Great location and nice owners

Location is great being just a few minutes walk to the Winter Gardens and town centre shopping. Owners were pleasant and very receptive. The room (No, 4) was generally quite cramped; tea, coffee & biscuits were nice; the sprung mattress was tired and noisy; couldn't watch TV in bed due to position of the TV; toilets were very cramped (hardly room to sit on toilet). Breakfast was OK, with enough to eat. A two-night stay was probably enough for us. Would we come back? Yes but we'd probably insist on a different room.

Very good hotel

Stayed in a nice spacious clean room ,good shower free soap/shower gel comfy bed . Only dislike were the blinds when you leave window open they blow so no privacy when getting changed and they rattle through the night would be better if curtains were fitted .would stay again because it is nice .

Friendly and Welcoming

Check in was quick and easy, and Graham was very friendly and welcoming. we had no issues at all over the long weekend we stayed, with everywhere being very clean and tidy. We will definitely be back :)

Blackpool Trip

Staff were friendly and willing to assist with matters not part of their normal service. Room was fine for what i needed and comfortable and clean as was the bathroom.

Richard was great and couldnt be more helpful,the 2nd day we were able to park free at the hotel.

Friendly welcoming arrival, everything ready on time. close to the tower and local shops and bars. Could not ask for more on this trip.

lovely place, lovely couple

Graham and Richard go out their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible and are always very accommodating to our needs. Breakfast is always brilliant and cooked fresh. The only real downside is the water pressure in the shower. Ok for a shower but not great for getting all the hairspray and gel out your hair after a dance comp but that’s neither here or there.

Owners are aware that showers need updating. So helpful and nothing to much trouble. Would definitely stay again.

Welcoming, clean, friendly hosts, great location and view from window

A superb guesthouse, exceptionally clean. If anything was lacking, it did feel a bit sterile, there is no welcoming lounge or bar and doesn’t have the old style guys house feel in that sense. However, there has clearly been work to maintain this place. Nothing broken, damaged. Bed comfortable. Hair dryer in room, wifi works well. Bathroom in good condition and the two gents are friendly. Location is also excellent for accessing the town centre quickly and only a 3-5 minute walk down the the coral island/promenade. There are many cheaper options in Blackpool, but these can be risky. There are also many more expensive options which can also be risky so overall a very good place to stay where you won’t have any nasty surprises.

The hosts were excellent. Clean room, great facilities. They cant do enough for you. Great price which included a Breakfast that was plentiful and fresh. Wouldnt hesitate to stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay, the gentleman who runs the hotel was very pleasant and made me very welcome. It is in a very convenient location for the theatres. Everything was fine, other than the dreadful weather!

A great warm and welcoming place to stay.

I had an excellent time when I stayed at the Arlington’s hotel Blackpool. A wonderfull breakfast was provided as much as you could eat. The place was warm and comfortable the owners were very helpful making sure that you had all you required for a good stay. Very central and close to the winter gardens, plenty information given to what was on in the area. Arlingtons was spotlessly clean and fresh a great welcoming place to stay. They were helpful even printed off my flight boarding pass for my return flight home from Manchester Airport I highly recommend Arlington’s when visiting Blackpool

Extremely helpful staff, made us feel very welcome. Accommodated for my dietary requirements at breakfast, and even arranged some parking for us in advance! Highly recommended!

Wonderful Hosts and a Great Location

Arlingtons is a great little B and B in an ideal location for anyone in town for an event at the Winter Gardens. In less than two minutes, door to door, you can walk there. The owners, Richard and Graham, are very warm, welcoming and helpful. They were kind enough to customize breakfast times for not only us, but each guest depending on their schedule. Richard carried our bags to our room and reserved a taxi for us four our departure. The room itself was just fine. Clean sheets and towels, tea, coffee and biscuits and a great view of the Tower. If we are back in Blackpool, we'd stay there again.

TOP NOTCH

A lovely stay at a lovely hotel. Richard and Graham couldn't do enough for us. Richard insisted on carrying our bags to our room, moved the car off one meter to another (and fed the meter for us). Booked our taxi to pick us up for party we were attending later. Lovely room, clean and well presented. Bathroom a little dated but fairly clean (ceiling fan had little dust). Bedroom warm so sleeping with windows opened has its disadvantages (to be expected so close to main front). Blinds in bedroom look fairly new and spotless but do let in light from the streetlights so maybe a blackout blind would help. Bed soft for me but hubby loves his soft bed. Personal taste I suppose.Couldn't believe when we went for breakfast and Graham had cooked vegetarian sausage especially for me. Unbelievable breakfast spread for the price paid. I don't do breakfast big so did eat a little but hubby had cereal, followed with eggs, bacon, sausage hash browns, tomato, fried bread and beans.(Buffet service so help yourself to as much or little as you want). Say buffet both of them waiting on you for anything! Washed down with two glasses of orange juice and one large coffee. Ended up with two slices of toast with jam and marmalade. Both Richard and Graham lovely people. Ideal location to front (about 5 minutes walk). Would highly recommend and will definitely book again if we are in Blackpool

We enjoyed our stay at Arlingtons The owners Graham and Richard were very friendly and looked after us very well. Delicious food and spotlessly clean would recommend Arlingtons and would stay here again

Gutes Hotel, auch für mehr als eine Nacht

Nettes kleines Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Inhaber. Sauber und mit gutem Frühstück. Lage etwa 7-8 min Fußweg zum Tower und dem Geschäftszentrum.
