Maybe the other review wasn't exaggerated..

So having travelled round Asia quite a bit I have seen the odd cockroach in the room a few times never more than 2 in the same room and never on the same day .. This has the potential to be perfect walking distance to what we wanted to do, modern and massive windows to see the beautiful views .. but even I was taken aback by how many bugs were in the rooms .. The kitchen area was COVERED in roaches and bugs there must have been about 16 dead in the sink .. no all roaches but decent sized bugs one that had been squished still in the fridge and place just not quite kept to a clean enough standard.. In the bedroom I'm not convinced the sheets were clean on and the bugs were still all over the bathroom said to the girl and she said she would get someone to clean our room ... It was our day to get the room cleaned anyways seen as we had came early hours of the morning the day before it wasn't necessary the first day but it's every second day cleaned apparently anyway the cleaned didn't get rid of the bugs. What a disappointment this place has the potential to be AMAZING but instead I spent the whole time with my stuff packed away in my bags and not wanting to shower or use the bathroom ... Wouldn't step foot back in the kitchen :( Clean it up you have something amazing !!

i stayed for 2 nights just for shopping at KLCC Suria Mall and Pavillion. It was only a walking distance.

Good position, close to train station, in neiborhood of Petronas, room ok for two people who are spending a little time at the hotel. Good price for quality.

There are so many cockroaches and they don’t mob the floor regularly

The apartment itself has 2 rooms and 1 of it is mine. I liked the idea of having the communal living room which means i get to interact with my "neighbour" if we met, which unfortunately we did not. The staff were also very prompt with requests and they helped solve a lot of my issues during my stay which i greatly appreciate. I would highly recommend this to people on a budget and for families. Thank you for the pleasant experience!

Reasons

I gave this place 5*s bc -view from 41st floor -price -luggage storage when we checked out -internet!!!!! Was great! -location Cons: -elevator needed service. The numbers would jump around, and some (of the 6 elevators) shook a couple lot -while check in 3 other people came in with room issues, and we had to wait while they resolved those. BUT, they did resolve the others issues. -the cleaning man tried coming in while we were still in our room about 10am, and I wasn’t even clothed. It was scary! My husband intercepted. It was a simple oversight, but I didn’t love that.

Cockroaches Suite

Found a lot of cockroaches in the room. Ask to change room but the receptionist refuse & said no room available to change. Then I asked for insect repellent. Who know the more cockroaches I kill & more appeared. I've video to upload if I able to. I couldn't accept anymore so I asked for checkout & refund then the receptionist told me there is another room if you like to change. Thanks for receptionist at last I able to get my refund. Before I book the hotel I checked the review is 8.2 but I think that should be long time ago.

Great property but very difficult to find at night as no clear signage and street numbers are rarely displayed. So, it is the only tall, round building in the street and is next to Concorde Hotel (very clearly signed) which all taxi drivers know. My taxi dropped me off about 1k from hotel! Local businesses had never heard of the hotel name, so took a few phone calls to find it.

The room was small with the toilet very near to the bed and has a foul smell.

Almost Perfect Apartment

We booked a Deluxe Apartment with 2 bedrooms and we got a huge surprise, the whole apartment is secure, clean, spacious, comfy, fast WiFi and comes with all amenities of a modern home. In additional, there are 2 toilets where both me and my friend can use in our own privacy. Do take note that the front desk office is on the 6th floor and need to ask security on ground floor to help open the door to the lift lobby if no one is going in or out. Check-in and out is hassle free but do also take note that the pool is not free and there are charges to use it. The apartment is almost perfect aside from the television connection is rather poor, causing constant lag time which renders us unable to watch any shows.

Overall good and comfortable stay

Overall the stay was good and staff is very friendly and attentive to any problems/questions that I had. The only negative side is that I had a number of bugs in my room, pretty big ones, so some pest control would be good. Otherwise it's clean and nice. The shower has hot water (heater can be turned on/off with a button in the common room outside the bedroom), the shower has good pressure. Cleaning is done every other day which I think is enough. Living room and kitchen is shared with another guest but you can lock the room to the bedroom so no problem. There is a laundry machine in the kitchen and they provide detergent that guests can use. The location is near malls and some restaurant but it's more of a business/high end area so not very vibrant but calm and nice. Walking distance to the Petronas towers.

Convenient location, close to public transport.

Booked apartment for couple. Was being given shared, backpacker like, arrangement. Had to pay more money to upgrade. Website did not mention sharing rooms. Internet is hopeless. It did not work. TV is useless. No instruction to operate the equipment.

My shortest stay in a hotel. 15 minutes and left for another hotel ! The review is rubbish and ended up to pay twice for one night stay.

Great location and convenient high rise

Great location and nice place. There were no directions for how to find the check in counter, which is on the 6th floor and we ended up going to 3 different places before we found out. The gym promised in the advertisement cost money to use, which is part of why we booked Idaris. The location was great and most other things were great. Apartment staff were somewhat helpful. Just note that you’ll have to take a taxi to the subway system unless you want to walk 1.5 miles to the nearest stop.

Booked two nites and decided to arrive earlier but our extended nite was not recorded. They managed to give us a room but not as per our request and rates.

Good location with 7 eleven store at the building. Walking distance to monorail station and its 2 stations from Bukit Bintang. Near to Hard Rock cafe and Beach club bar. Quiet surroundings once back to building.

not so good the location, no free parking, need to pay for entry of swimming pool…overall, not convenient the stay…

Handy for ventral KL

Easy to get to Petronas Towers and other central KL activities. Handy for hop on hop off bus. Kitchen facilities shared with another condo. Use of pool not included in price and at 50 ringers per person seems pricey!

Jena and sara were very nice and helpful. It's cool that it is easy to get in touch w them via WhatsApp.

AMAZING view of the KL tower from the bedroom

The staff was super attentive and kind. Staff made efforts to give us a GREAT view of the KL tower from our bedroom. Very reasonable price for the suite. This is more like an apartment suite so you had access to your very own kitchen (with plates, cups, utensils) and washer/dryer (shared with another suite). Most of the channels in the TV didnt seem to work but you had a great view from the bedroom that you could watch! There was 24 hour guard staff and a 7-11 right at the entrance of the building.

Compact but very nice and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and eager to help. Hotel was central to everything that we wanted to see and very close to all public transport. We walked eveywhere thats how close and central it was. Great stay in a great city will visit again

Poor check-in, but good rooms

The room was nice and comfortable. I was slightly shocked, but maybe I did not read into this that we shared the common area (kitchen and living room) with the second room. The hotel is a service apartment (two bedroom apartments), but the bedrooms can be individually locked and feels like a hotel room once inside. Pool looks nice! Unfortunately, we didn't have the best check-in experience. I was grateful to get an email from the hotel trying to coordinate our arrival time. I stated we will arrive between 20:30 and 21:00 as I knew they had out of office hours after 21:00 where we would have to contact somebody else. Anyway, on the day, our flight was an hour delayed from Penang, but we managed to get out of the plane and in a taxi within 20 minutes due to the flight being regional (no immigration queue) and we had our bags on us. We arrived just before 21:00 and got into the office on the 6th floor, just after 21:00, where we spotted the receptionist. After rustling through papers, she told us to go downstairs to find the security guard, place the deposit (200 RM, which is a lot!) and get the keys off him. I did so, but could not find the guard (talked to the security guard for parking as well as the guard for the hotel next door), so I quickly went back to the office to tell them that they should show me where he is. They did so as they were locking up and of course, the security guard is sitting behind a desk behind an unmarked door. That hassle could have been avoided!

Very close to the twin towers.

Apartment was a little on the small side but as we were outside most of the time it was ok. Located in the city close to shops, clubs and food outlets.

Would recommend to anyone for a short stay

Had a really enjoyable stay. Staff were lovely and managed to check me in an hour early. Immediate surroundings outside hotel weren't the best but only took 10-15 minutes to walk to Petronas towers and city centre. Room was clean and very modern looking and comfortable. Only downfall was that the TV kept losing connection but that could have been due to bad weather. Would definitely stay again! Perfect for a short weekend stay!

Nicely located accommodation.

Friendly and obliging staff. Kitchenette adequately supplied except no pots or pans for the cooktop. Begs the question of why a cooktop is even there. Not that it's needed with all the cheap food around. Traffic is terrible at peak time and we missed out on nyonya food as couldn't get there and had to change plans. We're from KL so are basically only into food and some shopping but not in Pavilion as that's not our style. Petaling St and others nearby are more to our liking and there's still some old fashion shops to explore to digest old KL type culture.

Very nice!

Wonderful place in a very safe area! Right next to the shangrila hotel. Nice, very clean and space is big, and was perfect for our family of 4. You can walk to Bukit Bintang, and the petronas towers is in the area. Monorail is a short walk away. Many thanks to Ika for topnotch service. She is so nice, friendly and very accomodating.

Nice hotel close to city centre

Check in was quick and easy, the hotel provided a sim card when we arrived as the WiFi was not working. Room was clean, spacious, bed was comfy. The common area had kitchen and laundry available although we didn't use it. We wanted a late checkout as our flight wasn't leaving until evening, the office staff offered to keep our luggage in office which was very helpful. The only negative was that the hot water in the shower was only slightly warmer than the cold water. Overall I'd recommend this hotel as it's close to the train station, restaurants, shopping, and the Petronas twin towers.

Hotel situated at a centralized location

The service apartment is pretty new. Suite is sizable. Location is very convenient situated at a very centralized location. Walking distance to the Twin towers, KL tower and even Jalan Ahlor. There are also plenty of restaurants near by to choose from (eg. Gravy baby Bistro is nearby).

best place to stay in Kuala Lumpur

excellent stay. Huang. is an excellent host. Any questions he sorted them out straightway. gave good advice on local area and a very friendly chat. Room with a view to the twin towers and only a 8 min walking distant to the towers. The room was very clean and modern, condition like brand new. I would most defiantly stay here again.

City Condo Hotel

Beautiful 9th floor condo with spectacular City View including one of the Peronas Twin Towers. Close to all city attractions, nightclubs, and monorail system. Great Street Food close by that caters to the office buildings.

Bra läge

Det ligger bra, men ett slitet hotel, trånga rum. Hade två enkla sängar och inget plats för resväska, den fick ligga på den andra lediga sängen, men hade vi varit två, då fanns det absolut inget plats, ens för en väska och två skall vi inte tala om. Väldigt trångt!! I den gemensamma vardagsrummet, ett rundbord och TRE, stolar, en nedfläckad stoppad stol, en plast stol och en pall! Men båda rummen hade sängar för fyra personer. Under natten brakade det löss. Ngt. gick sönder och på morgonen såg jag att gardin stången i vardags rummet hade gått sönder. Både jag och gästen intill har påpekat det och det skulle åtgärdas under dagen, men nej och det var stark sol och inget AC i detta rum. Nonchalans. Sen är det Wi-Fi uppkopplingen som är under all kritik! Nu i Corona virus tider, för mig var det oerhört viktigt att kunna vara uppkopplad för att följa min börs och tex. sälja. Men ack nej, trots påpekande om det så fungerade det inte. Så 43 tusen kronor back på två dagar för att jag inte kunde komma in på min baksida för att sälja mina fonder!! Arg. Och när jag betalade för rummet vid utcheckningen, i receptionen kunde jag gå in på valuta omvandlare och såg exat hur mkt. de skall dra från mitt konto och det drog 14 kr mer! Även om det är inte större summan för två nätter, så rätt skall vara rätt! De har det gjort på alla hotell jag har bort under en månad! Irriterande! Har påpekat det direkt och det skulle återbetalas till mig på mitt kort. Än är det inte åtgärdat!

뷰도 좋고 방도 넓고 쾌적하나 화장실이랑 싱크대 청결 상태가 좀 안좋아요 바퀴벌레 계속 나오는데 약달라고 해서 쳐놓으면 시체만 늘어납니다. 전자레인지는 내부에 고장나있는거 모르고 돌리다가 불꽃 엄청 튀어서 큰일날뻔 했어요. 나머지는 다 괜찮긴 합니다. 위치도 완벽하고 그러니 비즈니스나 개인여행으로 사용하긴 좋고 커플 여행에는 맞진 않는듯

Chouette appartement, neuf et confortable.

A proximité à pied de la KL Tower et des Petronas. Parking public peu onéreux à côté de la résidence. Juste dommage que le check in soit un peu fastidieux. Il faut trouver le bureau où récupérer les clés et l'accès à la résidence ne se fait que par badge...

良いところはロケーションで、とても便利なところにあります。また洗濯機と乾燥機は新しそうで良かったです。それ以外は良い印象はありません。施設は古くメンテナンスにはかなりの問題があります。例えば、ベッドが最高級ベッドと記載してありましたが、全くそういうものではありません。エレベーター、廊下などは、多くの国々から来ているマナーの悪い旅行客のせいか、汚れていることも多い上、掃除も最低限のため、清潔感はあまり感じられません。部屋の掃除は、ほぼ掃除機をかけないようです。掃除機をかけることを3回お願いして、見ている前でようやくやってもらいましたが、かなりいい加減がものでした。電気系の問題も多かったので、全てにおいて最低限で良い、という方にのみおすすめします。

정말... 힘들었어요.

이 호텔에 2일, 3일 두번 예약을 해서 총 5일을 머물렀는데 바퀴벌레가 너무 많아서 미칠뻔 했음. 5일동안 불을 못 끄고 잤음. 바퀴벌레가 침대에도 올라오고. 정말 최악이에요.

정확하게 객관적인 것만 쓰려고 노력은 하겠으나 자꾸 감정이 들어가지만 최대한 자제하겠음. (부글부글) 첫날 - 밤에 샤워하려는데 샤워부스 안에 하수도 막힌거 확인. 내일 아침에 고쳐준다고 함. 그리고 이 방에 많은 바퀴벌레가 산다는 사실을 확인함. 둘째날 - 프론트에 가서 컴플레인. 바퀴벌레(cockroach)가 있고 하니 스프레이 뿌려준다고 해서 뿌려줬음. 직원들은 요청하면 다 해줌. 하지만 만족스럽지는 않음. 바퀴벌레들은 스프레이따위 겁내지 않고 방, 화장실 돌아다님. 방 바꿔 달라고 말했으나 빈방이 없다고 (음력 설날연휴) 해서 포기. 방에 침대 헤드는 벽에 고정이고 매트리스와 받침대가 있는데 매트리스 덜컹거림 이거는 컴플레인 말도 못함.
