Nice room. Close to trevi fountain, pantheon and coliseum. Balcony view was outstanding

The property is in a great location situated. The room was clean, but the bathroom sink is too short and you can't really used. Also the bathroom toilet is leaking, so better keep the door closed ar night. Unfortunately, the elevator broke after the day we arrived and although we tried to contact the owner, we were completely ignored and didn't even bothered to reply. Climbing 4 double storey floors in Rome, after being out all day, wasn't easy.

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights while we were in Rome and loved it. The room we were in was a bit small, but as it was just the two of us and we spent our days exploring and only needed it at night, it worked well. Great location to see the major attractions and majority in easy walking distance. Lots of food places around, but majority are geared for tourists, so you’ll need to travel/hunt for more local and authentic. Great place. Would stay here again.

This is an excellent property in a wonderful location if you love to shop. The property is located above the Armani store. It was too busy for us but it has amazing views. It’s also very close to many government buildings. The Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps are just a few minutes walk away. The property itself is like a B&B without services. It’s clean and the staff are wonderful. Just know that you have to bring water and snacks as they are not provided. They have a water kettle and tea but no coffee. This was not ideal but fine for a few days stay. We would stay here again but this trip was too long without services like food or a kitchen. A coffee maker/Nespresso machine and a few bottles of water provided would be a great addition to the property. I didn’t feel comfortable getting drinking water out of the bathroom sink. The provided small refrigerator/mini bar was very much appreciate. The heat did not work and the mornings were very cold but we made it work. Again, it would have been nice to make a hot cup of coffee on those cold mornings but we made it work. Overall, this property and those who work here and manage it are wonderful. If you love shopping or just want to be close to the main sites, it’s perfect. **Just be aware that the property is on the 5th floor with an elevator but it’s an old building and the elevator could be out of service at times and you will have to climb the 100 plus stairs. But the views are incredible!!

Centrally located. Can walk to most of the big sites. Not that loud even for being downtown. Spacious. Good service with having the room made daily. Was a bit chilly when we got to the room and took all night it seemed to get to a warmer temperature. The shower did not really have hot water, was tepid at best.

We had a wonderful time in Rome staying at Upper View Suite. Location was great and the room was serviced daily. Highly recommend

Absolutely loved this place. Very safe and close to everything. Room was beautiful. I wanted to stay another night but they were booked. I highly recommend this place.

Cute spot

Perfect location for all you want to do in Rome. If you are a walker - you can literally walk to every attraction like the Colosseum/Forum, Trevi, Spanish Steps and Vatican. We were room 401, great size, cute balcony, safe building with the best ginormous front doors. The elevator was a welcome sight for our travel companions. In the evening there were numerous restaurants close by and we felt safe walking around at night. The “nose” fountain in piazza was a welcome delight where I could fill up my water bottle everyday. Would 5* review all aspects.

Ideal, comfortable base in Rome

A very comfortable and well looked after place, conveniently located. The bed was excellent, the room was quiet and the curtains were black out for a good sleep. Clearly the place is very well looked after - everything looked fresh / as new. A lovely view to the street below. Highly recommended.

Couldn't recommend more!

I booked this room for my wife and I's first few days in Rome. It was an elegant room that felt like home away from home after long days walking around Rome. We spent every morning on the balcony having our coffee and watching the traffic of the city. We had a great experience.

Great location, has elevator, decent bed, on and off wifi. First impression is good until you realize it's not that clean (at least it wasn't for us). Bring cleaning wipes if you want to make sure that surfaces are clean, we found lipstick marks and other stains on the pocket bathroom door, hair, big greasy spot on the main door, the grout in the bathroom is gross and there were cigaret butts on one of the balconies. Shower can be tricky if you're used to a larger size, no counter to put a makeup bag or toiletry bag, hang hand towels. I reported all that and their excuse was that the new girl is not that good at cleaning. Alas! But if none of that matters then you're in an ideal spot in Rome. Around the corner on the corso we found an amazing restaurant- Corte Laica Ginger that makes a great calzone and serves eggs and bacon.

We had a great stay at upper view suites and would highly recommend for couples travelling. Very walkable to all amenties in the Rome City Centre. Room was not very big but most people are in Rome to travel not sit in their rooms , we did not find this to be an issue. Overall happy with our stay.

The location is pretty good. While this is a hotel they don’t have a reception. All interaction with the host is on email or chat which is not efficient if you are looking for a prompt response

Amazing, big room, comfortable, amazing location

I don't recommend this room, it's quite tiny. Our bed sheets were not washed and we found hair and stains on them. I also saw a small bug crawling on the bed. After contacting the staff, they didn't even reply. The AC unit was leaking, and after contacting them to bring extra towels, they never did.

5-stars in everything! The check in process was simple, the room was big enough, the view from the balcony was nice, the location was supreme, and the price was unbeatable!

Lovely place to stay. It was interesting getting into the place we were lucky there was someone doing a delivery that could speak to someone inside who let us in. Big bonus it had a lift we were on the fifth floor. You could hear the traffic outside at night and the people on the same floor coming and going

This place was clean and had a nice balcony. Very convenient area. It was safe, close to transportation and buses. It was close to shopping and Trevi fountain along other sight seeing locations. It was quiet at night and couldn’t hear my neighbors which was good. The only thing was that the sheets were a little itchy. Other than that would definitely use again.

Great property! Once you figure out how to enter the building it’s easy. We figured it out quickly as two young females, but I read that others struggled a little. If you read the directions carefully, it’s actually really straightforward. The key pad in the beginning outside of the main building doors doesn’t appear on the black pad until you swipe your fingers over it. Then you see the numbers where you enter the code - just swipe the black box and you’re good! Room was very cute and central location! Shopping nearby and very safe :) would return again

When we arrived, the codes worked to get in the building, but at the door of the room, we couldn’t get in, not matter what we tried. After 30 minutes of trying to get with the owner, he finally answered us. Was rude at first, but when he understood that the door was locked from the inside and that it wasn’t us who just couldn’t open the door properly, he sent someone immediately. Other than this little incident, everything was great. Good room, clean, hot and cold water in shower mixed up, but would definitely recommended. Wonderful AC, amazing location, and room service. Recommendation: would be super fun to add shampoo and conditioner in shower.

Its perfect place close to everything

Great location! Comfortable room with air conditioning. We would not have been able to get in main door if someone had not been coming out of the building. They gave us a code but there was no place to put in a code. Once inside we had keys so no issues once inside. It was a lovely room with everything we needed. Air conditioner leaked. I alerted the hotel through WhatsApp. No one responded to my message but it did get fixed the next day!

Great adaptation of an older building in a very ni

The location is fantastic. The room is a little bit quirky but has everything that I needed. Check-in was easy although it was a little bit stressful for me as it was my first virtual login. In the end worked seamlessly and well. Right in the heart of the District around the Italian parliament so many options for food, shopping, cultural sites within 10 minutes walk.

Great property with excellent location

Property is gorgeous with a strong A/C unit, an elevator, a refrigerator, and great cleaning staff. It was large for a unit like this in a prime downtown location. It's a 5-minute walk to a bus stop with several lines and a taxi stand, and a 15-minute walk to the Spagna stop on the A line.

Very nice accommodations

This was a perfect place to stay with just some slight confusion on Check in. I would recommend you check in during normal check in hours. The staff is very courteous and helped us with all of our questions.

The property was workable for us but very small with two people and luggage. The location was great walkable to everything you need sight seeing restaurants and shopping. It was very clean.

The location was great!! Able to walk everywhere and the Spagna station 7 minutes away!!

We traveled with our 17 month toddler. We kept on waiting at the door to check in, no obvious instructions of how to get to the room. No front desk staff to support, whoever I was texting on WhatsApp wouldn’t give us the code until she verified I paid for the property taxes. There was no hot water on some days. Our room was between 5th and 4th floor so we had to go to 5th floor then carry the stroller on the stairs. Even after getting through the rooms main door there was some steps which again were not very convenient with the stroller. Location wasn’t bad. Don’t recommend this hotel if you have a toddler with a stroller.

This is a private property. It has no front desk. The only staff is a "watchman" who directed us to the property's elevator. There was a very efficient cleaning lady. Plenty of eating places near the property. Several historic sites and shopping areas within walking distance.

The Upper View Suite is ahhhhmazing!! Nestled between all the major sites... Trevi, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, via del Corso, and more.. this property was perfect for our first, two day trip to the Eternal City of Rome! Cafes, Ristorantes, and Supermercatos were just steps away!! Our 5th floor room had a wraparound balcony giving us ths best views in all directions! Highly recommend this location!!! Fabulous! We used WhatsApp to contact the property for check-in and housekeeping staff were wonderful!!

Location is just wonderful, really central, clean, good facilities - thoroughly recommend!! Just do your homework, save the WhatsApp number and understand how the place works: is not a conventional hotel. This is fine, help is at hand, but you mostly sort yourself out with things beyond housekeeping. Just remember to save the WhatsApp!! 😊

It was perfect for our 3 night trip. Great location, great air con, really comfortable bed, refreshed everyday. The bathroom was a little tight but to be expected in an older building. Good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Great location with a small lift which takes you to the most part to the apartment. Given the age of the building some weird things did happen - no hot water one morning and power outlets randomly not working. Not withstanding this I would stay there again!
