It's old and needs an upgrade.

Staff very helpful

I like the fact that Woonsocket is very close to shopping and fast food restaurants!! Very helpful and friendly staff!!

Very low budget but the owner was extremely nice and helpful

My wife was upset with me for booking here!

The carpet was disgusting. The sheets and blanket were questionably clean. The room smelled. It was a large room with a new mini fridge with freezer. Newer microwave. The shower/tub was very good. The office chair was great and the table/desk was good. The location was OK, and the outside had been painted recently. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Ask for money back and changed my mind about staying.

I had to wait an hour to check in, office was closed and there were no vacancies. I had to call manager to come down and give me a key to get into my room

The staff

This inn is used for monthly rentals. Needs to be refurbished and updated. Some rooms are smoking. The weed smell penetrates through the hallway at all hours. There is only 2 lodging venues in Woonsocket. This motor inn is within walking distance to The Stadium, Chan’s Egg rolls and Blues and several dining options. Chelos has a 9page menu and is very reasonably priced. It is rundown and really not worth the money. Can get loud and/ or noisey, thin walls. Yes the Holiday inn express can be up to $75 more per night BUT very clean, breakfast included and has indoor pool. It is less then 2 miles from music venues

Cute place, very run down

This could be a gem, but the lack of TLC makes it a mess. It was clean, but the run down furniture and the bed that was noisey ruined the everything. I'd stay again as it's near The Stadium Theater.

Hair and used soap in bathroom, shower was slimy and caused a slip. Requested a “non smoking room” but the previous occupants smoked in it, the management said there’s no such thing as non smoking there. Bedding wasn’t clean.

We liked the motel, have stayed here before. The area around the motel is a little scary. Undesirable people walking around parking lot

This motel is sometimes useful if I cannot get one closer to my destination; and the price has usually stayed reasonable. My rating is a bit "kind". Iit's a bit of a beat-up property. As one example, the bathroom: tiny bars of soap; and no shower curtain! Also, water leaking on the floor, presumably from a refrigerator. Also, reception: Often, no one is at the desk. Still, the folks are relatively friendly when they are at th desk , and it's an easy trip back to Rt 146.

This property was very old and you could tell by the faint smell of old/mold in the hallway. The room was mostly clean but in dire need of a paint job and some work. The bathroom sink is slow to drain, the shower faucet was loose and it feels like there is water and/or air in between the tub and the tub surround/overlay. It felt like you were on a ship moving with the waves whenever you moved in the shower. It was OK for what we needed, A quick overnight while seeing a show locally. In and out in under 24 hours.

This is a very dirty hotel. When I complained about excrement and black mold in the bathroom, I was given a reason of ‘Its a motel and not a hotel. Hotels dot com should lose this franchise!

Don't Go In The Bathroom

If u want a bed to sleep in & leave after u wake up,, this is the place. Oh, but don't, t go in the bathroom. Ceiling had water stains, water was floating under the showerfloor,tiles & plastermissing,1" space between the sink & wall shower holder broken, caulking missing around shower. The bathroom has to be destroyed.

The sillen leaked the whole time Water on the time it was raining and it was coming through the ceiling it leaked all down the wall the walls were peeling silken wet I told Front dest they did not care The maintenance man told Me Too! Bad go to another hotel They told me nobody was not gonna do anything about it Trying to add the pictures but it won't let me

The room was filthy- there was a brown liquid all over the bedside table and dirt in the shower.

The room was filthy, stank of cigarettes despite being a non-smoking room, and sound travelled easily so you could hear your neighbours. The beds were not comfortable. The value for the price was very poor. Would not stay again.

Great place!

Its a very nice placs for a very cheap price!! I enjoyed my stay. Staff was excellent! Rooms were very clean! Was super hapy ll around!

When we entered our room, it smelled of cigarettes, tv was on as was the AC. Window was unlocked and screen was tampered with on a bottom floor room. Bed looked slept in, on top of covers and we're fairly certain someone climbed out said window as we were unlocking our door. We went to our show in Woonsocket, then headed home. We did NOT stay the night.

Not worth the money,

Location was kind of sketchy. Not really an area where you’d want to take a walk at night. But room was fine for a two star motel. You get what you get.

You can hear everyone walking, talking, shutting the door. Impossible to sleep with constant noise al night.

What i liked about the inn? This is the best and only place that i loved to stay.

the room it's self was great but they have a lot of people who rent long term there and the noise was crazy. the people next to us didn't go to bed until wee hours of the morning so we couldn't sleep since we heard everything they did. we ended up checking out and leaving for home in the middle of our last night since we wasn't getting any sleep anyway. the manager tried to get them to quiet down and we appriciate that but it didn't work.

My room was okay, but the drape over the second bed had holes in it. The bath tub /shower area should be replaced. If you’re looking for a quick pit stop to just rest your head with no family , this is the place

Got to my room and found dirty socks and old pieces of cheese between the wall and mattress. The ac unit filter was filthy so i slept in my car and only went back to room to shower before getting back on the road asked for my money back,was told that every room is Thoroughly cleaned and pretty much told me i put the trash there even tho it was kids socks and cheese that had been there for weeks.this is after i showed them the pictures. I'm not one to complain i travel all over the USA and have had to stay in some rough motels/hotels but this one needs to be reported

Sleazy motel

When I went to check in, the manager was lying on a bed in the office. I was told the place had no vacancies, and they were originally unable to find the reservation. When they found it I was given the only room left. The room itself was absolutely disgusting and whatever they used to clean the room after the previous occupants finished their “stay” makes it smells like a kennel. Pretty sure an adult film was made in my room before I got to it.

I don't anticipate a fancy hotel for the price but was far worse than I imagined. It was very over priced for how dirty it was. The halls and room smelled of stale smoke, the paint on the walls were peeling, broken fixtures, alcohol nip bottles in room not removed, cigarette burns in the sheets. If wasn't trying to be close to event the next morning in the area I would have demanded my money back and walked out.

It’s fine my girlfriend of 7 years and I broke up on this trip because her adult son is a thief and steals from us, so not much to say.

1st they do not know what the DO NOT disturb sign means. I expressly said I wanted no one in the rm & put the sign in the card slot. Didn't matter to anyone, my rm was entered. For all 4 nights the 400 lb jerk above me was stomping around at 6am.

Not a Peaceful Stay!

Mixed review here! Plus side the rooms are large, so are the beds, 2 per room! Minus side, strong smell of cigarette smoke as soon as you enter the hallways on the Motel, carpets in room in serious need of professional cleaning! Motel has mainly people that live there on a on going monthly basis. Lots of noise from room above me, as well as outside in the back parking lot.

Spend a little more time cleaning

Room was pretty big double beds mini frigerator with microwave had a little toilet paper I had to wait the next day to get a decent size roll the beds was not clean had hair everywhere. The air conditions need to be covered there's a big gap where animals can get through mold smell is disgusting overall everything was okay but besides people partying until 4 in the morning

The man that I constantly see working here is very assertive, may come off strong but definitely rite person for this environment/establishment.

He canceled my reservation. I went to hotel late to check in. Expedia ask me if I want cancel said no.

Clean and Friendly

Although maybe requiring some renovations, the motel was as clean as it could be and the staff was friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient

When I made the reservation they said the room would be ready at 3 but i got there early around 1 and went to check in and to pay for my room and they said the room would be ready in 10 minutes which i was not expecting that I was definitely pleased with that and the room was nice and the accommodations were perfect I definitely would recommend the Woonsocket Inn to my friends.

Very dusty, was freezing heater not working not worth the price will not recommend to anyone.

It's not a bad hotel at all. The people in the city make it awful tho. It's a good hotel in a poor area.

Staff was aggressive and very non cooperative. Room was dirty and burn holes all over the blankets. room was missing things after we left for a couple of hours. Do not stay here

The hallway was filled with smoke smell. The bathroom door was broken and the internet speed was horrible.

There was water leaking every time I flushed the toilet, no hdmi cable to watch cable because someone took it and anytime I tried to speak to the guy at desk he was like oh we will check. I don’t remember something wrong

Really would rather not say, but I was very disappointed and it was a very short stay.

Every time i come here its always clean an stocked with the things i need love staying here highly recommend it for someine travelimg out if state or on business trip 💯
