Great Place for a quick family stopover

The little apartment was great, clean, tidy and well equipped. Only challenge was the pullout sofa bed was very creaky and therefore not the best night's sleep. Lovely place and lovely town.

There is a lot to say about our stay at Vign 'appart, only a little bit about it is good. Firstly, our confirmation email from Expedia said we would be met at reception when we arrived. This didn't happen. The door was looked and no one was there. The sign on the door said to use the intercom, but there isn't any intercom, so we called the number on the door of the hotel and no one answered, so I looked at our confirmation email from Expedia and found a different number, which was answered by Mathew, the proprietor. Mathew doesn't speak English, but fortunately my high school French was enough to understand the code he told me to punch in to enter the building and to understand where to find the key for our room. We stayed in the Chambertin Suite and I urge you to avoid this suite at all costs. When you enter the building, you notice a strong smell of mildew. When you enter the Chambertin Suite which is on the ground floor, that smell gets much worse. This small suite has the bedroom in the cellar, which looks cool in the photos, but is mouldy. There are several incense bottles and a dehumidifier in the bedroom, but it is still damp and the mildew smell is overpowering. We had paid for 3 nights, but left after two after both my husband and I felt unwell after two nights in the cellar. I developed a lung infection from the mould, which affected the rest of our vacation and 11 days later I still have a very significant cough. Mathew is nice, but his hotel has issues.

Property was modern and very clean, a very nice stay. The was a problem on arrival, the key was not left in the key box and so we had to make a call the owners as nobody was present at the property. This is an important part of the experience and more care needs to be taken to ensure that keys are left for guests

Nobody body!

Zero communication with these people, even Hotels.com gave up! I don’t think they are legitimate business as we tried to cancel but phones and emails proved a waste of time. Would never stay somewhere where there are no people to communicate with, makes you wonder what sort of a business it is!

Good for families with small kid

Nice, modern rooms. Our room was a bit dusty. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. Great if you need to cook for a kid or yourself. There is a washing machine if necessary. City parking very near. Charging for electric vehicles is a one minute walk away. 20 cents per kilowatt

Thé rooms are clean and quite new. What I didn’t like was the dark interior. It made the rooms “unwelcoming”.

Perfect room with kitchenette

The room was very beautifully modernised exceptionally clean and very central in Nuit st George to walk to restaurants and bars .

Fantastic place, wish we could have stayed here more than one night. Room fully equipped with everything you need and more including a washing machine! The family are winemakers and full bottles are waiting in your room & cooling in the fridge all at a good price too. Unfortunately, we missed the wine tasting as it was just a quick stop over for us. Lovely, friendly welcome and nothing to much trouble. Highly recommend

Amazing service. Very clean. The family who owns the hotel is fantastic. Enjoy their family winery as well. They have bottles in your rooms for you if you wish.

Great location fab studio

Great location and free parking very close by. We stayed in the small studio which was ok for 2 night stay but could be a little small for a longer stay. Fixtures and fittings were of a very high standard. Friendly staff and just 2 minute walk to many restaurants and shopping area.

Great stay in Nuit St Georges

What a fantastic hotel run by a super helpful family. Nothing was too much trouble. The local town is served with some good restaurants.

Very warm welcome on arrival, beautiful room (we stayed in the cave room) with lots of character. Very close to town center - just a few minutes walk. Gregory have great recommendations for wineries (the family vineyard makes beautiful wine) and a local restaurant. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely venue in the middle of Nuits St. George’s.

Amazing renovation of an older house in the middle of Nuits St. George’s. Free parking and all the shops and restaurants in town are just a few minutes walk away. Gregory and his wife are the perfect hosts. My only caution: if you have a problem with stairs, try to get a room on the ground floor.

Newly renovated, very clean, compact but functional kitchen. Affordable option in a relatively expensive area. However the street and hallway noise at night and weak internet were some notable negatives.

Absolutely fantastic. Exceeded all expectations, very cosy but with modern updates (including A/C!). Close to the train station, close to town, but quite peaceful and restful at night. The Chambertin cave can get a little stuffy at night, so its not for the sensitive type, but it was fine for us. We highly recommend visiting the family's truffle farm and winery in Vosne Romanee, it was a true highlight of the trip. Nuits St George is a charming village and this hotel was the perfect base to visit Burgundy!

The owner was very friendly and helpfull. The appartment (Meursault) wasn’t very big, but everything was new, clean and well organized. A good bed, a good shower and even a washing machine (which we didn’t need for a stay of just one night). There were bottles of regional wine and shower gels for sale. Overall impression: excellent! We certainly recommend a stay there.

Schöne Unterkunft in schöner Gegend

Die Apartments sind zwar nicht gerade groß, aber sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Vor allem auch die Küche war extrem gut ausgestattet. Die letzte Renovierung ist sicherlich noch nicht so lange her und alles ist in einem sehr modernen neuen Zustand. Der Checkin funktionierte wunderbar und auch die Kommunikation war einfach. Eine kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit gibt es ein paar Meter die Straße runter auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz. Wir hatten mehrfach auch Glück und direkt einen Parkplatz vor der Unterkunft gefunden. Der einzige Abzug gibt es bei der Sauberkeit. Grundsätzlich war das Apartment sehr sauber, wenn man jedoch das Schlafsofa ausgeklappt hat, war darunter eine Schatztruhe und auch sehr viel Staub. Das war mein einziger Wermutstropfen.

Good value for money

Great location. Booked for 3 adults and 1 kid, room Chambertin is underground, stairs to go down are not really adapted for kids, old or overweighted people, slight humidity, no wifi signal. Considering the price is fair but only good for one night but wouldn’t stay again, moving around is impossible when the sofa is open. It’s clean and staff is nice.

깨끗하고 편안한 숙소입니다. 4살 아이가 있어서 복층 계단이 좀 위험하긴 했지만 침대는 편안했고, 욕실도 깨끗하고 집도 따뜻했습니다. 동네도 아기자기 잘 꾸며져 있고 길거리도 깔끔했습니다. 길거리 무료 주차를 했는데 안전해보였습니다.

We werden zeer prettig ontvangen en uitgezwaaid. Ook de komst van onze hond was geen probleem. Zeer compleet appartement en stijlvol ingericht. Ook kwam de eigenaar zelf met een paar tips voor een eetgelegenheid met kinderen. Het plaatsje waar de gelegenheid ligt is zeer sfeervol!

Das Frühstück wird auf dem Zimmer serviert. Echt mal etwas anderes. Super schönes kleines ud hochwertiges Hotel. Gerne wieder

Accueil soigné et établissement parfaitement tenu

J'ai séjourné un dimanche soir à l'appart hôtel et ai bénéficié d'un accueil de très grande qualité. Il faut signaler que les chambres sont très propres (j'ai rarement cela) et l'établissement est acceuillant. Il n'y a pas de bruit. Sincèrement, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Il est à noter que l'appart hôtel propose des produits régionaux et notamment (évidemment) des bouteilles de vins d'un domaine de Vosne Romanée.

Excellent séjour

Un séjour très réussi et très intéressant. Les propriétaires de l’etablissement sont tr e accueillants et arrangeants. Ils ont participé à la réussite de notre sejour. Le city game proposé par l’etablissement est très sympa et permet de se balader tranquillement en suivant les indications à la découverte de la ville.

Très bon accueil, appartement complètement refait avec goût. Seul point noir d’une des chambres (Chambertin): la chambre est au sous sol et l’escalier est très raide.

Nichts zu bemängeln . . . auch nicht ansatzweise ! Das will schon was heissen. Aber Burgund ist eben Burgund.

Petit établissement discret avec de jeunes propriétaires investis dans la vie locale! Bravo!

Nous y avons passé notre nuit de noce. Nous sommes arrivés très tard donc nous n'avons pas beaucoup profité de l'appartement mais le caveau est magnifique, très bien agencé je le recommenderai sans problème. Prix peut être un peu élevé.

The owner was really nice, and the room was very clean. It had a kitchen, microwave refrigerator, washing machine, everything we needed.
