Great landscaping. Attentive staff. Rooms with pool was unique but pool should be heated as the water gets too cold inside the AC room even in a hot summer day.

Over priced property..

Good Experience

Really beautiful property! The staff is warm and welcoming, definitely a huge plus. The property is lavishly green and spread over a large area. We stayed in the Luxury Villa w a pvt pool, the room was clean and pretty, though the outside sitting area with the room has space for improvement. Breakfast was an amazing experience, with great variety. Even in desserts they had a number of eggless and vegetarian options. The resort also offers manyy activities (sports, dining experiences, adventure activities, movie theatre etc.). The polite staff definitely made our stay better and a special thanks to Mr. Avnish, at the reception and Mr. Pushpendar, one of the serving staff at their restaurant. Definitely a place to visit again!

It's was a beautiful trip. Westin always gives us amazing experience. They provided us a upgrade room and staff was super supportive. Specially Driver Mr Saleem..🙂

I think it’s a great place to spend time in a group. I think the place will be amazing in summer months too. The staff is exceptionally warm and helpful.

Disappointing Experience

It was quite terrible from start. 1. F&b - Made us wait for 45mnts for breakfast and then gave us a very dirty tables, no napkins or cutlery provided until reminded serveral times. Place was badly managed with respect to ambience and behaviour of staff. 2. Their highest end room had a distinct smell of cigarette & Alcohol. We had to request for change of bedsheets and covers along with deep cleaning. 3. In room dinning was equally terrible. They sent us food without any plates and cutlery. 4. We had specifically asked for sight seeing guidance which was completely misinformed and we had to spend 3 hrs extra at one of the sites waiting.

Hotel of Pushkar - Lovely Birthday Celebration

It was my mother's 50th birthday for which we went to stay at the hotel. The arrangements done by the hotel were very good and way beyond expectation. Also, the hospitality was very warm and humble. Loved ur stay at the hotel and will recommend others to also have an experience there for sure.

Amazing place. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The front desk and the entire staff were excellent. We would recommend this place friends and family.

Most disappointing stay. Not the standard I thought I had booked and paid for. Had booked packege with dinner, was a total ripoff :( Hotel had two different menus for dinner, a very limited one for those that have already paid in advance to another al acarte one. Restuarant staff put out their hands and just grab stuff off a bowl/basket while another is going past them and put it into their mouths. They have no problem tasting food in front of guests. Also there seems to be only chaos with the staff in the restuarant. No organisational skills whatsoever. Too many flies around, and they sampled the breakfast before you did. Waited for an hour before a finally received the bathmat I requested. Staff have a problem communicating in English. Even the complimentary English speaking guide that they had provided when I booked the hotel car, did not speak a word . We just had to rush behind so as not to get lost in the crowd. We was so disappointed and miserable ( and hungry) that we checked out a day earlier than intended.

It was a short trip but we are looking forward to the next one. Its a great property!

Although the Westin in pushkar is supposed to be the nicest in the area, i was disappointed by the customer service and attention to detail at the property. The room was freezing. So cold they had to bring in a small space heater (two as the first didn’t work and the second was so poor that i had to put it next to my bed and sleep clothed under two duvets. after a long journey i wanted to take a bath but as the hotel was solar panel powered the hot water did not get hot enough and the water pressure was poor. They charge for a menu of baths to come and be run for you which is a great idea but in practice very poor as they were not prepared nor were the staff good enough at preparing. They were constantly running back and forth from the room to get more things and in the end boiling my kettle for hot water. It was a disaster, one that i paid 2500 rupees for the pleasure of having. The towels were not soft nor fluffy, and the room was very stark and sterile. I was deeply underwhelmed. I shall not stay here again.

Wonderful Experience !!

We stayed in Royal Villa with outdoor Pool. Room was really vibrant and spacious . However I feel the services could have been better .

Food was very poor. Taste and offerings were not upto the mark... Not as per 5 star standards...

Excellent Resort & Nice Service

Resort is excellent.

Amazing hotel, breathtaking views and service was like being in paradise.

It was a very good experience overall. Staff was courteous. We had lunch at seasonal tastes and It was awesome. Buffet Breakfast was too good for the variety and taste.

Excellent property,nice food ,excellent service, it was a good experience value for money. Quality of food is par excellence we had dinner at the property Thai Curry was out of the world. I will recommend the property to anybody who wants to relax for few days. Staff is responsive easy to deal with, very helpful. Property is one year old does very fresh sports facilities are available in property. The experiences unwinding it is far away from the madness of city in between forms in hills on one side.

Its was amazing experience staying at this place. Service is good so does the staff communication.

Pleased in Pushkar

We stayed at the Westin in Pushkar for one night. The staff was terrific, location great, and the bed up to Westin’s high standards.

Hotel staff made my 89 years old mother’s stay very comfortable.

We stayed in the main hotel building which was very unlike a resort and more like a business hotel room. Very disappointed with the room but the food was excellent

Disapointment

Nice facility however everything else was a disapointment: - no toilet paper in the public bathroom - no water in the whole room at night - no hot water in the shower (went cold after a few seconds) - no Wifi access (excuse was usage by other guests and technical limitations) - when showing the non working WiFi the staff wanted to take the phone from us to set it up (out of what we could control) - Fan in the room could not be turned off and kept us away from sleeping as super loud - mixed up bills when having lunch - when we were paying for the dinner they gave us 500 rupees less as change (getting the bill took 20min) - the soup ordered for dinner was declared not to be spicy but it was so hot that we had to return both cups - asking for a fix for Wifi 3 times as we had to check in to a flight and the service desk told us to send someone with a dongle but no one came - had to use staff phone as a hotspot (not secured!) - no heater in the room - only one bag of instant coffee on the room for 2 people - breakfast coffee took 15min to get to the table (staff was not paying attention at all) - at checkout they gave us a invoice for the wrong room number I wouldn't recommend this and I also wouldn't trust expedia with the reviews based on what I read here.

Avoid!

Worst Westin ever! Do NOT stay here if you have other options. The hotel is far away from the city and only accessible via a long dirt road. We stayed in a suite/villa, which didn't seem very clean (dust everywhere in the bathroom, stains on sofa, etc.) and hot water took at least 20 minutes to get every time you turn the tap on. WiFi only worked towards the end of our 2-day stay.

Huge spacious rooms and great buffet breakfasts

Really good staff, we had a couple of issues with the the room not being ready but they sorted it out and were really kind. The buffet breakfasts are excellent with a lot of choice. Extremely comfortable beds, amazing mattresses and pillows. Great on-site massage facilities.

Very nice hotel but a bit out of town. Wifi was unreliable and breakfast buffet could be better. Other than that, lovely place to stay at.

Poor customer service

I was not told that there was a wedding at the hotel with the entire hotel bar my room sold to the wedding party. We were not allowed to access the pool area, the spa and one of the two bars. We eat in a the restaurant on our own and in the morning, as we were the only ones not from the wedding party did not have access to the buffet and it was suggested we eat in our room. At the end when I came yo pay, the hotel did not want to Johor the commitment of fee made with a Hotel.com, and because the tax in the country had changed, they wanted the extra money for the tax. Had this been discussed at time of check in I would not have complained, but at the time of check out it was just added to my bail. In discussing this with the manager, he was belittling and was talking down to e. He could have resolved this easily, but instead went about telling e that I didn't understand that the Westin hotel had already paid hotels.com and he couldn't help. His attitude was not customer friendly and on top of feeling isolated because of the wedding, and his was not a good stay. In hindsight the hotel should have contacted me, told me abound the wedding, asked if I wanted to change and help me find alternative accommodation. Instead they have an unhappy SPG Platunum member who will think twice before using Weston again.

Complexe assez éloigné du centre ville mais de très bon standing - sans charme particulier il permet cependant de profiter pour une étape de tout le confort moderne avec une qualité d'accueil et de service de très bon niveau.

Erholsame Unterkunft in der Nähe von Pushkar.

Im Grünen gelegen, ruhig und entspannend. Ca 15 Autominuten von Pushkar entfernt. Schöne Poolanlage mit Liegen. Angenehmes Restaurant mit guten Essen. Wir wurden sehr freundliche von Sachin Nayal bedient.

Excellent, le meilleur de notre séjour en Inde.
