais pontos turísticos.

I utgangspunktet hadde vi bare bestilt 4 netter på hotellet, men på grunn av sentral beliggenhet til sentrum og togstasjonen Palermo Palazzo Reale-Orleans, ble vi 3 netter ekstra. Rommene har god størrelse og sengene er komfortable. Godt renhold. Frokosten er variert, med eggerøre, bacon og annet pålegg. Veldig hyggelig betjening i frokostsalen. I resepsjonen snakker de godt engelsk og er svært behjelpelige. Alt i alt, et flott opphold.

Accueil chaleureux

Bien situé, à 10mn a pied du centre ,des restaurants de la ligne de tram. Accueil toujours aussi chaleureux. De belles chambres juste un bémol sur la qualité du matelas ☺️ et le bruit des gamins qui jouent au foot devant le bâtiment le soir ....mais bon ,on est en Sicile 🤗 je recommande !

La première nuit nous avions du bruit dans la chambre mais on nous a changé de chambre pour le lendemain Le personnel est très serviable Après avoir reçu une très très grosse averse nous avons été très heureux de pouvoir se servir de la laverie où il y a un sèche linge

Nice rooms, staff and breakfast

Hotel was good, rooms clean, shower a bit small but still okay. Decent breakfast and friendly staff. Very convenient location to explore the city. They advertise parking included on hotels.com, which it is NOT. The hotel does not have any parking. You have to find street parking or go to a garage (there are none close by). Finding parking can be very tricky.

Residencia muy correcta.

Muy buena opción de alojamiento. A 5 minutos caminando de la Catedral y la calle principal. La gente muy amable. Por poner un pero, la ducha del baño muy pequeña... pero parece común en Sicilia

Chambre superbes et couchages top en king size. l'hotel est magnifique, Le personnel est très accueillant. Le seul hic c'est la douche le bac fait 70cm avec 2 portes coulissantes sur les demis ventaux. Une personne de 120kg ou une femme enceinte auront du mal à rentrer par l'ouverture et de se mobiliser à l'intérieur de la douche.

Ospitalità ineccepibile

Luogo ricco di fascino essendo un ex convento dei Benedettini; ristrutturato con alcuni azzardi di modernità. Nel dedalo di corridoi e stanze si percepisce l’atmosfera antica della devozione. Posizione tranquilla e strategica per visitare Palermo col suo strepitoso Palazzo reale e la cappella Palatina, sono proprio a due passi. L’accoglienza è stata professionale e amichevole che ti fa sentire a tuo agio. Pulizia ottima. Colazione varia e buona. Ci tornerei senza dubbio.

The rooms were comfortable and the staff were very nice. The hotel is very conveniently located, not far from most of the main sights in the old town of Palermo and just outside of a free parking place (if you are able to find a spot in this hectic location!). We didn't quite realize how much the hotel guests would be intermixed with the students who stay at Camplus. This made our stay a bit louder and more uncomfortable than we would have liked. It just felt awkward to be vacationing while students are studying, socializing and partying. The breakfast was also a letdown, even if the man attending the breakfast buffet was very nice!

Nice stay near the city center

Nice accommodation when you are traveling with a car. Plenty of parking spots in front of the hotel but still very close to the city center. Room was clean and big enough for 2 people. Breakfast was simple but fine (it was necessary to write a list of desired breakfast items one day before), there was also a possibility to go to the gym.
