There were no benefits for Expedia VIP members. Even though I made my room requests through the Expedia messaging service over 1 month in advance, they told me that they couldn't even give me a room on a higher floor. I would just try another property with Expedia VIP access because this one didn't give me any benefits even though I requested things well in advance.

About 2 years ago their parking lot was flooded but they haven't fully repaired the area so people don't use it.

Mattresses were very poor quality and only a top sheet was furnished. Blankets no where in room.

Breakfast was good and got an upgrade for one of the four rooms we used.

Good massage service

Clean but very basic

There was only 1 overhead light in the room that was glaring. Had to ask for towels as we were given 1 towel and no washcloths or face towels for 2 people. Body wash dispenser did not work. Overall, a very basic clean place to sleep.

Great location for New Year’s Eve celebration, however the room we got was not as pictured. It has rotten wood in the bathroom, leaky tile and overall not worth the money that we paid. This is more like a 2 star resort that we paid 5 star prices for.

Stayed there because it's an American chain but it's very deteriorated. I don't recommend it.

Dining/bar facility was quite good, especially evening buffet. Only significant negative issue was advertised airport shuttle, which apparently does not exist. Cab fare approx. $10 U.S.

Nice hotel, unhelpful staff

The hotel was very convenient to the airport. I stayed there before and liked the location and it was clean. When we were checking in, I mentioned to Lysie (the front desk person) that we had an early morning flight. I asked her if it was possible to get some breakfast food early or to go and she said no, we can either get room service or buy something at the restaurant. The next morning when we came to the lobby to get an Uber to go to the airport, we saw people coming from the breakfast area (others who also had to leave early). Our Uber had already arrived so we didn’t have time to get breakfast but I was disappointed by Lysie. She seemed indifferent and not helpful. Clearly other people were getting early breakfast so unclear why she said no to us.

OK if you want to be near the airport

We stayed here our final night due to its proximity to the airport. The room was big and reasonably clean ( stains on sheet but the sheets were clean). The front desk staff told me they would order a cab for 6:15am and they did not. Fortunately Uber worked and came in 5 minutes. Breakfast was great. But simple things like bottled water were a cash cost. It is very hot and humid in this area. Our last hotel had water in the room and water in the lobby both free. The restaurant in the lobby is cash or credit only.

Very nice hotel- got a VIP upgrade room, which was enormous!! Much appreciated. Breakfast was ok- the same things every day. It’s pretty convenient to the airport but a distance away from the centre of the city. However, Ubers are plentiful and it wasn’t an issue.

Nice hotel with rooftop pool and restaurant. very close to the airport which is Nice when tour flight is in the middle of the night.

I really liked this hotel and the crew and staff at the desk were amazing and spoke English. And very affordable too . Few minutes away from airport and few dollars of taxi ride to downtown.

Hotel is very close to airport and an inexpensive Uber to shopping and great restaurants. Made the reservation on hotels.com and it only asked for the name of one person. When we got there they charged 20 bucks more for my wife in the room. There was no mention of this at booking.

The staff were amazing. I didn't received any VIP benefits The restaurant charged for omelets extra during the breakfast. The breakfast was the same every day

Far from everything, very spartan. The breakfast was awful, watered down juices, dirty tables. it is 18km from the city. The rooms are bare, needed to call for extra towels (had only one!), pillows, blankets.

So close to the airport. They have a free shuttle to the airport. The food here was great.

We needed a decent hotel close to the airport as we had a very late arrival and were tired. Hotel exceeded expectations and breakfast included was also pretty good! Room was ready with 24h reception available and sofa-bed for our son was made up as requested and room itself was huge. Happy with choice for the 1 night and would atay again.

Good spot / good location

The front desk staff were quite helpful and accommodating. The room was very large and well equipped. The onsite restaurant was good to have and the staff pleasant. Lukewarm water for a shower. Close to the airport.

Excellent hotel

Excellent hotel. We had a very good sized room with a comfortable bed. Clean, fresh and well presented. Check in was friendly and efficient. Stayed here at the end of an Amazon trip, wish we had stayed here at the beginning too, it is far better than the hotel we chose. Would definitely recommend.

Dining 3 meals a day if you wanted. Choices. Cleanliness. Would have liked a little shop in the building.

Hotel localizado próximo ao Aeroporto, sendo boa localização para quem utiliza Manaus como porta de entrada ou saída de uma viagem mais longa Quarto e banheiro bons, com bom tamanho e limpos. Poucas opções de alimentação no entorno e o restaurante do hotel é um pouco ruim e caro. Café da manhã bastante fraco e sem produtos regionais.

Very good, neatly maintained and very economical

While the hotel and pool looked clean and modern, we were shocked to be given only one towel and one small pillow per person. Hotel is located close to airport and some factories but not close to any restaurants. We ended up having dinner at the hotel. Restaurant staff was wonderful. Woman at check in was gruff and did not communicate with us (in Portuguese or English) other than handing us paperwork and keys. We were only here one night, after three in a jungle lodge. Would have been disappointed if staying longer.

I would stay again

Staff is nice and efficient. Wifi in the rooms is subpar. They said the pool was closed for cleaning but nobody was cleaning. Breakfast is excellent. The rooms are nice and the shower has great pressure.

Room comfort I liked.

Nice hotel close to the airport. Surrounding areas are not nice, there is no walkable restaurants or stores to go to. But hotel restaurant is good. Friendly staff, very helpful and accommodating. Very convenient if you need to stay close to the airport. Taxi fare is R 50.00, @$10.00usd

Nice hotel

Very convenient location. 10 minutes from airport. We had 13 hours stop at Manaus. So it was convenient to stay here. Hotel is in a isolated area , no problem we Uber to go to historic district . What we did not like was how dirty is the sofa, and small round table, can not seat in sofa . Hotel should replace it . Also there is a string smell in the room. Perhaps eyecto humidity , nevertheless some fragrance can help with it . In the morning the smell was like string bathroom smell. Employees were very nice and helpful . They book our 1:15 am taxi . My rate is based on cleanness . The fruit plate left in room for welcoming was a nice compliment . I strongly recommend to replace sofa and clean table and do something for string smell , just with that experience will be better

Perfect for an overnight before a flight.

The hotel was really good and in a convenient location. The tap in the sink was not far enough and would drip water all over the unit. Other than that we were really pleased with the facilities.

Upon very late arrival, the front desk agent called me by name and was super friendly. Room was large and clean. My only concern was no safety lock on the door.

Overall good hotel

Good, clean hotel but staff is trained to say no. Asked for a late checkout, attendant didn’teven listen to how long I needed it for and did not even bother to check his computer. Just said no. Can’t do it. Location was ok as well.

Everything was great. Only complaint was the breakfast was the same every day and breads were a bit dried out.

I've stayed there various times and I am always pleased.

Descent hotel but hard to communicate in English

This hotel is located about 4-5 minutes drive from the Manaus airport. Building looks new with a nice lobby and room was okay but the blanket on the bed couldn’t cover the full length. Another issue was that the staff we met at the reception and the restaurant barely spoke English so it was a little hard to communicate. Anyway this was the closest hotel to the Manaus airport and it was okay for a short stay

Close to airport so very convenient fir that but far from everything else. Adequate facilities although pool very small. Restaurant / bar service slow, seemed like they needed more staff.

I got a big room with king size bed, the room don’t smell good and AC Is pretty noisy.

We stayed one night, which was ok. Overall a good rating because of friendly staff , good breakfast and nice appearance of lobby and other general areas (pool excluded) . On the negative side I have to mention that the hotel is already a bit older which you recognize at the rooms, especially at the bathrooms. For a short stay this is ok.

Excelente custo-benefício

O hotel é muito bom: moderno, com uma decoração bonita, funcionários atenciosos, serviço de quarto 24 horas, academia bem simples (mas tem)… os apartamentos são limpos, amplos, o banho é muito gostoso… o café da manhã é básico, sem nada de diferente, mas farto e gostoso. Está localizado próximo ao aeroporto (não é perto de pontos turísticos). No 1° andar tem um serviço de massagem maravilhoso. Gostei bastante!

O hotel limpo mas nos corredores é no quati se sentia cheio de mofo, umidade. Esse hotel está presida do de mais manutenção. O ar do quatro pinga água e está manchado. Os rejuntes do banheiro estão escuros !

O hotel é ótimo, com instalações novas e confortáveis, decoração bonita, apartamentos amplos e limpos, serviço de restaurante bom em local bastante agradável, serviço de quarto 24 horas, academia pequenina, que supre as necessidades básicas, piscina bacana e café da manhã gostoso. Super perto do aeroporto, porém, longe do centro.

Excelente sempre. Mesmo na madrugada, a recepcionista nos atende de forma cortez e especial. Equipe nota 10. Café da manhã super variado, hotel limpo, elegante e com quartos espaçosos. A única sugestão que dou é que poderia ter edredom.

Muito bom o hotel! Todo novo, amplo e confortável. Quarto grande, cama confortável, banheiro grande, ducha maravilhosa, recepção bonita. Restaurante muito bom, com preços justos, um maître educado, atencioso e com um largo sorriso no rosto. Parabéns, Marcos pela excelência no serviço! O café da manhã é um verdadeiro banquete. O hotel superou e muito as expectativas, que bom!

Experiência maravilhosa

A experiência foi maravilhosa, um café da manhã com bastante variaedade e super perto do aeroporto. Os quartos são muito confortáveis, banheiro com um chuveiro maravilhoso, amplos e claros! Como único ponto de melhoria cito a acústica do quarto que fiquei (no segundo andar), algumas vezes tive um leve despertar na madrugada porém com bastante dificuldade pra voltar a dormir devido ao barulho alheio no corredor e em outros quartos.

Profissionais educadíssimos e muito atenciosos e prestativos. Quarto espaçoso,roupa de cama e banho cheirosos.Localização estratégica para o retorno pelo aeroporto.

Kurzer Aufenthalt zur späten Nachtzeit nach Ankunft um auf Transfer in das Amazonasgebiet zu warten und ein wenig zu schlafen. Unterkunft OK, leider Blutflecken auf einem Laken

Ótima infraestrutura.

Hotel com um estrutura excelente. Funcionários muito solicitos e educados. O único ponto ruim é que não há nada próximo, mercado e etc, na região a pé. Tirando isso um hotel muito bom, recomendo.

Solid Hotel, short shuttle distance to Airport and bus terminal. Very large room, small pool on the roof. Reasonably clean, friendly staff, speaking Portuguese and English (as minimum, maybe more). Air-conditioning bit smelly and noisy. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Proximo ao aeroporto, não tem muitas opções na redondeza. Otimo pra quem esta em transito. Quarto nota 5,0 em realação aos hoteis da rede, não estava pronto para recebr novos hospedes, faltando toalhas e material de higiene. Cama ok. Qualidade inferior aos hoteis da Rede Tryp by Wyndham.

Quarto amplo, limpo, atendimento bom. Café da manhã excelente e incluso na diária.

Cama mt ruim!

O quarto é mt ruim! A cama e os lençóis sao péssimos. A colcha que cobre a cama é menor que o colchão. O lençol de se cobrir mt fino e de qualidade ruim. Todo o barulho do corredor passa para o quarto.

Proximo ao aeroporto, equipe muito atenciosa e simpática, quarto amplo e limpo. Ótima opção em Manaus.
