Great for a transit stay.

The sleeping pod was efficient and served its purpose. I wasn’t expecting a television, snacks and water, but they were a very nice touch. If you’re traveling out of Hanoi and you have an early flight, this is a great option.

Bathrooms far away, lighting needs to be greatly improved, air conditioning needs to match the type in T2

Principle is good however it was a little pungent and the antiquated rattling mini aircon makes impossible to sleep, it was unbearable and couldn’t regulate it nor was it cool even when set to 20. There was a fan but that even noisier, had to turn everything off and swelter. Airport closed down at night so no food options. No shower facilities but for some might not be an issue if only spending a couple hours there but for me spending 7 hours after arriving 2am it was an issue. Toilet facilities only 50m away but avoid these as pods on level above main terminal and obviously only intended for maintenance staff. There are plenty hotels within 10-15minute ride even at same price and offering shuttle ( don’t know about two am but saw buses running) so go down that route and at least have a few basic comforts. I booked purely bast on guest rating of 10 but how it’s given that score I don’t know, perhaps cockroaches have started vacationing in Vietnam. Staff were very polite no issue here

Nice experience

I would not recommend this anyone. The room is very small. it is not really located in the terminal. I have to take a taxi there. I got scammed the staff. I originally had 2 boxes. Some staff members told me I had to break 2 boxes to 3 because they were too heavy. I had to pay them about $40 to "help" me. It turned out they were wrong. The airlines told me I was allowed to have 2 boxes only and the weight was fine. I ended up leaving a lot of stuff behind.

The check in experience was super smooth and fast. The receptionist was super professional and helpful!!!

Sincere efficient reception

I am very pleased with the 24 hrs services

The room is clean. Service was good. 24 hours receiption and wake up call 4am was punctual. The disadvantage is toilet too far and no shower. Overall for a couple of hours stay over is good.

The pod itself was fine. However, the top mattress on the bunk was very hard compared to the bottom mattress. Also, the bathrooms were too far away. The service was great!

It was a good place to stay. We came in late from Sa Pa and had an early morning flight and had a bunk bed. The air conditioning worked great and the bed was a little stiff but overall it did the job! I would have come back if I had to do it again.

The customer service was excellent, the sleep pod itself was brand new, and cleanliness was excellent. We only needed the sleep pod from about 3 pm to about 11:30 pm because our flight was at 1:40am from Hanoi, Vietnam to Osaka, Japan. We knew we had showering facilities available at the Kansai International Airport (Osaka, Japan) so that was not an issue for us. The problem for us as Americans is that we would have preferred softer mattresses. The top bunk was very hard to sleep on. But is was still better than sleeping on the airport chairs or floor. Value for the money awesome! It served its purpose for us. Win-win.

Service was really nice. Bathroom was far away and slightly unclean, but overall but convenient and a good experience

For an early morning flight it was convenient but we were initially booked into the domestic terminal and there is no shuttle or taxi’s running at 4am when our checkin Time was for our flight so we would have had to walk 15-20 mins in the dark to the international terminal with all our stuff! This was not clear on the Expedia booking site. We were able to change to the international terminal however it was ridiculously overpriced! More than double the cost of the domestic terminal but since I did not want to walk the 15 minutes with my heavy luggage at 4am we chose to pay. The pods are quiet and we slept well.

A well needed comfortable sleep

Had a great sleep after arriving at midnight from London. Staff very helpful. Meant we didn't have to start looking for a hotel at that time and started afresh after the welcome sleep.

Very good option, missing a place to shower and the bathroom is a bit far.

I stayed here because my plane was scheduled to arrive at midnight and I didn't want to deal with going to a hotel in the middle of the night. My flight was delayed two hours, so i was glad i had a pod. There was a recpetionist aspleep on the floor when i got there at 2 in the morning (thank god) and she got me checked in and in bed fast. The bathrooms are far away but the tv in the pod had hbo if you can believe it. I appreciated the privacy and convience .

The room was perfect for a solo traveller. I could easily get to the termial 1 by free shuttle bus from terminal 2. For those who are sensitive at noises would have a bit problem since there are 24-hr-announcement and noises from airplane landing and taking off. I had a good sleep though (I am not sensitive at the surrounding noises). They gave me a small welcome gift since I made a reservation early. I highly recommend this capsule hotel.

Had a six hour layover after 21 hours of travel. This was the perfect place to nap for a few hour and extremely good value.

In a very quiet part of airport, we loved the experience

Staff made the difference. She let us store our luggage in an unused pod. The airport shuttle between terminals was stressful. Remember 3rd floor terminal 1 2nd floor terminal 2.

Convenient, but.

Staied at T1 due to fully booking of T2. Considering to price, facilities etc were fine. I got to go T2 for early international flight. But, unfortunately, I couldn't get on shuttle bus between T1 and T2 due to off service time.

Not a great experience, but can be convenient

This being in the airport is great. You waltz out, take the lift and you’re in the check in area. But that’s where the convenience ends. There are only toilet facilities a long walk to the end of a corridor, no showers at all, and all the noise and light from the airport construction at night. I wish the pods were separated from the main terminal by a wall, but they’re in the open. The mattress seems paper thin and somehow feels harder than sleeping on the floor. The fan is noisy and not very effective. The A/C is worthless and didn’t do anything. I won’t be using this kind of pod again.

Perfect for a sleep while you are in transit

Once you close the door, the airport noise fades away and you can have a great rest. The room is clean, there is air conditioner and fan, essential in Hanoi. I gave a 3 because there is no access to a shower and washroom is at the other end.

Disaster. Avoid. Shame on Hotels.com

Falsely advertised. No shower, wifi didnt work. Rats scurrying outside. Outside of immigration so must pay and wait ages for visa (again) if doing a transfer like me. Not walkable to terminal 2. No decent restaurants or shops nearby.

No quiet time

Workers outside the pod began yelling and banging. When I emerged after 2 hours, I found the whole area boarded off with a 'construction site' sign, and nobody left at the checkin desk. Did not receive my wakeup call after twice confirming they would call ...for all the staff knew, I could still be in there sleeping way past my flight. But no chance of that with all the noise and commotion directly outside the pod. There is another pod upstairs apparently, which is probably where everyone else escaped to.

深夜着、次の日の早朝発のフライトだったので利用しました。第二ターミナルからのシャトルバスを降りて、最初の入り口から右側に行きエレベーターで3F。その目の前にレセプションがあります。狭いけど利便性はすごく良いと思います。

ハノイの空港内にある唯一の宿泊施設なので、深夜到着、早朝出発の人にはオンリーワンの選択肢。特に、ベトナムは国内線でも2時間前にチェックインしないと時間的に不安（1人あたりの処理に時間がかかかる）なので、３Fにあるこの施設からエレベータで降りればそこがチェックインカウンターという便利さは、部屋の狭さを補ってあまりある。

夜中に飛行機が着いたので、市街まで出ず空港に泊まりました。トイレは空港のを使います。シャワーはありません。このような不便さは仕方ないですが、居心地は悪くはなかったです。無料のお水とお菓子がついていました。スタッフさんは丁寧に対応してくれます。

ハノイ夜着、翌朝国内線乗るために利用。 静かなので、熟睡できます。 シャワーがない事を除けば満足です。

部屋は狭かったですが、冷房が効いて快適でした。 数日荷物を預けたのですが、体調を崩し、しばらく取りに行くことが出来なかったのですが、快く受け入れてくれました。 受け取りに行ったときも、体調を心配していただきました。 受付の方の対応が丁寧でとても親切でした。 ありがとうございました。

探すのに苦労しました。T1（国内線）3Fの真ん中にあります。ターミナル中央付近のエレベーターで上がれば目の前にあります。 2Fに出ているカウンターは無人です。 シャワーが無い事を除けば満足です。ベッドは寝心地よく、静かです。ただし、簡易エアコンと扇風機はうるさいので止めて寝ました。 大きなバッグは工夫しないと拡げにくいかな。 秘密基地に泊まっている気分で楽しかったです。

ターミナル１は「国内線」側です。日本から到着した場合はターミナル２に注意がひつようです。 深夜に到着する人よりは，早朝出発する方向けです。 価格も安く，設備も必要十分。スタッフは親切で安心です。

トランジットの時便利です。夜着朝発のトランジットで泊まりました。必要にして十分です。カプセル状ですが、圧迫感はありませんでした。

快適なカプセルホテルがノイバイ空港にも！

国内線・国際線双方に設置されているカプセルホテル. ノイバイ空港に深夜に到着したり、また、深夜に出発するときなど、短時間滞在に向いている宿泊施設. シャワー施設はない、トイレは空港内の施設を利用するものの、居室内はシーツも用意されており、製造状態も良く清潔に保たれていて、無料のミネラルウォーター、歯ブラシなども置いていてくれる. 居室内に空調設備・扇風機も設置されていて、居室への出入りもICカードで管理されており安心感がある. 設備は先進国並みのレベルだと言えるのではないでしょうか.

日程を間違えて予約してしまって問い合わせをしたものの、問い合わせるのが遅すぎ、ほかのホテルを予約して宿泊しました。宿泊できず、失礼いたしました。

샤워시설 없습니다. 방이라고도 할 수 없고 벽장에 들어가 자는 느낌이었습니다. 가격도 그다지 싸지도 않음

늦은 새벽에 갔는데도 친절하게 맞아주셨습니다 ㅠㅠ 그리고 위치가 터미널1 국내선에 있습니다. 새벽에 도착하시는 분들은 터미널1까지 야외로 15분 정도 걸어서 이동하셔야 합니다. 시설은 하루 밤 잠시 묵기에 좋습니다. 다만 2층 침대에 난간이 너무 낮아 밤새 떨어질까봐 조마조마하면서 잤습니다ㅋㅋㅋ 두 명이서 가도 그냥 각자 1인실 1개씩 예약하는 것을 추천드립니다.
