Was not the cleanest motel I’ve been to,you could hear what was going on in another room….

Had a staff member stay whilst working in the area. He said he could see the stains on the mattress through the sheets. He saw a RAT run through his room later in the evening. Barley slept as he was concerned about the rodant running around. Would NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. This is just putrid. I cannot understand how you can charge people to stay in this squallar!

Quiet and convenient. Just a couple of small maintenance items in the shower recess would make the room excellent.

Absolutely filthy, piss on the bathroom ceiling, season stains everywhere, dirty tissue in the freezer. Room was wrong and so much more

Mistake.

I booked for three nights but left after two. I have never done that before. Major issue is extreme traffic noise which is constant and very poorly screened. Needs double glazing. Also, cracked shower screen, toilet off the wall, no emptying of bins, no replenishment of tea,coffee no housekeeping at all. Views? None of Warragul- just bushes, dry grass and rabbits. Never again.

Spectacular room. Large space with comfortable and convenient furnishings. Severe water hammer problem from a shower tap ... but this can happen, minor problem really. Black mark to Expedia - their accounting procedures left me in total confusion concerning payment. A withdrawal from the account without mention of the name of the accommodation provider ...??? Just 30 digits of codes.

Simple spotlessly clean very comfy bed

Room was large, clean and comfortable. Owner was polite, friendly and took pride in his property, with ongoing improvement plans in progress. Would happily recommend to family, friends and all.

Good bed. Good shower. Cheap

Very happy with the room nice and clean the only thing there was no teaspoons supplied or other cutlery and there was 2 cups but different sizes and also no extra pillows and no contact with the staff it was all done by phone but thats just our opinion apart from that would recommend

Close to hospital

Great customer service, lovely Managers and Staff, very helpful. Room was very clean and bed very comfortable. Maybe some bowls and plates in the room would be a welcome addition. We will be back.

The property suited my needs as it was walking distance to the funeral home, very comfortable bed, great shower.

It was a great setting,restful and quiet .Easy to get to and shops close by .

nice place and clean

We had a quiet nights sleep, although the TV in the next unit was very loud. We were not greeted on arrival, but the key was left in our room. The site is in a convenient location but a long way out of town.

This motel was basic, a little austere but not uncomfortable. I have seen the pale grey laminex budget furnishings and minimal fit out in many independent vintage motels in Australia where the original 70s fit out has been removed but the later owners have taken a minimalist and little effort as possible approach to furnishing the accommodation. Bathroom was clean and functional, if again a little bare. The only really unpleasant part was the extremely stained carpet, which should be replaced asap. The garden setting was potentially attractive but a little run down. But overall not bad value for money if you are on a budget and you need somewhere to stay.

Easy to find, comfortable, clean good staff would recommend. Woke up in the morning and a couple of cows were in the field. Very countryside.

Property was, somewhat tired.. but spotlessly clean, bed was mushy, no door on the shower, remote for tv was flat, but it was quiet.. & very clean..

Fabulous friendly smiling prompt reception service. Simple but clean convenient rooms, bathroom and toilet facilities, good hot & cold water, clean linen and towels, clean functional amenities. Excellent pleasant stay in all aspects. Quiet surroundings peaceful and picturesque. Recommend any time. Not expensive.

Not within walking distance to any shops, the room was large and well furnished but the bathroom did need some repairs. Value for money.

Beautiful outlook over grassed area, but it's by the freeway. The room did have doubled glazed windows, making the freeway noise a low backgropund noise, but I hate a room where you can't open the windows! Love fresh air!

We thought the property was very clean and comfortable, however we didnt like the shower being in the spa bath, we thought it was quite dangerous having to stand on a stool to get into the shower.

Was fine for a night.. Appeared to be clean. Bed was a bit hard and there were no extra pillows but other than that no complaints

Booked a room as photos indicate accessible bathroom which was wheelchair bound stroke survivor. Lovely lady offered a refund and a free nights accommodation which was not taken up as we were not staying in the area. Only after numerous requests for the promised refund which were all ignored was the decision made to let everyone know that they were happy to take money from a disabled person despite not being able to provide adequate facilities. Very disappointing

2 night stay

Room was fine neat and tidy.Bed a little tired mattress wise.Location not far from freeway and constant traffic noise not conducive to a good night’s sleep.

On arrival the lady in reception was pleasant but there seemed to be a number of men around the office looking to do some kind of work. In the room , the need for maintenance was obvious. Someone had tried to paint the room but had done a terrible job. The bed although relatively comfortable, was packed up under some legs with peices of wood. No lock on toilet/shower for privacy. Water was great, very hot. We found some ants in the bed which played with your imagination during the night. I think the owners were trying to fix things up, but have a lot of work ahead of them.

How’s the serenity!

Lady at reception was lovely, place was clean, comfy beds, hot showers with good water pressure, good price. Only downside was the walls weren't overly soundproof, and the people in the room next door woke me up at 10pm and 2am with lots of talking. Noisy patrons aren't their fault though, so I would stay there again if I was in the area.

Terrible experience to say the least. Checked in Monday evening only to find that the room stunk of cigarette smoke and all the windows had been left open to air the room. Stayed the night and woke up feeling nauseous. Spoke to the staff, expected a room change when I returned Tuesday afternoon, but found that the staff had changed the bed sheets, vacuumed and opened the windows again. Smell was still no better. Has no choice, but to check out and seek alternative accomodation. Requested a refund for the remaining 3 nights and was flatly refused. Really disappointing experience to say the least.

Rooms were nice and big. No sevice in room, no bed made, no tea and coffee second day. It should ve stated on the website and check-in if there is no second day service. Why should i pay the same price for the second day and not even have tea and coffee, let alone bed made, rubbish bin emptied. Manager didn't seem to care

A comfortable place to stay. Only one chair for 2 people was a surprise.

Roomy room with a nice outlook. The view would be better without the semi clear curtains. Comfortable bed. The refrigerator worked well. The taps on the hand basin were stiff. Some bleach needed around the shower. Otherwise it was good.

Needs upgrading, the bed was so saggy I hardly slept and ended up with a sore back. The air conditioner was old as was everything else.

They should inform guests that the property looks over the freeway which you can hear ALL night. No sleep whatsoever

The property is good to stay, BEWARE IF YOU BOOK THROUGH THIS SITE THEY CHARGE AMERICAN DOLLARS. From $80 goes up to $120 and don't know till you check the bank statement. Very misleading

The bathroom in this place is awful. The tiles are so dirty in the shower the screens are cracked everything is so old. The heater blew cold air.

Everything was okay for a regional motel. Needs a refresh and the owners are planning to update. They only took over the management 5 days ago so hopefully it is on the improve. No breakfast service available but this is going to change. We wish them well

The property was a well kept and ultra clean room. Needs a bit of updating But the bed was a very comfortable bed and the shower had great pressure but needs refreshing, I enjoyed my stay and the manager and family were lovely. Thank you.
