- I wasn't given the room view which was described in my booking. I was given full view of the infinity pool which I didn't pay for and wasn't interested in viewing. I had paid for ocean and mountain views !!! - Couches were worn out. - The lounge room blinds are see through at night, and because I didn't get the view I paid for I was facing the infinity pool. So no privacy if you sat in the lounge room at night. - The stove doesn't boil water, it just warms it. - The infinity pool was really good, I like it.

The property is beautiful. The penthouse was truly amazing. The pool area was an absolute must for our stay and did not disappoint.

Front desk staff are amazing. They were so kind and helpful. The pool was immaculate. Two shaded BBQ areas were clean and had nice big tables. Beautiful views from the room - we watched the sun rise from bed every morning.

Good to stay for ever

On arrival door was not accesible with card we waoted one hour to be fixed, if we will arrive after hours we will sleep on the road with kids, brokrn bath plug , impossible to open, broken toilet, nkt flashing, pinting of ceiling not finished, spend few days of calling and comolaining to fix the things, Inalso spotted piece of poop in the swimming poop

Clean apartments and well set up with everything we needed for the period of time we were there. Beautiful views with direct access to the beach, but having the pool there was also great on the windy days when the water was too rough for our bub. Convenient location with the restaurants and cafe. Definitely recommend.

The view and pool was amazing. Great proximity to a wonderful Beach. Very clean and quiet. Spa is just bubbles and not hot. Ensuite is frosted glass walls so turning a light on while someone is sleeping wakes them up. If you are in a wheelchair or struggle with stairs the access to beach or shops would be near impossible.

Excellent room and facilities and staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Travelling with elderly parents the only drawback was the stairs and steep slope to access the property from the street.

The property was neat and tidy, a bit run down but everything was usable, the curtains are not block out so you wake up with the sun.. we would definitely rent it again if staying in Trinity beach..

One of the most beautiful locations we have been to. Beautiful apartment with amazing views. Master has balcony access and we slept with the door open and bug screen shut and got to go to sleep with the beautiful sound of the ocean! The kids loved the pool. The apartment had everything we needed. The pool and BBQ area was lovely and the staff excellent and had good knowledge about the area. Would definitely stay again.

The property looks quite good but is very loud. It’s certainly not five star as when you go to bed you can hear every movement from the apartment above, due to the build obviously not being very good quality and poor insulation. Views are nice but there’s no controls on people playing what is the music they want really loud during the day. Staff very friendly though.

Best view in Trinity

Perfect place to stay, the views are amazing from everywhere. Pool is huge and very child friendly. Spacious rooms and fabulous on site management. Love this place!

The view was sensational; the perfect way to spend my 40th

Nice newer building directly on Trinity Beach. Lots of room but in the apartment, a fully equipped kitchen, and new air conditioning systems made our stay a pleasure. The large pool was a blast for our child, with its calm and stinger free waters. All of the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. It is a bit pricier than neighbouring options, but we’ll worth it. We would definitely stay here again.

Vue has an unbeatable location and view of the Coral Sea. The pool is spectacular.

Location, size of apartment and view.....

Amazing

Perfect location , very comfortable and clean . Very good communication. Only 8 minutes by car from Palm Cove . Definitely recommend. Also is quite place amazing for relaxing.

The property was, overall, very, very good. The only issue is that the gradient of the driveway is extremely steep. This is an issue if you don’t have a car, are elderly, incapacitated or, as in my case, very unfit. If the booking had been made directly with the property then this would have been made known. Through agencies it’s never mentioned for some reason.

View of the ocean, reception super helpful. Nice pool with ocean view. Just a handful of restaurants, none that great, very overpriced Italian. Pub food ok. Wifi wasn’t great, difficult to watch a Netflix movie at times or even browse web. Nice big apartment, not many things to use for cooking in kitchen.

Lovely property, excellent views in quiet area not too far from everything we wanted to do whilst in the area.

The “penthouse”was nothing more than a 3 bedroom apartment. We were extremely disappointed especially for the money we paid. The lift was broken the entire time so going in and out of the unit was quite frustrating up and down 8 flights of stairs. On arrival no help was offered with luggage ect to the unit, no compensation for the inconvenience just told these things happen

AMAZING new fresh, spectacular views

As we walked into our unit we looked straight out to the ocean and down to the pool. Wow, what a view. Gorgeous unit, very clean, lovely comfortable beds. We had a problem with our fridge and the staff were very helpful. Air conditioning worked great as it was so hot outside. Also had ceiling fans throughout unit. The pantry had a few basic items which made it very convenient in the kitchen.

Loved the large verandah at the penthouse. Amazed at how clean everything was. Surprised at daily room service. Will definitely recommend to anyone, and will hopefully be back sometime soon. Safety issue: blow dryer in main bathroom does not switch off until you stop it with the power point switch. Exhaust Fan in main bathroom is not working at all and that bathroom has not got any ventilation. Drain waste in both shower and bathroom floor are tiled and sinking when walked on. All in all we loved our stay but just wanted to bri g to light a few safety issues that need addressing rather urgently.

It’s a full apartment with laundry but the walls are very thin, and so you will heat your neighbor go the bathroom. Also, they pushed 2 double-sized beds together to form a queen-sized bed.

It was very spacious and well equipped. Marvelous 180 degree views over the ocean. Enormous deck overlooking the ocean and lovely horizon pool on the property. Lift access was great too. A lovely beach front property.

Go for the view, not the WiFi.

The suite was amazingly accommodated and the view from the room was stunning. Sleeping with the balcony doors open to hear the sound of the ocean waves crashing was phenomenal. The beach was a quick, easy walk from the room (3 minutes). The only drawback to this hotel is the shockingly poor WiFi. It was beyond frustrating.

I stayed with my family in a 4 bedroom suite. It was huge! This had a beautiful view of the ocean. My only suggestion is to heat the pool for winter. Had a lovely stay and would stay again!

Excellent good value good location will recommend to all

The property was beautiful, very unexpected so that was good. The only negative is that the pool is too cold, really not enjoyable to swim in and the kids didn't stay into the pool for too long.

I had one of the smaller apartments in the complex (213), with a limited ocean view, but it was still very nice, and had direct access to the pool if one wanted it (I didn’t). There were a couple of odd aspects – the oversize cane furniture in the living area was hard to get comfortable in, even with the many cushions provided, and the only window coverings in the living area were sheer sunscreen blinds, which were fine during the day but provided no privacy at night with the lights on. The shower floor in the ensuite was very slippery, and I had to buy a shower mat. The adjoining bottle-shop and tavern were very convenient, and I had several good meals in the tavern.

Trinity Beach Gem

We had a short 4 night stay after 12 days of travelling around the middle of Australia, then Darwin then Cairns. The attraction was an apartment in a great area and with a great pool, and that pool was big and inviting. Loved the apartment it was very modern and clean and had all the amenities we wanted. The huge balcony overlooking the pool and the deck were fantastic. We would stay again. The only negative would be the wifi it was intermittent and unreliable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vue Apartments Trinity Beach, Cairns. The access to the pool, the beach, the Bistro and Bar and bottle shop were too easy, along with the excellent local restaurants, coffee shops and only a short distance from the airport and major tourist attractions well known to the locale.

Seven days on Trinity Beach

The best way to sum up our stay is to say it was wonderful. Got a great rate for a 4 bedroom for 7 nights. Had family visiting from the states and it accommodated all 7 of us us with room to spare. From the moment we checked in, till the early morning we left, we didn't have any issues. One of our boys wished the hot tub was heated, but the rest of us didn't really care.

Wonderful to head back to somewhere familiar and stay in the Vue Apartments. Clean, cool, comfortable apartments with a wonderful pool and BBQ facilities. Will be great when the nearby waterfront complex is complete. On our booking we had: free parking, free wireless internet and 10% off food. Parking was convenient, wireless internet a blast however we did not get 10% off food - hard when there are no food retailers in the complex.

The apartments were spacious modern and very comfortable and had washer,dryer and dishwasher in each apartment. The neighborhood was upscale and quiet. The beach was across the street and several restaurants were an easy walk away. Several attractions and the airport were very close. Cairns city center was an expensive cab ride away but otherwise a fabulous place to stay.

The apartment was so much larger than we expected. The furniture was comfortable. The balcony had a glass table for 6. The views from our top floor room were spectacular!
