INVITE PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
Travala.com Invite Program Terms and Conditions
The Travala.com Invite Program allows Travala.com account holders including Smart members (“Members”) to earn Travel Credit rewards (“Rewards”) by inviting friends (“Invitees”) to sign up for an account and book travel on Travala.com. To participate, Members must agree to these Invite Program Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”), which are part of the Travala.com Terms and Conditions.
How to Earn Invite Rewards
Members can earn Rewards if: (i) an Invitee clicks on their invite link to create a valid Travala.com account that complies with our Terms and Conditions; and (ii) the Invitee completes a Qualifying Reservation (as defined below).
Qualifying Reservations
A Qualifying Reservation is an accommodation booking that:
(i) is equal to or greater than the minimum total value indicated in the invitation (note that this total value may change based on currency fluctuations);
(ii) is booked and paid for via the Travala.com platform; and
(iii) the Invitee completes their stay at.
A reservation will not be considered a Qualifying Reservation, and therefore no Rewards will be earned, if the reservation is cancelled at any time for any reason, or if the accommodation that is booked does not meet relevant eligibility criteria, as determined at our sole discretion from time to time.
The Invite Program is a standalone program and cannot be used in conjunction with any other incentives or promotions. Invitees who are Smart members will still receive applicable AVA Smart Program givebacks and/or discounts. However, in order to receive the Rewards under these Terms, an Invitee who is a Smart member must make an accommodation booking equal to or greater than the minimum total value indicated in the invitation after accounting for any applicable givebacks and/or discounts.
If for any reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your Rewards, please contact us. Travala.com may require you to submit additional information to make a decision regarding your Rewards. All decisions regarding your Rewards will be final and at Travala.com's sole discretion. You are responsible for any tax liabilities, if any, that may result from the earning or use of Rewards.
Sharing Invite Links
Members are prohibited from "spamming" anyone with invitations. This includes mass emailing, texting or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your invite link. Members are prohibited from paying to advertise their invite links without our consent.
Receiving Rewards
Once earned, Rewards will be credited to your Travala.com account in Travel Credits. These Travel Credits will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue and have no minimum booking requirements. They may be used as full payment, combined with other available Travel Credits in your account, or combined with other payment methods as partial payment. 1 Travel Credit has the value of 1 United States Dollar (USD). If your default currency is set to a currency other than USD, the exchange rate will be periodically updated, and therefore subject to fluctuations and varied values. Invitees
Invitees who have signed up using a valid invite link will also receive the amount of Rewards indicated in the invitation or accompanying promotional materials that can be used towards bookings. Travala.com reserves the right to cancel your reservations if fraud, abuse, tampering or a violation of these Terms or Travala.com's Terms and Conditions, or technical errors, are suspected. Rewards are voided for cancelled reservations. If your reservation later qualifies for a refund, the maximum refund you may receive is the actual amount paid by you.
Multiple Invites
An Invitee may only use one invite link. If an Invitee receives invite links from multiple Members, only the Member associated with the invite link used by the Invitee first will receive Rewards.
Severability
If any provision in these terms is held to be invalid, void or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Termination and Changes
Travala.com may suspend a user's ability to participate in this Invite Program at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to suspend accounts if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent or in violation of the Travala.com Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to review and investigate all invite activities and to modify invites at our sole discretion, as deemed fair and appropriate.
Updates to the Terms
We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in this Invite Program after any amendment of these Terms shall constitute consent to such amendments.

分享推荐链接
禁止会员向带有推荐邀请的人发送垃圾邮件。这包括大量您向不认识的人通过电子邮件，短信或消息传递消息，或者通过任何渠道使用自动化系统或漫游器来分发您的引荐链接。禁止会员付费宣传其推荐链接。
推荐朋友
使用有效的推荐链接注册的被推荐朋友还将获得推荐邀请或随附的促销材料中指定的AVA代币的奖励，可用于将来的预订，睿智计划或实际上已退出的平台。推荐奖励不得与其他Travala.com推荐计划或奖励结合使用。

如果被推荐的朋友收到来自多个会员的推荐链接，则只有与被推荐朋友使用的推荐链接相关的会员才能获得奖励。如果被推荐的朋友在使用其推荐促销进行合资格预订之前激活了睿智成员资格，则睿智计划奖励将唯一有效，推荐奖励将不再有效。
可分割性
如果本条款中的任何规定被认定为无效，废除或不可执行，则该规定（或使其无效，废除或不可执行的部分）将被删除，并且不会影响其余规定的有效性和可执行性 。
终止与变更
Travala.com可能会出于任何原因随时暂停用户参与。如果我们发现任何我们认为滥用，欺诈或违反Travala.com 条款和条件, 我们保留暂停帐户的权利。我们保留审查和调查所有推荐活动，和我们认为公平和适当的修改推荐的权利。
条款更新
