Beautiful place and service

RUDE STAFF. Cat scratched my nephew in the indoor dining area. Always cats in the buffet and he had to go hotel to get an injection. HOTEL TOOK ZERO RESPONSIBILITY. Always disturbing my guests saying their room booking is incorrect. Some rooms very cold some rooms very hot

Lovely property, food was amazing! Kids club was 10/10 all the staff in the kids club were lovely and extremely helpful. They really made our stay magical. Brilliant activites in the kids club. Loads of food to choose from.

This is my 4th year in a row to titanic Lara. I was disappointed with the entertainment with no white party no kids discos it wasn’t the same as pervious years. So for that reason I won’t be returning next year. Many thanks Curtis Howe.

Went for a family holiday, and did enjoy our stay. There is limited to do within the area so it was a resort holiday more than anything. Food in the main restaurant was great, however, perhaps not the greatest across other areas in the hotel. I’m not a fan of lots of cheeseburgers and mediocre pizza so wasn’t pleased on that side. Staff were friendly and professional, can’t fault them. Apart from room service taking over an hour to bring up some warm milk for my babies bottle (had to call several times to chase this up) Cabanas by the pier are great, however, the jacuzzi is freezing. You’re better off jumping in the sea. They put a lot of effort into the family entertainment and there’s a good mixture of family/ adult friendly shows/ activities. My one thing would be that the dancers during the evening shows were quite sensual for it to be a family show. With even one song singing about erotic electro while dancers were showing their arse cheeks, in between gymnastic acts. A few men in the crowd were happy but a few families did walk out at this point.

Great food, fantastic kids club, beautiful hotel.

AC didn't work. Lousy internet at the room.

We loved the food and the room that we stayed in. But the part of our stay was the KIDS CLUB!!! What a fantastic bunch of people. The club itself is well-organized, and you can leave your kid without thinking if he will go anywhere. The girls who work there always look after your kid. There is even a sleeping area for your kid and a spa area :))

The property is beautiful and always lots to do.

Nice hotel concept & design

Very happy family break!

Staff were very friendly and hehe food was excellent with an amazing array of options. Disliked how much smoking there was on the beach although there’s not much titanic could do here (and they did provide ash tray buckets). Overall very pleased with our stay. Super party on Wednesday night.

We stayed at the Titanic Lara for a week for a family reunion. We had upgraded to sea view rooms (from the standard garden view) and it was worth every penny! They had baskets of fruit and a complimentary minibar and fridge waiting for us when we arrived. The beach, amenities, food, and service were amazing. Every day they had a different theme for the night shows and a different country/region representing the buffet food. Service in some areas of the buffet were slow but overall the staff was friendly and attentive. Most of the visitors here are from Europe so the pricing of the goods here are in Euros, but they converted to USD without any hassle. Everyone here speaks good enough English to get by but we had some communication issues with the front desk when were trying to reserve our rooms. My biggest problem with the hotel was the music at the clubs and shows were way too loud. The hotel next door also plays their music extremely loudly and to an absurd level. It seems like the hotels were competing to see who could be louder. Despite this, overall the Titanic is a great place to stay when in Antalya!

Horrible stay... no wifi always bad Ac doesn´t work most rooms have the same problem talked to managment about it several times nothing was done ... the worker said the managment aware of the hotel wifi and Ac issue but they overlook it. We were melting the while stay as its super hot inside outside . After several days complaining they offered us a dinner to one of their resturant chinese resturant instead of dealing with the issue (what a joke) Food are average not high quality. overall I spent the first few days trying to fix the problem and nothing was done they didnt let me cancel my stay either which is the least should be done .I wouldn´t recommend it at all.

The food was decent but don't expect anything fancy with the drinks. The beach was extremely peaceful and the staff were accommodating. a little bit expensive for the quality it offers but overall a nice hotel to stay for a couple of days of relaxation.

The service we received at Titanic Beach Lara was exceptional. Every single staff person we encountered was lovely and incredibly helpful - everyone always had a smile on their faces. Clearly they have a system that works like clockwork every single day, that keeps everything in order and as expected. The facilities were great, the activities, the food service, everything was just as you would expect from an all-inclusive hotel. Of course they had some services that were offered for an additional cost, but all that was included was good enough. The only two negatives about out experience were unfortunately quite big ones that put a bit of a damper on our stay: the a/c and the wi-fi. When we first arrived we turned the a/c on immediately as it was very warm, but it was clearly broken - it was 30 degrees celsius inside of our room with the a/c set for 10 degrees. The concierge sent the technicians into our room late at night to try and sort it out for us, which was part of their great service, but unfortunately that did not help so the next day we complained again and they sent someone again that came a couple of times. Thankfully eventually the temperature started going down until it settled at 22 degrees celsius, which although it was not quite cold enough for us, it was much better than before. The wi-fi signal was unfortunately quite terrible and meant that accessing social media or watching anything online was a no go. Overall I would say we had a really good stay, but

Wonderful stay at this resort in late May. Attentive and friendly staff. Very clean across the resort. Enjoyable food, fresh with good variety. Short drive from the airport. Night entertainment was great. Beach sand was pebbled/dark so we didn't spend much time there. Overall, highly recommended.

The lifts need to be addressed as very slow

Not worth the money in winter

I Stayed in January 2022. This resort Hotel used to be Probably better than now complaint is that they announce the valley and the food beside the lock of English language. But it’s not enough according to my opinion some of the staff member on the front desk pretend to understand but they don’t. The Russian speaking staff from east block seems to speak a better English. I hated the fact they were advertising a free valet service , there were nothing. It was raining when I arrived and the rain continued for another 3 days. That’s was cheap and very annoying. My greatest complaint is FOOD PLAIN AND boaring . It was not tasty at all. Except for some sweets and the freshly made pizzas. like pide and Turkish pizza ( lahamacun). The food is clean . Quality is acceptable. Nothing bad in term of hygiene It was ultra non tasty. I tired most of it and was willing to try anything new they were serving. Many items though were not changed in 6 days The staff is friendly. And the server is the open buffet halls were very friendly and helpful. Thank you all for the great service They will left your empty plates right away. Bring you drinks as you want and try to work with with you even if some of the. Some almost no English Still their smile and willing to help was great Thank a lot again The facility is kind of old but maintained and the housekeeping is very good and friendly also The spa was ok.swimming pool also very good ..

Property is in urgent need of a renovation. Blow dryer is from 20 years ago barely functions Properly so bring your own. Rooms are dated, carpet is dirty AC is off in elevators and in some areas of the hotel. Food is good, pools are nice.

We was happy with this hotel,But at the end my wife lost her dress @ the room that she checked out . Then she back to hotel and asks for her dress. Hotel receptionist said sorry we can’t found your dress!! That was disappointing

Summer aug-2021

The Titanic Lara is a wonderful example of how you don't need to be an iconic Antalya Lara hotel in order to have a high quality property and coupled with great service and an extensive Resort. The rooms are quiet, clean, and a good price point. I would absolutely recommend the Titanic as a great place to spend your trip in Lara Antalya.

The hotel is really big and has everything, good food, pools of every size, especially if you are going with kids, employees are kind; the only cons that I can mention are that only a few employees speak good English, they don't keep the measures for covid (people don't follow the rules and employees don't say anything) so I didn't feel safe in that matter, and finally, the hotel needs an update, especially in the rooms (the furniture looks old and the carpet is worn) and it isn't a cheap hotel to miss these details. In any case, I had a really good vacation in this hotel, and I highly recommend it.

very dissatisfied

Hotel looked amazing on hotel. Com. 5 star hotel it said more like 3 star. The pictures in the room were nothing to what they really were. I pillow each noisy air conditioning. Paper cups for coffee. Room bar what a joke 2 cans of lager. Very rude staff and no social distancing at all. Food was awful, I would never book this hotel again or recommend it to others. A disgrace charging £250 a night .

Love titanic

Was reasonably but we dont prefer to come again .one time stay is enough Drinks aren't good quality ,cheap brand and mixed with water

I was disappointed that we informed the hotel of our honeymoon and they provided us with a standard room while giving others a room on a hire floor with a hot tub. When we realised this the hotel then moved us on the last two days of our holiday to a room with a hot tub which didn’t work and they did not fix it despite me reporting it everyday to reception they also forgot to give us a heart shaped pillow on day one and provided it on day 5.

Outstanding service and very nice building

Everything was good but I just expected more for all-inclsive type of reservation. Oh one thing I didn't like at all which is the cheap and low quality juices that they were serving us as free.

The hotel is amazing, and deserve to stay in it.

Everything was fine except opening our room door many times I don't understand why it's happening so often in Antalya hotels I won't open a door in my house without knocking the door It's so common sense, but still happens in hotels (5stars)

Nice resort. However the service was not as expected and it do not offer that much of activities in winter.

Scenery was good , sea side rooms were not worth paying for as you were virtually looking straight at the hotel next door , the sea was so far away . Trying to enter the hotel was difficult as my name was not on the guest list . The keycard to the room didnt work everyday and resulted in going down to reception everytime to get a new one . The quality of the buffet food was average and the soup was only warm . The majority of the waiters were very off handed and made you feel like you were getting something you werent entitled to . Decided to miss breakfast and a lunch time meal [3 day stay] . Towels were of a poor quality , one was totally frayed and should of been discarded . I will go back to Antalya but never again to this Hotel . I have stayed in much better lower grade hotels . 2 stars is all I would rate this hotel on my visit .

Was a nice enough place but couldn’t get much sleep as there was constant noise all night like they was dragging tables about and the people in the shops was rude towards us

Everything was great except that we had a twin bed (smaller than a double bed ) we asked for a king or double bed

The air conditioner did not work very good in the room. As for in the restaurants, the air conditioner was very inefficient. We ate our meals while sweating in some instances. The food was average or below compared to other hotels with the same price range. There was hardly any difference in the meals between lunch/dinner/days. Some of the staff did not speak English. Those who did not speak English would get frustrated sometimes and almost blame us for not speaking Turkish. The least good management could do is to ensure that employees who work in a touristic places like a hotel would be able to communicate with the guests. Some employees were short tempered with kids and even yelled at them. WHen I come from, an employee like that would get fired in a second. Example: employees of the slides

everything was great , I got the room upgrade to suite because I’m *VIP* with expedia , suite was fantastic . food very good , room very clean , staff very nice . last day I extended the time for 6 hours the give me small room not comfortable but it’s ok

The Hotel is very good overall despite the rooms are a bit old and we face issues for room cleaning. Pools are fantastic, Food is excellent.

The pool areas, cabanas, and grounds were great. However the air conditioning in the room was very much below expectations.

This 4 star hotel is more of a 3 star hotel with 2 star operations. The staff was amazing but everything about this hotel is controlled by strict cost reduction. Food quality and more importantly when you can eat is all controlled. The HVAC system is controlled and runs off a cycle to reduce their costs. It was extremely hot in the rooms for hours at a time thought the day/night and made it possibly to have even on good night sleep. Their technician even admitted that the system runs on cycles to reduce cost.

I loved the hotel, but would have preferred a room higher than first floor since I wasn’t able to see the sea clearly

Facilities very disappointing

Overpriced.This resort was very disappointing!!! The resort really needs to be upgraded. Water sport facilities were very disappointing.Almost none besides swimming.The staff really need to learn how to be more welcoming. After all this is the hospitality industry and hotel staff have to go out of their way to make guests feel welcome.Staff are polite but not warm. I will not return to this establishment. I really expected much better treatment and also muck more facilities than what was on offer.

I loved the stay at the taitanic lara but the property is a bit old to the payment we paid. But the stay was fabulous cause the service said it all from the check in till the check out. Just that a little bit of renovation and the lobby seem to be a bit not lighten up well. The bottom line everything was perfect loved the stay

Comfortable place, good SPA, nice food

I enjoyed the hotel over all. Food was very good. Hotel beautiful and me and my wife we enjoyed our stay there however for what ever reason we haven’t had a pleasant experience with people cleaning the tables/bringing drinks and so on. In many occasions they were rude but as I mentioned food and hotel facilities were near excellent.

It was an excellent resort and we did not feel to go outside. Friendly staff and excellent food and facilities.

Good hotel but requires some improvements

This was an all inclusive hotel, so all food was provided. It was a nice hotel to stay at with good facilities. The gym, pools, beach and play area were good. What could have made it better for me and my family are: Could have friendlier polite staff and more helpful Free shuttle bus to Antalya town Food variety and better quality food it was the same food almost everyday Have access to snack variety e.g chocolates, crisps etc No extras to pay for things as we have already spent a lot of money on the trip More kid friendly entertainment

Well this was not worth the money I paid for.The hotel was ok.The swimming pool was cold the whole week.My kids were ill because of that.Never had problem when we go Dubia 2 times a year.The food was not cooked properly.At night time we were sleeping kids making noises out side the room Allso banging on the door and running off.This holiday was for my son’s birthday was not happy at tool.Wanted to relax for a week in the pool didn’t get a chance to do that.From London To Antalya the plane journey was ok.On the way back was a joke this family behind us were so loud that other people were getting angry.We were waiting for are transfer from Antalya airport to the hotel for around 55 minutes.Called the information number the person was really rude. So overall I think this holiday was a big joke.Not sure if I will ever use you again. I wanna put this on face book so people no. Many thanks.

We enjoyed our stay, but!!!

This hotel is a good family hotel. We enjoyed our stay overall. I will start by mentioning their good features. They have a wide ranges of pool sizes and water slides for all ages. Pools are clean and well maintained. They also have a great entertainment team with a lot of activities through the day and night. Food is great. There is always food available in the different resturants and bars. The best food was surved on the beach resturant from 12 to 4. The main resturant food was great too but their aftermidnight variation should be improved. The rooms are good but we were ecpecting them to be cleaner. We were given first a room which was dirty and then was helped by the great guest relation personnel Mrs. Valentina Kotoy to a much better room but still you would ecpect better from a 5 star hotel. I think the reason they are unable to maintain a high level rooms is their busyness and their big hotel. Now the main major bad point about this hotel which if was not there would make me difienitly recommend it to every one I know is their AIr conditioner. They operate their AC at certain times of the day only, for 2-3 hours in the afternoon and for 4 hours at night. And YES for the reat of the day your room is without AC. During our stay, temperatures in Antalya was lower than usual and so this made it less significant of an issue, but I think this will be a significant significant one during the summer days. Overall our stay was good and enjoyable

Beautiful hotel its felt like I had stayed in real titanic. I will definitely recommend my friends to be there & make their holiday enjoyable. The staff are very friendly & helpful. They won’t let you down. The place is truly mesmerising. You have to visit in order to experience it. We had a wonderful time

Nice hotel close to the beach, staff not great

Staff were not very welcoming or friendly. One of my children hurt there hand on the hotel revolving door ( the only door that was unlocked at the time) emergency stop button did not work, luckily it was not serious although it looked like it at the time, this happened in the front entrance by alot of hotel staff who where not interested but we're looking, guests came running over, hotel staff did not bar one ( but left within seconds). Located onsite doctors office, who did not want to know about the incident or injury unless we gave them some money first. Some positives: clean rooms, good food, good location, descent swimming pools.

enjoyed this hotel even though it was winter , still used the pool facilities , sunbathing . the pier was closed due to winter season which was not mentioned in the hotels.com website . it would have been helpful . also there were no beach facilities open such as a cafe maybe near the beach ... however the room was very comfy the sunrise was with watching from the top floor of the titanic where i have stayed . the service was very good as well .

Problem in Rooms temperature

Room temperature was not maintain , out side temperature was 16degre c and they are running heater as standard winter season , no cooling system , we spent 2 night was horrible . We were sweating in the night. Staff was very BaD and rude don’t even know how to talk with guest , on this AC problem we talk to 3 layer management but they have horrible sotuiton, one says just switch off heater , another suggested normal table fan and last one so called manager said open the balcony which is on sea side. This hotel is one of very very expensive and famous hotel due to its building designed and on sea beach In this kind of expensive hotel staff should be more flexible and they are more commercially driven.

Amazing!

Wonderful hotel. We enjoined our stay tremendously. Friendly stuff, great location, good size very clean rooms and Super Delicious Food. The hotel has several amazing chefs. I also received a nice birthday gift from the hotel - a very pleasant surprise. Highly recommend this hotel to everybody who is looking for a comfortable relaxing holiday or wants to celebrate a special occasion.

We stayed 10 days at the resort and loved it! Swimming pools, food, staff, room service, activities everything was amazing! Loved lobbies as it was amazing place to hang around with my family and enjoy coffee/drinks.

Wasn't a good choice

We stayed for a week first I'll say the entertainment team was great. No issues with them they work hard and are great people. The staff weren't so great we basically felt ignored in the dining restaurant we had to wave someone down they wouldn't stop to ask us if we needed anything and they would hardly even smile. The service could be much better and the trip would have been more enjoyable. They tend to only pay attention to Turkish people. Overall ok hotel but wouldn't go back.

Hotel is nice but huge and crowded. Staff were not very helpful with weak English. We had to dig out infomation and directions on our own. Food is same everyday. It cannot be considered a 5-star hotel.

Best Hotel ever

Best Hotel ever, every thing was perfect, the service was perfect and the rooms and the beach

5 star without ACs working.

Their Ac does not work from 3am to 7am Then 12noon to 2pm and then 7pm to 9pm. Whatever happens to u in hot weather they r not responsible. A complete waste of money. Will surely not stay in that again
